Max's Pov

“REI NO,REI DON'T LEAVE ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!” I heard myself yell watching hopelessly as the one person I'd ever loved walked away from me glaring back with hatred.

End Pov

“NOO!” a scream rang out as Max woke with a start. He sat there breathing hard, drenched in sweat trying with all his might to remember the dream but all he could see were a pair of hate filled golden-eyes. A knock came at the door and Max let out a croaking “come in” and the door opened with a creak. Tyson walked in slowly having heard the scream on his way for a late night “snack” (A/N and trust me he's not talking about food *smirk*). “That dream again Maxy?” Tyson asked softly as he hugged his best friends trembling form to him. Max nodded silently, taking comfort in his best friends arms. Tyson sighed and looked down at the head of blond hair that lay on his chest. “You have to tell him Maxy!” Tyson urged “You can't keep this in any longer, what's the worst thing that could happen?” Max looked up into his friends navy blue yes, tears in his own baby blues, “He could reject me and hate me forever” Max whimpered “I couldn't stand that Tyson, I need Rei I don't know what I'd do if I lost him!” “Ok Max” Tyson whispered “I understand, just sleep you need it.” Tyson sat, slowly rocking his friend until he heard his breathing even out and then he slowly lay Max back and covered him with the comforter.

Tyson's Pov

“Good night Maxy, sweet dreams” I whispered as I slowly crept out of his room and shut

the door, quietly before tiptoeing down the hall and to Kai's room. I never once noticed

the glowing, golden, cat eyes that followed me before a silent figure made his way to

Max's room and slinked in.
