Hopefully, everyone knows that I don't hate TK, but I don't like Takari stories at all and that I like to give TK `a break' in my Daikari stories with giving TK `a girl of his own'. But I've blabbed about that too much already and now, it's time to consider other matters. Now, with my stories in this as well as FanFiction-dot-Net website going into `full production', I've got a lot of work to do, including adding new chapters to my `full-reloaded' Legend of the D-Warriors and my newest story, Tales of the Digi-Morphs, added to fact that stories during early April might not come as fast as usual since I've got major school work to do this week and into next week. Hey, I may like to add stories, but I've got life outside of them, you know? I'm sorry that I sound nasty or mean, don't mean to, but there's more to life than just fanfiction stories, there's the real world, too. Anyway, I don't own Digimon, Fencer of Minerva, DBZ/DBGT, Yu-Yu-Hakusho, Daphne in Brilliant Blue, or anything/anyone else that comes from other stories that end up in this fanfiction! Digimon 02: Digidestined of Minerva

 

Recap: In the aftermath of the first battle with Moutoku, Sora and Tai had their own `personal time'. On the meanwhile, Davis gave a program created by a genius Digidestined friend and Izzy used it to `evolve' the D-3s into the `next level', the D-3 Advanced! Izzy also gave Davis a mysterious chip that had a program that only Davis, Gennai, and Izzy knew about. When Tai and Sora returned from their `passionate moment', together, all of the Digidestined and Digimon partners, minus Biyomon, Mimi, Yolei, and their two Digimon, headed off to find their five missing comrades/friends. When they entered the next town, Tai and Sora went off to find some new clothes and after they got back, Moutoku attack with his army of female ninjas and Digimon. Shockingly, Mimi and Yolei were on his side and Biyomon, Palmon, and Hawkmon were trapped in a cage! Davis and Cyberdramon were two on two with Moutoku and his Digimon partner, Boltmon! When Mimi and Yolei attacked the Digidestined, they saw Matt and Ken, causing them to start to remember their true memories! However, it didn't matter, too much, when Moutoku combined his own powers with Boltmon through some kind of `full-synchro' ability, where Moutoku combine his consciousness and power with Boltmon, allowing him to bring Cyberdramon and Davis, who didn't have much control over his Super Digidestined powers, yet, to their knees! However, Davis used the strange chip that Izzy gave him, known as a Synchro-chip, to combine himself with Cyberdramon, through Cross-Fusion Digivolution, into Justimon! And now, with Davis and Veemon combined as one Digimon, Justimon totaled Boltmon and Moutoku! Soon after, Mimi and Yolei regained their memories thanks to a little `help' from Matt and Ken! However, Moutoku, his partner, and his army escaped to fight another day! But soon after, the whole gang reunited, now, gets Yolei and Mimi some new clothes before they go off to continue their journey! Chapter 9: Adventures with the DSA

 

(On the outskirts of another large city; Several days later)

 

Two days after their last battle, we find our whole Odaiba Digidestined team, male and female as well as humans and Digimon, standing in front of high-tech, futuristic city with expansive port beside the Digital World ocean.

 

Mimi then asks, amazed, “Wow! What kind of place is this? It's beautiful!” Mimi is, now, wearing a bright emerald green top that extends down to her navel, bright pink skirt that extends up to her navel, leaving mid-drift, and down to her kneecaps, bright violet stockings that extend up to cover Mimi's kneecaps, and pure white sneakers. A special brown belt around her sexy and slender waist contains her digivice and Mimi's Crest of Sincerity is around her neck.

 

Yolei nods her head in agreement with Mimi and says, adding to Mimi's question, “No kidding! This city looks like one from the future!” Yolei is wearing a bright sky blue tube-top covering her busty bust and down three-quarters to her bellybutton, a green skirt with yellow lines across that only goes up to her navel, obviously leaving mid-drift, and down to end of her kneecaps, pitch black stockings that go up under Yolei's skirt and up to near the top of her thighs, and finally dark blue boots. Across her slender and seductive lower waist is a dark brown containing her new D-3 Advanced, pouch full of new `battlechips', and her D-Terminal.

 

Davis then replies, “I've heard of this place! This is Oceanous City!”

