Card Captor Sakura Fan Fiction ❯ The Married Life ❯ The Proposal ( Prologue )

Tonight is a special night Syaoran thought, and what I am going to do tonight will make it even more special. Syaoran had this date set up for weeks he hasn't told Sakura why yet, he loves seeing her when she's confused.

THAT NIGHT

Sakura and Syaoran are walking through Penguin park.

"So Syoran are you going to tell me what is so special about tonight?" Sakura asked.

"Well, if you remember it was 10 years ago today that we met. Even more special is years ago today I came back and told you I love you. I love you. And now to make this day even more special Sakura please sit down on this bench." Syaoran said.

Sakura remembered everything the day she met Syaoran…

~Flasback~

"I know you have the cards Kinomoto give them to me."

Sakura cards in hand says " No way you creep."

Syaoran grabbed them and they start a tug o war.

Suddenly Touya jumped the fence and he and Syaoran both in fighting stances are about to fight. Now Yukito jumps the fence. He has nikuman for everyone. He offers one to Syaoran but Syaoran blushes turns and runs a couple steps later he falls face first in the dirt.

~End flashback~

Right now she is confused about what Syaoran is doing. He is fishing in his pockets for something he finds it and hides it behind his back. Sakura caught a glimpse of it. It looked like a little veltvet box like the one an engagement ring would be in. Sakura gasped It couldn't be could it I sure hope it is! Sakura thought. Meanwhile Syaoran had gotten down on one knee. "Kinomoto Sakura" he starts "Will you do the honor of being my wife?" he asked for a second Sakura was speechless he just asked the question she has been waiting years to answer. She came back to her senses, tackled Syaoran, and kissed him passionatly. "I belive this means yes" Syaoran said between kisses "You better believe it" Sakura said after another kiss. Suddenly he stopped and turned pale. "What" she asked. " I just had a thought, Touya is going to have my head for this." "Don't worry I'll take care of my oniichan." The couple doesn't notice but there is three people watching them. First there's Tomoyo who of course is filming the whole thing. Eriol is with her one arm around Tomoyo the other arm is taking pictures of the couple with one of Tomoyo's cameras. The other person is struggling to control his rage "Calm, down Touya" he tells him self " I cant forget why I am here tonight." His eyes start to glow a blue color. Vines from the forest fly out towards the couple a few vines grabbed Syaoran holding him to the ground. The rest wrapped themselves around Sakura. First here arms were pinned to her side then her legs and feet were bound together. Meanwhile she is slowly being pulled away from Syaoran and into the woods. She sees the cloaked figure, realizing that's whos causing the trouble starts yelling at the figure to stop. "Why are you doing this" she asked the cloaked figure said "You'll see". Then some more vines flew towards Sakura this time one wrapped around her neck tightened a little but not enough to choke her or even affect here breathing at all. The next covered her mouth so she couldn't talk. The last one covered her eyes. Sakura screamed something at the cloaked person but all that could be heard was "mmmmpphhhhhfff!!" She then heard a fight start. She looked at their auras one was green " Syaoran!!" she thought. She felt the other aura "It couldn't be." She thought but it was the aura was her oniichan's. Why is she doing this she wondered. Then the vines that have her bound and gagged released.

Syaoran ran over to her "are you alright" he asked "I'm fine" she said but where is the cloaked figure she wondered. Syaoran said" He's over there" O.K. now I am really confused I said that in my head and Syaoran answered It for me this is starting to freak me out. "Me too" said another voice "Syaoran?!?!" "Yes its me but how I don't know."

"Well lets worry abut this later, lets take care of him first." "Why did you do this" Sakura asked the cloaked figure. The cloaked figure said, "This was a test, and the gaki has proven himself worthy." "Worthy of what?" Syaoran asked. "Worthy enough to marry my sister, but I still don't like you." Touya took off the cloak and disappered into the forest in the direction of his house.

6 months later

"can you believe it Syaoran in one month we will be married and I will become Li Sakura." Sakura said. "I'm glad we don't have to worry about anything to do with the wedding except for being there on time." Syaoran said "Just you wait Sakura" "Wait for what Syaoran" "Wait for our wedding night in our suite in Hawaii." "What are we going to do Syaoran" "You'll just have to wait and see."
