Chapter Twelve: Meet the Mega Spirits Too

"Ken-chan, are you all right?"

"Yea but ....."

"Ken-chan, what's ....."

Daisuke turned to see what his boyfriend was looking at as his eyes grew big with shock.

"You!" The Knight in training growled.

"Ha, ha. I'm surprised that you remembered me." Said Deamon.

"What do you want?"

"You know what I'm here for ...." Said Deamon looking straight into Ken's eyes.

"Don't even count on it! Lighting Strike!"

A large green bug came swooping down striking Deamon across the chest and landed right in of the two boys. Deamon backed away as he growled glaring at the large green bug.

"V-lazier!"

They all turned their heads toward the sky to see what looked like big blue dinosaur with a big X taut on his chest. A bright beam shaped like an X came out hitting Deamon right in the chest as the big blue creature landed on the ground with a thud.

"X-Vmon!"

"Yea. Yea. Let's not get too comfy Stingmon. We still have to get rid of Deamon. Ready?"

"You got it!"

They both jumped in the air when ....

"Inferno Blast!"

Deamon pointed his hand right at Stingmon. X-Vmon zoomed right in front of his friend as the ball of fire hit

"X-Vmon!" Stingmon panicked catching his friend in his arm. "X-Vmon, talk to me! X-Vmon, why did you do that?"

Ken and Daisuke turned their heads when they heard Deamon laugh as Stingmon kept on shaking his friend. X-Vmon slowly opened his eyes to see that he was looking at his friend looking very concerned.

"X-Vmon are you all right?"

"Yea I'm all right. What about you?"

"I'm all right but you're hurt ...."

"Look out!" Daisuke panicked.

"Oh, this terrible! I feel so helpless!"

"I know what you mean ... huh?"

The Knight in training looked up to see Stingmon and X-Vmon glowing. What's going on? Daisuke thought hearing boom boom loudly threw his ears. His heart started to feel as though he was feeling someone else's heart. Wow! Is that Dai-chan I'm feeling? Ken thought.

"No! How can that be?" Deamon asked angrily.

Both boys looked up to see that X-Vmon and Stingmon have fused to one creature. The big spirit landed right in front of Daisuke and Ken ready to fight.

"It happened because they wanted to protect the human from someone like you!"

"And what are supposed to be ...."

"Paildramon!"

"No!! Get out of my way!" Deamon demanded as Paildramon shook his head. "Ahhha!"

"Don't just stand there run!"

Both boys nodded their heads turned and started to run as fast as they could go.

KA-BOOM!!

The force of the blast sent Ken and Daisuke flying threw the air and hitting the ground really hard. Daisuke was the first to open his eyes sat up turned and grabbed his unconscious boyfriend to his chest shielding him as he closed his eyes when he felt the ground shake and they where blasted threw the air again. The young Knight tried to hang on to his love but the force was so much that they where separated.

"Yama-chan, are you all right?" Taichi asked.

"Yea but I got this daj vu feeling ..... like we've been here ...."

"That's because you have." Said a familiar voice.

Both boys froze with great horror in their eyes to see one person they never thought they would ever see. Piedmon. Coming out of the shadows. Yamato was the first to get out his sword and stepped in front of Taichi.

"What? I'm surprised that you two remember me."

"Oh I remember all right!" Yamato scowled. "You all most killed Tai-chan!"

********** FLASH BACK*********

"Yamato come back! I didn't mean It!"

It was to late, the blonde was gone. Stuck up little bustard, Taichi thought when he looked to his right to see Yamato's little brother starting to go after Yamato. The young Knight sighed and started to run after him with the other following behind.

"Yama, where are you?" T.K. called out. "Yama, why don't you answer me?"

fifteen minutes latter ....

"Yama!"

T.K. ran up to his big brother and stopped dead with he felt something was wrong with him, and he was right; there was something wrong with Yamato. He was just standing there mumbling stuff under his breath, his eyes clouded over.

