TK woke up to find Ken still sleeping peacefully with his arm draped over his chest somewhat possessively. He stifled a small laugh as he watched his lover.
`He looks so perfect no matter if he's awake or not. I still say he looks like a sweet little child when he's sleeping, but I think I still like him better when he's awake. That's a hard battle. I guess I love him both ways.' TK shrugged slightly and focused on Ken's closed eyelids. `To think those only hold back to beautiful eyes that lie behind them.' TK sighed.
A minute later Ken started to move around and then he opened his eyes and to see TK's blue ones staring at him.
"I could get used to that. Waking up everyone morning to see you. It's too perfect, like a dream." Ken smiled.
"A dream come true, Kenny baby. Come on, let's a take a shower and get cleaned up. After that I'll see if I can find anything to eat in this place."
He nodded and they both entangled themselves from each other and the bed sheets. They picked up some clean clothes and headed for the bathroom.
TK started the water and turned around to face Ken. "Hop in. It's all set."
Ken stepped in, pulling TK with him and they both stood under the gushing water.
"Want me to help with that?" Ken asked when he saw TK reaching for the shampoo bottle.
TK smiled and handed it to him. Shivering under Ken's touch as he massaged the soap into his hair.
"Mmmm, TK, your hair's so soft. I love it almost as much as I love you. But then again, almost doesn't count because I love everything part and thing about you."
"I love you too, Kenny sweetie." TK closed his eyes and waited for Ken's signal to slip back under the water and let the soap wash away.
A few minutes later, "Okay, you can wash it off now.
TK stepped under the water and felt the sudsy substance slip down his neck to his shoulders and down the rest of his body.
Ken pulled him back towards him and started to spread body wash over him. He started at his arms and moved to his shoulders and down his chest to his abdomen, stopping periodically to massage a sensitive spot that he knew TK loved. He filled his hands with some more soap and took TK's penis in his hands, rubbing up and down softly, feeling it harden under his touch.
"Oh, baby, I think you're getting a small problem. Whatever will we do about it?" Ken asked in an innocent tone.
"You could help me fix it. Pleeeese." He asked in an innocent tone as well but it turned into whining once he kept getting harder.
"I suppose I could." Ken replied squeezing his manhood harder and stroking it faster.
"Ohhhhh, Ken…so good…" TK lost his voice and all he could do was moan at every touch he received, increasing the sensation he was feeling.
Too soon to TK he came in Ken's hand but was easily washed away by the water still coming down around them.
They held each other close and TK helped to wash Ken off as he did, but without any other pleasant distractions.
They dried off and got dressed, than headed out to the kitchen and found a note placed on the table under the napkin holder.
TK
I headed out to work already. I trust you slept well, Ken too. I'll call at about noon to make sure everything's ok. Be sure you remember to lock up if you go somewhere. Have a fun day.
Mom
TK looked at the clock and it read 10:15. They had a couple of hours to kill before his mother would call. He then smirked and reread the last sentence of the note. `I'm sure I will have a fun day.'
TK looked over to see Ken poking around in the fridge and pull out the container of milk. He pulled to glasses from the cupboard and set them on the table. Ken poured the two glasses to about half way and than replaced it back in the fridge.
A few minutes later the phone rang and TK went to answer it, seeing the caller ID was from the Kamiyas.
"Moshi, moshi. This is TK speaking."
"Hey, bro." Matt answered from the other side of the line. "Whatcha doing today?"
`Weird; he sounded a little strained there. "Nothing much, why?"
"Just wondering. Tai and I were going to go the park today and was wondering if you'd like to come along."
"Yeah, hold on a sec." He covered the phone and looked at Ken. "Want to go to the park today and hand with Matt and Tai?"
"Sure, it's not like we had other plans or anything." Ken answered sounding sarcastic but jokingly all the same.
He uncovered the phone. "Yeah, sure. What time?"
"Anytime's fine. Take your time though. We're going to head over now."
"Ok. See you later." He hung up the phone.
"Want to go now?"
"Sure, why not?"
