Hey everyone, how are you doing? Thanks for reading my story. Please, everyone, tell me what you think about it. This is my first cross-over fanfic so please be nice. Well here is the story.

“Hotaru!” screams Rini running up to them.

Everyone gasps.

“Hello princess,” says Hotaru bowing to her.

Rini quickly hugs her.

“Your back?” asks Meiling.

“Unfortunately…” Hotaru mumbles.

Li steps away from her.

“Excuse me my Lady, I have to go, duty calls.” Hotaru quickly leaves jumping into her car driving away.

“She's back,” whispers Sakura.

Everyone looks at Li as her walks away.

“Li!” yells Meiling running after him.

He pushes her from him when she clutches his arm.

“Li?” Asks Tomoyo.

“Leave me alone!” he yells running away.

“Now what?”

“We go back to class.”

All four girls go inside.

Chapter 3: Hello Again

Hotaru sat swinging on a swing in the park staring at the lake.

“Hey,” says a male voice walking up beside her.

“Hi Li.”

“What are you doing out here all by your self?”

“Swinging, and you? What are you doing out here all by your self?”

“I am not here all by myself. You are here with me.”

Hotaru rolls her eyes.

“I remember, that once, when I would say that you would have smiled.”

“That was a long time ago.” She whispers.

“Was it?”

“We were thirteen, we are now eighteen and almost out of high school. So yes, it was a long time ago.”

“I guess it was a long time ago. So why are you out here so late?” Li asks looking at the moon as he sits down on a swing.

“Trying to relax and stay away from home where the family is arguing again. I knew they shouldn't have gotten married. It was a good idea at first but now that I think about it I don't think so.”

“What are they fighting about?”

“Me…” Hotaru whispers looking down into her lap.

“What do you mean?” Li asks confused.

“I have become a nuisance in their perfect little lives. At first I thought Puu liked me but now I see I was wrong. She never wanted me! No one ever wanted me! I am to evil and powerful to be controlled…” she starts to cry.

“That is not true!”

Hotaru looks up at him, “What do you mean? `That is not true?”

“I wanted you…” he whispers looking away from her.

Hotaru eyes get big, “But I thought that you all felt sorry for me and that was the only reason anyone ever hung out with me.”

“No, that was never it. I feel in love with you.”

“But then why did you break my heart in the most painfullest of manners?!” she yells.

“I thought you deserved something way better then what I could give you. You deserved the world and I knew I could never give that to you.”

“You were me world!” she quickly places her hands over her mouth.

“What?” Li asks surprised.

“I love you, I always will no matter what is done to me. They could torture me to death and I still would not stop.”

“Don't say that…”

“But it is the truth.”

Li moves from the swing and moves to the lake, “So what now?”

“What the hell to you mean `What now?' What the hell do you think?!”

“I can't think right now… I have way too many emotions running through me right now to think. And you are the one thing I am thinking about the most.”

Hotaru smiles as she walks over next to him.

“What?”

“You do realize what that is right?”

“Yes, I do.”

“It is the same feeling I had when I went to hell to save you, do you remember?”

“Yes I do. I let go of everything that meant dear to me, including you.”

“It was really hard to get you back,” she looks away from him, “You forgot who I was and forgot about the love we had shared.”

“I didn't mean to though…”

“But you did. It was hard but I wasn't going to give up until you were safe at home.”

“Then you died from all of the wounds and the bloods lose of being attacked.”

“It was worth it.”

“No it wasn't! You shouldn't have done that!” He yells.

“If I didn't I would have lost you for good and I wouldn't have been able to do that. It would hurt too much.”

~~~~*FlashBack*~~~~

Hotaru sat lying over Li's dead body crying, “You can't go, not like this…”

“Hotaru?” Sakura whispers walking up with Leika, Meilin, Eriol, Rini, Aurora.

“What happened?!” yells Meilin.

“We were attacked…”

They look around at the remainder of the school roof. Scorch marks were everywhere.

“What are we going to do?” asks Sakura.

“I am going after him.”

“You can't Leika!”

“Why not?! Some one has to!”

“I will…”

No one hears her.

“Because what happens if we can't bring you back?!”

“Aurora can heal me!”

“No, Leika, they are right.”

“Aurora!” Leika yells.

“Shut up!” yells Hotaru.

Everyone looks at her.

“I will go, it is my terrain. I can handle myself.”

“What?” gasps Rini.

“Remember, I am the scout of Death, it is my duty.”

“Alright,” whispers Aurora.

“Thank you Sailor Sky.”

Hotaru lies down next to Li, as Aurora places a bit of his blood on her cheeks. “Relax,” she whispers.

Hotaru begins to breathe shallowly. Aurora looks away as she stabs her in the chest with a huge sword, “I'm sorry.”

Hotaru's chest flings up as blood spurges through, her eyes roll back into her head, as she stops breathing.

~~~~*Moments Later*~~~~

Hotaru shudders as she feels the cold wet floor under her, “Where am I?” she mumbles.

She looks to see she is in a dark room and the only light in there is the light coming from the ceiling onto her. She sits up rubbing her head moaning.

“You are not to be here!”

“What do you want?!”

“Leave!”

Voices around her yell.

“I am here to get Li, give him back to me, please.”

“Why should we?”

“He is not worth it.”

“Get out!”

Lights sprout up around the room as torches are light. In front of her is a group of three people in robes. Behind her is a group of creatures wearing cloaks.

“What do I have to do to get him back?”

“You will have to go through a series of challenges, if you win you two go back, if you lose I get to keep both of you.” Says a female.

“Alright.”

“It was the hardest thing I have ever done.”

“I am sorry.” Li whispers.
