At this point, you must be wondering what happened with Tai and Kari and who kidnapped them, aren’t you? Don’t worry, everyone. You’ll be seeing them soon enough and learn who has kidnapped them and why. Like I said before, I’ll be zipping through parts of the Chunin Exam storyline since they will be pretty much the same as what happened in the Naruto anime/manga storyline and I might be doing this for future arcs from the Naruto anime/manga unless I change them quite significantly, folks. By the way, I’m not sure, yet, but while Naruto/Hinata is a confirmed pairing, I’m thinking about putting him with Ayane and a few other girls as well. The other confirmed pairing is going to be Davis/Kari and Jaden/Alexis and yes, those two will be making their return sometime in the future.

Chapter 10: The Next Phases

In the skies above the Elemental Countries, we find a large blue dragon with silver-white dragon wings, a blade-like nose, blue and white upright humanoid body, and there is ‘X’ on his chest with the top portion of the ‘X’ is shape of a ‘V’ and on the right shoulder of the humanoid dragon, we find none other than Davis Motomiya, a backpack on his back, sitting on him.

The large dragon tells Davis, “We’ve been going through here for days, Davis.”

Davis tells the large dragon, “I know ExVeemon.” Davis says, looking around, “I never thought that I would see this place again.”

ExVeemon tells Davis, “I can’t believe that you actually came here Davis.”

Davis tells ExVeemon, “My grandpa from my dad’s side actually came from here and my mom also came from here. It is the reason that my dad met my mom with dad making his own way and met my mom, who was an elite Jonin level ninja. Surprising enough, while my sister didn’t inherit our family bloodline due to some kind of ‘genetic quirk’ between my mom and dad, I inherited it. I might be the last welder and it is said that a person who welds it can do the same thing with the legendary Rinnegan and change this world for good.”

ExVeemon asks Davis, “You don’t like this place do you, Davis?”

Davis says, with a sigh, “No buddy, I don’t. Let’s just say that I have a bit of history here that I would like to forget.”

ExVeemon tells Davis, “I see, Davis. I hope that Tai and Kari are okay.”

Davis says, with a nod, “Same here, pal. We may have our problems, but Tai and Kari don’t deserve anything these people will do to them. Trust me, this place isn’t for ‘regular people’, buddy.” ExVeemon flies on ahead through he can’t help to wonder what happened to Davis in the Elemental Countries.

(Around the same time; in an unknown location)

Right now, we find ourselves within some kind of dank and dark cell where we find a girl of Davis’ age with short brown hair with bangs that fell down the sides of her face, brown eyes, and wearing a pink and white sleeveless shirt, pink fingerless gloves that reaches to three-quarters of her upper arms, yellow shirts with a matching brown belt, long white socks, and pink and white sneakers. However, her clothes are quite dirty and she looks haggard as if she had been through some nasty experiences.

Just then the door to the cell opens in which two ninja that looks similar to ANBU ninja dragging in a male teen that looks to be around several years old than the young teen girl, of around 16-17 years of age, brown eyes, looking he is wearing a classic male Japanese school uniform with green shirt under a white t-shirt, grey pants, and blue white sneakers on his feet.

The teen girl yells out, shocked, “Tai!”

The two ninja throw the teen male into the cell and one of the ninja says, plainly, “You outsiders should learn your place here.” The two ninja leave and close the door behind them as the girl goes to the teen male that she just called ‘Tai’.

The teen girl asks Tai, concerned, “Tai, are you okay?”

The teen male coughs in which he rolls on his back and he says, weakly, “Just peachy… Kari.”

The teen girl asks Tai, fearfully, “What do these people want from us? And who are they?”

Tai replies, weakly, “I don’t think… they want us… Kari…”

Kari asks, curiously, “Huh?”

Tai replies, weakly, “If they wanted us, they would have gotten to whatever business they had with us and be done with it. They are keeping us here for who knows how long. They want one of our friends.”

Kari asks, curiously, “Who do they want?”

Tai replies, weakly, “I don’t know, Kari. Most likely, they sent some kind of ‘ransom demand’ to get him or her over here immediately.”

Kari says, worriedly, “But whoever of our friends that they want won’t know what they are walking into!”

Tai says, with a nod, “I know. I just hope that they can bring it together especially with what happened with Davis.”

Kari says, solemnly, “I… I didn’t mean to hurt him. TK was right.”

Tai says, with a plain tone, “I guess that we took him for granted after the battles with MaloMyotismon since he was the main reason that both worlds are saved.”

Kari tells Tai, “Do you think that Ken can convince Davis to come back to the others?”

Tai replies, with a sigh, “I don’t know, Kari, but what I do know is that Davis is the only one that can lead through this through I’m not sure that they can handle it. These people have got super-human powers.”

Kari asks Tai, “Do you know where Gatomon and Agumon are?”

Tai tells Kari, “I don’t know, Kari. And I’m worried. They are going to keep us alive to lure which of our friends that they want here, but I don’t know about Agumon and Gatomon.”

Kari says, worriedly, “Oh no!” Kari thinks in her mind, “I hope that someone rescues us soon.” Kari then puts Tai’s head on her lap and closes her eyes in which she starts to give off a slight pink glow which she doesn’t know that the guards are watching her.

(Within Training Ground 44; A bit later on)

Inside of the tower within the Leaf training ground known as the ‘Forest of Death’, we find the remaining candidates for the Chunin Exam assembled as they prepare to resume the preliminary rounds after Naruto stopped Yami Marik’s ‘interruption’ in which he had taken his Winged Dragon of Ra God monster card and his Millennium Rod which Ninja Ryu has taken to be kept with him until Naruto can aid him sealing it away.

Hayate says, with a plain tone after he coughs, “With that ‘interruption’ taken care of, we can continue.”

Temari thinks in her mind, annoyed, “Interruption? That’s what you call that madman’s attack?!”

Yugito thinks in her mind, “Raikage-sama was right! The Crimson Dragon is an incredible power! Nibi and I felt its awesome strength! And now, we know that the Namikaze child and the Hyuga heiress are the two of the Signers that can bring it into this realm! The other two Signers are up there watching!”

The other Cloud ‘Jonin’, known as Killer Bee, thinks in his mind, “Whoa, baby! My bro was right! That Crimson Dragon was out of sight!”

Hayate says, with a plain tone, “Now, without further interruption, we shall begin to preliminary rounds. As I have stated before, if your names come up, remain here in the arena and the rest of you head up into the stands where our ‘guests’ are.”

Karui thinks in her mind, “Guests, huh? You mean the summoners of one of the most powerful entities in the universe, bud!”

Hayate says, motioning to an electronic board in the back wall, “The names of the pairs are chosen at complete random. And if there isn’t anything else, let us begin with the first round.” The electronic board lights up and goes through names in which they stop at Sasuke Uchiha against Yoroi Akado, one of Kabuto’s teammates and who is a male with a good tan dressed like him with black glasses over his eyes and a veil over his mouth.

Sasuke thinks in his mind, slyly, “They don’t waste any time, huh?”

Sasuke winces in pain from the Curse Mark and Yoroi thinks in his mind, slyly, “I wouldn’t ask for anything less.”

Sakura thinks in her mind, worriedly, “Oh no! Why did have to be Sasuke?”

Naruto thinks in his mind, annoyed, “Completely random, huh? Why do I get some kind of bad feeling? Anyway, even through the Teme had some rest, he isn’t in tip top shape do to that hicky that snake freak put on him.”

Hayate says, plainly, “Those who’s name have been called out, come forward.” When Sasuke and Yoroi come forward, the two of them face each other in which Hayate says, “You have been chosen for the first match, you two: Sasuke Uchiha and Yoroi Akado. Are there any objections?”

Sasuke says, plainly, “None here, proctor.”

Yoroi replies, plainly, “No, proctor.”

Sakura thinks in her mind, concerned, “That’s it. All I can do is watch.”

Naruto thinks in his mind, seriously, “I don’t like this. I’m really getting the same bad feeling that I got from that Kabuto guy. You had better win, Sasuke-teme. If you want to face me, you are going to have to win and make sure that you win without the use that hicky.”

Ino thinks in her mind, concerned, “Something is wrong with Sasuke-kun.”

Dosu thinks in his mind, “Is it the Curse Mark?”

Lee thinks in his mind, “Sasuke, good luck.”

Neji thinks in his mind, plainly, “Now, all we do is sit back and wait to see what happens.”

Sasuke thinks in his mind, winching from the pain that the Curse Mark is giving him, “The pain won’t go away.”

Yoroi thinks in his mind, slyly, “That Curse Mark giving you trouble, Uchiha?”

Hayate says, plainly, “Let us begin, everyone. Everyone else must go to the upper level where our ‘guests’ are waiting above.”

On the meanwhile, Kakashi approaches Team 7 and Naruto yells out, excitedly, “Hey, Kakashi-sensei!”

When Kakashi gets to Sasuke, he whispers, “Don’t use your Sharingan, Sasuke.”

Sasuke tells Kakashi, “So, you know, Kakashi?”

Kakashi tells Sasuke, “If that mark on your neck activates, your life will be in danger.”
Sasuke says, plainly, “I know, Kakashi.”

Kakashi tells Sasuke, “Just to let you know, if it gets to that point, I will have to step in and stop the fight. And I won’t hesitate to use Naruto since I know that he knows about it too and he knows how dangerous that it is due to his sensory ability that he gained from the Nine-Tailed Fox. Now, good luck, Sasuke.”

Sasuke thinks in his mind, stunned, “Stop the fight?!” Sasuke then thinks in his mind, “This thing seems to respond to my chakra and every time that I use it, it gets a bit stronger and a bit more control over me. Even through I’ve managed to recover, my Sharingan and my jutsu are off-limits because it will activate the instant that I use them. Maybe I can make him laugh himself to death. The Dobe might be able to do that if he had nothing else to work with, but I sure won’t.”

Orochimaru, in his disguise, thinks in his mind, “Poor Sasuke, your own skills are going to be disastrous for you.”

Sasuke thinks in his mind, with a sly smile, “Whatever. Let’s get on with this.”

As everyone else looks on the stands, Kakashi thinks in his mind, “Watch it, Sasuke. Don’t push it.”

Hayate says, plainly, “If everyone is ready, let the match begin.”

Yoroi says, putting his hands into hand signs, “Oh, I’m ready, proctor.”

Sasuke says, getting into a defensive stance, “So am I.” However, Yoroi’s hands start to glow with strong blue chakra energy and he reaches into a pouch in which Sasuke does the same. Yoroi attacks with shuriken, but Sasuke easily deflects the attack with a kunai. However, the Curse Mark starts to active and he thinks, annoyed, “Already?” He then avoids a punch by Yoroi, who gets up close with some incredible speed, but Sasuke drops to the ground and rolls away. He then puts his kunai into the ground and he manages to kick Yoroi down to the ground and get his right arm in a lock.

