Digimon Fan Fiction ❯ Insight of Love ❯ Verboten Niegung ( Chapter 7 )

[ X - Adult: No readers under 18. Contains Graphic Adult Themes/Extreme violence. ]
I’m almost done here. This may or may not be the last chapter to my story. It may seem that the story may have a few gaps between here and there. That’s due to two things. One, this is my first official fic. Two, I’m typing this from the top of my head, so whatever happens, happens. For the record, I’m not bashing any Koumi fans out there, just in case anyone is concerned. If I need to improve anywhere, please let me know by either email, or review. Also, Lateef Crowder is a Capoeira practitioner, and a real good one if I say so myself. If you want to see him in action, go to www.youtube.com and type his name in. Thank you.

Chapter 7: Verboten Neigung

“They did WHAT?!” Kari and Jun screamed on the phone.
“You don’t have to yell so loud,” said Yolei calmly. They were currently on three-way discussing what happened at the arcade.
“Sorry Yolei,” Jun said. “But this is a shocking revelation!”
“Not as shocking as you and T.K.,” said Kari with a giggle.
“Hardy har,” Jun retorted. “Anyway, this ain’t about me. So, what happened after the kiss?”
“Well, they didn’t actually kiss. They came like, really close to it though.”
“What do you mean, really close?” asked Kari.
“Let’s say that their lips were about half a millimeter apart, but no lip locking was involved.”
“That stinks,” Kari said.
“Yeah. Next thing we knew, Tyler was rushing for the front door crying. Matt and Ken told me and Sam that he was still hurting from the break up. He should be doing better now, since they talked to him. Sam and I talked to Sara. She wasn’t looking so well either.”
“Probably because he didn’t put it on her,” said Jun.
“Jun!” Kari and Yolei said together.
“What!” Jun said innocently. “It’s pretty obvious that that’s what they wanted to do! I’d say, we set them up so that they won’t have any choice but to do it to it.”
“You sound like a bootleg matchmaker,” said Kari. “Besides, we can’t interfere with what’s happening between those two. We should just let them get together naturally.”
“But what if they take too long?!” Jun whined.
“Then, that’s the way it’ll have to be,” said Yolei. “Some people would like to take time to get to know the other person. And you have to remember, we’re dealing with a guy that likes to keep everything in order.”
“Doesn’t matter,” said Jun. “He’s still a human, and every human has their needs.”
“Tyler’s not your average human though,” said Kari. “When you’ve been around him long enough, you’ll begin to understand him. It’s really hard to explain it, so don’t ask me to.”
“And I haven’t been around him long enough myself, but I know enough about him,” said Yolei. “He’s had a terrible past, and he lives by himself.”
“Now that, I didn’t know,” said Jun. “Now what do we do?”
“What can we do?” asked Kari. “Like I said, we can’t mess with-”
“I’m not talking about that, I’m talking about today!” Jun said, cutting Kari off.
“…oh,” said Kari. “Uh, what are we doing today, Yolei?”
“Got me,” she said. “Let’s call around, and see what everyone else is doing, then call each other back.”
“Sounds good,” said Jun. “Talk to you in a bit.” She hung up her line.
“Well, we’ll see what happens now, huh Kari?” asked Yolei.
“Yep,” Kari said. “I’m going to go talk to my brother, and see if he has anything.”
“Alright. Talk later.”
“Bye.”
********************************** ***************************************************
One day, in the living room at the Motomiya‘s.
“I’m bored!” Davis whined, lying down on the couch.
“You’re always complaining about nothing,” said Jun from the bathroom. “Why don’t you go outside and do something?”
“There’s nothing to do,” said Davis. “Soccer’s been overrated, especially since it’s the summer right now.”
“Well, call Ken up.”
“Already did. He doesn’t have anything planned.”
“What about Kari?”
“Same dilemma.”
“Yolei?”
“No deal.”
“Well, go to the arcade!”
“I’ve already played all of the games there.”
“Well, I don’t know what to tell you,” said Jun, coming out of the bathroom and grabbing her keys off the table.
“Where are you going?” Davis asked, sitting up.
“I’m going to the mall,” she said, heading for the front door.
“What’s there?”
“A Capoeira exhibition. Wanna come with?”
Davis thought about it. “Sure, why not?” he said. “I’ve always wanted to see that in action.” He went to his room and grabbed his wallet and digivice, and followed Jun out the door.

“Since when did you start liking Capoeira anyway?” Davis asked Jun while on the way to the mall.
“I don’t know. Ever since I saw Tyler playing soccer at the picnic and doing those moves, I started finding it quite interesting.”
“How did you know it was Capoeira?”