 

Tai asks, curiously, “Oceanous City?”

 

Sora then tells Tai, in a bit of an annoyed tone mixed with a sarcastic tone, “Well, Tai, what would you call a Digital World city by the ocean?” Tai sweatdrops and blushes in total embarrassment.

 

Kari then asks Davis, “Daisuke, how did you hear of this city?”

 

Davis replies, “This city is an important trading center as well as first-class world port. My dad, since he's the governor, of my Digital World `home city', had made plenty of trading deals from Oceanous City and I heard all about from my family and all the information that they gathered about Oceanous City. This city is high-tech, developed by both humans and Digimon and is said that it will be a model for all cities in the Real World to come.”

 

Ken exclaims, amazed, “That's amazing, Davis!”

 

Davis then says, “Plus, this is perfect place for the `plan' I want to discuss with all of you, now, that we are all reunited as one team.”

 

Matt then asks, “What `plan' would that be Davis?”

 

Davis then explains, “Well, all of us agree that in order to defeat this `evil force' encompassing all worlds we have to stay here and go all the way to ancient Digital World city of Minerva. Besides, the evil has spread its `influence' into all of the Real World, so, there is no point into returning to the Real World.”

 

Izzy tells Davis, “I agree with your arguments, Davis. But what should we do?”

 

Davis then states, “Well, Kari and I didn't earn enough Digi-dollars, the money of the Digital World, to support the whole team, just Kari, Gatomon, Veemon, myself, with Tai and Agumon. And this is going to be a long journey, however, with all of the information that I've gathered on Minerva, I don't have an EXACT location to give you. And all of us don't want to be camping every single day, especially in the Digital World.”

 

Yolei nods and replies, “No kidding, Davis! You know, there are tons of wild Digimon, out here, in the Digital World `wild'!”

 

Davis then finishes with, “What I propose is that we find a place to make a `base of operations', say like city, some to most of us to get jobs to earn money for housing, food, and supplies for all of to live on, and finally, make this city our temporary `home' until all of this is over, at least. What do you, guys, think?”

 

Tai replies, in a serious tone, “I agree with Davis on this one. Until we destroy this new evil and the `control' it has on both worlds, we would be better off fighting and living here, in the Digital World, because this way, the evil would be defeated faster. However, this will still take a good amount of time. Why Davis, Kari, Veemon, and Gatomon have been on this `journey' for over six months and still haven't found Minerva!” Tai then tells Davis, “No insult taken, I hope, Davis.” Davis shakes his head and smiles at Tai. Tai then states, “We might remain in the Digital World for good long time and we need food and other necessities to survive. So, I say that we use Davis' idea and make this city, Oceanous City, our temporary `home' in the Digital World, until we can find this Minerva and this evil is defeated.”

 

Joe nods his head and responds, “I agree with you and Davis. We have got to have room, board, and food if we going to stay and survive to fight this evil.”

 

TK then says, “Okay, but how are we going to get jobs and gain enough money for what we need?”

 

Davis replies, “We're going to have find job based on our own skills and abilities that we have. We should head into the city and find some kind of information booths to see what kind of jobs there are.”

 

Matt nods and says, “Good idea, Davis. Let's go.” All of the Digidestined, Digimon, and Gennai head into the city to find information on what they need.

 

(Inside the center of Oceanous City; Sometime later)

 

We find our entire Odaiba Digidestined team in front of some computerized high-tech information booths with Davis using the screen to find whatever information that he needs.

 

Veemon asks his partner, “Davis, what are looking for?”

 

Davis replies, in his usual tone, “A job that's an excellent `match' for my `job skills'.” Davis then continues to look and then his eyes widen when he sees something on his screen that catches his interest. Davis then says, “This is will do nicely. This job pays lots of cash, but there is one catch that the jobs that this `company' takes are high-risk.”

 

Matt then exclaims, shocked, “High-risk?! That means that those jobs are dangerous!”

 

Cody then asks, confused, “Davis, why would take those jobs are dangerous?!”

 

Davis answers, with a wide smirk, “Because this `company' is only one of the few organization that are run by `known' Digidestined.”

 

Tai exclaims, shocked, “What?! Do you that Digidestined are `in control' of that company?!”

