Truth or Dare - Chapter 3

“I dare you to…” Meiling said

Everyone was eager to know what dare Meiling would give to Eriol.

“Hmm… I dare you to… tell Sakura the scary story again…”

“HOE?! Why?”

“Wait, I'm not finished yet. Then, you'll sleep beside Tomoyo tonight. But before you sleep you have to give her a goodnight kiss.” Meiling said with an evil smirk on her face

“WHAT?!” Eriol was shocked to hear his dare “NO way! I won't do that dare!!!”

“Okay then, I guess you'll just have to do the consequence.” Meiling said

“Okay” Eriol replied

“You do realize that my consequence may be worse than the dare.”

“Whatever.”

“Fine. My consequence for you is… tomorrow morning when all of us wake up we will all go jogging around Tomoeda…”

“That's it?!” Eriol said

“Nope. Not yet, there's still more! But, Eriol, you will jog around Tomoeda wearing a mini skirt, a bra, and only a bra, high heel shoes, a wig, make-up, and a note on your back saying, `I'm Eriol Hiiragizawa' plus, you'll have to shout out while jogging saying, `Hey look at me!'” Meiling said

“That's cruel.” Syaoran said

“It's a consequence. It's supposed to be cruel.” Meiling replied to her cousin

“So what do you choose Eriol? The dare (Sakura: please no, I hate ghost stories) or the consequence?” said Sakura

“Hmm… let me think… do something I'm partially ready to do (meaning the story) or do something that will make me humiliated for the rest of my life… fine. I'll just do the dare. At least not much people will see me do it and it's just a dare anyway.” Eriol said looking calm but really nervous inside

“Okay then. Spin the bottle now.” Meiling replied

“Okay. Here goes.” Eriol said as he spins the bottle

And the lucky person is…

Sakura.

“Okay, Sakura. Truth or Dare?” Eriol asked putting a serious face

“Um… I not going to do anything humiliating! I pick truth.” Sakura said

“Good choice, Sakura” Eriol said

“Okay, what's my question?”

“Okay… here's the question. If Syaoran—”

“Huh?” Syaoran asked at the mention of his name

“Anyway, as I was saying… If Syaoran asked you to marry him in the future, what would you say and why?”

“What?!” Syaoran said shocked and blushing head to toe

“Uh… I would… um… I… I'll say… I… uh… I uh… I… I… I…”

“What is it already?” Meiling asked impatiently

“I… I… I would… *takes deep breath* I'll say… (note: Sakura will be saying this quickly) yes, because I love Syaoran. *sigh*” Sakura said

“Woo! Did you hear that? She said yes!!!! Syaoran, she said YES!!!” Meiling shouted into Syaoran's ear

Syaoran sat there frozen

“I wanna be the aunt of your child and if ever, other children, Sakura!” Tomoyo said happily

“Me too!” said Meiling

“Yeah, me too!” Eriol said

“You wanna be an aunt as well?” Tomoyo asked, raising an eyebrow

“No! I meant, be the uncle!!!” Eriol said

“Hoe? Children??? I'm not even thinking of getting a boyfriend. And you're already talking about my children-to-be??? HOE!” Sakura said

“Hehehe… now spin the bottle Sakura…” Tomoyo said

“Okay…” it landed on Meiling

“Dare! I'm not revealing anything to you!” Meiling answered, even if Sakura hadn't asked the question yet.

“Okay. I dare you to… um… I dare you to… ano… I dare you to… ah! I dare you to tell us if there is someone you like. Either here or in a different country. And tell us why you liked him.

“Uh… well… um… s…someone I l…like? Uh… well…” Meiling stammered with a little blush on her face

“There is someone!” they all said to her (Yes, even Eriol and Syaoran)

“Uh… well… yeah… his name is… uh… his name is…”

“Ooh! Meiling does like someone!!!” Sakura and Tomoyo said in unison

“Well, uh… I… l-like him… because… he's nice? Uh… okay, so he's perfect… for me. And we're close.”

