As the six friends walked to the part of the hotel where the poker tournament is being held, they proceed to talk, Davis asks, “When did you learn to play poker?”

 

 

“I learned about five years ago.” Ken replies, “Well here we are, you guys better go take your seats.” He then proceeds to kiss Kari, she tells him good luck and he then heads to the center of the arena.

 

 

“Alright everyone, this is the qualifying round of the king's crown championship poker tournament, the winner of the finals of this tournament will win a cash prize of $100,000,000 Everyone ready?” The announcer asks, “Good let's begin”

 

 

The match started off edgy, but Ken held his game face well, and was very good at bluffing, but with every round he could feel his stability slipping, he then looked into the stands at Kari his one true love, he knew right then and there that he had to win this tournament, no matter what, for failure was not an option.

 

 

After what seemed like an eternity, he had made it to the finals. “Alright everyone, we've made it to the final round of the king's crown poker championship!” “And you know what that means, the one who emerges victorious wins the grand prize of $100,000,000!” “Good luck to the both of you, gentlemen.” The announcer says excitedly to Ken and his opponent.

Alright, I've got to win. Ken thinks to himself.

 

 

So it came down to both of them holding one hand of cards, and ken could not believe what he was holding. His opponent looks at him and says, “I've got a Queen of hearts, a King of clubs, a King of diamonds, a Jack of spades, and a two of hearts, not bad, eh? And you?”

 

Ken smiles and says, “I win... a royal flush is what I've got.”

 

 

His opponent looks shocked, then smiles and says, “I concede defeat.”

 

 

“Well everyone that's it, we have our winner, and its Ken Ichijochi from Odaiba, Japan, please come over here and accept your prize.” The announcer says proudly.

 

 

The whole crowd erupts into a roar of applause, while Kari, Shawn, Davis, Sora and Alicia storm through crowd to congratulate their friend. Shawn grabs him into a bear hug and Davis gives him a high five, while Kari walks up to him and kisses him deeply and says, “Congratulations, Ken-kun.”

 

 

“Thank you, Hika-chan.” He replies.

 

 

Davis then asks his friend, “Ken, what're you going to do with all that money?”

 

 

“Oh, I've got the perfect plan for it.” He replies.

 

 

“Oh, like what?” Davis asks interested.

 

 

“Oh, I'll tell you about my plans when we get back to Japan.” Ken replies.

 

 

“Well, don't leave me out.” Shawn chimes in.

 

 

“Oh, I won't.” Ken responds.

 

 

“Hey, I've got an idea, why don't we go out to eat for dinner to celebrate ken's victory.” Shawn says, “Oh, and don't worry everyone, I've got this one, okay.”

 

 

“Thanks you guys, you're the greatest.” Ken says to his friends.

 

 

Sora then asks her boyfriend, “Dai-kun, me, Kari and Alicia were wondering if we could go get changed?”

 

 

“Of course you can, angel.” Davis responds.

 

 

While the guys were waiting, ken and Shawn both storm up to their friend and asks, “So, did you ask her yet?”

 

 

“Do you see a ring on her finger?” They both shake their heads no, and Davis then says, “Then your answer is no, besides I'm going to wait until after dinner to ask her.”

 

 

Just then Sora, Kari and Alicia came out of the spare bedroom looking drop-dead gorgeous, and Sora turns to her boyfriend and asks, “Ready?”

 

 

“Ready.” He replies, Then all six of them headed out to dinner.

 

 

A/N: just to let everyone know, I know absolutely nothing about poker I was just winging it, and I thought it would be a nice element to the story seeing as they were in Vegas.
