"Yo, Daisuke." At the sound of his name being called Daisuke turned away from his group of friends and scanned the front lawn of his school for the speaker. His best friend Ken was standing by the front gates leaning against a bright purple wreck of a car. His face quirked into a smile as the made eye contact and he spoke again "Want to risk it?" He joked, patting the car behind him.

"Dude, I'm all over that! This your new car? What can she do?" As he spoke he disengaged from his cluster, grabbed his backpack, slung it over one shoulder, and started jogging to the car.

Ken smiled enigmatically "Get in and why don't we find out?" With a slight laugh he slid himself off and around the car and hopped in. As Daisuke eagerly buckled his seat-belt on, the two of them shared a grin, then Ken hit the gas. For an old car it had amazing engine capabilities so they tore out of the schoolyard, shaking the frame all the way. When they hit the road Ken eased up on the gas a bit. "How do you like it?" He asked, without ever turning his head from the road.

"Oh? Well it runs well. The shocks leave a bit to be desired though" he admitted ruefully sneaking a quick glance at the boy in the driver's seat. : Ken's got a nice profile actually; the hair makes him look a little girly though. I bet he'll get teased about the color of this junker: "Aren't you a little bit worried about the color though?" He gazed out the window at all the other, less brightly hued, cars.

Unnoticed, Ken's hands tensed slightly on the steering wheel. "What's wrong with the color?" his words were only slightly harsh but Daisuke's ears instantly noticed the difference.

He turned away from the window again and looked at Ken in mild surprise. "No man, I love the color it's awesome! Just thinking about what some shitheads might say about it." At the first word of approval, the slight tenseness disappeared from Ken's body.

The bluenette shrugged his delicate shoulders. "Whatever, it goes with my hair and most people are too intimidated by me to say anything. There aren't really any stupid jocks at my school to bug me." He delivered this last line with a slight smile at Daisuke who stuck his tongue out and shifted slightly downward in his chair.

"Loser" he half-heartedly muttered. "See if I buy you a Christmas present then."

"It's the middle of February Daisuke. I doubt you'll remember. Anyway, you know I didn't mean it."

"And I didn't mean it either." A pause "loser"

Ken smiled fondly "Brat".

"Moron"

"Smarter then you at least" Ken said with a smile before executing a smooth turn into the maw of the lot. "Anyway we're there. Grab your gear and let's go." The redhead turned and snagged the bag that had been lying on the backseat before bouncing energetically out of the car. Ken calmly got out and followed him down at a more sedate pace. When they reached the field, Daisuke unzipped the sports bag he had grabbed and pulled out a soccer ball. As he tossed it out onto the field a manic grin spread across his tanned face and even Ken lost his ever-calm demeanor to the fierce one on one competition that followed. The two of them were the best of the best, and almost evenly matched. Although it was just a friendly skirmish the drive to win, triumph, and most of all play soccer was an intense one.

They continued on like that for nearly an hour, at which point they finally tired and decided to quit. As they were toweling down and getting a drink of water during one of their breaks from play Ken called attention to the lateness of the afternoon and the shear amount of homework they had to finish. "Come on Daisuke, we're juniors in high school it's the hardest year ever. It's getting dark too and I'm tired."

His friend, who went to public school and had less homework as well as work ethic didn't want to budge. Eventually though through much use of superior logic, height, and martial arts knowledge Ken won out. The two of them walked back up the cool concrete stairs and into the parking lot.

"Hey man" Daisuke huffed out as they scaled the final stair "another bonus of that rockin' purple color your car has." He paused and smiled broadly at his companion "That thing is definitely easy to find". Although they had been unaccompanied on the soccer field the woods in the middle of the park were a common afternoon destination for teenagers, especially dating teenagers. The parking lot was full of cars but as you scanned it the long purple sports car stuck out like a sore thumb.

"You know it" Ken smiled, bestowing upon Daisuke one of his most sought after rewards. "There are other definite advantages too."

"Why dude? Do girls really like the color?" Daisuke asked, skillfully hiding his nervousness. The smile faded from Ken's face as he strode purposefully out into the parking lot. With a sigh and a roll of his eyes he replied negatively and the two of them crossed the rest of the pavement while discussing the scrimmage that they had just finished, sometimes accompanied by full imitation by one Daisuke Motomiya. Ken laughed at his antics but for several minutes his smile never quite made it all the way to his beautiful violet eyes.

Later that night...

And even though he didn't really make a show of enjoying himself even the little gasps meant more then the screams and blessings of a thousand girls because they were utterances of pleasure from his lips, those lips perfect save for the little red speck at the bottom that you hardly noticed till you saw it and after it all it did was draw your yes to it so you began to notice how soft and lush looking those lips really were. And now they were shining with saliva, and it was wonderful because it was your saliva and you were in awe that he would let you claim those lips for your own. And now you're claiming more then just his lips and it feels, so, good. Daisuke wakes with a start as his hips hitch up and the passion is spent into the empty sheets and his wonderful resounding shout of Ken is lost to the unappreciative ears of the empty room.

:Oh shit what am I supposed to do now:

He has no idea what to say when he next sees his best friend. His incredibally hot, really freakin' tight, lithe, muscular...better stop that train of thought now if he ever wants to get rid of the arousal still tingeing his cheeks. With a blush Daisuke restlessly tries to fall back asleep.

On the other side of town hitched breath and a sigh of `Daisuke' are what makes Ken wake, embarrassed and flustered, not used to dealing with his teenaged hormones.