They both set out the door and TK locked it up as Ken pushed the button for the elevator.
They ran over to the park and looked around.
"They should be here right now so keep an eye out for them." TK said.
Ken nodded and looked around until he caught sight of two people on a bench. A closer look revealed that one had messy auburn hair and the older slicked blonde hair. A little closer of a look showed them to be kissing each other. He sighed and looked at TK and than continued to look for about two seconds until he became stoned and all the color in his face drowned out. He looked back at the bench and recognized the two people to be Matt and Tai!
"T…TK?" He tapped TK on his shoulder frantically, not taking his eyes of the two on the bench.
"What?" TK said looking at him. He followed his eyes and saw the two on the bench. He became stoned as well. He shook it off and took Ken's hand, dragging him towards the bench.
It seemed that his neither brother nor Tai was paying attention to anything around them other than each other and their frantic kisses.
`Kind of reminds me of Ken and me, oblivious to everything except each other and what we're doing.'
He shook his head and tapped his brother cautiously on his shoulder, causing him to jump and fall over the back of the bench. Tai gasped and looked over the edge at him.
He then looked back over and was about to shout at their distraction for doing that when he saw TK and Ken staring at them.
He helped Matt up from the ground not taking the eyes off the couple. Matt saw Tai's face as he absently brushed himself off and looked too.
"TK!" He practically fell back over again, but didn't. "I can…well you see we…we were just…um…"
"Is this why you ran off when we told you guys?" TK questioned.
Tai and Matt's head fell down slowly and nodded even slower.
Tai looked up first. He had something in his eye…was it…tears?
`Why does he have tears in his eyes?' Ken wondered and looked to TK.
"We were ashamed I guess." Tai said, seeing Matt's nod of agreement, continued. "When you two told us we were kind of embarrassed that we didn't say anything first. We've been going out for…how long now?"
Matt looked up; he had tears too. "For about five months. We were surprised that we actually kept it a secret without anyone suspecting anything. We didn't know we could be so good at acting like nothing was going on."
"But…why? Were you expecting us to come and find you making out on the park bench?" Ken was letting TK take control of all this since his brother was involved. So he just kept quiet.
"No! We knew that Ken was staying with you for the week, TK, so we thought that you wouldn't come for at least a half an hour or so. Not five minutes after we called." He shivered; it was a bit cold out.
TK glanced at his watch; it read 10:45. He knew he had to be getting back home before noon but didn't want to keep glancing at his watch. "Let's go back to my place. We can at least get out of the cold that way and get something warm to drink. Mom's supposed to call at noon and this way I won't have to worry about missing it."
The two nodded and walked behind the couple. It was a silent walk though. Since they weren't running it took about ten minutes to get back to the apartment building and was 11:00 by the time they were in the warmth of the apartment room.
He went into the kitchen with Ken as the other two sat on the couch.
"They look nervous." Ken said as he watched them from the table as TK pulled from mugs from the cupboard.
"Probably just embarrassed. I mean, we would be too if we kept our relationship a secret that long and than end up being scared to hell and back when we were found out like that."
"Yeah. That I know it right."
Ken stood up and pulled out the cocoa mix as TK pulled the hot cups out of the microwave.
As TK mixed the water and cocoa mix together Ken started to rub himself against him.
"Ken…not now." He whined, trying to sound serious even though it felt really good.
"Aww, but sweetie, I'm cold. Don't you want to warm me up? I know you'll do a better job than some stupid cup of hot chocolate." Ken continued, feeling his pants get a little tighter.
"Ken…no!" He shouted a little louder and heard the two from the couch gasp a little. He took a deep breath and tried to calm down. He finished mixing and turned around and saw Ken with a really hurt look in his eyes as he leaned against the table. TK walked over to him and embraced him tightly as he felt Ken cower a little at his touch.
`Aw man! Great job, dumb ass, you hurt him! BAKA BAKA BAKA! He probably thinks you're going to hurt him now or something! ARGH…Ok, calm down, TK. Just take a deep breath.'
