The group continued to walk for a short time until they entered the darkness, once they entered the darkness time seemed to dragon what seemed like hours of walking, was really just half an hour. After walking through the darkness for sometime they came upon an oasis of light, there was a pile of rocks jutting forth from the ground, a spring of water shooting from the middle, it was the only water or plants that they had seen since they entered the darkness. They all gathered round in the light sitting, resting against the rocks, the water misting them.

“Ah,” said Davis stretching out, “this feels so nice compared to walking in the dark shadows.”

“Ya I know what you mean,” Tai stretched out to going to put his arm around Sora who just moved further away from him.

They all opened their bags, to get out their lunch, “Whats up with this all of our clothes are gone?” Mimi questioned. No one answered because no one truly cared.

After eating their lunch the group got up and started to walk again. They soon came upon a dessert, the gray sands swirled around them stinging their faces, the ground began to rumble, a giant mole like creature rose from the ground and swallowed Matt, Sora ran toward the beast, “Matt!” Her crest began to glow.

“You have released the power of your crest by showing your true love Sora” Azulongmon's voice was heard from all around them.

Yokomon digivolved to Biyomon, then Birdramon, then Garudamon, Sora began to glow red, the color of her crest, Garudamon turned into red data and swirled around Sora. Sora began to transform. Sora's crest appeared in front of her and she shattered through it in a new form. “I am Valkramon, the Guardian of Love”. Sora was now all in red; from her back she had large scarlet wings. She had a heart shaped patch of white feathers on her crest, that's tip went right in between her boobs. She had long talon like fingers, and bird footed boots. She had white ancient writing on her legs and a red pointed helmet with five pink feathers on each side near the back. She bore the crest of Love on her Helmet in white.

“Swirling Heat Wave!” Valkramon yelled as she spun creating a tornado of flames that hit the strange Digimon. The strange Digimon winched in pain.

Tsunomon digivolved to Gabumon, then Garurumon, then Weregarurumon, Matt began to glow blue, the color of his crest, Weregarurumon turned into blue data and swirled around Matt, causing the Digimon to convulse. Matt began to transform. Matt's crest appeared in front of him and he shattered through it in a new form. “I am Megagarurumon, the Wolf of Friendship”. Matt was now wearing a dark blue suit. He had silver armor on his one shoulder, and huge gloves on his hands that were light blue with dark blue strips, they had massive claws coming out of them and silver plating on the backs of them. He had huge dog like feet with three claws coming out from each one. He had on a helmet shaped like Garurumon's face that covered his eyes and had a blue mane light fur around it. He bore the crest of friendship on a silver chest plate strapped to his chest.

“Sonic Thunder!” Megagarurumon yelled as he punched sending out a bolt of lightning at the inside of the Digimon's mouth, on contact this bolt exploded into a hail of lightning bolts.

The Digimon spit out Matt and vanished back into the ground that he had come out of. Matt ran over to Sora who unlike him was able to maintain her Digivolved form. Tai's crest appeared in front of him and he shattered through it in a new form. “I am SoulGreymon, the Leader of Courage”. Tai was now wearing a black suit. He had orange armor on his shoulders, chest, arms, and knees, and huge clawed gloves on his hands that were orange and silver clawed. He had big knee high boots that were orange and had massive claws coming out the bottom. He had on a mask shaped like Metalgreymon's but was orange. SoulGreymon had red ancient writing wrapped around the top of his gloves and boots. He bore the crest of Courage in red on his chest.

“Pepper Inferno!” SoulGreymon shout a massive fireball out of his mouth.

“Shadow Inferno!” ShadowGreymon shout a massive blue fireball out of his mouth.The two of them continued to attack each other neither of them gaining the upper hand.

“Matt prepare to meet your doom at the hands of Evilgarurumon.”

Matt transformed into Megagarurumon, “Sonic Thunder!”

“Hell Storm!” Evilgarurumon attacked back. Just as Tai could not gain the upper hand neither could Matt, but so could his enemy.

“I am KillerKabuterimon Izzy but you can call me death.”

Motimon digivolved to Tentomon, then Kabuterimon, then Megakabuterimon, Izzy began to glow purple, the color of his crest, Megakabuterimon turned into purple data and swirled around Izzy. Izzy began to transform. Izzy's crest appeared in front of him and he shattered through it in a new form. “I am SoliderKabuterimon, the Protector of Knowledge”. Izzy now wore armor that made him look like a huge insect, part of his face was covered by the same helmet Kabuterimon wore, he was mostly blueish purple with some black details. He had four arms each with three claws. He bore the crest of Knowledge in black on his wings.

“Insect Storm!” SoliderKabuterimon spread his wings and a swarm of insect flew at KillerKabuterimon.

“Shadow Storm!” KillerKabuterimon spread his wings and darkness poured out choking the insects. Their battle raged on but the same as all the others neither seemed to be winning.

“Sora I will destroy your love with hate, for I am Teradacmon. Shadow Flames!”

