(A/N: I believe this is like the 10th re-write of this fic! *lol* I made a lot of changes… well, so far! I'm sorry, but I did get rid of Meiling! I thought there were too many main characters. Don't worry though, she will return later in the story! ^_^ I'm not really sure if there is anything else… So, enjoy!)

Prologue
Sakura jolted up from her sleep. She had the weirdest dream ever. She dreamt that she, Syaoran, Tomoyo and Eriol were at a school with students wearing pointy black hats and long black robes. The students were in a huge hall eating dinner. Suddenly, a man (or at least Sakura thought it was a man) burst though the doors. He turned to a boy with dark hair and glasses, pointed a stick at him and whispered some words. There was a bright flash of green light and Sakura woke up.
"Sakura!! Come look at this!" Kero said urgently.
"What is it Kero-chan?" she asked, trying to focus her eyes.
Kero didn't reply. He just stood on her desk staring at something. Curious of what it was, Sakura got out of bed and headed for her desk. To her surprise, it was a letter! In green ink, it said:
Sakura Kinomoto
5661 12 St. SW
Tomoeda, Japan
Sakura picked it up then dropped it immediately. It felt warm and tingly at the touch of her skin. For a while, she wondered why, but shrugged it off and finally opened it. Much to her dismay, the letter was written in English. Sakura knew a little English and from what she could read, she figured out the letter was asking her to go somewhere. She decided to ask Eriol to translate the rest of the letter later. Forgetting about her dream, she got dressed and went down for breakfast.
She walked into the kitchen and found her father and Touya already up. "Ohayo Otou-san! Ohayo Onii-chan!" she greeted cheerfully.
"Ohayo Sakura-san! You're just in time for breakfast!" Fujitaka said.
"Ohayo kaijuu!" Touya said, smiling mockingly.
Sakura gave her brother a death glare. "I. Am. Not. A. Monster!" she said.
"Settle down now!" Fujitaka interrupted. "Let's eat!"
A normal morning in the Kinomoto house would feature a bickering Sakura and Touya, but today it was different. Sakura was so intent on finishing her food that she ignored her brother's usual teasing. What occupied her mind was that odd letter she received that morning. After hastily eating, she grabbed a bun for Kero and ran back to her room to call Eriol.
Sakura opened her bedroom door to find that Kero had already begun playing video games. "Oi! Kero-chan! Here's your breakfast!" she said. Kero paused his game and flew to Sakura. "Arigato!" Kero said, then taking big bites out of his bun. Sakura laughed at Kero then picked up her phone and dialed Eriol's number.
*DRING*DRING* *DRING*DRING*
"Hello?" said a female voice.
"Akizuki-san? It's Sakura!"
"Oh! Sakura-chaaaaaaaan!!! Do you wish to speak to Eriol-sama?" she asked enthusiastically.
"Yes…" Sakura replied.
"Ok, just hold on! I'll go get him!"
"Arigato!"
Sakura heard the phone being put down and a scream that sounded like "ERIOL!!!! SAKURA-CHAN'S ON THE PHONE!!!!"
Eriol picked up the phone. "Hello Sakura-san! What can I do for you?" he asked.
"Hello Eriol-kun! Today, I got a letter and-"
He gave an irritable sigh. "Another one?" he interrupted.
"Hoe?" Sakura said, "Another what?"
"Let me guess! You received a letter that was written in English and you want me to translate it for you." he said, sounding a little annoyed.
"Wow! How did you know Eriol-kun?"
"Come to my house as soon as possible and I'll explain everything."
"Alright…"
"See you then!"
"Ja ne!"
Sakura was a girl who liked to take her time, but curiosity got the best of her. She got over to Eriol's house as fast as she could. When she arrived, she was gasping for air. Nakuru didn't help - when she answered the door, she pulled Sakura into a tight hug.