“He told me. After that, I started looking it up on the internet, watching the video clips and reading the history on it. I practiced some of the kicks, but it’s real hard to do a handstand, and I can’t flip to save my life.”
“I can help you with that.”
“You can do a back flip?”
“I do play soccer, of course,” Davis said, looking at her deadpanned.
“Oh, that’s right,” said Jun.
The parking lot at the mall was really packed for the exhibition, even though half of them were people doing a little shopping. As an unfortunate cause, Jun had to park towards the back, and it was a long walk to the entrance of the mall. When she and Davis got there, they were slightly out of breath.
“That was a long walk,” said Davis, tugging at the collar of his shirt. “Now I’m all sweaty.”
“You’ll live,” said Jun, straightening her back with a small grunt. “Then again, I might need to see a chiropractor now.”
“Yeah, especially if you want to do a flip,” said Davis, looking around. “Where is this thing supposed to be held?”
“Towards the middle of the mall. Come on, I think it started already.”
With that, they made their way towards the exhibition. They got there a few minutes before everything was to start. A large crowd was seated around an equally large carpeted square area so the practitioners won’t hurt their feet on the hard floor, and they had enough room to move around. The seats were positioned so they could come in through a set aisle and make their entrance, and all around the area were various decorations such as palm trees and torch stands that were lit with incense, and strange instruments like berimbaus, which were bow shaped instruments with a steel string instead of a wire one attached, and a hollowed out gourd attached to the bottom, were placed off to the side. These instruments were played by tapping the string with a small stick at various paces that make a tangy sort of rhythm that the practitioners move to.
“Ah,” Jun sighed, sitting down. “Now I can rest my back.”
“Sure is a lot of people here,” Davis said, looking around. “I didn’t know that this was so popular.”
“Well, most of these people saw Eddy Gordo from Tekken do this. They don’t know the full deal about the art. If they ever took the time to read about it, they would find out that it’s more than just flips and tricks that make up the style.”
“Really?”
“Uh-huh. The history of Capoeira originates from African slaves as a means of self-defense against the slave owners. At first, the owners thought they were just dancing, hence the fact that Capoeira is considered a dance martial art, but then it started getting out of hand, according to them. My guess is that one of the slaves got angry and struck out at the owner using the art.”
“I bet he got in trouble for that.”
“Of course he got in trouble! If you every read up on your American history then you’d realize that things like that would result in extreme punishment.”
“Jun, last time I checked, I was still Japanese. I know nothing about American history.”
“You should check it out then. You’d be surprised as to what those people went through.”
“I can imagine. So what happened next?”
“Well, after things took a turn for the worst, the art was outlawed for slaves to practice it. If they were caught doing it, they were severely punished. Some still did it in secrecy though. After the war that freed the slaves, most of them settled up north where the trouble wasn’t as bad. There were groups that still practiced the style in underground dojos, since it was later outlawed there as well. Ironically, break dancing stemmed from the style.”
“Odd,” Davis said, looking up as the music started playing and everyone took their seats. An announcer walked into the middle of the floor with a cordless microphone in his hand.
“Good afternoon, everyone,” he said. “I would like to welcome you all to Japan’s first ever, Capoeira exhibition! Here, you will see some of the best Capoeiristas perform amazing feats of agility, style, strength, and speed!” The crowd clapped loudly. “So, without further ado, here they are! First up, Samurai!”
Samurai came running through the aisle, performing a round off with a backhand spring, and finishing up with a back tuck. He finished his intro by falling back onto his hand while sticking his leg out in a half sweep, and seemingly pushed himself up on both hands, and spinning on one before righting himself on the ground again and stepped back, clapping his hands in time to the beat.
“Next up, Lateef Crowder!”
A buff guy that looked as if he could match Tyler’s build came running down the aisle, performing a round off with a front layout that took him about six feet in the air (no exaggeration) that ended in a front flip. He did a backhand twist to finish off the intro, and moved back next to Samurai, clapping his hands.
(A/N: These are the only two names that I can think of that can do this style proficiently, so I’ll stop the naming here.)
The announcer named several more people that included a few females, each one making their own introduction, and the music stopped for a second to choose what music to play.
“Alright, ladies and gentleman,” the announcer said. “Let the exhibition begin!”
As the music started, two people came out in front and shook hands as a sign of friendship, and let loose with roundhouses that were about an inch away from each other, but they were careful not to hit each other. They switched feet and went the other way. One of them did a quick tornado kick that spun him all the way around, in which he planted one foot on the ground and kicked over the head of his partner with his other leg. His partner (which happened to be Lateef) performed an Au Batido switch which ended up in a head spin. The other guy planted his hand on the ground and spun on it, in which Lateef performed an aerial over it. They finished up and shook hands again as two more people came out, this time a boy and a girl.