Sora transformed into Valkramon, ““Swirling Heat Wave!” Like all the battles neither seemed to be gaining the upper hand.

Poromon digivolved to Hawkmon, then Aquilamon, Yolei began to glow red, the color of her crest, Aquilamon turned into red data and swirled around Yolei. Yolei began to transform. Yolei's crest appeared in front of her and she shattered through it in a new form. “I am Sirenimon, the Enchantress of Passion”. Yolei was now in a red short dress, she had talon on her hands, and bird feet. She had a golden visor across her eyes, and golden anklets and bracelets. Her lavender hair was floating around her head; she had two large red wings with white tips. She bore the crest of Passion on her skin; it was a red marking extending from her neck to the top of her strapless dress.

Tanemon digivolved to Palmon, then Togemon, then Lilymon, Mimi began to glow green, the color of her crest, Lilymon turned into green data and swirled around Mimi. Mimi began to transform. Mimi's crest appeared in front of her and she shattered through it in a new form. “I am Fleurmon, the Fairy of Sincerity”. Mimi was now in a tube top and miniskirt made of pink petals; she had green leak wing, and vines mixed in with her hair that lead up to a helmet made of pink petals that covered her eyes. She had vines that wrapped around her legs from her thigh down and swirled around her feet with a large torn under each heel making high heels; she had vines wrapped around her waist. She bore the crest of Sincerity on her wings.

Bukamon digivolved to Gomamon, then Ikkakumon, then Zudomon, Joe began to glow grey, the color of his crest, Zudomon turned into grey data and swirled around Joe. Joe began to transform. Joe's crest appeared in front of him and he shattered through it in a new form. “I am Norsemon, the Defender of Reliability”. Joe was now wearing a grey suit; he had silver armor on his shoulder, wrists, chest, and legs. He had a cape made of Ikkakumon fur around his neck and some fur on the tops of his gauntlets. He was wearing a helmet shaped like Zudomon's head and was carrying a huge double sided axe. He bore the crest of Reliability on his gauntlets and axe.

Bukamon digivolved to Betamon, then Seadramon, then Megaseadramon, Michael began to glow aqua, the color of his crest, Megaseadramon turned into aqua data and swirled around Michael. Michael began to transform. Michael's crest appeared in front of him and he shattered through it in a new form. “I am HumanSeadramon, the Monster of Truth”. Michael was now in a blue suit he had on a helmet that was shaped like Metalseadramon, the tail of this helmet coiled around his body; he had white armor plates on his pectorals and abs, and white gloves and boots with fins. He bore the crest of Truth on his helmet.

Upamon digivolved to Armadillomon, then Anklomon, Cody began to glow white, the color of his crest, Anklomon turned into white data and swirled around Cody. Cody began to transform. Cody's crest appeared in front of him and he shattered through it in a new form. “I am Knightmon, the Justice of Wisdom”. Cody was now wearing a complete set of knight armor it was golden, his helmet was shaped the same as Anklomon's and his armor was covered in grey spikes. He had a black band with spikes around both his heels and wrists. In his right hand he was carrying a grey and golden flail that was identical to Anklomon's tail. He bore the crest of Wisdom on his chest.

Minomon digivolved to Wormmon, then Stingmon, Ken began to glow pink, the color of his crest, Stingmon turned into pink data and swirled around Ken. Ken began to transform. Ken's crest appeared in front of him and he shattered through it in a new form. “I am Hornetmon, the Stinger of Kindness”. Ken was wearing a dark green suit; he had dark green armor plating on his chest shoulders, crotch, and legs. He was wearing Stingmon's gloves, shoulder spikes, and boots. He had a helmet on that covered his eyes it was shaped like the top half of Stingmon's head, including the antennas, his blue hair was coming wildly out of the back. He bore the crest of Kindness on his gloves.

Demiveemon digivolved to Veemon, then Exveemon, Davis began to glow orange, the color of his crest, Exveemon turned into orange data and swirled around Davis. Davis began to transform. Davis' crest appeared in front of him and he shattered through it in a new form. “I am SoulVeemon, the Dragon of Bravery”. Davis was now wearing a blue suit. He had on a helmet shaped like Exveemon's head that covered his eyes. He had huge white gloves with massive grey claws, and blue spikes on the knuckles; he was also wearing knee high white boots with grey claws, and blue ancient writing on them. He had large white wings coming from his back that looked like Exveemon's, and white metal padding on his pectorals and abs, and a blue tail. He bore the crest of Bravery on the horn of his helmet.

Gummymon digivolved to Terriermon, then Gargomon, then Rapidmon, Willis began to glow purple, the color of his crest, Gargomon turned into purple data and swirled around Willis. Willis began to transform. Willis' crest appeared in front of him and he shattered through it in a new form. “I am Megagargomon, the Rabbit of Destiny”. Willis now looked like Megagargomon but with Willis' face instead of the rabbit one.