Naruto says, excitedly, “He got him!”

Yoroi then asks, overhearing Naruto, “Really?” Yoroi then grabs onto Sasuke and his hands glow in which Sasuke feels his chakra being drained from his body in which Yoroi uses that energy to get out of the lock.

Sasuke thinks in his mind, stunned, “All my strength, it’s gone!” Yoroi then grabs onto Sasuke’s head and he then starts to drain more of Sasuke’s chakra away.

Naruto thinks in his mind, “Sasuke! Oh, crap! I can feel it! His chakra is being drained away!”

Kakashi realizes it as well and Sasuke says, weakly, “My chakra… what are you doing?”

Yoroi yells out, with a sly tone, “You are just noticing now, huh?!”

Orochimaru thinks in his mind, “That’s right, Sasuke. Yoroi has an extraordinary ninja art at his fingertips. He can drain a person’s chakra away and when the last drop of your chakra is gone, you will have no choice, but to use the power of my Curse Mark. Use it, Sasuke! Set that delicious forbidden power free! It is the only way that you can save yourself!” However, Sasuke manages to kick Yoroi away from him, but Yoroi quickly counterattacks. Sasuke can’t completely avoid him and his jutsu and he knows that the slightly touch will allow him to drain his chakra in which he learned when Yoroi’s hand was close to his face.

Naruto thinks in his mind, “Man! This is nuts! Believe it! With that hicky, Sasuke can’t use anything unless he wants to go nuts again! But still…!!” Naruto yells out, “Hey, Sasuke-teme, you can do better than that! I know that you have a bit of a headache, but even you should be able to do better than that! Is this all the ‘great Uchiha’ can do?!” Sasuke glares back at Naruto, but when he notices Lee nearby, an idea hits him. When Yoroi attacks, Sasuke can barely dodge his attack, but then he vanishes and performs Lee’s exact move to kick him into the air and get behind him in the form of Dancing Leaf Shadow. Sasuke then prepares to play his finishing move in which the Curse Mark activates. Naruto thinks in his mind, “Oh crud! I can feel it! It’s that darn hicky again!” However, when Sasuke remembers Naruto’s words, he wills the Curse Mark back and then uses his Lion’s Barrage technique which is a series that hits straight in the chest in which Yoroi slams into the ground with a sickening ‘thud’ knocking him clean out.

Afterwards, as Sasuke struggles to his feet, Hayate says, plainly after looking over Yoroi, “As the proctor, I’m declaring this match over. As the winner of this watch, Sasuke Uchiha, moves onto the finals.”

Naruto yells out, excitedly, “Way to go!” Sasuke falls to a sitting position and is about to collapse, but Kakashi teleports in and supports him on his right leg.

Kakashi tells Sasuke, “Not bad, Sasuke. Before that Lion’s Barrage, your technique looks exactly like Might Gai’s Taijutsu. You must have copied it with your Sharingan when you fought his student, Rock Lee.”

Naruto yells out, excitedly, “Not bad, Teme! But that victory was so not like you! You look like you are the one that’s beat up!”

Sasuke tells Naruto, with a snort, “Give me a break, you idiot! You know why…!” Sasuke says, with a sigh, “Oh, well.”

Naruto thinks in his mind, with a nod, “No duh, I know why! But still, someone like you could have done better even with just Taijutsu!”

Sakura thinks in her mind, relieved, “Sasuke, I’m so glad that you are okay.”

Naruto thinks in his mind, excitedly, “I can’t wait to show my stuff! Kakashi-sensei and Hayabusa-sensei gave me some good training and I can’t wait to clean the clock of whoever my opponent is!”

Sasuke thinks in his mind, trying to catch his breath, “Rock Lee, if I had copied your moves when we fought. It would have ended badly for me here. Still it is a technique that I want to use often, something tells me that you don’t either!”

Rock Lee thinks in his mind, stunned, “Amazing, Sasuke. You only seen me do my technique and you copied it flawlessly. So, that’s your special dojutsu! You are getting stronger all the time and it makes me a bit nervous.”

Might Gai thinks in his mind, “It takes more than Sharingan to copy the moves that I have shown Lee! It takes blood, sweat, and nearly flesh destroying training, but still those moves. He remains me of you, Kakashi, when you were younger.”

Tenten thinks in her mind, “Last year, it was Neji who was the rookie to beat, but this year, it is Sasuke Uchiha.”

Kakashi thinks, “He has managed to develop his Sharingan in which short a time and we haven’t seen his full Uchiha abilities yet.”

Anko thinks in her mind, amazed, “I can’t believe that the Curse Mark receded like that as if he had control over it.”

On the meanwhile, Gaara clamps his hands on his own arms and starts to shake in which Kankuro thinks in his mind, “Oh no! Not again!”

Ino yells out, excitedly, “I knew that you could do it, Sasuke-kun!”

Shikamaru thinks in his mind, “This could be the end for us.”

Hinata says, amazed, “Wow, he was amazing.”

Kiba says, with a snort, “He wasn’t that great, Hinata.” Orochimaru, instead of disappointed, was excited that Sasuke defeated Yoroi without use of the Curse Mark and while medics took Yoroi away, Kakashi took Sasuke away to try to seal away the Curse Mark.

Naruto thinks in his mind, “I hope that Kakashi-sensei can find a way to get rid of that hicky or at least make it that it won’t be a pain to Sasuke-teme. When I fight him, I want to fight him fair and square and not some ‘Curse Mark’ or whatever to be hindering him when I take it to him and show him why I’m going to be the best one day! Believe it!” On the meanwhile, the next fight was Shino against Zaku and during the fight, Orochimaru secretly takes off to follow Kakashi. During the battle between Shino and Zaku, Zaku seemed to have only one good arm, but it was a ploy since his right arm was good enough to use. However, Shino used his bugs to plug the holes that Zaku uses to unleash his sound jutsu causing it to backfire and his arms to become extreme damaged. Shino then knocked him out completely and won the match with ease. The following match after that was Kankuro against Misumi Tsurugi, the other of Kabuto’s teammates who looks like Yoroi, but his glasses are clear like seeing glasses. Misumi attacks and uses his ability to bend his body to entrap Kankuro and seemly break his neck, but ‘Kankuro’ was really a large ninja puppet known as Crow in which Kankuro uses his puppet to choke him and make him fall unconscious.

Naruto asks, curiously, “Isn’t that a bit unfair with two against one?”

Kakashi tells Naruto, “It isn’t really two against one. It isn’t alive, it is just a puppet.”

Sakura says, “The puppet is a ninja tools like a shuriken.”

Naruto asks, curiously, “You can use a puppet in ninja tool?” Soon enough, it was Ino against Sakura next and the two former friends head down in which they stare each other down. The two of them use basic Taijutsu and Ino tried using her clan jutsu on Sakura, but Sakura’s inner persona AKA ‘Inner Sakura’ forces her out. In the end, the two of them knock each other out and ending the match in a draw. Soon after, the next match was Tenten against Temari of the Sand Village.

By this time, Kakashi and Ninja Ryu have returned to the stands and Ninja Ryu tells Kakashi, “Your kunoichi needs a bit of ‘touch up’.”

Kakashi says, with a sigh, “What can I say? But to be honest, I don’t think I’m the one able to bring out her true potential.”

Ninja Ryu tells Kakashi, “That’s true, Kakashi. She isn’t really good, but she does have potential. However, I do believe that this requires a fellow kunoichi to give her the right touch.”

Kakashi asks, curiously, “Anyone in mind?”

Ninja Ryu says, “I think that the only female Sannin will work best for young Haruno.”

Kakashi replies, with a nod, “I think that you might be on to something, Hayabusa-sama.”

Ninja Ryu says, “However, I believe that Momiji-chan can work more on her abilities until then Kakashi-san.”

Momiji tells Ninja Ryu, with a plain tone, “It would be my honor, Ryu-sensei.” Back to the battle, Tenten uses her weapon skills against Temari, but Temari uses her large war fan and powerful wind jutsu against Tenten which proved to more than a match for Tenten’s weapon based attacks in which in the end, Tenten ends cut up and slammed onto Temari’s war fan.

Temari says, with a sly tone, “Wasn’t much of a match. Kind of boring if you ask me.”

Might Gai says, shocked, “To stop all of Tenten’s attacks like.”

Naruto says, stunned, “It was amazing. Scary even.”

With our Fudo twins, Leon says, winching, “Ouch that had to hurt.”

Ayane thinks in her mind, solemnly, “Poor Tenten-san. She was completely overwhelmed by this… wind witch.”

Choji says, plainly, “It is like you said, Shikamaru.”

Shikamaru tells Choji, “I told you so, Choji.”

Hayate says, plainly, “The winner of the match.” Temari smirks in which plenty of people know what she is going to do next in which Ayane secretly activates her duel disk. Temari then throws Tenten off her fan violet in which Lee leaps off to catch her, but then Rose Tentacles (2200/1200) appears and scoops up Tenten which surprises everyone in which everyone looks to see Ayane with her active duel disk and a serious look in her eye.

Kankuro asks, stunned, “What in the world?”

Ayane yells out, annoyed, “What’s the matter with you? You might have won the match, but that doesn’t give you the right to hurt her anymore than she already has. And she is defenseless too! Have you no shame?!”

Temari says, with a snort, “Cry me a river little girl! You are not even a ninja, so, why don’t you just shut up you pink haired freak of nature? Plus, take that sack of garbage with you!”

Ayane calls out, “Rose Tentacles!” Before anyone could stop her, Rose Tentacles lashes out and smashes Temari right on the cheek, knocking her to the ground, hard! Temari, however, quickly recovers only to have one of Rose Tentacles vines point at her heart like a spear in which for a rare time, she is afraid for her life. Ayane tells Temari, with a glare, “Insult me all you want, but insulting others including working people like Tenten and especially people that I care about most and I get mad! Remember this well because I can easily crush you with my powers as my mother could!” After Rose Tentacles puts Tenten into Lee’s hands, Rose Tentacles vanishes leaving quite a shaken up Tenten.

Ryu thinks in his mind, nervously, “This is why I don’t get my sis mad at me!”

Naruto thinks in his mind, nervously, “Mental note: Never make Ayane-chan mad at you at all!”

Lee thinks in his mind, stunned, “What was that? That looked like a monster from Duel Monsters! Does that girl have the power to bring Duel Monsters to life like that Marik madman with that strange item that he called the Millennium Rod?!”

Neji thinks in his mind, looking at Ayane, “There is more to that girl than meets the eye! Is this the power of the Signers, legendary warriors of the Crimson Dragon known through the Elemental Countries? Or is this a unique power that belongs to this girl alone?”

Gaara says, lowly, “Interesting.”

Zaku says, curiously, “Interesting. That was no summoning jutsu.”

Kin asks Zaku, “Then what was it?”