Davis was impressed, to say the least. He was so enthused by the show, that he barely noticed Jun cheering madly. Towards the end of the first segment, Lateef noticed someone in the crowd that he recognized, and called him out, in which the person in question promptly shook his head while grinning, stating that he shouldn’t go up there. After much convincing form everyone else, the guy got up and took off the gray button down over shirt he had on, revealing a black short sleeve undershirt. The guy had the build of a small mountain, with braids that fell to his shoulders…
“Tyler?” Jun and Davis said together.
“How do they know each other?” Davis asked.
“Got me,” said Jun. “I wonder if Sara is here?”
“Who knows? I’m interested in seeing what he can do.”
The soccer game didn’t have anything on what Tyler did at the exhibition. Amazingly, Lateef shared the same smoothness that Tyler presented. They both did elaborate kicks and flips, showed various feats of arm strength, and just wowed the crowd with their agility. Tyler even jumped as high a Lateef, but used that hang time to do more flips before coming back down. It was quite an amazing sight. Two huge dudes that had that type of agility stored in their bodies that clearly outmatched everyone else. What was more, they kept along with the beat in perfect sync. They finished up with another handshake. The next segment showed them doing freestyle combos. Once again, Lateef blew everyone out of the water, as well as Tyler, who was after him.
The exhibition lasted about an hour, perfect timing for people to continue their shopping, but it left an imprint of imagination in their heads. The Capoeira group exchanged a few words with the announcer, who translated to the crowd. After everyone dispersed, Lateef and Tyler were found off to the side, chatting in French. Jun and Davis walked up to him, surprised looks on their faces.
“Hey guys,” Tyler said, noticing them. “This is a good friend of mine, Lateef Crowder.”
Heureux pour vous rencontrer,” Lateef said, shaking their hands and getting odd looks from them.
“He said ‘pleased to meet you,’” said Tyler, noticing their looks.
“Uh, sure,” said Davis.
Lateef exchanged a few more words with Tyler in French, saying that he had to go or he would be left behind. They said their goodbyes, and Lateef was on his way. Tyler turned back to Davis and Jun, who were looking at him with questioning looks.
“What?” he asked innocently.
“How do you know him?” Jun asked.
“And what language was that?” Davis chimed in.
“Wow, I didn’t know I was to be bombarded with questions,” Tyler said. “It’s French by the way. I studied it in case I had to make a delivery to someone who spoke it. I sold some tea to Lateef some time back. I even taught him how to do all those high flips as well. After that, we became good friends.”
“Where’s he from?” Jun asked.
“Well, he was born in Brazil, but moved to California at a young age. His dad taught him a lot about Capoeira, and he’s been doing it ever since.”
“Wow,” Jun and Davis said together.
“Yeah,” he said. “Listen, I have to go take care of some things. I’ll meet up with you guys later, okay?”
“Okay, see you Tyler,” said Davis. Tyler waved to them and turned to leave.
“Wait, Tyler!” Jun called, getting his attention.
Tyler turned back around.
“Is it too much trouble to ask you to teach me Capoeira one day?” she asked.
Tyler grinned. “Lady,” he said. “With me, you won’t need a day. But sure, I can teach you. When do you want to start?”
Jun thought for a second. “How about this weekend?” she suggested.
“Sure,” he said. “Just give me a call.”
“Thanks!”
“No problem. See you guys later.” He turned and walked off.
****************************************************************** ***************
(Tyler’s POV) Well, that was exhilarating. It was nice to see Lateef again, but I’m going to have to hurt him later for calling me out like that. I didn’t really plan on going out there and showing off, but oh well. At least something good came out of it. I got someone to train. I just wish everyone else would want to learn self defense as well, but I can’t force them to do anything. Of course, things kind of got complicated with the appearance of Sara there. She looked so sweet, cheering for me like that. That long button down white shirt and beige skirt she had on was pretty plain, which made her all the more attractive. It’s real hard not to think about her, especially on some days that I see her, the sexy ways that she dress just makes me want to scoop her up and plant the biggest kiss this side of Japan on her. It’s even worse when she comes by my way and stops to talk to me. Then I‘m really in trouble. Sometimes I wonder if she’s doing this on purpose, just to get a rise out of me. Well, it’s working. It seems that I’ll have to be careful now. Oh, well. I’ll worry about it later. Right now, I have to…
“Hey, Tyler! Wait up!”
Now what? (turns around) You have got to be kidding me! What are they doing here? *sigh* Might as well talk to them.
“Izzy, Mimi. How are you?”
“Doing great,” Mimi says. I can imagine. She has that sparkly glint in her eye, which I’m really beginning to hate seeing. Obviously, she forgot the promise she made to not mess with me. Apparently, so did Izzy. I see the same glint in his eye. I’m sure he didn’t forget what happened to him at the picnic, and after today I’m sure he will tread a lot more lightly around me.