They all continued to battle their respective partners, Sirenimon battled Harpimon, Fleurmon battled Thornmon, Norsemon battled Hellamon, HumanSeadramon battled DarkSeadramon, Knightmon battled Molemon, Hornetmon battled Waspmon, SoulVeemon battled DarkVeemon, and Megagargomon battled Wargargomon. Their battles raged on but one was not able to defeat the other.

T.K. transformed into Gabrimon, and shattered the black wall in between him and Kari who had know transformed into Urimon. “Ah, seems that we must kill them together SatanicDevimon,” said a shadow covered woman.

“Both of our greatest enemies killed at once,” SatanicDevimon said in his demonic tone, “Well SatanicLadyDevimon shall we begin?” The shadow covered woman stepped out into the light made by the angel Digimon. She resembled a LadyDevimon with six wings and armor on her hands and feet.

“You probably don't remember me but I am the LadyDevimon that you had Angewomon kill, when I worked for Piedmon.” She chuckled.

“Satanic Lust!” SatanicLadyDevimon blew a kiss and shot a ball of dark energy at Urimon.

“Devil's Grip!” screamed SatanicDevimon a large black hand of energy appeared and attempted to claw Gabrimon.

“Celestial Sword!” cried Gabrimon as he created a golden sword from the air and shattered the energy hand, the energy wave dissipated SatanicLadyDevimon's attack.

“Heavens Arrow!” cried Urimon as she created a golden bow from thin air and shot a barrage of pink energy arrows at SatanicDevimon and SatanicLadyDevimon. The two demonic Digimon raised their hands in defense.

“Hell's Inferno!” The two demonic Digimon touched hands and released a burning inferno of pain and suffering.

“Seraphim's Fire!” Gabrimon placed his right hand in front of him and his ribbon turned into blue flames that split the dark attack and stopped it from hitting him.

“Ophanim's Lightning!” Urimon raised her hands to the sky, the top part of her ribbon turned into pink lightning that split the dark attack and protected her from harm. Their battle continued on shattering all of the black walls that separated the Digidestineds.

In a moment of time Gabrimon grabbed Urimon's and they said together “Heaven's Light!” a ball of golden light started to expand from the angelic Digimon's hands, as it reached a fusioned Digidoomed it separated them. In their moment of weakness the fusioned Digidestineds slew their enemy Digimon.

“Well it seems that yet again you are going to kill me, doesn't it?” said Devimon as he lay on the ground turning back into data.

“Ya!” Gabrimon showed his holy sword through Devimon's head, causing the Digimon to completely become data.

The Digidoomed lay on the ground unconscious. “What are we going to do about them?” said Davis as the Digidestineds stood around looking at them; they had all unfusioned except for T.K. and Kari who were still in the air calling all of the data into their holy bands.

“I don't know, I guess we take them back to the real world,” said Tai not quite sure what to do with the 14 teenagers lying in front of them.

“Together you can purify them and release them from the darkness,” Azulongmon appeared before them all.

“How?” asked Gabrimon as he and Urimon landed.

“Together if the twelve of you point your digivices to the sky then Gabrimon and Urimon can release the dark Digimon's data and purify it along with the Digidoomed.”

“Well you guys looks like it's gonna be a happy ending after all,” Urimon said as she took to the skies along with Gabrimon. The Digidestineds all raised their crest and the beams of light shot up to the angelic Digimon who were again holding hands. The purified black swirling data seeped out of their holy bands.

“Heaven's Light!” the two angelic Digimon released a swirl of white energy whish turned the black data into white data and turned it into digieggs. This swirl of energy also forced a black shadow out of each of the Digidoomed.

Gabrimon and Urimon landed turning back into T.K., Kari, Patamon, and Gatomon. The Digidoomed woke up and sat around looking at the Digidestineds, “What happened?” asked one.

“The darkness took control of you;” said Ken sympathetically, “but we released both you and your Digimon from his control.”

“Now you and your Digimon can live in peace, and we will be able to help you adjust to being a digidestined,” Tai said spreading his arms showing them all of the Digidestineds.

“You fools dare to impede me, I will eventually be released and then nothing you can do will be able to stop me.” The darkness that was pushed out of the Digidoomed was taking the form of a humanoid, “when I am released you shall all die for what you have done today.”

Kari squeezed T.K.'s hand and stepped forward as T.K. did, “Listen darkness, the powers of light will be here to stop you any time you try to get out so give up, or start enjoying the taste of defeat.” T.K.'s digivice began to glow bright.

“Ya were not giving up,” Kari said standing beside T.K. Kari's crest began to glow intensely as well.

“The Digidestineds will defeat you my brother. Why must you continue to fight?” Azulongmon asked the darkness that was beginning to fade. The darkness had completely vanished, “Digidestineds you can return home, I will help the Digidoomed from this point on,” with this the Digidestineds began to turn white and when they open their eyes they were back on Mimi's yacht.

Kari jumped onto T.K. and kissed him passionately, “I love you.”

“Right back at ya.”