"Ken?" He whispered. No answer. "Ken?" He asked a little louder. He felt something warm splash on his neck. `Oh great, you MAJOR BAKA JERK!!! HE'S CRYING!!'
He took another deep breath and tried again, pushing Ken back and pushed his face up to meet his eyes. Sure enough Ken was crying, not much but he was. "Ken, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to yell at you like that. I just didn't want to do anything with those two in the house, ok?" He asked, still whispering a little.
Ken brushed his nose with his sleeve and nodded. TK kissed the remaining tears softly away and was satisfied that no more were coming.
`So far so good. At least he's not crying. Now don't blow it."
"There now, that's better. I didn't mean to hurt you sweetie. I really am sorry if I scared you."
Ken shook his head. "No, I'm sorry, TK. It's just with seeing those two in the park and I really am cold and…I'm sorry. I should've stopped."
"I know and it's okay. I promise I'll warm you up as soon as they leave."
"You will?" Ken asked, completely cheered up all the way now.
"Yup, but first let's just have the hot chocolate and than I'll see what I can do after they leave…" seeing the little sulking look on Ken's face he realized he didn't know how long that was going to be exactly. "…But if you want you can snuggle if the cocoa doesn't help." He saw Ken brighten up again. "As much as you want but no getting too physical ok. You promise?"
"I promise." He really meant it. He saw the mugs forgotten on the counter and pointed to them. "Need help."
"Oh, yeah. I completely forgot about them." He handed two cups to Ken and than took two for himself and led the way into the next room, depositing his two in front of Tai and his brother.
"Sorry about the wait." As said as he sat down in the chair facing the couch and making room for Ken as he sat down.
He snuggled in tightly and placed the side of his head on TK's chest as he sipped his drink happily.
TK sighed and shook his head. `I never want to do that again. I felt horrible for yelling at him like that.' He whispered this into Ken's ears and saw him nod his head. He knew he was really happy and relieved he hadn't done anything permanent. He started to absentmindedly play with Ken's silken hair and looked at the two sitting on the couch.
"Are you going to tell the others like we did?" TK asked.
"I guess, but I guess we'll think about that later. My parents are going out for a late dinner tonight for their anniversary and Kari's spending the night at Yolei's so I guess we'll talk than." Tai suggested.
"We'll tell you when we're going to say something though." Matt added.
"No problem. Our lips our sealed about anything and everything we saw until you give us permission. We promise we won't say a word until you two say we can." TK guaranteed for both him and Ken, who was sipping on his cocoa.
He saw Tai and Matt's tension leave at the assurance and was pleased to see they weren't as upset as before. He took a sip of his drink now.
`I think I like Ken's taste a lot better than this sweet stuff. It's good but not as good as the one made especially for me. My Kenny baby.' He looked at him and continued playing and stroking his hair. `All mine.' He smiled again and took another sip.
They sat in silence after that until all the drinks were done. Ken was asleep on TK's lap from him playing and stroking his hair the way he was. The phone rang and TK couldn't move.
Matt looked at him when he wasn't getting up and saw that Ken had fallen asleep on him. He laughed a little and picked up the phone, tossing it to TK.
With quick thanks he pushed the `talk' button.
"Moshi, moshi. This is TK speaking."
"Hello, honey." His mother said from the opposite line. "How's everything?"
"Fine. Tai and Matt are over and Ken fell asleep. Other than that it's been quiet."
"Okay, just making sure. Did you find something to eat?"
"Yeah, we had something."
"Okay good. Well, I have to get going now. Say `hello' to your brother and Tai for me and I'll see you maybe later tonight. If not I'll call."
"Okay, mom. Bye." He pushed the `off' button and placed it on the small table next to the chair. "Mom said `hello'."
Matt nodded and looked at Ken and than back at TK, glancing at the small clock afterwards. "We should get going. Thanks for everything, little bro."
"No problem. At least it wasn't Davis."
Tai laughed and he could hear Matt mutter something along the lines of `thank the gods for that.' And than they were both gone.
TK sat there for a few more minutes, enjoying the silence and the feel of Ken's soft breathing of his chest going up and down.