“You were great out there,” he says. If my ears deceive me then so be it, but I’m sure I heard some envy in his voice.
“Thanks,” I say. “Would you like me to teach you one day?” Don’t look at me that way. I may be mad at them for everything that happened, but I’m still their friend. He needs to learn how to fight anyway. The only thing he did was go to the gym to try to pick up a little muscle, which still didn’t help him out.
“Uh, no thanks,” he says, slightly nervous. I wonder why. “Well, we have to go. There’s some shopping we need to do before we leave this weekend.”
Good, then you’ll be out of my hair, and I won’t have to worry about you until the next time you visit.
“I got some things I need to take care of, too,” I tell him. This was just a ploy to get them away from me, of course. “So I’ll see you guys later.”
“Okay, See you.”
They turn and walk off, and I finally drop the fake smile I have on my face. I can’t wait until they leave. Heh. Sara’s giving them that look as they pass by her. She’s so cute when she’s angry. She looks back and waves at me with a smile. I wave back at her, a bit sheepishly. I’m starting to wonder how long I have to keep this up before I crack.
“You looked great out there,” she whispers. The only thing I was able to do to keep from stuttering was smile and nod my head. She turns and walks off, and I find myself staring after her, longing to put my arms around her luscious curves. I shake my head furiously, focusing on the task ahead. I can’t be distracted now. As I pass by the TV display in the windows, I notice the weather reports saying there will be showers late this evening. Great, that means there won’t be much to do but stay at home. I’m not worried, though. Things could be a lot worse.
**************************************************************** *********************
(Sara’s POV, starting at the exhibition) I wish there was something better to do on a day like this. So far, this is about the only thing the day has to offer. Sure, I know Capoeira, but I’m not that proficient in it like some are. This should prove to be interesting, though. Maybe I can copy some moves down and practice on them. Well, it’s starting. Nice beat, that’s for sure.
“First up, Samurai!”
Samurai, huh? Kind of a bony guy. Nonetheless, he’s pretty agile from what I can tell.
“Next up, Lateef Crowder!”
Who in God’s name is that? Oh, that’s him. He’s a bit too heavily muscled to be doing…did he just jump six feet in the air?! I guess size doesn’t matter in some sports. Now, he’s naming people I know nothing about. Surprise, Surprise. About four females are with them. Wonder if they are any good.
As the exhibition went on, I found myself thinking about Tyler, wondering how he was fairing off. Probably a bit better than me. God, I love that man. We haven’t talked to each other for a few days, and it’s tearing me up inside. Every time I see him, I just have this sudden craving to slam him against a wall and kiss him until he passes out. Maybe I’ll be happy then. I don’t know what makes me think of him this way. Probably because I know I have to wait until the right time. Don’t get the wrong idea. We still talk to each other, but it’s more on the lines of just a few words of exchange, nothing more, nothing less. Sora says I’ve mellowed out a bit because of Tyler. I gave her a different opinion by stuffing her head first in a trash can. In reality, she’s a bit close to the truth. He actually has me wrapped around his finger and doesn’t know it yet. Speaking of which, who’s that guy that Lateef is talking to? Kinda looks like him…hey, that’s Tyler! Does he know this style? I suppose so. There he goes, taking off his shirt. Look at those arms. Brings back the memory of the arcade. Hoo boy, let me stop. If I keep this up, I’m going to need some serious stress relief when I get ho-whoa. He jumps just as high as that Lateef guy, but a lot more limber with all of those flips.
(In mid-air, Tyler notices her and grins.)
Tyler, why’d you have to do that? You know I’m hurting here, and you want to tease me! You’ve been doing this for a while, now. If I were you, I would have taken me a long time ago.
(End of exhibition)
Those two really do look alike. I can’t tell who’s hair is longer, Lateef’s or Tyler’s. Doesn’t matter. I’m just wondering where he learned to speak French. Oh, Davis and Jun. Must be a sibling’s day out. Right now, I’m having a slight debate. Should I go up there and talk to him, or just leave him be? Better play it smart, and leave him alone, for now.
(Tyler turns and walks off.)
Well, there he goes. Looks as if he has something to-what are Mimi and Izzy doing here?! They must have lost their minds.
(Izzy and Mimi congratulate Tyler and leave, passing her in the process. She gives them the evil eye.)
Yeah, you’d better walk away. Huh, they got some nerve being here. Uh-oh, Tyler’s staring at me! What do I do now?!
“You look great out there,” I whisper to him, knowing that he can hear me from there. How cute, he’s blushing. I’d better go before I run up to him and give him that kiss I described earlier.