 

Davis replies, “Exactly. And who better to trust and `work for' than fellow Digidestined?” Davis then starts to walk away from the computer information booth's screen and exclaims, “Well, it's time to meet with the DSA, the Digidestined Danger Service Agency!”

 

All of the other Digidestined, Digimon, and even Gennai exclaims, “THE DIGIDESTINED DANGER SERVICE AGENCY?!”

 

(In front of the DSA building; A short time later)

 

We find the Digidestined, their Digimon partners, and Gennai in front of a four-story tall building that had some kind of flying/floating car in the front.

 

Kari then asks, “Davis, if all of the Digidestined are either enslaved or missing, how can there be `businesses' run by Digidestined?”

 

Davis tells Kari, in reply, “Well, not all of the Digidestined from around are missing or enslaved, most of the Digidestined are free are listed as missing since they've gone into hiding, however, some of the non-enslaved Digidestined just live like normal citizens as if they are in the Real World. Heck, the majority of these `public' Digidestined have started a few to several of their own independent businesses.”

 

Izzy asks, curiously, “Like this DSA organization for example.”

 

Davis nods his head in agreement and exclaims, “Right on the money!”

 

Matt then asks, perplexed, “I don't get it, Davis! How do you know all of this stuff?!”

 

Davis then replies by states, “Hey, do you think I've been in the Digital World for over four years and just sit around on my butt?!”

 

Ken states, “Touché, Davis. You've got us on that one.”

 

Davis looks at some kind of video phone, like ones seen on Pokemon and other high-tech anime shows, takes the phone off the receiver, presses a button, and listens in as a male voice calls out, “Hello?”

 

Davis responds by, “Is this the main office of the DSA?”

 

The male voice replies, “Yes, this is. The name is Thomas, I'm the Digidestined branch manner of the DSA in Oceanous City. Are you on a video phone?”

 

Davis answers, “Yes, I am.”

 

Thomas replies on the phone, “Wait a moment, please.” The video screen of the video phone then comes on revealing a young man of Davis' age with dark brown hair in mess of spikes and dark blue eyes. The young man on the screen waves and Thomas' voice comes over the phone, “Hey, I'm Thomas. What can I do for you?”

 

Davis replies, “I'm a fellow Digidestined that's looking for job. Do you think that you've got a `place' for me?”

 

Thomas responds, “Oh, sure. We've got a small staff, here, so we're glad for the extra help. May I have your name?”

 

Davis takes a deep breath and answers, “Daisuke Motomiya.”

 

Thomas' face, on the video screen becomes shocked, and he exclaims, stunned, “THE Daisuke Motomiya, one of the Odaiba Digidestined?”

 

TK asks, out of curiosity, “How famous are we?”

 

Davis replies, with a smirk, “The very same Thomas. You don't mind if you have a `celebrity Digidestined' in your crew even though he has the qualifications?”

 

Thomas shakes his head and replies over the phone, “No! No! Where are you?”

 

Davis tells Thomas over the phone, “Right in front of your `headquarters'. Can my friends and I come in so I can have a job interview?”

 

Thomas nods his head on the video screen and states, “Sure!” The screen then turns off and Davis and the team went right to the door, which soon after, they heard the door unlock and the door slid open like Japanese Inn doors expect that they were mechanical. When the doors were fully opened, Thomas like he was on the video phone screen is in front of them. Thomas tells Davis and others, nicely, “Please come in.”

 

Davis replies, “Thank you.” All of the Digidestined and their Digimon partners then enter the DSA building while Gennai waited outside for them.

 

(Inside of the main office of the DSA; A brief time later)

 

Thomas began to type on the computer after Davis gave him a mysterious disk and began accessing Davis' `personal' information.

 

Davis tells Thomas, “This disk that I gave you is a program that Izzy created that will allow to access my information on the Digital World network without begin traced.”

 

Izzy nods his head in agreement and adds, “Actually, if they will try to trace you, they will be sent off in one million areas or more.”