Zaku says, with a plain tone, “I’ve seen that kind of monster on a game known throughout the Elemental Countries known as Duel Monsters. It seems like that this girl has the power to bring the monsters and maybe even all of the cards to life.”

Kin asks, stunned, “Bring a card game to life?”

Choji says, amazed, “Wow! Did you see that?”

Shikamaru tells Choji, “Obviously, Choji. Something tells me that we don’t want to make that girl mad. A girl that has the ability to bring card game to life. What a drag.”

Kakashi thinks in his mind, with a sigh, “Just great. Things have become more complicated.”

Kalin tells Ayane, plainly, “That was a reckless move, Ayane.”

Ayane tells Kalin, solemnly, “I’m sorry, Kalin. I hate it when people are belittled like that.”

Leon says, with a nod, “We know, Ayane, but now, they know about your powers and there are plenty of people other than Orochimaru or the rebel members of the former Dead or Alive Executive Tournament Committee that will want them. You can’t just use your powers like that.”

Yugito thinks in her mind, “So, this girl has infamous ‘Psychic Duelist’ powers, huh? Raikage-sama will want to know about this.”

Omoi thinks in his mind, amazed, “Whoa! The power to bring monsters from a card game to life like that? And it looks like those powers are hers are lethal.”

Samui thinks in her mind, “Raikage-sama will want to know about this girl. The Signer Ayane Fudo.”

Kiba says, amazed, “I thought that girl was different, but I didn’t know how much! Wow!” Kiba says, glaring at the Sand ninja, “Still those Sand ninja are really tough and the last people that I want to fight.”

Hinata says, with a nod, “I agree, Kiba.” Soon enough, Sakura recovers from the battle with Ino which knocked both of them out causing them both to be disqualified from the finals in which the battle between Shikamaru and the kunoichi of the Sound team, known as Kin Tsuchi, in which she uses senbon and Shikamaru thinks that she uses them with bells to distract him, but the bells on her senbon are part of her Genjutsu, but Shikamaru uses his Shadow Possession Jutsu through the wires that she connected to her bells to use for her Genjutsu. Shikamaru then knocks her out by making her bend back to hit her head on the wall.

Shikamaru says, slyly, “The wise shinobi always make sure to observe the battlefield that he or she is on and never loses sight of their place on it. I made sure that she was so focused on me that she didn’t notice that her head was inches from it. And when we dodged, ka-bong! Now, who is hearing bells? Wait! Don’t answer that since it would be a pain for you.”

Hayate says, plainly, “Winner: Shikamaru Nara.”

Choji yells out, “Way to go, Shikamaru!”

Ino, who has also recovered, yells out, “At a boy, Shikamaru!”

Ryu says, “That Shikamaru guy is lazy, but he is quite bright.”

Ayane says, with a nod, “I can tell, bro.”

Ninja Ryu says, with a nod, “His laziness actually makes him far weaker than he actually is.” The board starts again and then the words say ‘Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze VS Kiba Inuzuka’.

Naruto yells out, excitedly, “Awesome! It’s finally my time to shine!”

Kiba says, excitedly, “It’s us against brat, Akamaru! We just won the lottery!” Akamaru isn’t so sure, but he barks excitedly not to disappoint.

Naruto says, with a grin, “Time to rock and roll!” Naruto thinks in his mind, “Mom and dad. I hope that you are watching because you are going to get an awesome show!” Soon enough, the two of them head down and face each other in the arena floor. Naruto yells out, excitedly, “I’ve been waiting for this! Sorry that I have to blow you away, Kiba!”

Kiba yells out, annoyed, “That’s what I was going to say and not in a nice way!”

Naruto calls out, slyly, “Yeah, right! Like you stand a chance against me! To be honest, I would be impressed if you forced me to use my Rinnegan for this match!”

There are plenty of surprised looks and Yugito thinks in her mind, “Did he says Rinnegan? As in the Rinnegan, the legendary dojutsu of the Six Path Sage?”

Temari whispers to Kankuro, “Did that brat say that he had a legendary dojutsu?”

Kankuro says, with a shake of his head, “It has got to be a bluff.”

Kiba calls out, annoyed, “I don’t care if you are the kid of a Hokage or have a legendary dojutsu! You are still a loser to me!”

Naruto asks, with a foxy smile, “Then why is that fear in your voice?”

Kiba gives an annoyed growl, but then he calms down and says, with a smirk, “Trying to get me annoyed! It doesn’t matter that you have massive levels of chakra! It’s skills that count!”

Naruto says, with a grin, “Then I’ve got you beat by light years, Kiba! I’ve been trained not only by Kakashi-sensei, but Hayabusa-sensei, a member of the Dragon Clan, if you hadn’t heard.” There are plenty of more gasps in which plenty of the ninja look at Ninja Ryu.

Kiba asks, taking Akamaru out of his coat, “Oh, yeah! We’ll see about that? Right, boy?”

Naruto asks, curiously, “Hold up? Isn’t this against the rules?”

Hayate tells Naruto, “I’m sorry, Naruto-sama, but like Shino’s bugs, Kiba Inuzuka’s canine partner is a part of him just like those of his clan. He is well within the rules.”

Naruto says, with a shrug, “Okay, fine! Just bigger victory for me when I beat Kiba and his puppy!”

Kiba tells Naruto, with a smirk, “Oh, yeah?” Kiba tells Akamaru, “Stay here partner! I’ll take care of this by myself!” However, Akamaru gives a bark of concern feeling that they could still win, but only if they fight together.

In the stands, while Sakura cheers him on in her own way, Choji says, with a sigh, “Lucky!”

Shikamaru asks Choji, “Kiba or Naruto, Choji?”

Kiba yells out, “I feel sorry for you, runt! So, I’m going to take it easy and beat you in one blow!”

Naruto says, with a smirk, “You must be dumber than you look if you can think you can beat me!”

Hayate tells them, “When you think that you are ready, you can begin.” Kiba then uses his Beast Mimicry: All Fours Jutsu and charges at Naruto with incredible speed and slams his left elbow right into Naruto’s waist with incredible force, but Naruto didn’t budge an inch!

Kiba thinks in his mind, stunned, “But how?!”

Naruto winches slightly and he says, “I’ll admit it, dog breath… I actually felt that!” Before Kiba could react, Naruto slams his fist right into his nose sending him stumbling backwards as well as causing a bit of blood to fall from his nose.

Kurenai thinks in her mind, stunned, “He actually took Kiba’s attack completely without dodging at all!”

Kiba says, holding his nose, “How can you be still standing after that blow? I hit you dead on!”

As Naruto’s strong chakra aura surrounds him, Naruto says, with a smirk, “I’ll admit that I decided to take the shot to show how full of yourself that was! I could have dodged it! And let me tell you, baka, I’m not impressed! You have a better chance if you send your little puppy to defeat me, but then again, I might get him fixing of his life!”

Kiba says, annoyed, “You are going to regret that remark, loser.” Kiba and Akamaru charge again and he launches smoke grenades that surround Naruto in a huge cloud of smoke.

Naruto thinks in his mind, “Great! I’m blind as a bat!” Just then Naruto takes a blow to his left cheek, another to his stomach, and multiple blows, but he is managing to take the blows without getting too injured. Naruto thinks in his mind, “This is just bad! I can take the blows for awhile, but I can’t take this forever! And I’m not going to take this forever!” Naruto then leaps out of the smoke, but then Akamaru comes out of seemly nowhere and bites onto his right wrist in which he is flung back into the smoke. When the smoke clears, it seems like Naruto is down and out with Akamaru standing over him. But when Akamaru comes over to Kiba, Akamaru bites Kiba in the left arm.

Kiba yells out, stunned, “Hey, Akamaru! What are you doing?!” Just then a familiar laugh is heard and everyone looks to see Naruto, standing just fine and not even winded, with a Shadow Clone holding Akamaru by his front paws, and he is whimpering in fear.

Naruto yells out, slyly, “Gotcha, Kiba! You should have seen the look on your face!”

Kiba asks, stunned, “Wait! You have Akamaru, then who is…?!” Just then the other ‘Akamaru’ transforms into another Naruto Shadow Clone who gives a cheeky look.

Naruto tells Kiba, “You thought that puppy could defeat me?! Ha! I’ll admit that I didn’t expect that, but your little pal here just gave me an idea how to really bite you back and I mean that in a literal fashion, baka!” Naruto is laughing while his Shadow Clone dispels in which Naruto thinks in his mind, disgusted, “Yuck! I forgot that Hayabusa-sensei and Kakashi-sensei warned me about how my Shadow Clone give back all that they experience when they are dispelled! When was the last time that Kiba washed?!” Naruto yells out, excitedly, “You should have seen your face when you thought your own puppy turned on you! I knew that you were so easy to fool!”

Kiba yells out, angrily, “You think that this is a joke?”

Naruto replies, with a foxy smile, “No, Kiba! I think that you are a joke and I just proved it! I’ll admit that you got me, but every blow that you give me, I’ll return it ten-fold! Believe it!”

In the stands, Ayane says, giggle, “Oh, man! Only Naruto can make a battle like this into a comedy show!”

Hinata says, amazed, “That was amazing, Naruto-kun.”

Sakura yells out, excitedly, “Way to go, Naruto!”

Shikamaru says, with a plain tone, “Multiple Shadow Clones and transforming one of those clones at once? This is not the Naruto that we knew.”

Ino says, with a nod, “You said it, Shikamaru.”

Asuma thinks in his mind, “Whatever training that Kakashi and Hayabusa-sama used on Naruto, it worked.”

Back in the fight, Kiba takes a deep breath to calm down and Naruto thinks, when he sees Kiba smile, “Uh oh! Something tells me that Kiba has got another trick up his sleeve!”

Kiba then says, taking something out of the pouch, “Naruto, if I were you, I let Akamaru go!” He then throws Akamaru a brown pill in which Akamaru swallows turning his fur red and Akamaru kicks the clone causing it to dispel.

Naruto asks, perplexed, “What was that thing you feed him? And why did his fur turn red?”

Kiba replies, slyly, “Are you sure that you want to stick around to find out?” Kiba and Akamaru then perform their Beast Mimicry: Man-Beast Clones in which Akamaru turns into a exact duplicate of the feral Kiba.

Naruto yells out, “Hold up here! He took something! Why isn’t he disqualified?!”

Hayate tells Naruto, “Food pills, Naruto-sama. They are allowed.”

Naruto says, remembering something, “Wait a minute! Food pills?! I’ve heard about those before…” Naruto tries to remember, but when he does, he yelps and leaps back in which he thinks, “Crap! I remember! Hayabusa-sensei warned me about those!”

In the stands, Shikamaru asks, perplexed, “What was that stuff he took?”

Choji says, plainly, “Food pills. They are an energy booster developed by the military to allow ninja to fight for three days and nights without any breaks, but they result in high levels of anxiety and fatigue after extended battling. Right now, Kiba and Akamaru is at least double their strength.” Kiba and Akamaru used their All Fours Jutsu on Naruto in which he manages to back flip and dodge.