************************************************************** **********************
(Back to norm)
Sara gets back home to the Takenouchi residence, finding several girls from the group there.
“What’s this?” she asked to no one in particular. “A girl’s day off?” She took a seat on the chair.
“Pretty much,” said Sora. “So how was the show?”
“It was cool. They did some pretty neat tricks. There was this one guy named Lateef Crowder that jumped about six feet in the air, no exaggeration. He called Tyler out there. I didn’t know he knew the stuff. I was actually surprised to find him there.”
“Tyler enjoys things like that,” Kari said. “It’s one of the things that keeps him from being depressed.”
“Is that why he trains so much?” Trinity asked, eating a pretzel out of the bowl on the coffee table.
“Yep. Don’t you know some martial arts, Sara?”
“I know a few styles,” Sara answered. “Just ask Sora.”
Sora looked at her smugly, causing a few of the girls to chuckle.
“Anyway,” said Sora, turning her attention back to Yolei. “Back to what we were talking about…”
Sara settled back on the chair and rubbed at her eyes. For some odd reason, she was quite restless. She indicated this by letting out a small groan.
‘What’s wrong with me?’ she thought. ‘I’ve never been this restless. Probably from walking all the way from the mall. As expensive as taxis are right now, I wouldn’t mind the walk.’
She was so lost in thought, that she didn’t notice Kari looking at her. She turned her eyes to Kari and raised an eyebrow.
“Are you okay?” Kari asked.
“Mm-hm,” Sara replied softly. “Just losing myself in thought.”
“About what?”
“If I told you, it wouldn’t be a thought now would it?”
“I suppose.”
Sara let out a small laugh and got up with a sigh, heading for the door.
“Hey, Sara! Where are you going?” Yolei asked, noticing Sara leaving.
“Out,” Sara said simply.
“But you just came from the mall! Aren’t you tired?”
“Not really.” She opened the door and stepped outside.
“It’s supposed to rain later on,” Sora called. “Don’t get caught in it!”
“I won’t,” Sara called back as she closed the door.

‘Well, I’ve been walking for about thirty minutes, now,’ she thought. ‘And I’m still restless. Guess I can walk some more.’
As she passed the park, she didn’t notice that the clouds were getting darker and the wind was picking up, and she didn’t have a jacket on. It wasn’t until she was passing by a particular set of three story apartment complexes that had open balconies on each floor, that a raindrop hit her nose and broke her out of her trance. She finally looked up and noticed the approaching storm.
“That’s not good,” she said to herself. She looked towards one of the apartment complex parking lots and noticed Tyler’s car there.
‘Funny, I didn’t see his car at the mall,’ she thought as the rain started coming down rather…hard. Rather than hang out in the rain staring, or trying to run back home for that matter, she ran towards one of the complexes seeking shelter. By the time she got to the entrance, she was soaked to the bone, and slightly shivering from the cold rain.
“I-Is this where T-Tyler Jones s-stays?” she stuttered to the attendant, holding her arms close to her body. The attendant looked at her for a second, wondering what she was doing out in the rain.
“Hold on,” he said, looking through the record book. “Yes, he’s in room 328.”
“Thanks,” she said, heading for the elevator.
“Elevator’s down,” the attendant called to her. “The stairs are to the right.”
‘Good grief,’ she thought. “Okay, thanks.”
She got to the third floor door and opened it to see…more rain.
‘You gotta be kidding me,’ she thought, watching as the rain fell even harder and slanted on the balcony, pelting the doors. ‘Well, I’m already cold and wet enough as it is, if I die of pneumonia, so be it.’ She made a run for Tyler’s apartment getting even more soaked by the rain.
***************************************************************** *******************
Tyler sat on his couch, working on a crossword puzzle and listening to music. He looked up as thunder rumbled outside, and rain hit the door.
“I got home just in time,” he said to himself. “It’s raining hammer handles and pitchforks out there.”
A knock suddenly sounded at the door. ‘That doesn’t sound like rain,’ he thought, getting up and heading to the door. He looked in the peephole and drew a breath.
“Oh my Jesus-” he said, fumbling at the locks to open the door.
“Lady, what are you doing out here?” he said in concern as he pulled Sara inside and closed the door quickly so no more rain would get inside.
“W-what d-do you t-think?” she stuttered. “I-I’m trying t-to k-kill myself w-with pneumonia.”
“Good grief,” Tyler said in exasperation. “Wait here.” He went to the bathroom and grabbed a large beach towel from the towel closet and brought it back to Sara, wrapping it around her tightly. He grabbed a smaller towel from the kitchen and dried off her face and hair.
“What made you want to be out there at this time?” he asked her.
“I-I was going f-for a w-walk,” she said, still cold. “The rain c-caught me.”