 

Thomas smirks and says, “Wow. That's quite good.” Thomas then continues to type for a few more minutes and then he says, “I've got access to your information and I'm copying it and downloading to our mainframe.” Thomas then gives a wide smile and says, “And they haven't detected my `entrance' into your information, yet.” Within several more minutes, Thomas tells everyone, “Okay, I've downloaded all of the information on your whole profile and now, let's take a look.” As Thomas begins to look at the information, he states, “Wow! It says here that your last IQ test shows your IQ at around 225!”

 

All of the other Digidestined expect for Kari, Tai, and Izzy, gasp in shock and Yolei exclaims in disbelief, “No way!”

 

Tai tells Yolei, “Believe it. Kari and Tai didn't believe it when Davis first told us, but he was totally serious. Davis told us that the `Davis' that we knew wasn't the `real Davis'.”

 

Davis tells the others, adding to Tai's statements, “It's a long story, but let's just say that there's more to me than meets the eye.”

 

Ken responds, “I'm not one to argue with you, Davis. Personally, I've always thought there is more to know that I knew or thought I knew, in this case.” Davis smiles widely at Ken.

 

Thomas then exclaims, “Whoa! No way!” When everyone looks at Thomas, he turns his head to look at Davis and states, in amazed tone, “It says here when you were 15 years old you went to the elite Ocean Agency, the only one of the other several Digidestined run organizations!”

 

Mimi asks, curiously, “What's the Ocean Agency?”

 

Davis answers Mimi with, “The Ocean Agency is an elite ocean policing, maintaining, exploration, and protection agency. They are sort of an elite military and police force mix that protects the oceans of the Digital World, patrols the waters for illegal activates, explores the Digital World's ocean for its secrets, maintains the balance of the environment in the oceans, and more. They are another of the few Digidestined organizations in the Digital World run by Digidestined, one of the best, and train the greatest water-benders in the Digital World.”

 

Sora asks, confused about Davis' last statement, “Water-benders?”

 

Thomas replies, “They are people that use their spirit energy or Reiki in a different way. Because their Reiki is closely linked to the forces of nature, they use the forces of nature by using their Reiki. However, it takes either natural-born talent or great training to use element-bending effectively. Water-benders are those people that can use their spirit energy to bend the element of water to their will and they say that the best water-benders can capture the air and oxygen in water to form `air bubbles or pockets' so that they can breath underwater.”

 

All of the Digidestined and their Digimon, expect for Davis and Veemon, gasp in shock and Davis nods his head and says, “And the Ocean Agency trains the best water-benders in the Digital World.”

 

Kari then asks, “Daisuke, are you. . .?” Davis then looks at a cup of water, points at it, and to the other's amazement, while just moving his fingers around, Davis makes the water go into the air and do some amazing tricks before perfectly putting in back in the cup, not a drop spilled.

 

Davis then answers, “Yes, I've also learned the art of water-bending from the Ocean Agency and I'm an elite user, but it wasn't easy, believe me. You can't imagine all the times I got myself drenched when trying to learn water-bending. To be honest, I hold the Ocean Agency highest record for that kind of `mistake'.”

 

Veemon then adds, plainly, “No kidding and that record have held for the past two years, no one has gotten close to beaten it.” This causes Tai, Yolei, and Matt to giggle at Veemon's remarks.

 

Davis, blushing in total embarrassment, growls at Veemon, in an annoyed tone, “Thanks a lot, Veemon.” Veemon then blushing, knowing he just blurted out something that embarrassed his Digidestined partner.

 

Thomas then says, “Well, here something that will amaze you. In the entrance class and exams, Davis, out of class of 503, ranked third in that class.”

 

Tai exclaims, “THIRD in a class of over FIVE HUNDRED?!” Davis blushes a bright cherry red and shrugs his shoulders.

 

Thomas then states, “Well, here something that Davis can answer: Only five months in his `employment' in the Ocean Agency and achieving the rank of Captain, Davis left under mysterious reasons that he only says were personal reasons.”

 

Davis sighs and says, “Like it said in the official report, they were my own personal reason.”

 

Thomas returns to looking at Davis' data, not wanting to start some kind of debate, saying, “Well, from what I can see, your jobs during the past four years before you ran away from home range from the lowest to the most elite. You have been a mechanic, reporter, computer expert, writer, mercenary, and. . . hold on! You were a member of the Digital World Defense Force?!”

