"Who Will Fight Who?"

Arah woke up.

Arah: Huh? Where am I?

He looked around and saw everyone on the beach. He flew over to them.

Arah: Cassandra, what happened?

Cassandra: Yu-Yu-Yugi is gone.

She continued to sob.
Syaoran was holding Sakura close to her.

Syaoran: It's going to be okay.

Arah looked at Yugi and smiled.

Arah: You're all crying for nothing. He's alive.

Sakura: What?

Arah: He'll be all right in three days.

Cassandra: He will?

Arah: Yes.

Cassandra ran to Yugi and hugged him.

Cassandra: I thought I lost you for a second there.

Zephyr flew to them.

Zephyr: Very, very lucky.

Syaoran: Zephyr!

Sakura: What do you want?

Zephyr: I just came to inform you that you're out of the tournament!
Syaoran: What?

Zephyr: You're all on land, and Yugi helped you in a battle. He's already out!

Arah: It doesn't say anywhere that we can't help each other.

Zephyr: Like I said, he was already out!

Sakura: Only to save his friend! He shouldn't even be eliminated.

Zephyr thought for a moment.

Zephyr: All right fine, not only are all of you excused but Yugi as well.

Everyone cheered.
Zephyr began to laugh.

Arah: What's so funny?

Zephyr: The Preliminaries are over. There are sixteen contestants remaining, so that means that we will begin the tournament with Round One!

Sakura: So?

Zephyr: They're in one hour, and if Yugi isn't… ready, then he'll be disqualified!

Syaoran: What?

Zephyr: HA! I just got Yugi out for the second time. Sorry, but rules are rules. Better hurry, the clock is ticking.

He disappeared.

Sakura: What are we going to do? He won't wake up for another few days.

Bakura and Eriol arrived at the beach.

Bakura: Hey guys!
Sakura: Eriol! Is he all right?

Eriol: I-I'm fine.

Syaoran: That doesn't help us, you know.
Eriol: What's wrong?

Sakura: Round One will begin in an hour. Yugi has a chance to be in the tournament but he has to make it there on time and he won't wake up for another few days.

Eriol smiled.
Eriol: I can fix that.

Cassandra: You can?

Eriol: Stand back! NUSKE VOKENU SASHU MONRO!

In an instant, Yugi woke up.
Yugi: Huh? What happened?

Cassandra's eyes dropped. She ran to him and hugged him.

Cassandra: OH YUGI! I THOUGHT I LOST YOU!
Yugi: I'm fine Cassandra.

Cassandra: You sure?

Yugi: Yes. Thank you.

Cassandra smiled and kissed him. Yugi kissed back.
Sakura looked away.

Announcer: ATTENTION FINALISTS! ATTENTION FINALISTS! PLEASE MEET US FOR AN EXCITING SHOW EVENT!

Yugi: Well, good luck guys.

Cassandra: Yugi, you're still in!

Yugi: I am?

Syaoran: Come on, let's go.

Sakura, Yugi, Arah, Syaoran, and Bakura said good-bye and headed for the arena.

Arah: There's a 31% chance that any of us will win this.

Yugi: Thanks, I guess.

They all flew over and took their seats. Sakura accidentally bumped into someone. It was Ino.

Sakura: Hi Ino! It's me Sakura.
Ino: Whoa! Cool! You made it here too?

Sakura: Yeah. Well, good luck.

Ino: Thanks.

Sakura sat next to him and the gang sat with her. Zephyr appeared in stage.

Zephyr: Howdy everyone!

The crowd cheered.

Zephyr: I usually don't announce this, but today I will! Welcome to the 75th Annual Planet Tai Tournament Finals! Before we begin, we have to find out who fights whom, so we will call a contestant up one at a time to pick a number and sit down. If someone gets a three and somebody else get a four, then they obviously battle each other first. Now let's begin the roll. First, we'll introduce our contestants. They are Ino, Kay, Sakura, Jenkman, Syaoran, Arah, Talia, Yugi, Bakura, Past, Marie, Cris, Mar,

Drago, Yumiko, and Me! Now, we'll draw. I'll go first.

He picked up a number. It said Number 16.
Zephyr: Next, Yumiko.

A beautiful girl with black hair picked up a number. It said Number 1.

Zephyr: Drago.

A hideous guy picked up a number. It said Number 15.

Zephyr: Looks like you and me will be battling each other first.

Some of the contestants sighed.

Zephyr: Next is, Mar.

A regular woman picked up a number. It said Number 3.

Zephyr: Cris.

A handsome, young man picked up a number. It said Number 6.

Zephyr: Marie.

A woman picked up a number. It said Number 9.

Zephyr: Past.

An old man picked up a number. It said Number 14.

Zephyr: Bakura.

Bakura picked up a number. It said Number 5.

Zephyr: Bakura, you will be versing Cris first. Next, Yugi.
He smiled.
Yugi looked at him and picked up a number. It said Number 13.

Zephyr: Ha ha. You'll be facing Past first.

Yugi looked at the old man.

Yugi: He could be stronger than everyone thinks.

Zephyr: Talia.

A tall woman with brown hair picked up a number. It said Number 7.

Zephyr: Arah.

Arah picked up a number. It said Number 11.

Zephyr: Syaoran.
Syaoran picked up a number. It said Number 8.

Zephyr: Syaoran will be facing Talia first. Jenkman.

A short man picked up a number. It said Number 4.

Zephyr: You will fight Mar. Next, Sakura.

Sakura frowned and picked a number. It said Number 10.

Zephyr: You shall battle Marie first. Come, Kay.

A normal teenager picked up a number. It said Number 2.

Zephyr: Kay will battle Yumiko and Ino will battle Arah. We have our fighters ready.

Zephyr: Tomorrow, we will do Round One. We were going to do it today, but there's emergency I must attend. I will see you all tomorrow at four. Good-bye.

He left.

Everyone started to leave as well.

Cassandra: What luck. None of you have to fight each other in Round 1. It's very amazing.

Yugi: Yeah. But if I beat Past, I will have to fight Zephyr. It'll be my chance to beat him.

Sakura: Didn't he say the winner of the tournament will battle him in the finals? Well, what if he's defeated before the finals? Then what?

Yugi: Rematch, maybe?

Arah: We'll find out soon enough.
