Sorry it took so long to write this, Writers block is trying to kidnap my stories again and I'm trying very hard not let it take my stories. So wish me luck.

Kouji came running on all fours in the hut and found Lady Kenchi on the floor. He run to her side lifted her head off the floor as she slowly opened her eyes ...

"K -- Kouji ... you must help ... Junpei and ...."

"Yes. But what happened?"

"Don't worry about me. You must help the other ... they need you to save your brother ----"

"Thunder Fist!"

Junpei came down ready to hit Shadowamon on the head but he was knocked to the ground hard. Izumi ran up to his side with a worried face when a shadowy figure started to loom over them. She turned her head, her eyes wide to see that the snake had started to grow ... I got to protect Izumi ... Junpei got to his feet and moved in front of her ready to fight!

"Hang on, guy's! I'm coming!!"

They all turned their heads to Takuya running up and stopped right next to Junpei still on all fours. Junpei was about to ask about Kouji when he came running up on all fours too. His whole body was blue and furry but his chest and his neck was all covered with fur, his front face was white, his eyes slanted, black nose, black straps around his upper arm and wolf like ears. Takuya's face lit up and waged his tail when he saw Kouji running up.

"K - Kouji? Is that you?" Izumi asked.

"Yea it's me ---"

"Wow! You're beautiful!" She squid.

Junpei turned with a hurt look on his face when they all heard laughter coming from the snake ...

"Now all humans will die!"

"Not why I'm here!" Takuya yelled and started to run for the five story high snake.

"Takuya!" Kouji panicked, "Come back!"

"You guys try and crack the ring on his tail! I'm going to save your brother now get going!"

Jealously flooded through Kouji's veins. He wanted to save his brother! He ran up and brought his face really close to Takuya's; their nose's inches away from each other. This caused the red-haired Digimon's ears to go back, his cheeks pink ...

"I'm not going to let you face that thing alone! Not when my own brother needs me!"

"I know how much you love him," Takuya said putting his hand on Kouji's furry shoulder, "but Junpei going to need help. Now get going!"

The loner lowered him self even more, his ears back as he slipped under Takuya's chin, the side of his face resting on the red haired Digimon neck line ...

"Just be careful, okay?" Kouji asked moving out from under Takuya and looking into his eyes.

"Don't worry," he said putting his hand on the digimon's cheek and kissing his black nose, "I'll be all right. Now get!"

Kouji nodded his head and ran toward the others then stopped when the others cried out Takuya's name. The wolf like Digimon to see that red haired Digimon jumped into the air right toward Shadowamon's mouth ...

"Takuya!!"

They all watched in horror as Takuya went right into the snake's mouth. Shadowamon laughed (after everyone thought he swallowed Takuya) as he eyed them all.

"Takuya, come back!" Tomoki cried running toward the snake.

"Tomoki, wait!" Izumi panicked as she ran up and held the wining child back and glared at Kouji who crouched as if he was going to get beaten to death, "someone's going to have to get Tomoki out of here ..."

"You should." Kouji said.

"But --"

"No. Kouji's right. You and Tomoki might get hurt." Junpei said keeping his eye on Shadowamon.

"All right. Just be careful, okay?"

"We will."

Takuya found him self standing in a wave of pitch darkness. The place looked big all right and it was cold. But how could a snake's insides look like this? No time for questions now! He had to save Kouji's brother! He got on all fours and took off bounding.

Man, Takuya thought, how big is Shadowamon? I feel like I've been --- He stopped to see a figure standing, he slowly walked up and stopped dead, his ears back his eyes wide. Standing there was his best friend Tony? It couldn't be him! He died!

"So. This is what you've become."

His words came out in an icy tone and his face with full of disgust ...

"Tony ... I ..."

"Look at you! Look at what you have become, Takuya!"

"I ... I know ... that I look different ... but I'm still me."

"You think so? Do think that after you defeat Shadowamon, that the villagers will respect you after all you done?"

Why was his friend being so mean? Was Tony really disgusted by what he saw? But Takuya didn't have time to really stand and talk. He had to save Kouji's brother! His face turned stern!

"Sorry! But I have someone to save! Now move!"

Just as Takuya said that the figure before him vanished in a cloud of smoke ...