“Honto ni? Awesome!!! What do you mean by close?”

“Close. We're friends.”

“Love starts from friendship!!!!” the two girls said

“Well… I don't really think he likes me like… you know, like, like more than friend like. He likes me as a friend.”

“Are you sure?”

“Well… there are so many other girls out there in Hong Kong. Why me?”

“Because, you're you! You are Meiling Li!”

“Spin the bottle already.” Syaoran said impatiently.

“Geez. Fine.” Meiling said as she spun the bottle. And it landed on Syaoran

“So Syaoran, truth or dare?” Meiling asked

“Dare.” Syaoran answered

“Okay. Ooh… this dare is gonna be good! I dare you to spin the bottle again and whoever it lands on, you'll have to kiss that person.”

“What?! Get out of here! What if it lands on Eriol, you bozo!” Syaoran said shocked about his dare

“Mou, I'm not a bozo, dude.”

“My name is not dude!”

“My name is not bozo either.”

“Ooh” Eriol said

“It's not a lovers' quarrel!” the two cousins said

“I was going to say, family problem” Eriol replied

Everyone looked at him

“What?” Eriol said

“Fine. Another consequence is required. Here is the consequence. If you don't want to spin the bottle then the kiss will be with Sakura, inside this room, with all of us watching, plus, it will be for 5 minutes.” Said Meiling with a smirk

“WHAT?!?!?!” Sakura and Syaoran responded immediately

“Yes. So, it's either the dare, or the consequence.”

“Fine. I'll do the dare.”

“Yeah! Now spin!”

“Fine.” Syaoran spun the bottle and guess who it landed on…

That's right.

Eriol!!!!

“NO WAY!!!!” They both shouted

“Do it!!!” the girls shouted

Eriol stood up, backed up, while Syaoran followed him looking nervous and determined to do the dare

“Nooo!! Please! Have mercy on me!!!” Eriol pleaded as he backed away from Syaoran

“I have to do it Eriol! I don't really want to do this but, I have to! I have to do this dare, or else, the consequence! I'm not ready for that consequence! Maybe in 10 years I'll be ready for that consequence, considering I'll be 25 years old by that time. But now?! No not yet, please… I'm sorry Eriol but… *grabs Eriol by his collar then proceeds to doing his dare*”

“Hahaha!!!! Tomoyo…hahaha… did… hahaha… you… hahaha…get that… hahahaha… on video? Hahaha!!” Meiling said unable to control her laughter

Tomoyo nodded, camera in hand, nodding her very unique, one of a kind laugh (which kinda freaked me out the first time I heard it)

Sakura was practically rolling on the floor, pounding the ground laughing so hard.

After the dare, Eriol coughed while Syaoran rushed to the bathroom. Then in the bathroom you could hear water splashing and probably someone gargling water (Who obviously is Syaoran)

After all the fuss about the bathroom and a fight for mouthwash (o.O), they sat back down and since Tomoyo was the only one who hasn't done a dare or told truth about a certain question, it was her turn.

Syaoran asked her, “Tomoyo, truth or dare?”

Tomoyo answered dare.

Syaoran grinned. He had a plan up his sleeves.

“Okay, I dare you to… make a video.”

Tomoyo said with a smile, “That's easy!”

“Not just a video. I want Meiling to direct this video. I want you, Tomoyo to make a costume of a bride, a groom, a priest, and a bridesmaid. Then we'll start shooting tomorrow.”

“Alright”

It was still a bit early and they weren't really sleepy so they thought of a game to play. Meiling suggested they play strip poker.

“Strip poker? What's that?” Sakura asked

“It's playing ordinary poker except if you lose, you remove one part of your clothing. When there is one certain person that doesn't have anything left, the game is over.” Meiling explained

“Where did you get that idea?” Syaoran asked, arms crossed

“Well…” Meiling started to say

“Don't tell me Yamazaki told you.” Syaoran said

“Nah… I met this girl… what's her name again? Oh yeah, her name was Candice. Yeah, she told me about that game. She said she read it somewhere.”

