My friend's chapter now! Not much else to say. Except it starts out from where 8 left off.

Chapter 9: Meeting in the Digiworld

Suddenly the blindfolds were pulled off.

Both Boo and Chase let out their breath slowly. Trees bent in the breeze and they could smell strange flowers.

A strange cat, bat, hawk, and blue lizard approached the kids and introduced themselves, starting with the cat.

"I'm Gatomon!"

"I'm Patamon!"

"I am Hawkmon!"

"Veemon, ready to go!"

Boo's eyes went blank and her jaw went slack. Her good arm tightened around Wormmon, squashing him.

"You're crushing me!"

"Oops, sorry."

She sat him down and jumped when she saw a silvery shape come sliding out of the woods. It was a silver, four-limbed bug. It walked on its back legs and swished thin wings. In a tiny, little-girl voice she spoke to Chase.

"I'm Silvimon, who are you?"

Another creature crawled towards Boo. It looked like a smaller version of Wormmon, but it was purple-green. It put its first four legs on Boo's shoe.

"I am Pillamon. Who are you, and why do you seem familiar?"

"I'm . . . I'm Ambrosia, but my friends call me Boo."

She put down her good arm and the creature crept up. Pillamon kept climbing, using her hair for a foothold, until she was on Boo's head.

"Ah, good vantage point. I'll stay up here."

"But we have to go to school!"

"I'll go with you."

Boo looked at Ken.

"Can she?"

"We can hide her and Wormmon-"

"And Silvimon! She's coming too!"

"Fine, can we go now?"

At six, Boo entered the gym, where the dance was to be held. Her hair was twisted into an almost geisha-style bun on the back of her head. She had a black velvet corset on with a black silky skirt that reached the middle of her thighs.

Short again. The next chapter is short, too, but I'll try to get up a couple extra chapters up tonight. The next chapter is the dance.