`I don't think I'll ever tire of this.' TK thought to himself happily. `No one will ever have you except me. That's what I'm hoping. I don't know what I'd do if I lost you, my perfect angel. My Kenny boy.'
TK glanced at the clock and noted that it was closing in on 1:00. `Huh, it seems as though it should be later. Oh well.'
He began to shake Ken slightly to wake him up. "Hey, Kenny baby, you need to wake up."
Ken stirred a little and than cracked one eye open and than the other. "What?" He asked in a muffled voice.
"It's time to wake up. You fell asleep."
"Did I?" He asked sitting up and rubbing his eyes.
TK wrapped his arms around Ken's waist to keep him from falling off the chair. "Yup, I'd say for a good hour or so."
"Are you going to keep your promise?" He asked now fully awake.
"You're still cold?" TK asked sarcastically.
Ken put on an innocent puppy face and nodded playfully.
"Ok then, I'll go make some tea than." TK joked.
"TK! You promised." Ken said going from loud to quiet in a hurry.
"Ok come on, sweetie. I was just joking around." He picked up Ken and smiled smugly to himself as he felt his lover's arms go around his neck. "Now let's `have a fun day' as my mother put it in her note. I made a promise and I'm going to keep it."
Ken snuggled his face into TK's shirt and breathed it in deep. "You smell good."
"I'm glad you like it. If you don't remember you washed me this morning."
Ken nodded as he was placed gently on the bed.
TK started to pull Ken's shirt off and than through it on the floor and removed his own. Ken lay down on the bed with his arms lying carelessly above his head. TK undressed both of them and than lay down on Ken.
"What's the matter? About and hour or so ago you couldn't keep yourself off me."
"I guess I just love admiring you when you have nothing on. You look so flawless and perfect. It's hard to believe that you're mine when I have the blood of innocents on my hands." Ken closed his eyes and started to remember the terror and destruction he had caused in the Digital World a few months before. "All those Digimon. I can't believe that I hurt them and I'm supposed to be the Holder of Kindness."
"Shhh. To me you look just as good as you say I do. What's in the past is behind us now. I care about you and I don't like seeing you like this. I'm yours forever to an end if that's what makes you happy."
Ken opened his eyes and had tears starting to fall. He loved it when TK said things like this to him. He could forget all his worries and think about those words for so long. He felt TK lean down and kiss up the tears that remained on his cheek. "I'm so lucky to have someone like you, TK. I love you so much. I never want you to go away."
"And I never will if that is was you wish."
Ken was so entranced by TK's words he didn't even feel TK lift off him for a minute before he replaced himself again.
"All that blood, they're just battle scars. You didn't mean to do them. Battle scars are all they are. They remain but it doesn't mean it's your fault they're there. You were pushed into it. You were only used, but we took care of that. There's nothing left of MaloMyotismon or anyone. You have Wormon and I have you, and that's my life. To be there for you."
Ken knew perfectly well that TK was only distracting him from the pain of stretching. It worked perfectly well to. He knew the fingers were doing their work but he didn't feel them there. He felt them leave only to be replaced by something bigger.
"I have you too. You're my life now. And you have Patamon." Ken added clenching his teeth and curling his toes at the end when he felt himself being penetrated.
TK brushed against his sensitive soft and he moaned in pleasure and appreciation. TK thrust in a little harder every second and soon enough he was deep inside of Ken, just what he wanted.
Ken wrapped his legs absently around TK's waist. It had happened again just like always. He would never forget this feeling nor would he want to. He loves this feeling and wishes he could always be like this forever, even though he knew it would come to an end. It was just he and TK and what they were doing. They were just floating around in each other's love and passion, the care and effort for one another. All they could concentrate on was each other's eyes.
Ken loved drowning in those eyes. They were like hot springs when he was determined but a gently creek whenever he was calm. Sometimes they would be endless oceans or sometimes waterfalls when he was excited. Maybe even puddles when he was sad or hurt. No, this time they were raindrops splashing on the ground. They were gentle drops of water that wouldn't hurt anyone. In fact, those kinds of raindrops were the kinds people looked forward to in the spring. The time of the year where things grow into beautiful plants or flowers.