“Who's Candice?”

“She's a friend I met in China.”

“How come I never knew of this?”

“You never asked”

“Geez. Fine. Let's just play”

“Alrighty. Who has cards?”

“Here.” Tomoyo said as she handed the cards to Meiling

“Now, let's play strip poker!” Eriol said

“Right. So let's play!” Meiling said, agreeing with Eriol

So they played and guess who lost the first game… Meiling.

“Meiling, you have to remove something!” Syaoran said making a little fun of his cousin

“Shut up Syaoran. I know that.” Meiling said as she stood up and took off the bottom of her pajamas (now she's only wearing the top of her pajamas and her underwear) and sat down again. Everyone stared at her

“What?” Meiling asked

“You're not shy?”

“Well, it's not as if you guys don't know me, and you're my friends anyways so I think it'll be fine. I play fairly. That's the way the game goes, then fine.”

They played again and this time, Eriol lost. He took off the top part of his pajamas. It was alright with him since they have seen him wearing only swimming trunks at the pool. It didn't really matter.

“I never realized it was this cold in Tomoyo's room. Brr…” Eriol said. Tomoyo's room was air-conditioned.

“Okay, let's continue!” Syaoran said happily since he hasn't lost a game yet.

They played and Eriol lost. Again.

“Geez, what did I do to have this kind of luck in this game?” He said as he took off the bottom part of his pajamas. Now he's only wearing his boxers.

They played…

And played…

Eriol lost…

He took off the boxers and now he only wears his underwear.

Everyone was giggling

“Can we just get on with this game before I get frozen?” Eriol said

“Are you sure you really want to continue the game?” Tomoyo said while trying to control her laughter

“Yeah.”

“But… hahaha… what if… you lose again?” Sakura said to Eriol

“Sakura-san… I never knew…” Eriol said shaking his head slightly

“Never knew what?” Sakura asked

“You should just stay with your boyfriend. Don't get interested in others.”

“What do you mean by that, huh?!?!” Sakura said

“Oh nothing…” Eriol said with a smile

They continued the game but something unexpected happened… okay, so maybe it was expected to happen…

Eriol…

Did

Not

…

He did not

Win.

He lost! Again.

“Hoe!!!” Sakura said as she covered her eyes

Tomoyo shut off her video camera and covered her eyes too.

So did Meiling, covering her face with her hands

As for Syaoran… he looked away.

Eriol seemed ready for his fate in the game. So he took off what seemed to be the last thing of his. But then, he laughed. Hard.

Everyone was curious and wanted to know why, so they told Syaoran to look at why Eriol was laughing

“Why me? I don't wanna look at him.”

“Just do it!” The three girls said

He sighed and looked at Eriol who was laughing his head off

“What are you laughing about? Do what you have to do!” Syaoran said, noticing that Eriol still has his underwear on.

“I already did!” Eriol said, laughing some more

“Is it safe to look?” The girls asked Syaoran

“Sure.”

They looked at him and they all gave him weird looks.

“I thought you already…”

“I wore two.” Eriol said, proud of himself

They sweatdropped and Meiling said, “Let's go to sleep. It's getting late. And we better, since we don't want to fall asleep while watching Eriol do the dare don't we?” Meiling said

“I thought you already forgotten about my dare. And I thought I was going to get away with it.” Eriol said while he put all of his clothes on.

“I never forgot about that, not even for a second.” Meiling replied while putting on her pajamas (she removed the bottom part right?)

“Hoe… the ghost story…” Sakura said as she sat down on the couch, where she planned to sleep. (She always slept there every time there was a sleepover at Tomoyo's)

“Okay, let's just call the story off. Just do the other parts of the dare.” Meiling said

“Thanks Meiling!” Sakura said as she breathed a sigh of relief

“Now do your dare Eriol!” Meiling said

“Oh alright.” Eriol said as he went closer to Tomoyo

“I'll give you a chance. You could kiss her anywhere you want. But, not on the hands. It should be somewhere on her face.” Meiling said

“Okay.” They replied

“Good night Tomoyo” Eriol said as he kissed Tomoyo on the cheek

“Good night to you too, Eriol”

They all went to bed. Sakura slept on the couch (in Tomoyo's room. She's rich, it can happen), Syaoran slept on the floor in front of the couch, Meiling somewhat near Syaoran and of course Tomoyo and Eriol beside each other.

