Digimon Fan Fiction ❯ A New Game to Finish ❯ Chapter 9 ( Chapter 9 )

Disclaimer: I'm just wondering whether did I say a billion times that… I DON'T OWN A SINGLE THING IN THIS STUPID FANFIC EXCEPT FOR THE CHARACTER CALLED RAN AND TERRIERMON AND THE CREST OF CURIOSITY!!!

So, like last time, the words in bold are what the tamers are wondering by themselves and the words in italic are what I have to say.

Chapter 9: DOWN WITH THE DARK MASTERS!!! (AND DEVIMON!)

From the last chapter, Gennai have explain about my crest and now… Tai, Joe, Agumon and Gomamon have disappeared. The continuing episode…

"Well… the kidnapper is obviously Devimon," I managed to blurted out.

"WHAT???" screamed T.K.

"And the Dark Masters," Henry replied calmly.

"No way!" yelled the others except for Davis, Ken, Cody and Yolei.

"Way! And the sooner we solve this, the sooner we can celebrate," I replied, getting deaf from all that yelling.

"Lets' do it!" shouted Davis.

"Yeah but, where are we supposed to look?" continued Takato.

Silence fell. They thought that my brain had gone haywire because I kept staring at Infinity Mountain.

"Lets' go," I said.

"Go where?" asked the others.

"Infinity Mountain. Lets' get there before anyone else gets kidnapped, again," I replied in a rather hoarse voice.

Soon, everyone was speechless. Then, Matt and Gabumon disappeared. Me and the original tamers groaned an `oh-no', and, well…

"Matt! NO!" yelled Sora. Poor T.K was speechless and was staring at the spot Matt was.

Note: in chapter 8, Joe and Mimi was a new couple because Matt and Sora were BF and GF before this incident.

"C'mon! Lets' get going!" urged Takato.

"Wait. You, Rika and Ryo are staying with Cody and Yolei," said Kari.

"What????!!!!!!!" screamed those whose name were mentioned by Kari (except for Cody).

"Kari is right," muttered Cody, only to be heard by…

"What do you mean `Kari is right'?" asked Yolei.

"If we went too, who would protect the parents?" replied Cody.

"He… got a point," said Ryo.

So, after that the others went to save those who have been kidnapped by… you-know-who. (Devimon and the Dark Masters)

We rushed to Infinity Mountain where Devimon and Piedmon were waiting.

"Hurry up everyone," I urged because the others are very slow.

"We're trying our best to catch up," replied Kari, panting for breath (we've been running).

"Fine," I muttered.

"Can't our digimon digivolve or something?" asked Ken.

"No. They might need all their strength for our battle later," I replied.

"Talk about cross-country races. This is even worse," whispered Davis to Ken.

"I HEARD THAT!" I yelled at him.

Once again, everyone was speechless. That was a wrong move because Piedmon did his move.