"Yama, what's wrong with you?"

By know, tears where coming from the little wizards eyes. Yamato blinked a few times; the second time he blinked his eyes; they where clear and beautiful.

"T.K., what are you doing here? Why aren't you with the others?"

"To look for you," the little boy said holding him close, "Taichi and the others want you to come back ..."

"Why?" the prince snapped. "So that Taichi could boss me around?"

"Please Yamato," T.K. Pleated with tears coming down his face, "people do care about! I care, Sora, Joe, Izzy, Hikari .... especially Taichi! Your the reason he became a Knight in the first place .... he loves you!"

By that point the Prince was just standing there; his eyes crystal clear like he was hit by a rock. T.K.'s right, Yamato thought, I have been a little cold to him for no reason. A tear started to slide down the prince's cheek feeling pain for the first time for someone other than his little brother.

"Come on! We need to find the others!"

T.K.'s face lit up with joy as they started to run deeper into the forest to find the others. Taichi at that moment was blasted threw the air and landed really hard on his back. Hikari was about to run but Sora pulled her back saying that she was going to get hurt by Piedmon if she interferes and distract her brother if she comes out.

I can't give up,Taichi thought, I just can't! He tried to get up but he couldn't. He slowly closed his eyes feeling as though he lost everything

WHEN

"Taichi, where are you?"

"Y ---- Yamato?" The young Knight whispered.

He slowly opened his eyes to feel strong arms lift him off the ground. Once he opened his eyes more he was face to face with beautiful blue eyes.

"I ... I can't believe your here ..."

"Yea I'm here, just hold on a little longer!"

"Yamato ... I'm glad that your here ... I know that it hasn't been that way ... but I ... I love you ..."

"I ... I love you too Tai-chan .... can I call you Tai-chan?"

"You can call me anything you want." The Knight smiled.

*******End of Flash back********

"And if I have never made it .... Tai-chan would've never new how I felt!"

"How touching ... you humans make me sick! Trump Sword!"

Piedmon threw his sword at the two boys making them dough out of the way. The tall spirit moved closer to Taichi as Yamato tried to get to his feet but his ankle was twisted.

"Metal Wolf Claw!"

Piedmon backed away when they as both boys turned looked up to see two spirits. One looked like a wolf that was all covered in metal. The other looked like a dinosaur covered in metal too.

"Once a pone a time there where two little spirits ....."

"Terrier Force!"

The dinosaur threw a big ball of fire at Piedmon but he threw it right back at the two. They moved out of the way when it exploded.

"Don't you know that it's not nice to interrupted when someone talking? Trump Sword!"

The metal wolf spirit growled.

"Get the humans out of here, Wargreymon!"

"What? And let you fight Piedmon by your self? No! I won't let you do it alone Metalgarurumon! What about the vow we made together? Are you really going to fight knowing that it's going to teamwork to defeat him?"

"Just go!"

Wargreymon sighed when

"Trump Sword!"

Piedmon had thrown two daggers toward the pig spirit, part of his armor shattered when they hit. Taichi gasped in horror when Wargreymon landed on the ground yelping in pain. Metalgarurumon landed by his friend's side with great pain in his eyes. This is awful, Yamato thought, he saved my Taichi's life and if he dies it would be my fault. The one thing the prince didn't know was that his boyfriend was thinking something just like that.

Metalgarurumon stepped up bring his nose to his friends arm when Wargreymon's body started to glow and so did his. Both boys watched in awe as the two mega spirits fused to one big spirit (Omnimon). Before Piedmon knew what hit him Omnimon stepped forward and sliced the clown in half causing him to howl in pain vaporize.

"Tai-chan! Oh god! I thought I was going to lose you again!" Yamato panicked pulling his boyfriend close.

"Nonsense." Taichi responded rocking the prince back and forth, "It'll take more than that to get rid of me. But let's not worry about me right now, we have to find the others."

"Oh, that's right! Let's go!"