"Sakura-chaaaaaaaan! I'm so happy to see you!!!!!" she said, hugging Sakura even tighter. Sakura was losing feeling in both her arms and made a gagging noise that Nakuru noticed. "Oops! Gomen nasai!" she chuckled nervously. "I'll bring you to Eriol…" She led Sakura through the huge mansion, finally arriving at a huge room where Eriol was. However, Eriol was not alone. He was sitting with Syaoran and Tomoyo.
"Hey! Sakura-chan's here!" Tomoyo said upon seeing her friend enter the room.
Syaoran's head snapped up. He felt a smile tug at the sides of his mouth.
"Ohayo!" Sakura said to the group.
They returned the greeting. "Now that Sakuara-san's here, we can begin to discuss the letter." Eriol said calmly.
"Everyone got one?" Sakura asked.
Everyone nodded and pulled out their letter. Eriol opened his and everyone else's letter and read them. "Hmm… Well, basically all the letters say that we have been invited to attend the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry."
"I don't get it. If it's a school for people with magic, then why did Daidouji get invited too?" Syaoran asked.
"It seems that Tomoyo-san has magical powers as well!" Eriol responded.
"But why weren't we able to sense it from her before?" Sakura asked.
"I don't know. That is one question I'd like answered myself." Eriol said.
While Eriol and Syaoran seemed a bit apprehensive about this school, Tomoyo looked anything but. It had been one fantasy of hers to finally be "in" on things with her friends, and now she can be… if it was true that she possessed some magic.
"So, what's the verdict? Do you guys wanna go?" Eriol asked.
"Of course I do! It's a once in a lifetime opportunity to go to a school that teaches magic!" Sakura said. Tomoyo agreed to go as well - she didn't want to give up the one chance to see if she was magical. Eriol and Syaoran, who were skeptical of the school, were horrified at the idea of letting Tomoyo and Sakura go to this school alone, decided to go too.
Eriol carefully reread the letter again and frowned. "Eriol-kun, what's wrong?" Tomoyo asked him.
He sighed. "The letter says to reply by owl and I don't have an owl…" he replied. Just then, an owl flew in through an open window. Eriol blushed out of embarrassment. "Right…" he said. He scribbled down their reply and attached it to the owl's leg. The owl flew away.
Tomoyo looked at Sakura enthusiastically. "Isn't it great? I might be just like you guys!" she said. She looked happy enough to break into song and dance, but she didn't. Instead, she sat down and looked quizzical. "When do we leave for this school?" she asked.
"Good question! It says here in the letter that we go to the King's Cross Station in London in 3 days!" Eriol replied.
"What? IN 3 DAYS? I've got to start packing!" Sakura screamed.
"Wait! Hold on Sakura-san! The school is to provide the uniforms. It's best if we don't pack too much." Eriol said.
Tomoyo's face fell. "What's wrong Daidouji?" Syaoran asked.
Tomoyo sighed. "It's just that - that I won't be able to see Sakura-chan in my wonderful outfits when we go to this school!"
Sakura felt the heat rise up to her cheeks. "Tomoyo-chan…" Sakura said.
There was an awkward moment of silence that followed Tomoyo's comment. Eriol was about to say something when Spinel Sun flew the door open looking frantic. He slammed it and sighed. Everyone had guessed that Nakuru had been baking (judging by the funny smell coming from the kitchen) and had chosen Spinel to be the lucky duck who got to taste-test the food. Suddenly, Nakuru burst through the door. "Where's my lucky taste-tester?" she sang, her eyes darting around the room, searching for Spinel. Everyone sighed.
That night, Sakura told her father that she had been accepted to a very prestigious college in London, England. Her father was really proud that she had gotten into such an acclaimed school like he had gone to when he was 15 years old. Tomoyo and Syaoran told their mother's the same.

(A/N: One thing! When I was talking about wands and I referred to them as sticks, it was because Sakura doesn't know what they are yet. Please no flames, I've experienced 1 too many with this fic! Constructive criticism is welcome though!)
