Chapter Nine: Lady Devimon's Revenge

"Lee, I'm scared." Suzie said trembling in her brothers arms.

"Don't worry. I have you."

The three where running to draw bridge. Takato turned his head looked over his shoulder to see that his boyfriend was walking in a trance, his sister trying to keep him from walking to his right.

"Lee-chan!"

Takato got out his dagger and ran to his boyfriend's aid. Sure enough; the creature was standing right there, her eyes locked on him. Takato went right in front of him shaking him a little saying that he needed to snap out of it.

"Why. No one cares. My family hates me. You don't trust me."

"That's not true ..." Takato said with a hurt look on his face still shaking him, "we do care about you ..."

"Why. Why would anyone care about an ugly half-Chinese boy ....?" Lee mumbled looking away his eyes clouded.

The creature chuckled with an evil smile on her face feeling herself grow. He's perfect! Once I take him, nothing can stop me!

"Lee-chan, snap out of it! You're not ugly ..."

"You keep trying but won't do you any good ... your little friend is under my control." The creature said as Takato turned with great anger in his eyes as he growled, "temper temper. Your little friend wants to some with me don't you?"

Takato immediately put his hands on his boyfriend's chest trying to keep him from coming closer to creature. Suzie put her hands around his leg pulling him back as well.

"Lee, don't listen to her!" Suzie pleated.

"You annoying little pest! I should've gotten rid of you along time ago! Haaah!"

The creature lunged for her snapping Lee out of his trance. He pushed his sister out of the way but it was too late, the creature slashed Suzie across the chest and slammed her to the wall.

"Suzie!"

Lee ran up but stopped dead when the creature stabbed his little sister just as everyone else came running and stopped dead with great horror in their eyes. The creature threw Suzie to the other side of the hallway hit the wall again and landed on the cold floor.

"You monster!"

Takato lunged at the creature throwing his dagger right her. She howled in pain when it hit; making her look as though was evaporating.

"You won't get away with this," the creature howled in pain, "you may have defeated me but I'll be back and when I do! Your little friend will be mine!"

With no other threats her body evaporated as Suzie's eyes slowly opened and Takato was running to their aid.

"Lee-chan are you all right?" He asked.

"She killed Suzie ..." he mumbled.

"But Oniichan, I'm right here." Suzie assured her brother.

"My god what has that bitch done to you? Lee-chan snap out of it!"

"She somehow still has a hold of him!" T.K. realized.

"How? I defeated her!"

"Defeated her yes. Destroyed no." Said Ruki.

"How come you know so much about the D-Reapers, anyways?" Takato asked.

"I just do okay!"

"Oniichan, please ...."Suzie pleated looking into his eyes with tears.

Lee finally looked down at his sister blinking several times.

"Suzie?"

Her face lit up as he bent down and hugged her tightly with tears in his eyes as well.

The D-Reaper stood against a tree, wrapping her chest with a piece of cloth. He'll pay for this, she thought as her expression turned to anger ....

******** Flash Back ******

The D-Reaper saw the prince lunge right for her throwing the daggers right at her direction; before she could even think the daggers hit her chest. Sharp pain shot threw her body feeling as though she starting to vaporize. The D-Reaper never felt so humiliated being defatted by one little puny boy.

"You won't get away with this," the creature howled in pain, "you may have defeated me but I'll be back and when I do! Your little friend will be mine!"

She then vaporized and reappeared right next to a tree, the daggers still in her chest. The D-Reaper took hold of it and pulled it out .....

****** End of Flash Back *****

The D-Reaper closed her eyes when she heard a twig crack. She opened her eyes to the dagger off the ground turned to see two figures walking toward her. One of the figures had long white hair dark sunglass and a red dress. The other had red eyes long white hair barely any clothes on but a bra, underwear and high heal shoes.

"What do you want?"

"To help you ...."

"I remember you! You're Arukenimon and your Lady Devimon two spirits that don't amount to anything ...."

Arukenimon was the first to slap her across the face ... hard.

"Listen and listen well," Arukenimon hissed, "we're here to offer our help ...."

"Anything ... I need dark energy or my plan on getting revenge on that slut and that bastard ...."

"Okay ... but there's a catch ..."

"I knew there was ...."

"Not so fast." Arukenimon said in a deep voice, "you help us we'll help you. Deal?"

"Deal."

"Aaaa! Bats!" Suzie screamed running out of the room.

Hikari and Miyako came out of the room next store when they heard the little princess screaming the word bats. Sure enough, there where bats hovering over the little girl.

"Well, well. What do we have here?" Said a familiar voice.

Both girls looked around. Miyako was the first to change her expression to anger when saw a figure walk out of the little princess's room.

"You!"

"Huh?" Said Hikari turning around. "You! But that's impossible! I thought you where destroyed!"

"Well, you thought wrong, honey! Darkness Wave!"

Lady Devimon crossed her arms across her chest spread them apart and a dark beam came out ready to hit Hikari. Miyako ran up shielded her from the blast. Lady Devimon laughed when the violet haired girl screamed in pain.

"Haa," the spirit sighed happily, "I've been waiting for years to hear that sound, you know that? Huh?"

"Miyako-chan, why did you do that?" Hikari asked, great pain in her eyes as tears slid down her cheeks.

"I couldn't let her hurt you," Miyako said touching her face whipping the tears from her face, "if you got hurt ... I wouldn't be able to forgive myself ..."

"HHhh!" Lady Devimon groaned in disgust, "you humans make me sick! Darkness Wings!"

"Hikari move!"

She didn't. She just sat there waiting for the blast to hit. T.K. ran up armed with his staff and sword. With one swipe, Lady Devimon backed away howling in pain. It didn't take long for the whole gang was there to see bats lifting Suzie off the ground, T.K. trying to get Lady Devimon away from Hikari.

Ken immediately ran with great pain, no! No! Not again! First Sam now Miyako! Seeing that his sister was dead. You won't get away with this, T.K. thought, I'll make you pay for hurting Hikari! He stepped back, swung his staff in an X motion and Lady Devimon was hit by the spell. The ground shook violently when it happened. Once the dust settled a figure stepped out, Ken slowly rose to his feet recognizing who it was.

"Arukenimon ...."

"I ... I had enough!" Takato growled stepping forward, "all of you! What have we ever done to you?"

"Temper temper." Arukenimon smiled hearing Takato growl. "You should learn to relax."

"What are you doing Arukenimon? We got what we came fore!" Said a voice.

"I love to stay and chat but I have an apointemt and I don't want to be late."

The children blinked for one moment. Lee flinched when he noticed that Arukenimon was taking off with Suzie. He took off after them with the others close behind.

"Come back here kidnappers!" Daisuke demanded.

It was too late. Arukenimon jumped off the railing landed on the platform below and took off running with her little scared prize.