TK was looking into Ken's eyes as well. He knew Ken loved his eyes and how he would always look into them. People always told him they could tell how he felt by looking into his eyes. He guessed that was why nobody asked him how he was feeling at all, his eyes told all. He wondered if people told the same to Ken when he wasn't with him. No, Ken's eyes were like violet flowers. Beautiful things that would never hurt anything, but could get easily hurt when something stepped on them. Before, when he was the Digimon Emperor all he saw when he looked in those eyes when his goggles were either on or off were blazing fires. Things that wanted others to be destroyed whatever got in it's path or near it. It wasn't an in control fire but a wild fire destroying what it can and feed off that to grow stronger by the minute.
All to soon for them they both came together. They were back in reality where life would always end up leaving them. They broke eye contact as they panted heavily. TK lied back down on Ken, hearing his heart beat die down with each breath as he caught it. He was lulled to sleep with that heartbeat and the gentle up and down movements of his breaths when he inhaled and than exhaled.
Ken fell asleep after he rolled over and felt TK slide in next to him. He wrapped his arms around him tightly and then pulled the sheets over them; once again falling to sleep where he loved most, in TK's arms.
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* ~*~*~
"TK! What's going on?" He was running after TK. Who was seemingly just walking away.
There was only darkness around them except for the silvery fog that was seeping along the ground in endless directions. All he could see was TK walking away. He knew he had, and was, run after him. He didn't know why though but he had the sense that something was wrong.
"TK, wait up!" Ken called again.
`Why won't he turn around? What's going on?' Ken asked himself as he went faster. `It doesn't matter how fast I make myself go he still stays the same distance away. But I'm running and he's walking, that doesn't make sense for me not to catch up. And why won't he answer me?'
"TK!" He called louder this time.
He tripped over something and fell to his knees. He pushed himself by his arms and that's when he saw it.
TK turned around. His eyes were glassed over. They weren't showing anything, nothing he was used to. It was a split second, but Ken saw everything he didn't want to see go by…
…TK had disappeared into thin air. He just vanished before Ken's eyes.
"TK!" Ken called as loud as he could, but he knew it was useless. He crawled into a little ball where he was and he cried. He cried harder than he'd ever cried before in his life.
Ken started to feel colder than usual and he looked up from his waterlogged lap to see the fog disappearing. The darkness was dissolving into something…but what? He blinked and saw…
"TK!" Ken shouted and launched himself at TK, noting the worried look on his face and saw he started to cry too. He cried hard into his lover's shoulder and couldn't stop.
"Shhh, Kenny honey, it's all okay. Just try and calm down." TK pulled Ken with him as he moved into a sitting position and tried to get Ken to lie down, but Ken refused to let go from him and remained at his shoulder. He could feel the hot tears as they slid nonstop from his true love's face and down his bare back.
"Shhh, it's ok, koibito. Try to calm down. It's okay, nothing's going to happen." He held Ken tight and close as he pulled Ken so he was sitting in his lap but still crying at his shoulder like he wanted. TK reached down and pulled a blanket from the floor. They were there in case a sudden storm or freak snow thing in the winter came and he needed extra warmth; in this case it was comfort.
He did the best he could with one hand to bring the blanket around to cover both of them with the other hand still holding Ken close. But Ken seemed to shy away from the touch in an instant and clung tighter to TK as he cried harder.
"Shhh, Ken, honey. It's okay. Everything's going to be fine. It's just a blanket so we don't catch a cold."
Ken seemed to have been listening as he allowed TK to pull the blanket over both of them and he leaned back against the bed board and cradled the sobbing figure, which he loved more than life could tell.
After about an hour Ken's cries were finally subsiding. TK guessed that his voice was probably horse by now and he either stopped because he finally calmed down a little or he ran out of tears to unleash.
He guessed again at the latter since Ken was still holding TK rather tightly, as if expecting him to disappear if he didn't.