The next morning when they woke up…

“Huh? I don't remember Tomoyo's couch being green…” Sakura said softly as she opened one eye. She opened the other and was surprised to see… Syaoran

“Hoe!?! What?!” Sakura said

What really happened was that last night, Sakura fell off the couch and since Syaoran was sleeping beside it, Sakura fell on him instead of the floor. Why Syaoran didn't wake up is because he was used to things falling on him. Sometimes his sisters would throw pillows at him while he's asleep, and he already got used to it.

“Nyah! What are you doing?!” Syaoran was surprised like Sakura

“I don't know! I should be asking you!”

“I don't know anything about this!”

Their shouting woke up Meiling and Tomoyo.

“Hey, what's with all the commotion?” Meiling said, still a bit sleepy

“It's his/her fault!” Sakura and Syaoran said in unison like little kids

Tomoyo tried to wake up Eriol so he could see what was happening, but he was sleeping. Very soundly I may add.

“Madoushi…” Eriol said

“Who's that?” Tomoyo asked

“Clow Reed…”

“Huh?”

“Eriol…”

“Huh?”

“Tomoyo…”

“What?”

“Zzz…”

“Wake up!”

“Later, Nakuru…”

“Nakuru?”

“Spinel Sun...”

“Spinel Sun?”

“Kaho…”

“Kaho?”

“Later… five more minutes mom...”

“Mom?! You have a mother?”

“Yamazaki's right…”

“ERIOL!”

“Wha?! What happened?! Where's the fire?!”

Tomoyo laughed at his sudden reaction when Tomoyo shouted at his ear

“Tomoyo… what's wrong? Why are you shouting at my ear?” Eriol asked

“To wake you up to see what is happening with Sakura and Syaoran.”

“Oh. I see.” Eriol said as he put on his glasses

A little while later, they had breakfast and then they proceeded to continue with Tomoyo's dare.

“Okay Tomoyo, are the costumes ready?” Syaoran asked.

“Hai. Here they are.” Tomoyo said as she took out the costumes from her closet

“Okay. Um… Tomoyo, Eriol… uh… get some chairs, a table and a Bible.”

“A Bible?” the two asked

“Yeah. A Bible.” Syaoran said

As the two went to get the things Syaoran asked for, Syaoran told Sakura to wear the bridesmaid costume while he will wear the one of the priest (No, this does not mean Syaoran wants to be a priest when he grows up.)

When Tomoyo and Eriol returned, they saw the costumes Sakura and Syaoran were wearing and they got what Syaoran's dare will be.

“No! I'm not going to be a bride/groom!” the two said

“It's a dare. You have to do it. Or else there's a consequence.”

“What's the consequence?” Tomoyo asked

“We will do this play on video with your mom, Sakura's dad, Yukito-san, Touya-san, Chiharu-chan, Yamazaki-kun, Naoko-chan, Rika-chan, Mizuki-sensei, Nakuru-san, and Terada-sensei watching.” Syaoran said to them

“What?! No way! Fine the dare will do.”

“How come no one ever chooses the consequence?”

“Because the consequence is always worse than the dare.” Eriol said matter-of-factly

“Just do it. The director is getting bored here.” Meiling said sitting on a chair acting like a real director

They started the video. It was a wedding scene

“I, Daidouji Tomoyo, take thee… Hiiragizawa Eriol, to be my wedded husband… to have and to hold… from this day forward… for better or for worse… for richer or for poorer… in sickness and in health… to love and to cherish… till death… do us part…”

Meiling smiled

“I, Hiiragizawa Eriol… take thee… Daidouji Tomoyo, to be my lawful wedded husband… I mean, awful wedded wife… uh no, I mean… to be my lawful wedded wife… to have and to hold… from this day forward…”

Sakura stopped herself from laughing

Eriol continued “…for better or for worse… for richer or for poorer… in sickening health… er... in sickness and in health! To love and to cherish… till death… do us part.”

