Chapter 5:
What's Wrong With Me?
It was about two hours after Daisuke and Satoshi had finished their sex game, that Daisuke had suddenly awakened. For a few moments, Daisuke looked around the room, thinking in his mind, that this place wasn't home; then it hit him. "I fell asleep? And where is Satoshi?"
Daisuke was about to sit up if it wasn't for the extra weight that kept him down and the sharp pain he felt between his legs, "Ouch! I guess I'm still sore."
Looking under the bed sheets, Daisuke realized that Satoshi was holding onto him, and half of his body was practically resting over his. Daisuke then barely managed to turn around in Satoshi's arms, and was now looking into the face of a sleeping Satoshi. "He must have passed out too. Now… how can I get outta here without waking him?"
Daisuke reached out, and hesitantly began to remove the sheets from his body, but because Satoshi hadn't installed the heater in his apartment, Daisuke nearly froze when the icy cold air came in contact with his warm skin, so he withdrew back into Satoshi's arms. Suddenly, his stomach growled. Daisuke clenched his eyes shut..."I hope I didn't wake him."
He looked back at Satoshi who was now staring at him. "Uh..Hikari?"
Satoshi remained silent.
"I have to go now. My mom is probably wondering where I am, and I don't want to worry her, so..."
Daisuke looked back at Satoshi, who still didn't say anything. "Hikari? Hikari? Are you awake?"
Satoshi tilted his head slightly, and mumbled, "Low blood pressure."
"Oh! I didn't know."
"Give me...thirty minutes."
"Thirty?"
"It takes him thirty minutes before he's really awake? Wow. So, I'm going to be stuck here for another thirty..."
Daisuke's thoughts were cut off when he felt a sudden eruption in his stomach. "I think I'm gonna be sick."
Despite the ache, Daisuke pulled completely away from Satoshi, and ran through the coldness of the apartment to the restroom. He closed the door, and didn't have time to lock it as something began creeping it's way up his throat. Leaning over the toilet, Daisuke began to vomit up a mouth full of water. He held still for a second after he was done, but then his entire body throbbed as more came out. "Ugh.."
Daisuke then reached up, and flushed the toilet, "What's wrong with me?"
Walking over to the sink, Daisuke began to rinse out his mouth, and then his face, "Did I get food poisoned or something?"
When Daisuke returned to Satoshi's room, he saw that Satoshi was sitting up in his bed staring at the wall. "Hikari?"
Satoshi looked back at Daisuke, and said, "I thought you left..."
"Are you awake now?"
"Somewhat."
"Listen, Hikari, I have to go. My parents are probably worried."
Now fully awaken, Satoshi shook his head, and asked, "Do you really have to go?"
"Yes."
Satoshi looked out the window. It looked like a snowstorm out there. "In this weather? Niwa, I think it's better that you stay here for the night."
"I can't Hikari-," Daisuke fell onto his knees when the sharp pain began to act up. "I'm still so sore..."
"Niwa! Are you ok?"
"It hurts..." Daisuke clenched his hands, and squeezed his eyes shut as he endured the sharp pain.
Pulling the sheets from his body, Satoshi rushed to Daisuke's side, and gently picked him up. "Hikari, please. I have to go."
"I don't care what you say, Niwa. It's reckless to go out in this kind of weather," "And besides, I want you here with me."
As he did before, he Satoshi placed Daisuke onto the bed, but Daisuke debated, "No! I have to go, Hikari! You got what you wanted, now I have to leave!"
"What...I wanted? Niwa, I'm going to call your mom and tell her that you are at my place."
"No!"
"Why are you so angry?"
"Because I want to leave!"
"Calm down-"
"No!"
"What's wrong with Daisuke? He wasn't like this a few moments ago."
"And how do you plan on getting home?"
"I'll walk."
"Niwa. I hate to break it to you, but I can tell that you are still sore, and it is not a wise decision to go out walking in this weather. You could freeze."
Daisuke continued to give Satoshi a death glare. "Stop being so stubborn, Niwa."
Daisuke remained silent until his stomach began to growl. "Are you hungry, Niwa?"
He didn't answer. "I'll make something for you if you are."