Naruto yells out, slyly, “Is that all you can do with double your strength?!” However, Kiba and Akamaru continue to attack Naruto relentlessly with constant attacks in which Naruto manages to dodge with side-stepping, back flipping, and Flying Peacock flips.

Back in the stands, Asuma says, “This is bad for Naruto. Kiba fights like a wild beast with intense chakra without enhancement, but those pills doubling his chakra? It is the perfect weapon for someone like Kiba.

Hinata thinks in his mind, nervously, “Oh no, Naruto-kun!”

Naruto thinks in his mind, “Man! They are intense! Hayabusa-sensei said that a person using those pills can fight for three days and nights, but I can’t hold out that long! Believe it! I need to find a way to turn the tables on them now or I’m dog food!” Naruto says, putting his hands through familiar hand signs, “All right, Kiba, try this!”

Kakashi thinks in his mind, surprised, “That’s…!!”

“Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu!”

Naruto then unleashes a jet of flames right at Kiba and Akamaru, who surprised, leap out of the way as the field is covered in small flames.

Sakura yells out, stunned, “That’s Sasuke-kun’s jutsu!”

Kakashi thinks, looking at Ninja Ryu, “Something tells me that you had a hand in this, Hayabusa-sama. Clever.” Naruto’s arms are then covered in some kind of strong wind chakra.

“Wind Style: Wind Cutter Jutsu!”

Naruto then unleashes a pair of blades made of wind chakra in which causes Kiba and Akamaru to leap away from each other in which Naruto leaps at one of the two ‘Kibas’ to attack him, but the other ‘Kiba’ rams him in the side.

This one, the real Kiba, yells out, “Trying to separate us, dope? Nice try!” However, Naruto grabs onto Kiba and throws him to the wall, but Kiba easily manages to land on the wall with his hands and feet in which Akamaru, still the ‘Kiba clone’ attacks Naruto in which he barely back flips out of the way.

Naruto thinks in his mind, “This is beyond nuts! Even if I separate those two, I can’t attack one without getting slammed by the other! This is ridiculous! That proctor was right! It is like Kiba and that puppy of his are a part of each other! Believe it!” Naruto continues to gracefully dodge Kiba’s attack without too much trouble, but Kiba continues on with the pressure even more than ever, not giving Naruto a chance to counterattack at all. When Naruto leaps high into the air, Kiba and Akamaru take this chance and attack with their Fang Over Fang before Naruto could touch the ground giving him no chance of a defense mode. Naruto yelps as he is hit hard and he soars down to the ground, but Naruto manages to flip down to the ground, landing on the ground safely, but an unsteady manner.

Kiba asks, slyly, “Still standing, huh? I’ll admit, Naruto, you are better than I thought, but there is no way you can beat my ultimate Taijutsu!”

Naruto says, with a snort, “Oh, yeah, Kiba. Just call me ‘no one’ since I’m about to beat your Taijutsu right into the dirt!”

Kiba yells out, slyly, “Oh, really? I think that you are a glutton for punishment!” Kiba and Akamaru unleash another Fang over Fang, but Naruto manages to dodge it with a Flying Peacock dodge.

Naruto thinks in his mind, “Man, they’re fast! But with that food pill hyping them up, I’m in big trouble! I need a trick or something to discourage them for using that painful jutsu! Believe it!” Just then an image comes into his mind with Momiji and Ayane in it and he thinks, excitedly, “That’s it! Momiji-sensei and her friend got me one! And she reminded me to carry it on me all around!” Naruto then goes over to some storage seals and leaps into the air curling himself into a ball while Kiba unleashes smoke bombs to cover Naruto as he and Akamaru unleash another set of Fang Over Fang attacks on him, but as everyone else in the stands look on, they hear cutting and slicing sounds in both Kiba and Akamaru leap out as the smoke starts to clear in which their outfits, since Akamaru is a copy of Kiba, are have multiple slashes through them with multiple cuts on their exposed flesh which are bleeding.

Ino asks, perplexed, “What just happened?” As the smoke clears, Naruto is revealed and he has some wires with a lot of kunai tied to them all over his body.

There are plenty of gasps of surprise and Ninja Ryu tells Momiji, “I see that you taught them your defensive move for when you are attacked in mid-air.”

Momiji says, with a nod, “I believed that as a sensei, I should try to help my student as best as I can, Ryu-sensei, through it was your student that I was helping.”

Naruto says, with a grin, “Nice, huh? This is a trick that Momiji-sensei taught me! I used my Shadow Clones when she used this trick and they were sliced apart! You might be bashing me, but as long as I’m in mid-air, I can curl up into a ball and you would be slicing yourself too! I have powerful endurance due to my Uzumaki blood, but I doubt that you can endure as much as I can! So, keep pounding me all you like? You just cut yourself up in the end, believe it!”
Kiba yells out, winching from the cuts that he got from the kunai, “Why you?!” However, the wires fall apart and the kunai collapse to the ground!

Naruto calls out, stunned, “What?!”

Kakashi thinks in his mind, “Nice defense, but it looks like the raw slicing action of Kiba’s and Akamaru’s Fang Over Fang, one of the Inuzuka clan’s most powerful Taijutsu, easily managed to take down that wire.”

Kiba yells out, slyly, “It looks like your defense is gone now! Let’s see your ‘Uzumaki endurance’ protect you now!” Kiba and Akamaru charge in for the kill and preparing more smoke bomb in which they launch creating a ton of smoke.

Naruto thinks in his mind, “Man, this is a headache! I could use jutsu to take care of this smoke, but it won’t take care of Kiba and his puppy! Man, I wish that I could just fool them like before…!!” Just then a foxy smile comes onto Naruto’s face and he thinks, slyly, “I’m going to take a pounding, but thanks to the fox and my Uzumaki blood, this could work! And Kiba won’t know what hit him, believe it!” Kiba unleashes a serious of Fang Over Fang attacks into the smoke, but when the smoke clears, there are three Kibas instead of just two!

Kakashi says, slyly, “Clever, Naruto.”

Hinata says, with a warm smile, “That’s genius, Naruto-kun.”

Sakura yells out, “He turned himself into a perfect copy of Kiba! He can’t attack because he’ll risk hitting Akamaru!”

Kiba says, slyly, “Do you really think that you can hide yourself, kid? You can’t hide from me, Naruto!” Kiba then attacks one of his ‘copies’ and knocks him into the ground in which he says, slyly, “You can’t hide for our noses!”

Kurenai thinks in her mind, “By sending his chakra to his nose, Kiba can tell people apart by their scent!” However, when this ‘Kiba’ transforms in a puff of smoke, he turns into Akamaru!

Kiba yells out, shocked, “But how?!” Kiba then exclaims, annoyed, “So, it’s you! Messing with me!” Kiba then slams his other copy, but then that one turns into Akamaru as well!

Kakashi thinks in his mind, “This is coming from the class clown, who is just his mother is so many ways!”

Kurenai thinks in her mind, stunned, “Kiba was fooled!” The first ‘Akamaru’ then stands up, transforms into Naruto, and when Kiba turns to face him, Naruto lands a series of airborne kicks to Kiba’s chest with a kick to his right cheek, knocking him down to the ground.

Back in the stands, Ayane says, amazed, “Oh, wow! Naruto is like Uncle Crow in so many ways!”

Ryu says, with a nod, “I agree, sis.”

Sakura yells out, excitedly, “At a boy, Naruto!”

Hinata says, with a warm smile, “That was great, Naruto.”

Kiba struggles to get to his feet and Naruto says, as Kiba looks at him with an angered tone, “Did you really think that I forget that big honker after you blabbed about it during our whole time in the Academy, Kiba?! No way! Believe it! I’ll admit that you had me at a lost to stop that rotten jutsu of yours, but then I remember that I made you look like a fool earlier! So, why couldn’t I show you how dumb you look again? I know that if I turned into that puppy of yours, you would so attack first and ask questions later! Unlike me, you are so predictable, Kiba!”

With Team 10, Ino says, amazed, “Who knew that the Naruto that I used to know be that smart?”

With Sakura, she thinks, “Naruto knew that he could take the blow, so, he fooled Kiba completely with that trick!”

Naruto says, with a foxy smile, “My senseis taught me two things: One, a ninja must always see through deception. And two, a smart shinobi is smart on how they use their jutsu or it will bite them in ass! And boy, I made sure that yours really bite you back, Kiba!”

Kiba does his best to calm himself down and he thinks, “Calm down, Kiba! Arguing with this brat will get you nowhere! And I know that he wants me to lose my head, so, he can continuously outwit me! I’ve got to admit that he is far tougher than I thought, but I need to finding an opening and take him down with my All Fours Jutsu!”

Naruto says, slyly, “Ready to get serious, Kiba? That’s good because I’m going to end this here and now! And I’ll do with a brand new trick!”

Kiba calls out, slyly, “Oh, yeah? Try this!” Kiba then unleashes kunai and shuriken on Naruto, but Naruto manages to dodge them. Kiba tries his All Fours Jutsu, but Naruto uses his Flying Peacock dodge flip to get out of the way of that attack.

Naruto asks, “Again?” Naruto continues to dodge the attack, but Naruto then stops in his tracks and seemly takes Kiba’s attack, but instead, Kiba gasps to see Naruto grabbing the arm that he attacked him with inches from him in which he slams Kiba to the ground with a powerful judo throw/slam that cracks the ground. Naruto leaps away and Kiba grunts as he leaps to his feet. Naruto puts his hands in his pocket, on instinct, in which he notices something in his pocket in which he finds a small sphere and his eyes widen. Naruto yells out, putting his hands together in a ninja hand sign, “Okay, pal! Time to end this with my new move!”

Kiba yells out, “I won’t give you the chance!” Kiba uses his speed to get behind Naruto, but then Naruto spins around and slams the sphere into Kiba’s face which shatters splashing some strange liquid onto his nose. Kiba’s nose is overwhelmed by the worst smell that you can imagine and he yells out as he holds his nose as well as shaking his head all over the place as Naruto leaps backwards!

Everyone is surprised and Lee asks, stunned, “What was that ball that Naruto smashed into his face?!”

Naruto calls out, slyly, “Uzumaki Ultimate Stink Bomb! This was created by my mom, Kushina Uzumaki, the first great prankster in the Leaf Village! I found the recipe at the house and thought it would make a sweet prank! But it took me forever to find what I needed for it and boy, you don’t know how many baths that I had to do to get all those stinks off! But I had only made one before the start of the Chunin Exam and I guess that I forget about it!”

