Battle 4 is up! Sorry for the long wait everybody.

NOTES: (1) I decided to add another character to the Digidestined group, and no it’s not an OC. (2) Ophanimon was never captured by Cherubimon, but instead escaped and had found shelter in an abandoned temple on the island the Frontier Chosens are on.

Summery Of Chapter: The Digidestined set out to the Digital World where they are transported to the Frontier children’s Digital World. There they meet the Frontier kids and also the Tamer kids, and learn about two other missing children; Juri Katou and Izumi Orimoto. Plus, three unknown powerful Digimon come and attack the whole group.

Battle 4: Meetings And The Digital Maidens

“Everybody here?” asked the bearer of Knowledge, Izzy, the very next day.

Today, a new adventure was about to begin, and each Digidestined Tamer brought all the things that they might need for the trip. Now at exactly 7:30, they were about to go to the Digital World once again. Though it seemed that not everyone was present at the moment.

“Not yet, Davis isn’t here,” said TK. Yolie gave a scowl.

“Typical Davis. I bet he’s still sleeping. Stupid ‘goggle heads’, always being late!”

“Hey I’m here aren’t I? And don’t insult me and my goggles! We’re both sensitive,” replied a ‘hurt’ looked Tai, who was trying to defend his brand new goggles that were on his head, from Yolie’s statement. The others sweatdropped at the act of their ‘leader’. The lavender haired girl just raised an eyebrow.

“Sensitive huh? When it comes to your ‘kind’ Tai, you guys tend to overreact way too much about them. I’m simply not mistaken of your behavior of being late either. Sure you’re here now, but that’s only because Kari woke you up with cold water.”

“You mean freezing water. I’m still shaking from it,” the brunette complained, sending an annoyed look and a glare towards his sister. Kari just smiled. “And I do not overreact way too much about my goggles. Sure a bit, but too much? C’mon that’s a total understatement!” Yolie just snorted.

“Well it’s true, and I was insulting more about Davis and ‘his’ goggles, not yours,” she replied.

“Still, don’t insult any owner with goggles. It’s an object that shows who’s the leader,” Tai said proudly.

“Oh brother!” responded everybody.

“Don’t worry about it Yolie, he still has time to get here. He has about 25 minutes more,” Ken reassured his girlfriend as he looked at his watch.

“Yeah, you’re right,” responded the girl. “But that still doesn’t mean that I don’t get to pulverize him if he does come late,” she added, making her point clear by balling her right hand into a fist, and smacking it to her other open hand. The others sighed.

“Yeah, like you could!” a voice piped up.

The others turned and found Davis casually walking with his arms crossed, his duffel bag strapped across his chest, and Demiveemon on top of his head.

“I like to see you try ‘Yodels’!” He smirked when he saw Yolie go red when he called her by her baby nickname. (1) And that’s what started their everyday fighting.

“Are you telling me that you want me too hit you? And don’t call me that!” she asked/exclaimed.

“Are you telling me that you’re too chicken to even try? And I can too call you that if I want too!” he responded back.

“I’m not chicken! And no you can’t call me that!”

“Yes I can!”

“No you can’t!”

“Yes I can!”

“No you can’t!”

“Yes I can!”

“No you can’t ‘goggle head’!”

“Yes I can ‘four-eyes’!”

“Soccer Freak!”

“Computer Geek!”

“Pea Brain!”

“Cookie Monster!”

“ENOUGH!!!” The two immediately stopped and turned to find a very irritated and angry Matt. They both sweatdropped. “This is not the time to be fighting right now! We’re here to go and rescue Mimi, not argue with each other or insult each other with names! If you two don’t behave, then you two don’t go! Do I make myself clear, Daisuke?” Davis meekly nodded. “Miyako?” Yolie also meekly nodded. “Good!” he then sighed and all his anger faded away.

Both Davis and Yolie looked at each other once more, glared at one another, and turned away with a ‘hmph’. Tai went up to Matt and patted his back. “Good job Yamato. With you keeping those two in line, I’m sure we won’t have much trouble with the both of them.” Matt just nodded.

“So who woke you up Davis?” TK asked.

“Excuse me?”

“Knowing you, you don’t wake up this early unless you and Ken have a soccer game.” Davis snorted.

“Jun,” was the boy’s simple response. TK raised an eyebrow.