Tyler noticed her teeth chattering, and mentally slapped himself when he realized she still had wet clothes on. “Come on,” he said, leading her to his room. “We have to get you some warm clothes.” Sara took note of how clean everything was around the apartment. Tyler dug through his dresser and grabbed a large gray sweatshirt and a pair of blue sweatpants with a drawstring in the front.
“The dryer’s in the hall closet,” he said, setting the clothes on the bed and heading for the door. “Just leave your shoes on the floor vent so they could dry.” He pointed to the vent that was near the wall on the floor.
“Thanks,” Sara said, shivering slightly. Tyler smiled at her and closed the door. Sara started taking her clothes off, noticing the room getting slightly warmer.
‘Must have turned up the thermostat,’ she thought. She stripped naked and stood over the vent for a few seconds, letting the warm air flow over her. She placed her shoes on the vent and walked back over to the bed. As she reached for the sweater, a sensation she knew all to o well flowed over her. She quickly pushed it back down, not wanting to do anything unnecessary.
“Get a grip on yourself, girl,” she whispered to herself. “You’re here with a handsome guy and you’re stark naked! But don’t do anything rash.” She quickly put the clothes on, secretly hoping that Tyler would accidentally walk in and catch her like this. Due to the fact that she didn’t have a bra or any underwear on since they were wet as well, she had to endure the feel of the clothes rubbing up against her body, stimulating her. She had to force herself from getting aroused as she gathered up her clothes and left out of the room.

Tyler was in the kitchen folding some paper tightly into a little capsule sized packet over a small bundle of diced leaves. He dabbed a bit of hot water on it so it wouldn’t be so dry. He turned his head as he heard the door to his room close and footsteps padding over to the hall closet for the dryer, put some clothes in, and started it.
“Nice place you got,” Sara said, coming into the living room. “Pretty clean for a bachelor.”
“Yeah, well what can I say? I like things to be clean,” Tyler said, walking over to her and giving her the packet. “Slip this under your tongue. It’ll help your immune system in case you do get sick.”
“What is it?” Sara asked, holding the packet at eye level.
“It’s a tea packet, specially made to deal with sickness. It might be a bit bitter at first-” he was cut off as Sara placed to packet under her tongue and made a face at the bitterness of it, accompanied by a groan.
“-you’ll taste the actual flavor after a few seconds,” he finished, sweat dropping.
“Gee, thanks for the warning,” Sara said sarcastically as she went and sat on the couch. Tyler shook his head and went back in the kitchen to pour some tea. After a few seconds Sara noticed the flavor had changed from being bitter to raspberry with a hint of honey. Her eyebrows shot up in surprise.
“You were right, this is good,” she said.
“Told you so,” Tyler said, walking over to her with two cups of tea in his hands. He handed her one and took a seat on the lazy boy chair. “Don’t worry about the paper,” he said. “It’ll dissolve.”
Sara nodded and took a sip of tea. “So is this what you do all day?” she asked as she set the cup down and picked up the crossword book. Tyler looked up at her. “Not entirely,” he said. “I’ve been pretty busy this week, so I haven’t had too much time to myself.”
“Doing what?”
“Making sales, setting appointments and disappointments, things like that.”
Sara opened her mouth to say something, but settled with a sigh. She looked at the radio, noticing the soft songs that were pouring out of it, playing a song by Anita Baker at the moment.
“I’m surprised you don’t have a TV,” she said.
“It’s a waste of time,” Tyler replied. “I have better things to do than vegetate in front of a TV screen all day. Besides, most of the things you see on it are entirely overrated.”
Sara had to agree with him on that. They sat in silence for a few seconds, listening to the music and sipping on their tea.
“So you like old school, huh?” Sara asked, breaking the silence and looking at him.
“Mm-hm,” Tyler said as he got up and headed for the kitchen, taking Sara’s now empty cup with him.
“How do you know about it, and you were born here in Japan?”
“My dad. How do you know about it, and you’re a full blood?”
“Same thing, my dad. For some reason, he loves the stuff, and he has yet to go to America.”
“Is that who you get your personality from?” Tyler asked, looking back at her as he cleaned the cups.
“You know, my mom says the same thing,” Sara said, glaring daggers at Tyler’s back. Tyler noticed this and grinned, turning back to the sink. The song suddenly changed to a soft, slightly up beat song. Sara noticed this and gasped slightly.
“Hey, Sweet Thing! I like this song!”
“Really?” Tyler asked, turning around and leaning against the sink.
“Yeah, it’s one of the songs that I actually like from my dad. Mind if I turn it up?”
Tyler gestured with his hand towards the stereo, giving her permission. Sara got up and went over to the stereo and started the music over again and turned it up slightly. She nodded her head to the beat for a few moments. Then a crazy idea hit her.