Sighing, Daisuke said, "Yes. I'm hungry. But that's why I want to go home. I don't want to trouble you with any of my problems."
"Don't be so shy. I really don't mind. Just wait here, please, and I'll go and make you something to eat."
Daisuke laid back, and crossed his arms. Satoshi pulled up the robe he was wearing, and tied the belt around to hold it shut. "I'm sorry it's so cold in here, Niwa, but I haven't found the time to install the heating system. But if you want, I could light the chimney."
Daisuke shrugged. "You could rest there while I prepare us something to eat."
"Ok."
Satoshi fetched for Daisuke's robe, and carefully had him sit up so he could fit it on him, "Does it hurt?"
"Yes."
"I'm sorry, Niwa."
"It's ok."
Once Satoshi had managed to get Daisuke's robe on, he helped Daisuke reach the living room by having Daisuke lean on him while he walked. Daisuke carefully sat down while Satoshi gathered some firewood from the left of the chimney, and stacked it in the fire place before he lit it. "Is that better?"
Daisuke nodded. Satisfied that he managed to get Daisuke to stay with him, Satoshi hurried off to the kitchen to make something for his beloved Daisuke. Are you finally happy that you could get your precious Niwa to stay the night with you?
"Leave me alone, Krad."
You still owe me.
"You'll get what you want," Satoshi growled.
But I want it now. I've been patiently waiting, and my patient has grown thin.
Satoshi stood still, and closed his eyes. Within seconds it was as if he had been teleported to the back of his mind where Krad awaited. Satoshi reminded still as Krad approached him. "Maybe it would be better if I had disguised myself as Daisuke?"
"Just hurry up and do it. Daisuke's hungry."
"Aww, that's sweet. You're taking care of him like he was your wife, eh, husband?"
"Just shut up and kiss me."
"Hmm, I like that attitude."
Krad descended on Satoshi catching his lips in his own. Satoshi whimpered as Krad immediately began to pry Satoshi's lips apart as his tongue entered his mouth only to lead Satoshi's tongue back into his mouth. Satoshi moaned as Krad began to suck on his tongue, while his arms snaked their way around Satoshi's waist. "I know this was what you were craving earlier. I can feel your emotions; I can hear your wants. But Daisuke never kissed you back like this."
"Are...you...done?" Satoshi mumbled against Krad's lips.
"...No..." Krad attacked Satosh's lips again, biting on his lower lips as he forced Satoshi to the ground.
"No! Krad...you said nothing about this!"
"Shut up," Krad forced his weighted onto Satoshi while he maneuvered one leg between Satoshi's.
"Stop..."
"I said shut up!"
Krad bit harder on Satoshi's lips until he withdrew blood. "Oww! Stop, please!"
Krad finally withdrew, and said, "Can you imagine if this was what Daisuke thought while you kissed him? His silent pleas for you to stop, but because of that bracelet, he didn't say anything."
"I didn't hurt him while I kissed him!"
"Couldn't you see it in his eyes. His eyes that were so full of light and life began to sadden and darken; as if you were taking away something that he considered precious. His fragile eyes became weaker, and he cried."
Satoshi remained silent as he recalled what happened when they made love. Daisuke seldom looked at him as in indication that he was reluctantly doing it with him, and it even pained Satoshi to know that he really didn't want to do that with him. "He must hate me..."
"He's always hated you, Satoshi," Krad whispered into Satoshi's ear, "They've all hated you. But not me, I've always loved you."
"No! Shut up!"
Satoshi's eyes snapped back open, and he was sweating bullets. "What are Daisuke's feelings for me? Does he hate me? Does he even care about me?"
Why don't you ask him?
"I can't. I'm afraid..."
You're afraid he'll reject you?
"Yes..."
To clear his thoughts of forever losing the chance to be close to Daisuke, Satoshi started on preparing a meal for the both of them. It didn't take long for him to get it ready, and soon, Satoshi was walking back to the living room with a tray holding two bowls of soup. "That didn't take long."
"Soup never really takes that long to cook. That is unless you are making something complicated. I just made the basic chicken soup."
"Oh! I didn't know you knew how to cook western style."
"There are a lot of things you don't know about me."
Satoshi sat his bowl down on the little table he had there, and passed Daisuke his bowl. "Careful. It might still be a little hot."