“What did she do? I know even when there’s a typhoon’ blowing, you don’t wake up,” the blonde asked/stated while he gave a small smile.

“Ha ha, very funny TA. She…” he started, but didn’t get to continue as Demiveemon decided to finish for him.

“Jun did what Kari did to Tai. She dumped freeshing cold water on Davish.” The little guy was practically jumping on Davis’s head as he finished speaking.

“Yeah what he said.” Yolie grinned.

“Wow, those two both have ‘goggle heads’ for brothers, and they both think alike. Maybe if Tai and Davis were both sleeping in the same room, those two can team up to dump water on them if they don’t wake up. Of course I’ll help too.” Both Tai and Davis paled at the thought of their sisters, plus Yolie, teaming up on doing that. The others gave a chuckle at the idea. Davis then gave a frown when something dawned on him.

“That could happen I hate to admit, but something about her behavior today was way off.”

“What do you mean Davis?” Ken asked.

“I mean the earliest she’s woken up on her own is 8:00, but this morning she had woken up at 5:00 by herself.”

“Maybe she set her alarm clock before going to bed?” suggested Joe.

“I know she did, but what’s the occasion? The only one I know that she wakes up early to, is to buy tickets for Matt’s concerts.” At the mention of ‘tickets’ for his concerts, Matt grimaced a bit. “Do you guys know of special occasions happening today?” he questioned the others.

“Other then the upcoming Digimon tournament and Matt’s next rock concert, I’d have to say that nothing special is happening today,” replied Izzy.

“I just can’t figure her out sometimes.”

“Maybe because that she’s a girl…oofph!” Tai grunted in pain as Sora elbowed him in the gut. Sora gave her boyfriend a death glare that immediately made him shut his mouth.

“You got a point there Tai, but still…”

“Don’t worry about her too much Davis. I’m sure she’s fine were she is,” interrupted Sora. Davis sighed.

“I guess you’re right. So, how many more minutes?” he asked Izzy.

“About 5 more until everything’s ready,” Izzy replied.

“Then that’ll give us time to say our final goodbyes,” a voice said. Izzy turned around in surprise, as did the others. There they saw their parents coming over, having sad or worried looks on their faces.

“Mom, Dad!” exclaimed the orange haired boy. Mrs. Izumi went over and hugged her son while sobbing a bit. Mr. Izumi did the same thing, only without the sobbing. “I want you to be careful out there Izzy,” his father said. “Yes, we don’t want the risk of loosing you,” his mother cried. Izzy smiled. “Don’t worry Mom, Dad, I’ll be fine. I’ve been in tighter spots before. Besides, Tentamon is with me, as so my friends.”

“That’s right, I’ll make sure he’s safe. Count on me!” exclaimed the little bug Digimon with a salute. Mrs. Izumi went over and hugged the Digimon, making him turn red. “Of course I will Tentamon, when have I ever doubted you?”

The same routine happened with the other Destineds, except of course Mimi’s parents. Her mother was practically flowing out many tears from her eyes, (who wouldn’t when their child’s been kidnapped?) and her father as well as the Takenouchis were saying that everything would be all right. The crowds a few distances away were not unnoticed, and were murmuring about things like, how they were going to miss them and all, will they find Mimi and bring her back, or will they make it in time for the tournament?

Pretty soon, a beeping sound was heard in Izzy’s laptop. He turned to it and told the others that it was time. The whole group nodded, and Davis went over to get ready to open the portal. He was about to yell ‘Digi Port Open,’ but a familiar voice made him stop.

“Davis wait!” The group turned their attentions to the voice, and were surprised to see Jun and her partner running up to them. More specifically her brother. She did the most unexpected thing that Davis and the others ever thought she would do, she hugged him. “Jun wha?”

“I know that I don’t do this to you often, but I can’t help but get worried about you. Be careful out there Davis. You’ve done many crazy things, but don’t go reckless on me or the others okay?” Davis nodded, dumbfounded when she saw tears running down her face. Jun gave one last hug to him before her Digimon tugged on her shirt. “C’mon Jun, they have to go,” said Lopmon, (a/n: Yes Lopmon). Jun turned to her Digimon, and nodded. She lifted Lopmon in her arms and walked to where her parents were.