Kakashi thinks in his mind, with a sly tone, “Like mother, like child, they always say. However, finding that stink bomb that he had forgotten has just given Naruto the edge that he needed. The way that Kiba is thrashing around and starting to lose consciousness shows that it is powerful stuff. Kiba is nearly paralyzed from the smell. From what I can tell, the regular person would be running away just from a whiff, but someone like Kiba and his Inuzuka nose, it must be a form of torture!”

Kurenai thinks in her mind, “That ‘bomb’ that Naruto used must be one powerful stink because Kiba can barely stand much less fight. The bomb would have been bad enough, but with his nose like a canine’s nose, the stink bomb must be unbearable.”

Naruto asks Hayate, “Oops! Is this against the rules?”

Hayate tells Naruto, plainly, “While it is unusual, there are no rules against ‘stink bombs’ being used in the Chunin Exams, Naruto-sama. You are well within your rights to use such a tactic, Naruto-sama.”

Sakura yells out, annoyed, “Naruto, what are you doing? Kiba is paralyzed by that stink bomb! Stop standing around and finish him off!” Naruto looks to see Kiba falling to his right knee, his vision clouded, and his senses overwhelmed due to the stink bomb hitting him when his nose was still enhanced by his chakra.

Naruto says, putting his hands together, “Oh, right! Time to end this Kiba!” Naruto then uses a Shadow Clone Jutsu to make a group of Shadow Clones and he uses them to lift Kiba into the air and knock him back down using a similar tactic to Sasuke’s Dancing Leaf Shadow/Lion’s Barrage in which he calls Naruto Uzumaki Barrage knocking Kiba down and knocking him out!

When Hayate looks over Kiba, he says, plainly, “Winner: Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze.”

Lee yells out, excitedly, “Yahoo, you did Naruto!”

Sakura calls out, excitedly, “Way to go, Naruto!”

The Cloud ninja look on with intense focus and Yugito thinks in her mind, “This kid might be kind of a goofball, but he shows that he has got the stuff.”

Samui thinks in her mind, plainly, “Not bad.”

Omoi thinks in his mind, plainly, “This kid might be goofy, but he is pretty good and not someone to be underestimated! When you think that you got him, he’ll do the unexpected and turn things around!”
Naruto thinks in his mind, slyly, “This is great! And I know with every battle, I’m getting better and stronger! Mom… Dad, I wish that you could see me now!” Naruto then heads up to the stands and goes up to Hinata, who is blushing. Naruto tells Hinata, “Hey, Hinata-chan, sorry about bashing your teammate like that.”

Hinata tells Naruto, with a warm smile, “It’s no problem, Naruto-kun. Y-You did what you had to do.” Hinata takes out a healing cream and she says, with a smile, “This is a healing cream. I think that combined with your own enhanced healing will h-heal you in no time.”

Naruto tells Hinata, with a smile, “Thanks, Hinata-chan. By the way, your stuttering has improved.”
Hinata says, with a blush, “You think so, Naruto-kun? I’ve been trying.”

Naruto says, with a grin, “Yep! Hey, after you win your match and if they give us sometime after this, want go out for ramen?”

Hinata replies, with a major blush, “S-Sure, Naruto-kun.”

Naruto yells out, excitedly, “Great, Hinata-chan! I hope that you have been having fun on our… ‘dates’.”

Hinata tells Naruto, with a nod, “I have, Naruto-kun.”

The two of them smile at each other while Neji looks on with contempt and he thinks in his mind, “Silly Hinata. Not a care in the world.” As Naruto starts to use the healing cream combined with his enhanced healing help him get of his wound quickly, Hinata goes over to Kiba as pairs of medics take him and Akamaru for treatment.

Hinata tells Kiba, “I’ve got some healing ointment for you, Kiba.”
Kiba tells Hinata, “I’ll be fine, Hinata. You have got to worry about yourself.”

Hinata asks, curiously, “What do you mean, Kiba?”

Kiba tells Hinata, “There are you, Choji, Neji, Lee, those two from the Sand and Sound, and those from the Cloud Village. Listen to me. If you get put in with Neji or that guy from Sand, forfeit the match. That Sand is way beyond bad news and I don’t need to explain to you about Neji. Neji will destroy you and knowing Naruto, he’ll destroy him causing a major problem with your clan and him.” Kiba says, with a sly smile, “Let’s not give a reason for Naruto to start a bloodbath or make your clan the laughing stock of the ninja world.”

Hayate then calls out, “We’ll now pick out the next names for the next match.” The electronic board started up again and there are plenty of shocked faces when the board said: ‘Hinata Hyuga VS Neji Hyuga’.

Kurenai thinks in her mind, worriedly, “Oh no! Hinata…”

Naruto thinks in his mind, seriously, “Oh man! Hinata-chan’s dad warned me about this!” Naruto glares at Neji and he thinks, strongly, “I warned him not to take it too far, but if that teme doesn’t heed my warning, he will get what he deserves, believe it! I won’t let him hurt Hinata-chan in any way!” The two of them face each other in which Neji start to belittle her and use intimidation tactics, but Naruto yells out words of encouragement to Hinata allowing her to continue the fight. However, the fight was a complete mismatch in Neji gained the edge over Hinata by making her Gentle Fist, the Taijutsu of the Hyuga clan that, with their Byakugan, attack and disable the chakra network within a person, useless by sealing up the chakra points in her arms. Neji then hits her hand with a very nasty blow that’s close to her heart. At one point, Neji walks away, but Hinata rises to her feet again.

Neji says, with a plain tone, “What do you think that you are doing? If you continue to fight, you are going to die.”

Hinata thinks in her mind, “It does matter to me. I’m a Signer and I need to be strong, not just for myself, but for everyone. For Ayane-chan, Ryu, and Naruto-kun…”

Neji says, with a snort, “Give up the tough guy act. You are barely able to stand. I’m not sure why a being such as the Crimson Dragon would chose someone like you as a Signer. People can’t change. Just give up and accept your defeat and your weakness.”

Ayane thinks in her mind, preparing to use her duel disk, “This guy is really starting to piss me off! Who in the world does this asshole think that he is talking to Hinata-chan like that?!” On the meanwhile, Naruto is thinking the same thing as his hand start to bend the metal on the railing with his strong chakra.

Hinata says, shaking her head, “You are the one who is torn and suffering. Because of the fate of the main and branch families of the Hyuga clan.” Neji gets an enraged look and prepares to charge.

Gai yells out, shocked, “Neji, no!” However, Kakashi then senses something and as Neji charges Hinata, preparing to kill her, he looks to see Naruto’s eyes as Rinnegan eyes.

“Shinra Tensei!”

Before anyone could say or do anything, Neji is slammed into the ground with a terrific gravity force which shocks many people including Neji most of all causing him to cough out blood from his mouth. Then before he could start to recover, he is grabbed by neck and lifted high into the air by one Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze, his chakra cloak of the Nine-Tailed Fox’s chakra blazing around his body and his Rinnegan eyes flaring.

Naruto yells out, with a ton of great anger and rage never seen before in Naruto, “How dare you, you piece of dirt?! I warned you at the beginning of the Chunin Exams to watch it! And now, you piss off my warning! You’ve already won the match and you are going to kill her just because of some stupid problem within your own clan! I don’t get angry at a lot of things, but what you did has pissed me off beyond anything else! Now, you are going to get it!” Immediately, Naruto grabs his right arm with his left chakra arm and starts to squeeze in which Neji yells out in pain as his arms starts to get crushed!

Kakashi yells out, arriving on the field, “Naruto, stop it! You’ll get disqualified from the finals!”

Naruto calls out, with a deadly serious tone not heard in heard in him before, “I may want to become Hokage, but my precious people, the people that I care about most, mean more to me than become Chunin, Kakashi-sensei!”

Kakashi tells Naruto, with a serious tone, “How would your mom and dad feel if you kill him in cold blood? Or Hinata right here?” Naruto then snaps out of his anger and he looks at Hinata, even through weak, she is pleading with him in her expression not to do anything serious to Neji in which he calms down, deactivates his chakra cloak, and drops him to the ground in Neji, on pure survival instinct scoots away with a rare look of fear in his eyes.

Sakura thinks in her mind, shocked and a bit fearful, “I… I’ve never seen Naruto like that before! He was going to kill Neji or at least seriously injure him so much that he could never be a ninja again!”

Naruto says, solemnly, “You’re right, Kakashi-sensei. This worthless piece of scum isn’t worth it.” Just then the injury to Hinata’s heart acts up and she collapses to the ground in which Naruto yells out, stunned, “Hinata-chan!”

As Naruto rushes over to her, Might Gai appears by Neji and he says, with a sneer, “You disappoint me greatly Neji. I thought that you said that you wouldn’t let the thing in your clan come into this exam.” On the meanwhile, others like Lee, Ayane, Ryu, Ninja Ryu, and Momiji rush to Naruto and Hinata.

When Neji gets up, Hayate tells him, plainly, “Be glad that you are going to still be in the Chunin Exams after that stunt. There is nothing against death in these parts in the exams, but it is against the rules to continue on or kill when I have rendered my verdict.”
Neji asks, with a sneer, “What about him?”

Hayate tells Neji, “His reaction might have been over the top, but since he didn’t do anything to you, there is nothing against him either, Neji Hyuga.”

Gai tells Neji, “And be glad that Kakashi stopped Naruto-sama, Neji, for you have brought out the wrath of a dragon. And we have a saying about dragons: ‘Anger a dragon and know ever lasting torment’.”

Naruto asks Hinata, “Hinata-chan, are you okay?” Hinata looks at Naruto, weakly, and she smiles at him warmly.

Hinata asks Naruto, weakly, “Have… I… become stronger, Naruto-kun?”

Naruto tells Hinata, with a weak warm smile, “You did, Hinata-chan. You did your best and that’s all that matter.”

Hinata closes her eyes as she goes into unconscious and Ayane puts her hands on Hinata’s right hand and she says, concerned, “Hinata-chan, everything is all right! We’re here for you!”

Ryu says, putting his right hand over his sisters, “That’s right, sis! We’re Signers and our greatest power is our bonds! No matter what, we can’t be beaten as we are united!”

Naruto says, putting his hands over the Fudo twins, “Yeah!” Just then Hinata’s, Ryu’s, Ayane’s, and Naruto’s ‘Marks of the Dragon’ glow in unison with a bright red light and the ceiling of the arena seems to magically vanish as the Crimson Dragon appears above them.

Kurenai says, awe-struck, “The Crimson Dragon is back.” Just then the Crimson Dragon unleashes glowing sparkles that seem like little stars that fall over Hinata’s body and she takes a deep breath in which her wounds magically heal through she is still unconscious.

Lee yells out, amazed, “Her wounds! They have been completely healed!”

Naruto calls out, “Oh, man! Crimson Dragon, I don’t know how to thank you, pal!” The Crimson Dragon gives a mighty roar as it vanishes once more and the glows of the four Signers’ ‘Marks of the Dragon’ fade away as well in which the ceiling magically reappears above them.