He glanced at the clock and it read: 3:00AM.
`Good thing mom's not home.' TK appreciated that. `A whole hour we've been up now.
TK glanced at the clock when he felt the sheets turning viciously behind him. That was what had woken him up in the first place.
When he turned around he saw that Ken was having a dream and a bad one by the looks of it. After a second he tossed more and harder. TK got worried more and more as each time he tried to awaken Ken from the awful event he was seeing Ken didn't even acknowledge that he was even there, just kept turning around. After a minute or so Ken started to have tears rolling down his cheeks and soon enough he was balling in his sleep, not as bad as he was for the past hour but it was still pretty bad.
Ken's noises finally stopped, but TK knew it would take a lot more to get Ken to go to sleep again after what just happened. Ken sniffed and than leaned back to look at TK's worried expression.
Ken looked terrible. His entire face was tearstained, his eyes were bloodshot red, and even his lip was bleeding a little from biting too hard, TK guessed, while he was crying.
TK tried again to coax him with words but before he could start Ken spoke, as TK had guessed earlier, that it was completely hoarse.
"Please, TK…Don't leave me." Ken asked, silent tears coming from his eyes.
TK grabbed the blanket with his fist and than picked up Ken, having the blanket drag on the floor.
Ken had curled into TK's touch and was having his face buried in the soft flesh.
TK set Ken on the counter of the bathroom and wrapped the blanket around him. He pulled out a washcloth from under the counter, with Ken clinging hastily to his hand and made sure he didn't go anywhere he couldn't reach.
He put the cloth under the cold water coming from the sink faucet and than tapped Ken's face with it gently, wiping off the excess tears that had tried to his face or were still dripping from his eyes. He replaced the cloth back under the sink water and got it wet again, now wiping along Ken's still bloodshot eyes.
He pushed Ken's raven hairs under his ear and kept wiping his face. He dad at Ken's lip lightly and wiped away the dried blood.
Now that Ken looked decent now he picked him back up and carried him back to his room. He noted, while doing that, that Ken was shaking violently and it wasn't from the cold.
`That must've been some dream. I've never seen him like this. Oh please be ok. I can't live to see you this hurt, Kenny.'
He sat in the same position as before with his leaning against the bed board and Ken in his lap except this time Ken placed his face in the crook where the neck and shoulder meet rather than over the shoulder, and than the blanket was wrapped around both of them.
TK found that Ken shaking wasn't as fierce as before as when he first noted it, but it was a little better.
Ken sat up and looked into TK's eyes, searching for something it looked like, but what?
"Please, TK…say you won't go." He said again, his voice a little better than before.
"Shhh, koibito, Kenny, I promise I'm not going anywhere."
Ken nodded and lay back to where he was, still holding TK tightly.
"Kenny, baby, please, tell me what happened. I can help you."
Ken nodded and without sitting up explained his dream to TK who listened carefully, but you didn't have to be a genius to figure out the problem.
When Ken was finished TK wasn't happy at all. Something scared his love and that just wouldn't do. He held Ken tighter, as if to show he wasn't going to disappear at any moment.
"Shhhh, it was just a dream. I won't go disappearing anywhere without you knowing first. You know I wouldn't do that to you. Not a purpose.
He held Ken the rest of the night like that, even after Ken had fallen asleep again. TK knew it was a light sleep and Ken was on his guard for anything he didn't like in the room or anything going on near him. If he felt TK move away he would him tighter and possibly try to move closer and if the wind made tapping sounds at the window he would whimper slightly, but TK just coaxed him back to sleep hoping it was help.
TK knew he had to protect his koibito no matter what. He guessed that his senses were feeling that too since he felt awake the whole time and never once did he fall back to sleep. He couldn't when his Ken was at risk; his love.
What does the dream mean? I wonder. As you can see you can probably guess I'm going to do something cruel in future chapters, but don't worry! It won't last. It seemed like a good place to stop since it's 3AM right now and I hafta get up early tomorrow. Hope you enjoy and please remember to review or email or both!