“Come on, Tyler, let’s dance,” she said, heading over to him.
“Oh, no. I got two left feet,” he said, nervously.
“So what? I got two right ones, so it’ll work out perfect!” She grabbed him by the hand and led him to the space in front of the stereo.
“Here, your left hand goes here-” She placed Tyler’s hand on her waist. “-my right hand goes here,” She placed her hand on his shoulder. “-and our fingers interlock with each other.” Their hands laced with each other as they started moving their bodies from side to side. “And we make a lot of eye contact.” At this, Tyler’s face kind of faulted. He never really looked someone in the eye unless it was a serious matter.
“What’s wrong?” Sara asked.
“I…was never one for looking anyone in the eye,” he said, looking away.
“Why?”
“I don’t know, I guess that it’s a bad habit.”
Sara grinned at him. “Well, that’s a habit you’re going to have to break,” she said. “Starting now.” Her hand that was locked with his moved behind his neck to link with the other one. At the same time, Tyler’s hand rested on her waist. They continued to dance slowly, unaware of their positions at the moment.
“Now, huh?” Tyler asked, sarcastically.
“Yes, ‘now‘,” Sara replied in the same manner. “You won’t be avoiding eyes forever now, would you?”
“Well-”
“’Well’ nothing!” Sara said, her voice turning into a whisper. “You’re going to have to break out if some time soon, so why not now?”
“Why are we whispering?” Tyler asked in hushed tones, grinning lightly.
“I don’t know, I-it’s just a reaction that-” She was cut off by Tyler kissing her lightly on the lips. He backed up slowly after a few seconds, a look of surprise on both if their faces.
“I’m sorry lady, I-” now it was Tyler’s turn to be cut off as Sara pressed her lips softly against his.
“Why?” she asked, breaking the kiss and looking into his eyes. He looked back into hers, a pale silver glow illuminating his pupils, showing his compassion and grief.
“Being so long without can do that to a man,” he said. “Why did you kiss me back?”
Sara’s eyes became a light shade of darkness, showing her longing. “Because I wanted to,” she whispered. Her eyes went completely black. This, in turn, caused Tyler’s eyes to turn completely silver.
“It’s time for you to stop running, Tyler,” she whispered, leaning her face close to his, their noses barely touching. “Release the hurt.”
She was right. He had been running for so long, blaming himself for the breakup between him and Mimi, and hurting himself for it.
‘It’s time to move on, Tyler.’ He remembered the words she said back at the arcade, and decided to act upon them. Besides, he wasn’t going to escape her this time. So it was decided as he slowly placed his hands behind her back and brought her in for the first real kiss that ever meant anything to him, more than what the kiss he shared with Mimi meant. Sara nearly jumped for joy as she kissed him back, her tongue immediately entering his mouth meeting no resistance, save for the feel of his tongue entering hers. They searched every part of their mouths, caressing each other with their hands. Sara pressed her body on his, feeling the fabric of the clothes rub against her breasts and crotch, making her even more aroused as she tightened her grip on him and swung her leg on his hip. Tyler got a bit more daring and slipped one hand down the back of the sweatpants and grabbed her butt, and put the other hand up the sweatshirt and caressed her back. These two actions made her moan in the kiss and grind against his groin harder. Tyler moved down to her neck and started nibbling at it, causing Sara to moan even louder and bite her lip. He took his hand from her back and moved it down the back of the sweats and grabbed her other cheek. Sara grabbed the back of his head and swung her other leg over his hip as he hoisted her up and started kissing her in the mouth again. Sara grabbed the sides of his head and broke the kiss, looking into his silver-clad eyes with her shadowy dark ones that were filled with compassion and want. They were both panting from the intensity of the kisses they gave each other, and as for Sara, this was the most stimulated as she would ever be.
“Tyler,” she said, looking at him sadly.
“Yes?” Tyler answered, noticing her look.
“I love you.”
Tyler didn’t need to search her mind to know she was telling the truth.
“I love you too, lady,” he said meaningfully, which drew a smile from her. Realizing that he couldn’t hold his feelings for her anymore, he spilled his guts.
“I loved you since the first day I saw you, when we looked into each other’s eyes. That free spirit I saw in you, your charisma, everything about you made me love you even more. I couldn’t do anything then because I was dating Mimi at the time. When we broke up, I was afraid to tell you how much I loved you because I was afraid that if we were to get into a relationship, history would repeat itself. As time went on, I realized I made a mistake by not getting with you sooner, but now-”
“Now we have each other,” Sara said, tears flowing down her face. “And I’m not going to let you go. You don’t have to hurt anymore, Tyler. I’ll be there to help you through any battle that you may face, any sickness that you may have,” she wiped away the tears that were coming down his face. “When you cry, I’ll wipe away your tears, ease any pain you have. I want to be with you, Tyler, for as long as I can!”