Neji yells out, annoyed, “Namikaze!” Naruto turns to face Neji and he says, with a sneer, “I’ve got two pieces of advice for you. One, if you want to be a shinobi, stop that stupid cheering.”

Naruto replies, with a snort, “Thanks, but I don’t take advice from worthless pieces of dirt.”

Neji asks, with a glare, “What did you just say, Namikaze?”

Ayane tells Neji, with a nasty tone, “Didn’t you hear what Naruto said, you baka? I think he made things pretty clear for you.”

Neji tells Ayane, with a glare, “And you should stay out of affairs that are not yours! I don’t care if you are a Signer!”

Ayane yells out, nastily, “That’s too bad, jerk! Hinata-chan is a Signer and that makes what you did a Signer affair! And don’t think that you can try anything! I can kill you as easily as Naruto could have!”

Neji says, with a sneer, “I doubt it.”

Naruto tells Neji, “Don’t tempt her, baka! And don’t piss me off anymore than you have. If you want your body to remain intact, here is a piece of advice: Shut up and get out of my sight!”

Neji yells out, angrily, “You think that just because you are the son of the Fourth Hokage and his wife that you are better than me?!”

Naruto replies, with a sneer, “No, Neji-teme! I AM better than you!”

Neji says, his Byakugan eyes flaring, “You arrogant little…!”

Gai tells Neji, “Stop it now, Neji! Don’t push it anymore that you already have or else getting thrown out of the exam is the least of your problems!”

Neji says, with a sneer, “You are just supporting because of who his parents are.”

Ninja Ryu then says, plainly, “Arrogant fool. You are too blinded by your own anger, hate, and pride to see that Naruto is stronger than you, but not because of skills or abilities. He is a far better person than you and that makes all the difference.”

Neji says, with a scoff, “Once a loser, always a loser. You can’t change that.”

Naruto says, with a smirk, “And people call a baka. It looks even through you are a ‘genius’, you are about as dumb as a brick.” Neji glares at Naruto, angrily, and he says, with a deadly glare of his own, “Be glad that Kakashi-sensei and Hinata-chan stopped me or you wouldn’t moving much less flipping your mouth.”

Neji tells Naruto, with a plain tone and glare, “You just surprised me. It won’t happen again.”

Naruto says, with a smile, “We’ll see about that. Don’t be surprised if I do surprise you again and beat the crap out of you when we face off.”

Lee tells Naruto, with a nod, “Very wise, Naruto-sama. It is perfect. Wouldn’t it be exciting for you, even through the son of a legendary Hokage and kunoichi, had to work to gain your strength beat Neji, who, like Sasuke Uchiha, had his own natural talent and a genius of his clan?”

Naruto says, with a foxy grin, “Now that I think about it, I like it, Bushy Brows! And I’ll turn this so-called ‘genius’ into nothing more than a laughing stock where he belongs!”

Neji says, with a glare, “Just try it, Namikaze.” As Neji walks away, medical personal arrive on the scene and start to take the unconscious Hyuga heiress away in which they confirmed that Hinata doesn’t seem to have any major injuries which is a relief to many especially Hinata’s Jonin teacher, Kurenai Yuhi.

Ayane tells Naruto, “Naruto, I really don’t like fighting especially what happened to my parents, but I…”

Naruto tells Ayane, with a nod, “Don’t worry, Ayane-chan. This ‘slap’ on Hinata-chan and on us, Signers, won’t go unpunished! You attack one of us and you attack all of us! And for all of us… and for Hinata-chan, I shall win! It is a done deal, believe it!”

Kakashi says, going over to Kurenai, “That Neji kid should have left well enough alone. I know well of Kushina’s ‘legendary temper’ and Naruto, for better or worse, has inherited it. Very few things ever set Kushina-sama off, but when you did, it would take a Sannin or Minato-sensei to stop her rampage.”

Kurenai asks Kakashi, “We, all, know Kakashi.”

Kakashi tells Gai, “Gai, I hope that you really didn’t invest too much in Neji.”

Neji gives a curious look and Gai asks, curiously, “And what’s that mean, Kakashi?”

Kakashi tells Gai, with a serious glare, “You know exactly what that means, Gai. Naruto has inherited his mother’s legendary ‘temper’ and you know well how Kushina-sama was.”

Gai tells Kakashi, with a sigh, “I know.” Neji looks back at Naruto, but remembering what happened just recently, he can’t help to having that bit of fear come back again in which despite what he does to himself mentally, he can’t shake it off. However, his anger and rage towards Naruto overwhelmed his fear of him and he mentally tells him that he will make Naruto pay for his ‘insult’ to him and his so-called ‘foolishness’, but for first time in his life, there is a ping of doubt in his heart and mind that he can win. Soon enough, Hinata is taken away by the medical personal to get rest while the rest head up back into the stands to prepare for the next fight. However, back in the stands, Gaara is shaking as the Sand ninja including the Sand Jonin and feel his increased bloodlust.

Kankuro thinks in his mind, “Oh no! I’ve seen that look before!”

Temari thinks in her mind, “I can sense his bloodlust!”

The Sand Jonin, known as Baki, thinks in his mind, “Could it have been that last fight or could have it been the power that the Namikaze used? That strange chakra cloak that seemed to give him inhuman levels of chakra, but what was that chakra that the Namikaze used? Could he really be like Temari and Kankuro said that he was? If that’s true, then could have the chakra of the Nine-Tailed Fox stirred up his ‘inner demon’?” Soon after, the next two that were chosen was Rock Lee and Gaara of the Sand in which both of them leap down.

Yugito thinks in her mind, “That’s the one that Nibi said contained the One-Tailed!”

Killer Bee asks, mentally, “Yo, Hachibi, you big ox, is that the kid that contains the fox?”

The demonic voice replies, with a sigh, “I wish that you stop that darn rhyming Bee, but that’s indeed him! However, I detected nothing of Kyuubi’s will in its chakra!”

Killer Bee asks, mentally, “What’s that supposed to me, homie?”

The voice replies, plainly, “It means that this boy has stripped the Nine-Tailed Fox of its power and made its yokai chakra his own! This boy must be really something because you need a strong will without any hatred or some major help to conquer that overgrow fox! Most likely, the Crimson Dragon helped out, but the boy still needed a strong will. So, that divine energy plus the boy’s will must have stripped the fox of its power!”

Killer Bee whistled at what his ‘inner demon’ said and Bee asks, curiously, “What about that kid that supposed to contain the One-Tails, bro? He looks out wack like someone step on his cat.”

Hachibi, which is known as the Eight-Tailed Ox Biju, replies, “Not surprising, Bee. That sand rat always had a nasty streak, but he became purely insane after they sealed him in that monk. Back then, you had very poor sealing abilities at the time and it looks like you haven’t got much better. The overgrown raccoon most likely keeps the kid up at night because their poor sealing abilities allow him to mess with this kid’s mind and drive him just as insane! Probably keep happening for years!”

Killer Bee says, with a whistle, “Now that’s wack, homie!” Soon enough, the battle begins when Lee and Gaara fight and at first, Lee looks to be in a disadvantage especially when people learned that he has no Ninjutsu or Genjutsu. However, things seemed to turn when Lee took off his weight which showed to be close to a few tons which shocked nearly everyone and his speed, which was fast before, which sent to who new levels as he was a blur to most everyone in the room with a few able to follow his movement. Lee landed some blows, but Gaara that he has covered his own body in sand which is his Sand Armor technique. Lee tried to counter with his Primary Lotus technique, but Gaara managed to escape when Lee closed his eyes due to the painful nature of his technique and get out of his armor just before Lee launched his attack. Lee was on the ropes, drained by his own technique, but he then revealed that he had another technique, The Hidden Lotus, which is a Forbidden Taijutsu technique that could kill the user because it can open all of the chakra gates, limiters, but if one opens all of the limiters, one will die for the technique through it will give power that exceeds the strongest of the Kages. But even with this technique, of which Lee uses five of the eight gates, he still loses and his body is greatly damaged in which Gaara, greatly weakened, but still standing using his gourd which is also made of sand to soften his fall into the ground, injuries Lee’s left arm and leg even more. Before Gaara could kill him, Gai comes in and stop him, but this costs Lee the match since Gai, Lee’s teacher, came in to stop the match. However, Lee rises to his feet even through he is unconscious.

Ninja Ryu thinks in his mind, “Even unconscious, Lee-san’s will to fight can’t be crushed. However, his body can.”

Momiji thinks in her mind, with a solemn tone, “Even after all that and after he suffered so much, Lee-san lost.”

Leon says, solemnly, “I can’t believe what just happened.”

Kalin says, plainly and lowering his head respectively, “It shows that this ‘world’ isn’t so far different from ours, Leon-san.”

Leon says, with a nod, “I know, but this is horrible.” And it gets even worse after Naruto goes down to see the unconscious Lee and overhears one of the medical personal talking with Might Gai in which the massive damage that suffered has ended his ninja career for good.

Omoi thinks in his mind, plainly, “That kid was good and he came really close, but no person can defeat someone that’s like Killer Bee-sama even with the weakest of the Biju inside of him or her.”

Karui thinks in her mind, plainly, “Geez! They should be glad that kid is still alive after using such a forbidden jutsu! But then again, if your life is on the line, you need to do what it takes to defeat your opponent! These Leaf ninja aren’t so bad, but I can’t be sure that I can approve of teaching a kid, even one as good as him, the technique that kid with the weird eyebrows used! Killer Bee-sama would never let us do that unless he is sure that we are absolutely sure of survival!”

Killer Bee thinks in his mind, “That kid with the weird eyebrows really showed so sweet spirit and he really knew how to kick, yo! But that Gaara kid really went too far, yo! The kid was done and now, he had to do that to him! That’s so not cool, yo!”

As Kakashi, Gai, and Naruto return to the stands, Ayane and Ryu go over to him and Ayane asks, worriedly, “Is Lee-san going to be okay?”

Naruto doesn’t know how to tell them and Ryu replies, “He isn’t going to be okay, is he? He must have been really beat up.”

Naruto says, solemnly, “Yeah…” Naruto says, with a weak smile, “But I know that Bushy Brow will pull through, believe it!” However, Naruto knows that it isn’t the truth or at least, the full truth, but he can’t bare to say since he had gained immense respect for Rock Lee since they met. Soon after, Dosu and Choji fight each other and Dosu wins easily by using the water in Choji’s to amplify his sound attack to knock him out without much trouble. Soon enough, the Cloud ninja are to fight last.

Yugito thinks in her mind, with a snort, “Random my foot.”

Nibi tells Yugito, “Kitten, I don’t believe that the Leaf has gotten over your father’s attempt to steal the Hyuga bloodline.”

Yugito replies, with a plain tone, “I know, Nibi-chan.” Samui is starting her fight with the kunoichi of Yugito’s team, a dark skinned, blue haired, and brown eyes girl known as Mayane, in which the two of them put on a ‘show’ where they make it a convincing fight, but they don’t use their full power. However, Mayane forfeits the match to Samui in which she is declared the winner.