 

Davis replies, in an annoyed tone, “My father sent me, there, said that place would `discipline' me. Actually, he got mad at me for an argument that he and I got into. Well, his plan backfired and I was the one doing the `discipline'.”

 

Thomas then says, “However, this `time' in your life has one `smug' on your record. It says here that when you were Captain within the Defense Force that on one mission to capture terrorists in one city, you were court marshaled for disobeying your superior's orders and endangering the forces under your command.”

 

When the others look at Davis, he replies, “My troops were part of a mission to root out terrorists that had taken a part of the city hostage and during the battle, my superior officer told me to withdraw, but I found that my superior officer was in danger and that's why I disobeyed orders.”

 

Thomas says, “Well, it looks that the military court agreed with you on that one and after that, your commanding officer was reprimanded for making a `harsh mistake' and you were given a Distinguished Service Cross and a promotion to Major, but soon after, you requested and were given an honorable discharge from the Digital World Defense Forces and went home.” Thomas, continuing to look at Davis' `record', then says, “Then you were arrested when you were part of the private organization called Trident for some kind of assassination attempt on the mayor of another cities' life, but soon it was proven that the mayor of that city was corrupt and you and Trident were trying to gather evidence on him and he got you arrested to shut you up that failed, of course, when your evidence got the mayor arrested.”

 

Matt tells Davis, “Man! Davis, looks like you had a real various and exciting life!”

 

But then a female voice yells out, “Now, that's the sounds like the same old Davis Motomiya that I met two years ago!” When everyone looks to the source of the voice, they see a young female girl that around Ken's age with cherry red hair that goes down around three-quarters down her waist with bright green eyes wearing an emerald green top that covers her shoulders, down through her busty bust, and only goes down three inches past her bust, ice blue tights that cover only to the end of her navel and down all the way to her feet, the tights were so tight that they exposed the curves and the lines that this young girl's lower body had with her navel, and finally she had bright purple boots on her feet that cover to one-quarter up of her lower legs.

 

Davis smiles and says, “Well, if it isn't Serenity Motiyama!”

 

Tai asks Davis, “You know her, Davis?!”

 

Serenity nods and replies, “Oh sure! Davis and I went to the Ocean Agency, together! However, I only graduated the exam at tenth out of the five hundred and three.”

 

Davis tells Serenity, “Serenity, that's still a high ranking! But what are you doing here?! When I left, you were still at the Ocean Agency!”

 

Serenity replies, “I left around two months after you left, Davis. The strict rules and life, there, wasn't for me.”

 

Davis smiles, widely, “No surprise, Serenity! So, are you like, the `boss' of this area of the DSA?”

 

Serenity gives a wide grin in reply and exclaims, “Sure, am! I'm the leader, here, at the DSA's Oceanous Branch! However, I don't have much of a `crew' to work with! Just another female member named Shizuka Hayama, our Digidestined technical and mechanical expert, and our three Digimon partners, which is just about it for our `crew'.”

 

Davis then asks, “So, do I get the job?”

 

Serenity replies, “Well, you are more than qualified, Davis, but you know, that means you have to follow my schedule that I set for you, but you can do it at your own discretion at which, how, and when you do those jobs I assign to you, unless I say otherwise.”

 

Davis smiles and says, “I can handle that.”

 

Serenity states, “Okay, you're hired, Davis!” Serenity then looks to see Kari, in her slave's outfit and she asks, curiously, “Hey, Davis, who's the Digidestined girl in the `slave's outfit'?”

 

Davis replies, somewhat nervously, “That's something I got to talk to you about Serenity. Follow me.” Davis then leads to an `area' where they can talk privately and both of them talk about something or another, connected to Kari, most likely.

 

Serenity then gasps and exclaims, “No way!” Davis nods his head in agreement with Serenity. Serenity growls, “Those slave traders will try to kidnap any unsuspecting girl and young woman these days!”

 

Davis replies, in a slightly nervous tone, “So, can you fit me and Kari in?”

