The group came out of the forest coming to what looked like a cliff about thirty feet up ... and close to the top was the flower. It looked white and the tips had a blue point to it. Everyone looked up seeing how dangers it looked climbing up.

"How are going to get it now?" Tomoki asked

"It does look a little hopeless doesn't it ..."

"Wow. So that's what we came for?" Neemon asked looking up shielding his eyes from the ray of the son.

The first thing Bokomon did was take hold of his partners pants pulled them away from his waist his expression really annoyed .... letting go, the waist-line of Neemon's pants slapped his skin really hard causing him to fall to his side.

Takuya took one step forward looking how he get up there ... it was risky but he was going to do it! Making up his mind he ran toward the wall and jumped digging his claws into the top of one of rocks heaving him self up.

"Takuya!!" They all panicked as they ran up.

"What are you doing? Trying to get your self kill! Now get down before get your self hurt!" Kouji demanded

"Oh, that's little coming from you ..."

"I mean it!! Takuya are you even listening to me!" Kouji yelled noticing that the half digimon just kept on climbing up.

Damn it! Why doesn't he ever listen to me? The truth was that he was really worried that Takuya could die or get hurt and it would be his fault for his death and his brother's death.

Takuya looked up feeling the chilling air brushing gently brushing against his fur .... he didn't have very much further to climb .... he started to reach for a rock not even noticing that it was lose ... reaching for it using his other hand to push himself up to reach for the other rock ... putting presser on it he found it starting to move out his was and slid ...

"Takuya!!" They all panicked seeing the rock coming down creating a land slide.

They all watched in fear as they saw the half digimon dangling from the rock he was using before .... Takuya looked up to see that he was close to his target ... I'm not going to give up! Not when I can show that I do care and prove to that brat that I'm not pathetic! He took hold of another rock heaved himself up and reached for the flower but it was a little too far for his reach ...

"Takuya! Get down here!" Kouji yelled.

"No! I said that I was going to get the flower, and I'm not going to give up!!"

"NO you didn't! Now get down!"

"Kouji, what's more impotent? Saving your brother or standing around doing nothing?"

The dark haired boy was taken back by that comment; then realization hit him .... Takuya was really doing it for him ....

"Got it!!"

They all looked up to see that he had the flower ... in his mouth .... now how to get down. Hmmmm. Takuya looked down, giving him sick feeling and dizzy. He looked at the land slide as his eye traveled it down. Here goes nothing. He reached for another rock trying very hard to ignore the fearful feeling in his heart; he then drew his fist back and slammed into the rocky ground not even realizing that he used a lot of force. Takuya looked up when a small rock a size of a crumb landed on his hand that some of the sand started to come toward him causing him to flinch as fear leaped to his eyes ....

"TAKUYA!!"

They all watched dread then gasped when they noticed that the half-digimon to slide along trying to go with the pattern. They ran up as talking at once; Takuya rose to his feet his head down breathing hard lifted his head up taking the flower out of his mouth and handed it to Kouji.

"Takuya, your hands!" Izumi noticed they were bleeding and many scraps.

They where so wrapped up that they didn't notice something black slither through the rocks it's red blood eyes looking at the kids below watching as they fused over one of them that looked like something like half-digimon, half-human ....

"Oh it's nothing ...."

"Takuya ..."

"Yea ..."

SLAP!

Takuya fond himself fall in back on his butt, his cheek red from Kouji slapping him, Tomoki was the first to move in front of the half-digimon his arms out stretched ...

"Why did you do that for?"

"Forget it," Takuya said getting to his feet, "some people are not even thankful ...."

"You could've gotten hurt Takuya!"

"Is that the thanks I get for trying to help your brother?"

"Don't change the subject!"

The shadowy creature watched with amusement ... if there are humans, then there must be a village near by .... I must follow these humans and find out ...