“By the power vested in me as the descendant of Clow Reed, I know pronounce you, husband and wife…” Syaoran said and started to smile

“You may kiss the bride.” Syaoran said

Sakura threw petals over them and Meiling motioned for them to do it.

Eriol did the first move. He put his palm on Tomoyo's cheek and he leaned in to kiss Tomoyo (Of course like in the real wedding)

Tomoyo blushed when Eriol did this and blushed more afterwards when Meiling said, “Congratulations you two on your wedding! *laughs*”

After the dare was finished, they all had breakfast and then got ready to leave.

Outside before leaving the Daidouji residence…

“Bye Tomoyo-chan! See ya next week!” Sakura said

“Bye Tomoyo! Thanks for inviting us!” Meiling said as she wave goodbye

“Thanks again Tomoyo!” Syaoran said as he too waved goodbye

Eriol smiled. “Bye Tomoyo!” he said

Tomoyo waved and said, “Bye! See you all next week!”

The sky was getting dark. It looked like it was going to rain. Meiling went off to a club meeting and Eriol went the other way to his house.

As Sakura walked on the way to her house, the rain started to fall. It was almost like raining cats and dogs. She got wet in the rain and her fever went up. It was hard for her to walk in the rain since she is sick and she's really wet. And she was feeling really tired and drowsy to add.

Syaoran was also walking home when the rain started. He didn't really mind. As he was walking, he noticed a figure lying down under the rain. He went closer and found that it was Sakura. He took her bag and then he carried her to the nearest place where he can let her rest. He took her to his house.

“Sakura, change clothes. You're all wet.” Syaoran said as he tried to wake Sakura up from her sleep.

“H…huh? Uh-huh…” Sakura was half awake but still changed clothes. I would say she's absent-minded at this time.

After changing, Syaoran led her back to the guest room and he let her sleep there for a while. A little while later, he forgot Sakura was still sleeping at the guest room. It was night time and Syaoran felt sleepy so he went to bed.

In the middle of the night, Sakura stood up from her bed. She opened the door and started to walk towards a room. It was Syaoran's. She was sleepwalking. She entered Syaoran's room and didn't realize (of course she didn't! She's asleep!) she went back to bed, but not on the bed in the guest room, but in Syaoran's room.

The next morning…

“Huh? Syaoran? HOE!!!! *slaps Syaoran in the face* What are you doing at my house?!?!”

“Ow! That hurts! What do you mean your house? This is MY house!!! What are you doing in my room?!” Syaoran replied, rubbing his cheek

“Your room?! Huh? *looks around* Oh! Sorry!”

Sakura was apologizing to Syaoran when suddenly, the door burst open to reveal an angry-looking Touya glaring at the two

“What did you do to my sister?!?!” Touya said as he hit Syaoran

“Ow! That's the second time!!! I didn't do anything to your sister!!!” Syaoran said

“Touya! You misunderstood! I think I was sleepwalking then I ended up in Syaoran's room.”

“Why are you here in the first place Sakura?” Touya asked

“Well… I… uh…”

“She had a fever yesterday and it was raining really hard so I brought her here so she can change and get some rest. But then I forgot she was still sleeping at the guest room so she ended up sleeping here at my house.” Syaoran explained calmly

“Okay, I'll let you pass this time, brat. But Next time, you're really gonna get it.”

“Y…yes…”

And with that, Sakura and Touya left. But before Sakura left the house, she said sorry to Syaoran for the last time.

“Gomen ne, Syaoran-kun!” Sakura said as she bowed

“Daijoubu desu.”

“See ya!” Sakura said

“Okay…” Syaoran said