“Okay, let’s get this show on the road. DIGIPORT OPEN!” The port opened and a white light shone. Before they were completely gone, the others heard Jun’s final cries. “Please hurry and find Mimi okay? And Davis, you better live through this. If somewhere out there you die, I’ll never forgive you!” Jun could see her brother smile at her before the group was out of sight. The laptop closed shut and disappeared, returning to its owner.

“Don’t worry about your brother Jun, he’ll be just fine,” Lopmon reassured her partner. Jun gave a nod.

“Yes, I know,” she replied. She then turned her attention to the sky. ~Because you’ll watch over him and the others right?~ (2)

*In The Digital World, The Destined Tamer’s Realm*

Once everybody was out of the television, they immediately started to walk where Gennai said to meet them, by the beach where Agumon first Digivolved to Greymon. Of course being the leader, Tai was at the front. While walking, Davis couldn’t help but get lost in thought on her sister’s final words, ‘Please hurry and find Mimi okay? And Davis, you better live through this. If somewhere out there you die, I’ll never forgive you!’.

~Man, I never thought she cared about me that much. Davis you buffoon, of course she cares about you, you’re her only brother and companion, besides Lopmon, at home when your parents go on their vacation trips. ~ Veemon looked at his partner with concern. That frown on his face resulted that something was on his mind.

“You okay Davish?” Davis went out of his thoughts and stared at Veemon.

“Of course I’m okay buddy. What makes you think that I’m not?”

“Well you were frowning and looked deep in thought. Did it have anything to do about what Jun said to you Davish?” Davis let out a sigh.

“Yeah it did Veemon. I’ve never seen her act like that before.”

“You can’t really blame her Davis, you are her only brother,” said Ken.

“Yeah I know, but the last time that she ever really cried was when…” Davis then stopped there as a sudden revelation came to him.

“Was when Davis?” asked Kari. By that time, everybody was listening, and were waiting for Davis’s answer.

“Yeah that’s right, that’s why she left so early today. How could have I forgotten. I’m so stupid.”

“You’re always stupid Davis, now what are you talking about?” Yolie stated/asked. Davis glared at her, but answered.

“Well, I don’t know many of Jun’s friends that good, but I remember clearly that a close one of hers died in a car crash. Today’s the day that she always visits him in the cemetery.”

“That’sh also another reason why she’sh really worried about you Davish, besides that you’re her brother,” replied Veemon.

“Yeah I guess you’re right buddy.”

“I don’t mean to get into people’s personal business, but do you know the person’s name?” asked Ken. He seemed disappointed when Davis shook his head.

“I kinda don’t remember. I’ll tell ya when I do. Sorry dude.”

“That’s alright Davis, you don’t have to be sorry. I was just curious.”

A few more minutes passed, and soon the whole group reached the beach. They then started to scout out for Gennai, and were happy to see him when they found him. He was besides a huge circle ring that was slowly spinning, (a/n: think .Hack Sign) and someone else was with him, for he wasn’t alone. The person was definitely human, and by the two Digimon that were at both his sides, they automatically knew that he was a Digidestined. He had short blond hair, and light blue eyes.

The two Digimon looked like twins, except one was white and green and had a single horn on its forehead, while the other was brown and pink with 3 horns on its forehead. Davis immediately knew that the brown one was a Lopmon, because his sister’s partner was one. Upon closer inspection, he and some of the others immediately recognized him. “Hey, it’s Willis!” Davis exclaimed, running up to the teen.

“Hey Davis, long time no see huh?” the blond replied as they both hit a high five. “Yep! So Gennai sent for you too huh?” Willis nodded. “Yeah, and it’s great to see old friends again.”

“So you’re Willis, glad to finally meet you. I’m Taichi Yagami, but just call me Tai,” the leader of the Destined said as he shook hands with Willis. “Pleasure to meet you too. I heard a lot about you from Izzy.”

“Since he’s going to be a part of the group, he might as well know all your names,” said Gennai.

(a/n: I don’t want to go over that, so I’ll just skip down to the part where Gennai explains the portal)

After the introductions were done, Gennai started to explain what the huge circle ring was. “This big ring you see before you is the portal that will take you to Baihumon’s realm. All you have to do is will yourself to that place by letting the portal know what is your goal. In this case, your goal is to find and return the Child of Purity. Also, you must hold on to that goal and think of nothing else but that. If your mind starts to wander someplace else, then you will automatically be sent to a different Digital World, or Dimension. Does everybody get all this?” Everybody nodded. “All right then, let’s waste no time. Everybody, let’s start entering. Two at a time, not including your Digimon.”