Daisuke sat up as he took the bowel into his hands. Satoshi sat on the other side of the couch, and picked up his bowl. He waited and watched as Daisuke took a sip, "How does it taste?"
"It's actually really good!"
"It's not too hot, right?"
"It's a little hot, but it'll cool down."
Satoshi proceeded in drinking his soup while Daisuke did his. They sat in silence for several minutes, until Daisuke finished his. "Already done?"
"Yeah. It was good."
It appeared strange to Satoshi that Daisuke was suddenly so calm, especially after how much he was yelling earlier. Suddenly, Daisuke attempted to walk again. "Niwa, are you sure you can walk?"
"It hurts, but I really need to use the restroom."
Putting down his bowl, Satoshi got up to help Daisuke to the bathroom. "You know, Hikari, you really don't have to do this for me."
"It's my fault you're like this, and I want to help you."
"You're so kind, Hikari," Daisuke whispered so quietly that Satoshi couldn't hear him.
Satoshi left Daisuke in the bathroom as he waited outside for Daisuke. It wasn't until about five minutes later that Daisuke finally came out. I wonder what took him so long. "Quiet Krad. He didn't take that long."
Satoshi was about to approach Daisuke, but then he noticed an ill look on Daisuke's face. "Niwa, are you ok?"
Daisuke was about to fall over, but luckily, Satoshi caught him just in time, "Niwa! Niwa!"
"My head hurts..."
"You need to rest."
"Ok..."
Satoshi once again scooped Daisuke into his arms, and hauled him back into his room. As soon as they entered the room, Daisuke began to shiver again. "It's so cold in here."
"I'm sorry, Niwa."
Satoshi placed him on the bed again. "How bad does your head hurt?"
"I don't know..."
"Do you need Advil?"
"Umhum," Daisuke mumbled.
"Ok, wait here."
Satoshi darted off to the kitchen, and found some Advil. He filled a glass with water, and hurried back to Daisuke. "Here, take one of these, and drink it down with this."
Satoshi handed Daisuke the Advil and water, and Daisuke placed it in his mouth and drank it down. "You should feel better later. I have to exhaust the fire."
Satoshi ran off leaving Daisuke alone in the cold room. "What's wrong with me, Dark. I haven't been feeling well ever since I woke up."
I don't know, Daisuke. I don't know what your body is going through.
"What time is it?"
I think about nine at night.
"I think I'm gonna puke again."
Dude, Daisuke, maybe you should go to the bathroom again. "No. I'll be fine."
Jeez, it's so cold in here.
"That's why I wanted to go home. Because I was hungry, and I'm still cold."
Satoshi had finally come back, and he started going through the wardrobe he had sitting on the side. "Hikari, what are you doing?"
"I'm trying to find some sheets I could use."
"Why?"
Satoshi turned towards Daisuke, "I'm gonna let you have the bed. I'm going to be using the couch."
Daisuke sat up, "Are you kidding me? This place is so cold. How can you possibly manage to sleep by yourself here?"
"I just do. I shiver until I fall asleep."
"Poor Satoshi. He lives here all by himself, in this cold and lonely place, I don't know how he can possibly survive."
I don't care what you think, Daisuke, but you are not inviting him too sleep with you. He already had his fun! "Too late."
"Hikari, if you don't mind, you may sleep with me."
"If you are sure."
"Um, yeah. I'm sure."
"Even after what happened earlier?"
Daisuke looked down at the bed, as if to search for an answer. "I don't really care about what happened. It was just a one night stand, right? It's not like we'll ever do it again."
"Yeah..."
"And anyways, it's cold, well, freezing to be exact, and I'll probably freeze to death if I don't have another heat source."
"Niwa..." though Satoshi tried not to show it on his face, inside of him, his heart was beating, he felt butterflies in his gut, and his emotions were screaming with excitement. "Daisuke is inviting me to sleep with him."
"Am I doing the right this, Dark?"
No.
"You're just saying that because you don't want Satoshi around."
Yup.
"You're never any help."
You act like I'm supposed to be. I'm not. I'm just another being taking residence inside your innocent mind.
"Yes. Resident evil, Dark."
Hmm, I like it.