Mayane whispers to Samui afterwards, “We have done our part, Samui-sama. The rest is up to you and your team.”

Samui replies, in a whisper and plainly, “Understood, Mayane-chan.” Afterwards, it is the same with Karui and Omoi with the other two members of Yugito’s team, the two of them fought well-enough to be a convincing fight and they forfeited soon after in which ended the preliminary rounds before the start of the Third Exam.

Soon after, the winners of the preliminary rounds, minus Sasuke, assemble together in front of the Hokage and Third Hokage thinks in his mind, “With the absent Sasuke, there are five from the Leaf Village, three from the Sand Village, one from Sound Village, and three from the Cloud Village.” Third Hokage then says, “Now, in the final round, you will put your skills on display to show your abilities in your respective disciplines. According, the finals will take place about one month from now.”

Naruto asks, curiously, “Wait a minute! We’re not going to do it here and now?”

Third Hokage says, plainly, “This gives a suitable time for preparation.”

Neji asks, curiously, “What is that supposed to mean?” Soon enough, the Third Hokage explains about how they need the time to prepare the summons for the leaders and others that the exams will begin in that time as well as that since they fought each other and watched each other’s ability, they can use this time to train to learn new jutsu, techniques, and skills. Soon after, they drew lots to determine which ninja that they will be fighting in which afterwards, they found that Naruto will be going against Neji in the first round, Gaara is against Sasuke, Kankuro is fighting Shino, Temari against Shikamaru, Dosu against Samui, and Karui and Omoi are in the last round.

Omoi thinks in his mind, annoyed, “Just great, folks. I had to get paired up against Karui of all people.”

Shikamaru thinks in his mind, “What a drag. I’m going against another chick and she is just as badass maybe even more than the last one.”

Kankuro thinks in his mind, “At least, I’m not with Gaara.”

Naruto thinks in his mind, slyly, “Neji, right off the bat? This is just perfect.”

Ayane says, lowly, “Oh, boy. Naruto and Neji-baka are going at each other right on the bat.”

Leon says, with a sigh, “And those two were already at their throats and something tells me that it won’t go down even after a month.” Shikamaru then asks about how this works about becoming a Chunin and Third Hokage explains that you don’t win the tournament in which the ninja are graded on their abilities, skills, and others things in which anyone that got thrown out earlier can become Chunin in which none of the candidates becomes a Chunin. It depends on the ninja’s perform, not if they win or lose, but how they fight, their skills and smarts, and also how they win or lose.

Naruto thinks in his mind, looking at Gaara, “There is also Gaara! He is a Jinchuriki like me and even through he contains the weakest of these ‘monsters’, he managed to take down Bushy Brow! I don’t think that any regular ninja can take him! Sure, Sasuke-teme has his Sharingan, but something tells me that fighting someone like myself with a monster inside of them and who is pretty much out of their gourd is going to be really tough. Most likely, if Sasuke loses, I’ll be up against him when I beat Neji and I may be forced to use the fox’s chakra against him. If Sasuke-teme loses, but I’m hoping that he doesn’t lose. If Gaara did what he did to Lee, who knows what he do to Sasuke? Anyway, I’ll need to find Kakashi-sensei and start training immediately.”

(At the front gates of the Leaf Village; on the meanwhile)

Around this same time, we find a stream of people, local traders and such, entering the Leaf Village after being searched in which a large cart goes near an alleyway in which one pushing a cart feels a strange ‘bump’ in which he looks behind him to see nothing causing him to shrug and thinks that he hit a bump. However, he doesn’t notice the vibrations of footprints in the ground that duck into the alleyway and out of some kind of invisible cloak, like in Harry Porter, we find none other than Davis and Veemon coming out.

Veemon says, amazed, “Wow, Davis. I didn’t know that you had something like this.”

Davis says, with a smile, “Family heirloom buddy. It is a special cloak that makes one invisible to the eye as well as cloaks your energy, but someone can notice your steps and ninja are good at getting the details.”

Veemon tells Davis, “So, this is the place that Kari and Tai are being kept?”

Davis says, with a plain tone, “Yep. They told us to meet them, but we’re not going to fall for their ploy. As much as I would love to trip their trap and get the beat on them, even through my mom trained Jun and I somewhat, we’re not what you call elite ninja level.” Davis takes out a blue and white device and he says, slyly, “Awesome, Veemon! I’ve got a lock on their digivices!”

Veemon asks Davis, “Won’t they be guarded?”

Davis says, with a grin, “Don’t worry, buddy. We’ll be getting the drop on them our way. We had better get going since we may have detected some kind of barrier jutsu or something around here. We might be invisible and our energy cloaked, but that doesn’t mean that we can’t be detected.” Davis and Veemon cover themselves in the cloak which shimmers and the two of them vanish in which vibrations of footsteps are made into the distance. But back at the front gates, we find none other than Kasumi, Ninja Ayane’s elder half-sister from the Mugen clan, coming up to the Chunin on guard.

Kasumi tells them, putting a scroll in front of them, “I need to talk with your leader. My name is Kasumi, former heiress of the Mugen Tenshin clan.”

The Chunin’s eyes grow wide and one of them says, seriously, “I see. We have been expecting your arrival here. Please wait for us to inform Hokage-sama and get you an escort.” One of the Chunin takes the scroll and takes off into the village to inform the Hokage about her arrival.

Kasumi thinks in her mind, looking into the village, “Are you waiting for me, Ayane-nii-chan?”

(On the meanwhile; within an underground area of the Leaf Village)

Inside of a hidden underground area of the Leaf Village, we find Danzo standing around as a blank masked ANBU appears behind him.

Danzo tells him, plainly, “You may speak.”

The blank masked ANBU, one of Danzo’s ROOT, tells him, “Danzo-sama, there have been a strange anomaly in the barrier jutsu that someone, but no one and no evidence of anyone was found entering the village without permission or valid access.”

Danzo tells him, “Our ‘guest’ has arrived. I know this. Prepare for his arrival at the location that we have informed him and prepare the prisoners.”

The blank masked ANBU replies, with a nod, “Of course, Danzo-sama.” He vanishes in a swirl of leaves and then a boy of about Naruto’s age wearing black and white ANBU style clothing with short black hair, black eyes, and pale skin appears in front of him.

Danzo tells the boy, “Your opponent is about to arrive and you have study well of the modern day version of the ancient Shadow Games. You need to force him to bring out the hidden power inside of him if he is what we believe he is.”

The boy replies, with a smile, “I hope that I won’t disappoint, Danzo-sama.”

Danzo replies, with a plain tone, “Stop with those fake smiles, you know how I hate them.”

The boy gains a plain emotionless expression and he says, plainly, “Forgive me, Danzo-sama. I was studying up to prepare for any missions that I need to do in the open and since I may be working with people outside of ROOT, I study about people and their reactions.”

Danzo tells him, plainly, “I am glad for your forward thinking, but I need you for matters right now. Your codename is ‘Sai’.”

The boy replies, with a nod, “Understand, Danzo-sama.”

(At the Leaf Village hospital; Sometime later)

Inside of the Leaf Village hospital, we find Naruto, Ayane, Ryu, Ninja Ryu, and Momiji in front of Kakashi. When they first arrived at the hospital, they tried to see Hinata, but even through she is just fine with no serious, much less critical injuries, thanks to the Crimson Dragon itself, they are going to take a day or so to make sure that she will just fine in which only family members like her father, Hiashi, could see her. However, they assured Naruto that he will be able to see her tomorrow due to his ‘relationship’ with Hinata as well as his clan status. They tried to get in to see Sasuke, but the nurses, nervous knowing about Naruto’s heritage now and knowing of his Signer status, said that not even someone of Naruto’s status can see him. When they met up with Kakashi, Kakashi explains that he will be training Sasuke and unable to train Naruto.

At this point, Naruto says, with a snort, “I don’t get it! You’ve trained me with Sasuke-teme before!”

Kakashi tells him, “You know exactly what it is, Naruto. It is the people in this village that sit by the Hokage, but they are not ninja or the elders.”

Ninja Ryu says, with a plain tone, “The civilian council, Kakashi. Since Sasuke is going up against Gaara and since Naruto has given the knowledge that Gaara is the container of the One-Tails, they managed to make a good enough argument to make you train Sasuke since you hold the Sharingan same as he does.”

Kakashi says, with a nod, “That’s about the whole story, Hayabusa-sama.”

Ayane asks Kakashi, with a bit of a suspicious tone, “Is this some kind of excuse?”

Kakashi gives Ayane a bit of glare that says ‘Watch it’ and Ryu replies, seeing this, “I don’t think that you want to go there, sis.”

Kakashi takes out a scroll and he says, “I’m sure that Hayabusa-sama will be able to handle it, Naruto. Plus, I believe that his friends shall be returning to the village shortly.”

Ryu asks, curiously, “Is it news on the new Fifth Signer?”

Ninja Ryu says, with a plain tone, “It is, but it isn’t good. It seems like the signal has vanished and moved into the Elemental Countries.”

There are gasps of shock and Naruto asks, stunned, “The Fifth Signer is now here?!”

People start looking in their direction and Ayane tells Naruto, “Quiet down, Naruto. This is a hospital.”

Naruto says, nervously, “Oops, sorry.”

Momiji says, with a nod, “With the message that was sent, it seems like the signal, very weak, has appeared back here and we’re not sure if it is good news. They are coming back for us to take another look at the map and try to pinpoint their location.”

Kakashi tells Naruto, throwing him the scrolls, “By the way, Naruto, this is for you.”

Naruto asks, excitedly, “What is it, Kakashi-sensei?”

Kakashi tells Naruto, with his typical ‘eye smile, “Just call it a ‘special gift’ and with your Rinnegan, you’ll be able to do it.”

Just then they hear footsteps heading towards them and they turn to see Haku coming towards them in which Haku says, with a smile, “Greetings, everyone.”

Naruto says, with a smile, “Nice to see you, too, Haku.”

Ayane tells Haku, “So, it is back to being our bodyguards, huh? We’re glad that you took the job to be part of the first exam of the Chunin Exams.”

Haku tells Ayane, “And it was my honor to do so and I’m glad for permission from you to do it.”

Naruto tells Haku, “Come on, Haku! You deserved it. You are already a great ninja.”

Haku tells Naruto, with a sly smile, “And by the way, you did quite well figuring out part of the meaning of the first exam, Naruto. By knowing the true meaning of something and putting into practice are two different things.” Ayane and Ryu are confused while Naruto gives a nervous rub his head knowing exactly what Haku meant.

Ninja Ryu tells Haku, “I’m glad that you decided to help.”

