"Man, I'm sorry, Taichi," the forth goggled-boy said.

"Forget it," the first brunette said in a heartless tone.

"You need to stop fighting ... please," Agumon pleated with fear in his eyes.

"What?! Are you saying that I should not care?!"

Gabumon how ever had blocked the argument and harsh towns out of his ears looking down at his unconscious blonde on the ground with great pain in his eyes. What was making his friend act so weird?

Gabumon ....

"Huh? Who's there?"

Gabumon ...

The wolf type Digimon turned his head what looked a vision his ultimate-form but fancier and not so quite menacing ...

"Who are you?"

Kendogarurumon. Kouji's beast spirit ... by know the big Digimon was sitting across Yamato looking worried down at the loner with concern in his eyes ... you must not let Dainamon take Yamato's hidden power ....

"I don't understand? What will happen?"

It will be hard for him to function and without the hidden power you cannot digi-vole to Metal Garurumon ... just like I --- If Dainamon takes Kouji's hidden powers, his spirits will crack making fusion very risky and I don't want that to happen to him.

"Yes. I understand ... but what about you?"

For some strange reason he had felt a connection for this powerful Digimon and he didn't know why ... Kendogarurumon smiled at this looking at the rookie Digimon .... Don't worry about me now ... just make sure that Dainamon does not wake Yamato's hidden powers ....

"Right but where are you?" Gabumon asked seeing that they where some kind of dark room and the only light was the light that was surrounded them.

Agumon how ever was drawn out of the argument when hard Gabumon's voice ... he turned his head to see that his friend was actually talking to someone but who ... when the dinosaur got closer he noticed that Gabumon was in some sort of trance mumbling stuff like 'I understand ...' and 'where are you?'. That last one got Agumon's attention as he reached out to touch wolf like Digimon's shoulder ...

"Gabumon ..."

"Huh? Wha ...? Where am I?"

"Are you okay, Gabumon?"

"Yea," the blue digimon said as he went straight to Taichi, "Tai! I might have a faint idea where Kouji is!"

"You do, where?" Takuya asked stepping up.

"Myotismon's castle ..."

"How can that be possible? That place fell apart when I laid that last card ..."

"Not all fell apart," Agumon said, "some of it still stands ..."

"And that's not all. I was told by Kouji's beast spirit that if their hidden powers are taken he will not function and his spirit will crack .... and I won't be able to go beyond champion level."

"Here's the deal ...." both goggle heads said at once.

They both paused looking at each other ....

"This is what ---"

They both stopped again ... then laughed. After a moment Takuya spoke.

"I guess we where thinking the same thing .."

"I know," Taichi smiled, "that two people with the same personality can yet be different in some ways."

At that moment, Yamato open one eye to see the two goggled-boys bringing their fits together rotating them determination in their eyes. He couldn't help but smile ..

"I know what you mean," Takuya said with smile, "once Yamato wakes up. It's off to kick that bitch's ass!"

It was night fall by the time they got to the castle giving Taichi and Yamato uneasy and weird feelings remembering some the evens from the past plaguing their minds but their thoughts where interrupted by a horrifying scream ...

"Kouji, I'm coming!" The forth goggled-boy cried as he started running toward the entrance.

"Takuya WAITE!!"

Taichi reached out and took hold of the other boy by the arm and pulled him back ...

"Don't be stupid! That's just what Dainamon wants you to do!"

"So we stay and just listen to Kouji scream! Well, I'm not going to let it happen!" Takuya as he turned but felt Taichi's grip on his arm tighten causing the forth goggled-boy to look back over his expression slowly twisting with anger. "let go of my arm, Tai!"

"Don't be a blind fool! Are you just going to storm in there knowing that it's going to take team work to even get near Kouji?!" The first goggled-boy snapped his face twisted with anger too.

"Tell me something, Taichi," Takuya finally said looking turning his head back looking straight ahead his voice low and dark, "if Yamato was in trouble would you do the same thing?"

That comment cut Tai in the heart; of course he would? He would do anything for his Yama! Oh my god! Was Takuya going through the same thing he would if Yamato was in the same situation? Of course! Why didn't Taichi see it before? Takuya had feelings for Kouji and was not going to let anything happen to the loner.

"My thoughts exactly. Now let go of my arm!"

My thoughts exactly? Did Taichi hear him right? How did he know that he cared about the blonde loner? Was really that obvious? Oh ... god! He hoped not! He looked back at Yamato who was looking at him with a straight face then back Takuya.

"Taichi, let go of my arm!"

"If you hear my plan out that I'll go of your arm."

"Oh fine! But it better be good!"
