Chapter 22: A need to understand
"Boo? Are you okay? It's me, Chase."
Chase stepped into the room and shut the door quietly behind her.
"Sorry I fainted again. I really need to start getting some sleep and-"
"You and I both know that's not why you've been fainting or hallucinating. Did you notice that you have new bandages on your wrists?" Chase looked away and stared at the floor. "Why? You don't have any problems in your life."
"How would you know? You just found out about my wrists. The only reason I put stuff on them is to make it extra slow. You'll never know-you'll never get it, will you?"
"Chase-I want to know, I want to get it. I want to understand."
"Okay."

"Oh my god, Chase. How could you let that happen and not do anything?"
"He said if I told anybody, he'd kill me, and my life is only going downhill so I decided to do it myself."
Tears slid down Chase's face. When Boo saw them, she embraces Chase in a tight hug, hoping to make her feel better.
"It's okay. I'm here for you, and so is everybody else."
Chase nodded and kept crying.
"You've been keeping secrets, too. I saw the hair from Arukenimon embed itself in your shoulder. We have to go to the Digiworld and find a way to get it out.
Boo just nodded.

Review! What's gonna happen to Boo, and what's Chase's newest secret? Only I know! I haven't even told my friend what Chase's other secret is, and there's another one that's gonna come up in chapter 29 or 30. Just don't kill me for chapter 28 when I get it up! I did something very evil to somebody.