Haku tells Ninja Ryu, “As I have said before, my new duty in life is protect and aid the Signers on their mission to keep the balance of life in our world safe. However, I am honored by the positions that Hokage-sama is entrusting me with. Gaining a position on the medical corps is an honor.”

Naruto asks Ninja Ryu, “Help?”

Ninja Ryu tells Naruto, “Naruto, as you know, you hold the Rinnegan, a legendary dojutsu that grants you the ability to use the main elemental chakras that a ninja can use: Fire, Water, Lightning, Earth, and Wind.”

Kakashi tells Ninja Ryu, “You want to see if the theory is true that Naruto can use the sub-elements which are usually part of other elemental bloodlines?”

Naruto asks, confused, “Sub-elements?”

Haku tells Naruto, “My Ice Style is one of those ‘sub-elements’, Naruto-sama. My ‘Ice Style’ bloodline allows me to combine wind and water chakra to create ice.”

Ninja Ryu tells Naruto, “And for another example, the First Hokage’s Wood Style is a combination of Earth and Water chakra. His unique bloodline allowed him to combine them perfectly to create wood.”

Naruto says, amazed, “Oh, wow.” Naruto asks, surprised, “Wait! Hayabusa-sensei, are you saying that since I have the Rinnegan, I can replicate Haku’s and the First Hokage’s jutsu?”

Ninja Ryu tells Naruto, “That’s the theory, Naruto. Since you have the ability to harness all five main elemental chakra, you should also have the ability to combine two or more of them perfectly to replicate the jutsu that are usually part of an Elemental Kekkai Genkai like Ice Release. But since the Rinnegan is only known in legend, this is only theory.”

Haku says, with a smile, “But if you can do that, my Ice Style jutsu might help. I don’t have many, but my Crystal Ice Mirror might help you against this Hyuga person.”

Naruto says, slyly, “Why didn’t you say so, Haku-chan? We should start right away!”

Kakashi tells Naruto, “Hold on, Naruto. I want you to head to the hot springs.”

Naruto asks, perplexed, “The hot springs? Why? I’ve got my own back home.”

Kakashi tells Naruto, with a sly tone, “Just trust me on this one, Naruto. You might find something that could help you in your next match.”

Naruto says, with a sigh, “Fine, Kakashi-sensei.” Soon enough, Naruto heads off with Ryu, Ayane, Haku, and Momiji following behind him in which Haku and Momiji wonder what Kakashi is planning.

After they were far enough away, Ninja Ryu asks Kakashi, “Do you think that HE is back in the village?”

Kakashi says, with a plain tone, “With Orochimaru here, I am sure that he is here.”

Ninja Ryu tells Kakashi, “You know what could happen if Naruto meets up with him.”

Kakashi tells Ninja Ryu, “I know, Hayabusa-sama, but like me, HE has to pay his dues to Naruto. He did have important work to keep an eye on Orochimaru, but he could have come back. I’m not saying that I’m not guilty of any crimes against Naruto even through I’ve tried to protect him, but HE was and still is Naruto’s godfather.”

Ninja Ryu says, plainly, “I’ll make sure that nothing too serious happens, Kakashi. Naruto will need him to use his father’s jutsu and he is going to need it.” Kakashi nods his head in agreement and Ninja Ryu sets off after Naruto and his group.

Kakashi thinks in his mind, “I hope that you are ready for what’s ahead, Naruto. Something tells me that you are going to face more than Madara and the others after the Signers.”

(A good time afterwards; At the Leaf Village hot springs)

Soon enough, we find Naruto, Ayane, Ryu, Haku, Momiji, and Ninja Ryu coming close to one of the hot springs within the Leaf Village.

Ayane says, concerned, “I hope that Hinata-chan is okay.”

Ryu tells Ayane, with a kind smile, “I’m sure that she is. The Crimson Dragon saved her from any serious or life-threatening wounds, sis.”

Ninja Ryu asks Naruto, “Naruto, you are done with the water walking exercise, right?”

Naruto says, with a nod, “You know that I am, Hayabusa-sensei! When we really got training, you and Kakashi-sensei got started on me on that in which Sasuke and Sakura did it too! And I’ve been continuing to practice with it, believe it!”

Haku says, looking to her left, “There is someone here.”

Ryu tells Haku, “Haku-chan, we’re at a hot spring.”

Momiji says, pointing in the direction that Haku was looking at, “I believe that Haku-san was looking at him.” Everyone then looks to see someone that looks an elderly male with long spiky white hair tied in a ponytail, with two shoulder-length bangs that framed both sides of his face. He also had red lines that ran down from his eyes and wore a horned forehead protector with the kanji for 'Oil' in the center, and he is wearing a green short shirt kimono and matching colored pants; under which he wore mesh armor that showed out of the sleeves and legs of his outfit. His outfit was completed with hand guards, a simple black belt, and old-fashion wooden sandals wore by Japanese. He also had a large scrolled tied to his back.

Naruto says, with an annoyed tone, “Hold a minute! Those are the women’s hot springs!”

Ayane says, with a sneer, “A pervert.”

Ryu thinks in his mind, “The only that gets sis really angry other people belittling others is perverts.”

Naruto tells Ayane, with a nod, “I hear you, Ayane.” Naruto yells out, strongly, “Hey, perv, what do you think that you are doing?”

The elderly man replies, looking back at Naruto, “Would you keep it down, you little brat?” However, Ninja Ryu’s and Momiji’s eyes widen knowing who this person is.

Ayane says, activating her duel disk and taking a Synchro Monster card from her Extra Deck, “Don’t worry, Naruto. I know exactly how to get his attention.” The instant that the ‘pepping tom’ turned back, Ayane puts the card on her duel disk causing a bright flash that causes the elderly man to turn around in which he yelps as Black Rose Dragon (2400/1800) roars right in his face! Ayane yells out, strongly, “Black Rose Dragon, teach this pervert a major lesson!” Black Rose Dragon lashes out with its thorn filled vines, but the elderly male easily manages to dodge the attack.

The elderly man yells out, acting insulted, “I am no pervert, my young flower!” He then slams his right hand palm to the ground and out of a good sized puff of smoke, a very large orange and blue toad that’s large enough to carry this tall male on its back appears in which lashes out at Black Rose Dragon with its tongue.

Ayane says, putting another card into the spell/trap slots, “I don’t think so, perv!” Just then the male and toad are stopped in their tracks by a whole series of Swords of Revealing Light.

The elderly man thinks in his mind, “What is this? I can’t move! She isn’t using a jutsu! What are these swords?! And how did they freeze us up like this?!” He then nervously looks up to see Black Rose Dragon looming over him.

Naruto yells out, slyly, “Nice, Ayane!”

Haku says, with a stern voice, “I think that you shall start explaining yourself for such an intrusion on the women’s hot springs.”

Haku gets out her senbon needles in which Momiji says, with a sigh, “I believe the Leaf would not you injuring one of the only two loyal Sannin of the Leaf Village, Haku-san.”

Ninja Ryu says, with a plain tone, “This ‘pervert’ as you call him is Toad Sage and one of the three students of the Third Hokage like Orochimaru: Jiraiya of the Sannin.”

The elderly man replies, slyly, “I see that you have heard me, young sir.”

Naruto asks, curiously, “Jiraiya?” Just then Naruto yells out, flabbergasted, “Wait a minute here! You mean this is the guy that taught my dad?!”

Jiraiya asks, curiously, “What are you talking about, brat?”

Naruto yells out, angrily, “You asshole! You don’t recognize your student’s own flesh and blood! My name is Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze, the son of the Fourth Hokage and your student, Pervy Sage!”

That’s when Jiraiya started to really get a nervous expression on his face and he thinks in his mind, nervously, “Oh, crud! He knows!”

Ryu asks Naruto, curiously, “Wasn’t he supposed to be your…?”

Naruto says, while punching his knuckles, “That’s right, Ryu.” Naruto says, giving him a glare, “And it is time for him to answer some questions and unless he gives me good and straight answers, I’m going to do what my mother would have done to him if she was still alive!”

Jiraiya thinks in his mind, nervously, “And if this gaki is just like his mother, I am so deep shit!” As our group looks at the ‘pervert’ that Ayane captured with her Black Rose Dragon and her Psychic Duelist powers, who has been revealed to be none other than Jiraiya, the legendary Leaf ninja that trained Naruto’s own father, Minato Namikaze, the Fourth Hokage of the Leaf also known as the ‘Yellow Flash’, Jiraiya is completely helpless under Ayane’s Swords of Revealing Light spell as his ‘interrogation’ by his student’s son is about to begin…

Naruto: All right, Pervy Sage, you have got some explaining to do and make it snappy!

Ayane (annoyed): How can you abandon your own Godson?”

Jiraiya: Hold on here! It’s not like that!

Ryu: Do you think that Orochimaru, a former friend and teammate that abandoned and betrayed you overtook the needs of your prized student’s son?

Jiraiya (seriously): Fine, I’ve made mistakes and I’ll admit that, but listen here, gaki, you are going to need my help if you want to learn your father’s jutsu!

Naruto: Okay, Pervy Sage, I’ll give you that much, but trust me, you have got a lot to make up for! Believe it!

Jiraiya: First off, I want you to sign the Toad Contract. It was your father’s special summons and my own! (After Naruto signs) Good, gaki! Now, summon a toad!

Haku: Who is that?

Jiraiya (stunned): I can’t believe it! He summoned Gamabunta!

Gamabunta: Who summoned me here? Jiraiya, what is the meaning of this?

Naruto: Hey, pal! I summoned you! Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze at your service, Boss Toad!

Ryu: My Mark of the Dragon is giving off weird vibes about this cliff!

Naruto: Whoa! What is that?

Momiji (shocked): That’s one of the Dragon Items: The Legendary Dragon Sword, a blade just as powerful as the True Dragon Blade!

Danzo: So, you’ve finally come outsider?

Davis: You are the guy in charge, huh? Okay, jerk, why did you kidnap them? They had nothing to do with me!

Danzo: That’s not your concern, boy. You will duel my representative on this interesting ‘field’ that I have obtained.

Kari: Davis, help us!

Davis: Kari! Tai! Oh, man! This field… Are you insane asshole?! Do you know what this is?!”

Danzo: I do and if you are what I think you are, it will release the hidden power within you.”

Davis: What are you talking about? Fine! I don’t care! Let’s duel!

Sai: Hello, Motomiya-san. I shall be your opponent and the one to defeat you.

We’ve reached the tenth chapter and we finally find out who kidnapped Tai and Kari as well as the reason why. And before I continue on, I’m going to be adding elements of the Naruto video games into the storyline. What’s coming up was inspired by the idea of the Naruto Shippuden game known as ‘Naruto Shippuden: Dragon Blade Chronicles’ which I DON’T own to let you know. The revealing of the new fifth Signer, Crow’s successor, is going to be next chapter, but I think that you already know who he is going to be now. Okay, I think that I said too much already everyone!
