'This presence, I felt it when I met this girl yesterday, but could she be the same girl I met? Because that girl was wearing glasses, so I couldn't see her eyes, was that girl Sakura? No.

 

Syaoran closed his eyes to concentrate in the presence and he understood, it was her, no matter if she was disguised, or if she used another name, it was her.

'No matter how many things you do to hide yourself, I know who you are. I was so close to you, and know I can see you here, you're in front of me, you... Kinomoto Sakura.'

 

Sakura felt someone was looking at her. She was looking everywhere and between the crowd, there he was, her eyes stopped at those amber eyes, she felt her heart beating accelerating, she closed her eyes and felt it, there was no doubt it was him.

”It was you, you were next to me yesterday, I knew it. It was you... Li Syaoran. What's going to happen know?” Murmured Sakura to herself.

Childhood Memories…

 

After the festival, Syaoran was waiting in the backstage door, he wanted to see her. Sakura was going to open the door, but she felt the prescence of Li and decided to try another door. Syaoran waited for an hour, but the girl never appeared, so he decided to return to the hotel.

--- In Sakura and Tomoyo's room---

“So, are you sure it was him?”, Tomoyo asked.
”Yes, there's no doubt. When I was walking down the runway, I felt someone was staring at me, and I saw him between the crowd. I concentrated to make sure it was him... it was Syaoran.”, answered Sakura.

“The brats is here? That's really bad luck, we cannot have fun vacations.” Said Kero.
”Why do you say so?” asked Sakura.
”Because he's always causing trouble... and I don't like him!” shouted Kero.
”But Sakura, I don't get it. After many years you have wanted to get knews about Syaoran, and know that you have the chance to see him, and get to know how he's been doing, you don't want to talk to him.” Tomoyo asked.

“I know that's weird, but I'm scared... it's been so long, and I don't know if he's going to tell me something I don't like.” Said Sakura.
”But you're never gonna know, if you don't talk to him... I understand that you're scared of the answers he may tell you. But you need to go ahead, even if he's not the right person for you.” Yukito said.
”I'm scared of that. I don't know if I'll be able to handle it, knowing he's not my someone just for me” Sakura said and some tears fell down her cheeks.
”If he's not your special someone, then you'll get to know, and start looking for the one that it is.” Yukito smiled at Sakura.

Sakura smiled at Yukito and Tomoyo. Then someone was knocking at the door, and Tomoyo opened it.

”I'm sorry if I interrupted, but... we need to train.” Kouji said.

“No, we were just talking, but I'm ready to train.” Sakura said.
”Great, I will be able to tape your training every night!” said Tomoyo with blush in her cheeks.

 

“At Syaoran's room”

'No doubt, it was Sakura. But she didn't came out. Could it be that she's still at the place where the festival was? No, I don't think so... when I saw her in the eyes, I knew it was only a disguise...'

 

“Syaoran!!!!” someone shouted.
”WHAT???!!!” Syaoran fell form the bed. “Fuck!!! Meilin I beg of you, never do that again. I really hate it!!!.”
”That's the reason why I do it Syaoran, bacuse you hate it!!!” Meilin said.

“I'm going for a walk.” Syaoran said.
”I'll go with you” Meilin said.

She grabbed Syaoran's arm and took her purse when Syaoran saw her seriously. She understood he wanted to go alone and that she should stay at the hotel.

”I need you to sleep early. If I return late, I will need you to wake me up early to go to the council.”

Said Syaoran and went for a walk.


---In a place not to far from Syaoran's hotel----

”Yue, attack Kouji from the right side, Kero, you'll take the left side” said Sakura.

Kouji was floating in the center of a big park, Sakura was in front of him, and used Windy. He saw Kero and Yue appear at both sides and knew they were going to attack him, Sakura thought she was about to beat Kouji, but he suddenly created a magic shield and both, Kero and Yue's attack were reflected, like if it was a mirror. When both guardians were busy trying to get rid of theri own attacks, Kouji went for Sakura, he summoned a sword...but when he was about to attack Sakura, a lightning shot his sword and interrupted his attack. Sakura started looking for the one who was interrupting her training and she got a surprise... standing on the branch of a tree there was Syaoran.

”How do you dare to attack a girl?”asked Syaoran.
”I'm not attacking her, we are ...” said Kouji, but he was interrupted by Sakura.
”You don't need to give any explanations to this boy, and by the way I can defend myself.” Said Sakura with anger in her eyes.
”If you say so... you were about to loose this match.” Syaoran said.
”but this...” Kouji said, but was interrupted again by Sakura.
”Well, that's not of your business, this is my match, go and look for someone you can fight with.” Sakura said.
”It's easy here to find someone you can fight with. Magic it's so common, and you're right, I can go and look for someone to match with, but I want to fight that guy” said Syaoran.
”Well, as you can see...” sakura was interrupted by Kouji.
”We're done.” Kouji said.
”Fine, know you can fight me, let's go.” Syaoran said.
”I would've like to fight you, but I'm kinda tired... maybe another day,” answered Kouji. “You've done great Sakura!”