“And I want to be with you, too,” Tyler said, wiping away her tears while still holding her up with one hand. Sara smiled warmly as fresh tears cascaded down her face, and they came together in another excitable kiss. She moved to his ear and whispered four words that set him off.
“Make love to me.”
Tyler wasted no time in bringing her to his room. Once there, he closed the door and set her on the ground again, kissing her madly as she tugged at his belt, pulling it off quickly and smoothly as he tugged at the buttons on his shirt. After getting that off, he reached for the hem of her sweater and pulled it over her head. She did the same to his undershirt, and unbuttoned his pants as he kissed her on her neck. As soon as he stepped out of his pants and underwear- in which she was surprised to see they were boxer briefs- she picked him up by his waist and hefted him onto the bed. Oddly enough, Tyler wasn’t the least bit surprised. Sara grinned at him as she took off the sweatpants and socks, all the while looking at his enlargement. What shocked her the most was that he shaved his pubic hairs off. Hers was shaved too, which Tyler noticed.
“I see you take care of yourself well,” she said, climbing on top of him. “I’m going to enjoy being with you.”
“Same here, lady,” he said. Sara positioned her wet opening over his surprisingly large member, and looked at him in the eyes again.
“Tyler,” she said in concern. “If you want, we don’t have to do this.”
Tyler responded by grabbing her waist, and looking her square in the eye. “Too late,” he said. Sara grinned and leaned down to kiss him again. As she did this, she impaled herself onto him, causing pain for the both of them. Sara, because of her hymen, and Tyler, because he has never been in such a tight space before. They both let out incoherent moans of pain and pleasure.
“Are you okay?” Tyler asked, shakily.
“Mm-hm,” Sara responded weakly. “You?”
“I’m fine.”
Sara slowly sat up on him. “Maybe we should take it slow for now,” she suggested. Tyler nodded, and she started moving up and down, getting the feel of Tyler being in her. Tyler started moving his hips slowly in perfect rhythm with her. Their eyes didn’t leave each other for a while, until they started going a bit faster. Sara tilted her head back, letting out pleasurable moans that accompanied small grunts from Tyler as he closed his eyes and thrusted harder in her. Sara laid down on his chest, resting her head behind his, and wrapping her arms around his neck, breathing on his neck line. Tyler just kept up his pace. Suddenly he switched their positions by rolling so he was on top of her, drawing a startled gasp out of her. Amazingly, he didn’t break his stride. He wrapped his right arm under her left leg, caressing her hip as he went more slowly so she could savor the moment. She nibbled his earlobe and whispered in his ear-
“Deeper.”
-and Tyler could have sworn that his member grew two inches more. He complied by grabbing her waist with both hands, and pushed the remaining two inches in her with force, causing her a great deal of pleasure. Sara could feel herself coming close to her climax with each thrust; she didn’t care. She was just happy having the man she loved inside of her, giving her every bit of pleasure that she desired. Her eyes shot open and a smile spread on her face as she wrapped her legs around him and tightened her grip on his back. Tyler could feel himself getting ready to release his seed, considering how tight her snatch was getting, and his grunts were becoming louder, which mingled with her increasing moans. With one final thrust, he shot his seed inside of her, and at the same time, she hit her climax, both milking each other of fluids, and moaning in each other’s mouths as they kissed, while Sara drew several scratches on Tyler’s back which instantly healed.
After their orgasms, they looked in each other’s eyes again. Sara noticed a wary look in Tyler’s eyes, and realized what he was concerned about.
“Worry none, love,” she said. She closed her eyes, and her body flashed dark for a second. “Now we don’t have to worry about that.”
“If I knew we were going to do this, I would have bought condoms,” he said with a smile.
“Now, we know what to get for next time, don’t we?”
“Mm-hm.” Tyler moved off to the side of her, wrapping her in his arms as she turned towards him and placed her leg over his. Using their powers, they both phased under the covers. Sara played with his hair and smiled at him.
“What do you think everyone will do when they find out?” she asked as her other hand played with his lips.
“Ma, I don’t know, nor do I care,” he said. “If anything, they’ll probably flip out.”
“Ma?”
Tyler shrugged. “It’s a nickname that my father used to call my mom when she was alive.”
Sara thought for a second. “I like it,” she said, and they both leaned in for another kiss.
“Goodnight, lady.”
“Goodnight, love.”

Another chapter down. I think the next chapter will be the last one. I kinda have this idea on an AU where Tyler meets his dad in a type of tournament. If you like the idea, give me some pointers on how to make the story develop more, and I’ll take it from there. Until then, R&R!