 

Serenity tells Davis in reply, in a serious tone, “Sure, we have got plenty of room, but since, officially, Kari and Gatomon are yours' and Veemon's `property', in the official sense, she will have to pull her weight around here as well as her `pay' goes directly to you since you're her `master' and all. However, money from your combined pay will be `taken out' for room, board, food, and other `things', here and there, but you will still get plenty of money. Plus, Kari and Gatomon are going to have to act as your assistants and go out on your `missions' at all times since they're `bonded' to the both of you, but there are no laws against slaves doing anything if their master teach them or give them anything, so, you might want to `teach' Kari a few `skills' that will let her survive in this kind of `work' in this kind of `city'. Is that acceptable?” When Davis looks at Kari, she nods her head in agreement.

 

Davis looks back at Serenity and replies, “Okay, you've got a deal!”

 

Davis and Serenity then shake hands and Serenity exclaims, “Okay, you, Kari, and your two partners are part of the DSA, now!”

 

Davis then asks the others, “How about the rest of you? What will you do?”

 

Ken replies, “We're not sure, Davis.”

 

Tai and Sora look at each other, then looked at their partners, and all of their nodded their heads in agreement, causing Tai to ask, “I was wondering if Sora, Agumon, Biyomon, and I can join the DSA?”

 

Joe looks at Tai, totally shocked and confused, “What?! Tai, what are you and Sora thinking?!”

 

Davis then asks, curiously, “Is this about Kari?”

 

Sora then shakes her head and answers, honestly, “No, you know, Tai, Davis. Tai wants to join in for the adventure.” Tai widely blushes in embarrassment and scratches his head and scalp.

 

Matt then smirks and says, “Well, that's no surprise.”

 

Tai then asks, “Well, how about two more of the `famous Odaiba Digidestined' and their Digimon partners into your `group'?”

 

Thomas then smiles and replies, “Sure! The more help, the more work we can get done!” Thomas then types on the computer and says, “First, I'm going to have to check your backgrounds. Just a formality.”

 

Sora then says, “Well, there is something that you should know about me.” As Tai and Sora discusses this `matter' concerning Sora with Thomas, Izzy comes over to Davis and tells him, “Davis, with your and Kari's new D-3 Advanced, you can use the battlechips to give Veemon and Gatomon weapons to use against opponents as well as the `ability battlechips' to increase Veemon's and Gatomon's speed, strength, agility, endurance, and other `abilities', like recovering from `battle damage'. However, Davis, there is something I've got to tell you. When I scanned Veemon, I found some mysterious new data inside of his Digimon artificial life programming.”

 

Davis asks, curious and concerned, “New data inside of Veemon?”

 

Izzy nods his head and answers, “It's nothing to worry about, but I found some new data that wasn't there before when I last used this new scanning program that I created just after the battle with MaloMyotismon within Veemon. Based on the scan, the new data looked like it was added just recently. However, the data looks like it isn't doing any harm to Veemon, but isn't doing anything else. I think that the data was created when you and Veemon Cross-Fusion Digivolve into Justimon for the first time. The new data might some kind of unique new ability inside of Veemon created by Cross-Fusion Digivolution, but since it's dormant, I don't have much of an idea of what the data is. I don't want to get your hopes up, Davis, but I think that Veemon got some kind of unique new ability inside of him, thanks to you and Veemon's Cross-Fusion.”

 

Davis smiles and says, “If that data is some kind of new special ability, Veemon and I hope that it is a cool one.”

 

Veemon nods, smiles, and exclaims, “Yeah, no kidding! That would be cool if I've some kind of cool ability that no other Digimon has!”

 

Thomas' voice then calls out, “Well, there we go! Now, Tai, Sora, Davis, Kari, and their partners are now part of the Digidestined Danger Service Agency, Oceanous Branch! All of you will start work, tomorrow morning at 9:00 A.M. in the morning.”

 

Matt then says, “That's our cue to leave! We will call once we get some room, board, and some jobs to support the rest of us!”

 

Davis then calls out, “Hey, Matt, take this!” When Matt looks at Davis, he throws him a bag of money. Davis then says, “This bag contains some of the money I had left before we came to Oceanous City. Kari, Veemon, Gatomon, and I did some `odd jobs' during the six months before we met up with Tai. I should say the money amount comes close to $10,000 American dollars worth of Digi-dollars!”