“Thanks. Well, I think we'll better rest, tomorrow's also a big day.” Said Sakura to Yue. Kero, Kouji and Tomoyo.
”Yes! I'm tired and hungry!” shouted Kero.
”You're always hungry teddy bear!” said Syaoran to tease Kero.
”Who are you calling teddy bear, brat!” shouted Kero again.
”STOP IT! It's enough. What is it that you want?” asked Sakura to Syaoran.
”I want to talk to you... that's all I want” answered Syaoran.
”Ok. Please go to hotel and rest, don't worry for me.” Sakura said.
”Are you sure?” asked Kouji.
”Yes.” Sakura looked at Kouji and then turned to Syaoran, “Let's go.”

Tomoyo, Yue, Kero, and Kouji looked how Sakura and Syaoran disappeared. They decided to return to the hotel.

 

“Kero, Yue... today's training was great, but we need to work harder.” said Kouji to the guardians.

“I always do great, no, not great, I do excellent!!!!” said Kero.
”Are Yue and Kero training with Sakura tomorrow too?” asked Tomoyo.
”Yes. In the tournament, Sakura can use the help of her guardians. She will be able to use everything that involves magic of her own.” Answered Kouji

I think Sakura should've come with us instead of going on a date with that brat.” Said Kero, who was a little mad.
”By the way, who was the boy Sakura went with?” Kouji asked.

”His name is Li Syaoran, he was Sakura's rival when she was collecting the Clow cards. He didn't liked Sakura, but as time passed he got to like Sakura, they became friends and...” Tomoyo said.
”And?” asked Kouji again.

“He went back to Hong Kong and Sakura never saw him again until now. She used to call him by phone, but he was always busy.” Tomoyo said with sadness in her eyes.

 

---- Somewhere else in London----

 

“So, it's been a long time...” Syaoran said.
”Yes. It's been a really LONG time.” Sakura said to Syaoran.
”How you been doing?” he asked.
”Fine. As you know I have a career as a model, my dad and brother are ok. And Kouji is helping me with my magic.” Answered the girl.
”Yes, I knew it was you. You were using the illusion card to change the color in you eyes,

but, don't you know there are special glasses that change the color of the eyes?” asked

again.
”Yes, I know, but they bother me.” Answered Sakura.
”You've changed a lot Sakura. You're stronger, your appearance have changed, but... you're still the same Sakura I met long ago.” He said.

When Syaoran said that, Sakura smiled, she knew that Syaoran wanted to talk about what happened long ago.

”Why are you telling me this?” Sakura asked.
”I know you're mad at me Sakura, because of what happened after I went back to Hong Kong, the phone calls and letters I didn't answered.” He said.
”I don't wanna talk about it.”

 

Said Sakura and ran as fast as she could. She finally stop, thinking she left Syaoran behind, but he was right in front of her.

”Why are you running from me?” Syaoran asked.
”Because I don't want to be next to you.” She said.

Sakura tried to run again, but Syaoran grabbed her arm and pulled her close to him. He wrapped one arm around Sakura. She had her eyes closed and her head looking down. With his hand, Syaoran turned Sakura's head up, making her look at him. She slowly opened her eyes.

”Are you sure... you don't want to see me?” asked Syaoran.

Sakura looked at Syaoran's eyes, he was serious. Syaoran got his face closer to hers, he started closing his eyes as he got closer, Sakura also started closing her eyes.

'Why? What am I feeling right now? I wanna kiss him. I really do.'

 

Sakura closed her eyes and could feel how Syaoran's lips pressed hers. They couldn't believe they were that close, after many years... Sakura could feel she was falling in love

again with him, and Syaoran realized no one would make him feel that way, only his beloved Sakura. She separated from Syaoran to recover her breath.

 

“I love you Sakura” he said.

Sakura started crying, she was afraid of falling in love with him again. What if he had to go again? All memories sakura had with Syaoran started passing through her mind, when they were collecting the Clow card, how they became friends, everything.

 

--- Flashback---

Sakura and Syaoran were trapped in an elevator, it started moving as if it was going back to work again, it made a violent move and on of the elevator's walls dissapeared letting us see a dark void. Sakura was going to fall, Syaoran tried to take her hand but she fell, he screamed her name, she used the float card and when he saw her, he gave her a big hug.
Suddenly another image appeared, she was at the airport, and Syaoran gave her the little bear, as a promise that they would meet again.