Daisuke was cut off from his conversation as Satoshi advanced towards the bed in a slow manner. Daisuke felt the bed shift as Satoshi kneeled on the edge, and crawled his way over to Daisuke's side. Satoshi pulled the covers over himself and Daisuke, and laid down. He remained still for a few moments until he realized that Daisuke wasn't lying down. "Is something wrong?"
"Oh, no," Daisuke waved his hands in front of his face, "It's just that...I...um.."
"Look, if you feel uncomfortable with me, I understand. I will sleep on the couch and let you have the bed. It's not a problem for me."
Why are you offering such a thing, Satoshi, when deep down you know you want to sleep with him in your arms more than anything right now. Aren't you regretting what you just proposed?
"I won't be able to sleep if Daisuke can't sleep. I don't want him to feel uncomfortable. I want him to feel safe, and if that means keeping his distance from me then I'll gladly sleep on the couch."
I can't believe you are willing to make yourself absent just to make him feel comfortable! If I were in your shoes, I'd rape him all over again.
"Hikari, it's not that I want you to go, it's just that I'm not use to sleeping with someone else."
You sure slept like a baby with him after he fucked you hard!
"He did not do it to me hard! If anything, he was more gentle!"
Oh, come on Daisuke. I could feel everything too!
"I don't know how sensitive your ass is, but it wasn't hard!"
"Just tell it to me straight that you want me to go," Satoshi said.
"No! It's cold, and I need more heat than what my body is giving me."
Daisuke laid down, but of course his back was to Satoshi. "I don't mind your company at all, Hikari."
"I wish he'd call me Satoshi, but he doesn't have a reason to."
Just invite him to say your first name.
"I can't! What if he takes it another way?"
You worry too much. Have you even just tried to calm down and do something for yourself for once? If not, which I can clearly see in your thoughts, then you should.
"All I want to do right now, Krad, is to hold him in my arms without him trying to fight me back.
Hesitantly, Satoshi snaked his arms around Daisuke's waist; pulling Daisuke's body into the curves of his body, which caused Daisuke to tense up, "What are you doing?" Daisuke gasped.
"You're so warm, Niwa."
"Hikari?"
"You're like the fire in a cave of ice."
"Hikari...!" Daisuke gasped, and flushed. "What is he trying to accomplish?
"You are my only source of warmth, and like any normal person, I cling to the warmth during the cold."
The arm that had snaked its way underneath Daisuke soon began to move up until it wrapped around Daisuke's neck. Daisuke froze up as Satoshi's body folded up against his, and he could feel Satoshi's breath against his neck. "Why do I have this feeling that he wants more than just heat?"
Because he does want more than just heat.
"Like what?"
Like you.
"What!"
Daisuke kept absolutely still as he felt Satoshi's lips brush against his neck. Man! He just had you a few hours ago and he is already up for another round!
"No! He wouldn't do this to me!"
"Hikari! What are you-"
"I'm trying to fall asleep, why?"
"Oh, um never mind then..."
Daisuke closed his eyes, and tried to drift to sleep, but he found it difficult with someone holding so affectionately to his body. I'd be afraid to go to sleep with him folded against my body. Who knows what he'll take advantage of!
"Satoshi... why?"
"Ohmn..." Daisuke found himself gasping a moan as soon as he felt Satoshi's lips lightly kissing his neck.
"Can't sleep, can you?" Satoshi asked in a seductive whisper.
Not with you against us, no! Dark barked.
"Dark, please!"
"It just takes me a while to fall asleep."
"I see," Satoshi brushed his lips against Daisuke's neck for a third time.
He's like a shark smelling his prey, and waiting for the perfect time to attack.
"He is not!"
Then tell me why you can't fall asleep?
"I'm about to..." Daisuke took a huge yawn before he dared to snuggle up against Satoshi's body.
You're doing this to me on purpose!
"Oh, no! Of course not!" Daisuke thought in a sarcastic tone.
"So warm..." Satoshi thought as he soon found himself fleeting into a dream.
A/N: Hiya! Yes, I think this was the longest of the chapters, so, does anyone want to guess what is "wrong" with Daisuke. muahahhahahahhaha.
Daisuke: Oh my God what is wrong with me?