The first pair to go were Tai and Sora, with Agumon and Biyomon by their sides. They held their hands together, faced the portal, and willed themselves to their goal, finding Mimi. They disappeared seconds later, (a/n: it’s like .Hack Sign when the players log out) and then the next pair went up. Each one willing themselves to their goal in finding Mimi, and neither one allowing their minds to wander.

Matt paired with TK, Izzy with Joe, Kari with Yolie, Cody with Willis, and finally Davis with Ken. When it was their turn, they looked at each other and nodded. Veemon stood next to Davis, and Wormon hopped on Ken’s shoulder. Just as they were about to will themselves, Davis suddenly remembered something, his eyes were widening. “Ken I just remembered what the person’s name was.”

“Tell me later Davis,” replied Ken. “Hold that thought, no wait, don’t hold that. Not until after going safely through the portal. Then tell me.”

“Okay.”

With that, the two willed themselves to their destination.

*Tamer’s Realm*

Since the day that Takato found the portal to the Digital World, everybody was happy with having their Digimon back. Of course they couldn’t bring back Leomon for Jeri, but she said that it was all right and that she had Calamon. Speaking of Jeri, no one knew where she was at the moment. Because you see, she was proclaimed missing. It happened 2 weeks later after the Tamers were reunited with their Digimon. She just completely vanished into thin air.

Everyone was very devastated, especially Takato, Guilmon, and Calamon. It felt like the D-Reaper incident all over again. While they tried to cheer them up, they also tried to find the whereabouts of Jeri. It seemed that she is not in the Human World, so their search takes them to the Digital World.

Since the battle against the D-Reaper, no Digimon dared to challenge the Tamers and their partners. If they were confronted by any of them to answer some questions, they won’t hesitate to talk and try to answer truthfully. Although some Digimon don’t know them, and were severely punished when they attacked the Tamers. Of course they didn’t delete their attackers, but if they must, they must. Because in this Digital World, in order to gain respect, you have to show others who is their superior.

Luck fell on them when they found out that their Sovereign knew where she was. Although Zhuqiaomon still hated humans, he did respect them. And when Azulongmon told him about the darkness, he couldn’t help but agree to send his Tamers to the other Digital World. As all the rest of the Sovereigns, Zhuqiaomon also felt the darkness in Baihumon’s realm. For fearing that it might come into theirs, all the Digimon Gods came to the agreement that when their own Chosens leave to their destination, they would seal the gateways between the worlds, so their realms wouldn’t be destroyed.

When the Tamers were told to go to the other Digital World, they were all ecstatic (except for Rika) and determined to go and get her back. They told their parents about it and they didn’t take the news very well. They acted the same when they needed to get Calamon back, but nonetheless agreed to the terms. Besides, they needed to get Jeri back, and they were the only ones who could. Yamaki again gave a communicator for them to keep in touch, and it was modified to the extent where it can even reach from a different dimension. He also told them that he and the others in Hypnos would help keep other Digimon from destroying the city again.

When they arrived to the place where the portal to Baihumon’s realm was, (a/n: it’s the same kind the Destineds used) their guide, the reborn Indramon, told them about the portal and how it works. Of course like in the past, Indramon still hates humans, but an order was an order.

“So all we have to do is will ourselves there? Well that shouldn’t be too hard,” stated Henry.

“Your right Henry not lets go! For Jeri! We’re not going to leave the Western Realm without destroying the evil and bringing her back! Everybody with me?” Takato exclaimed/asked as the others cheered ‘yeah!’. Indramon looked in disgust at the act, but was pretty impressed with their determination.

“Remember two at a time, not including your pathetic excuse for Digimon,” the horse deva said.

Everybody including the Digimon ignored the last part and started to pair up. Kazu and Kenta went first with their partners at their sides, then Suzy and Henry with Lopmon and Terriermon, (Henry didn’t like the idea of bringing Suzy with him, but Suzy had whined saying that she wasn’t a little girl anymore, and that she can take of herself) then Ryo and Rika with their partners, (much to Rika’s Dismay) and lastly Takato with Guilmon and Calamon by his side. Before leaving, Takato and Guilmon said a ‘thank you’ to Indramon, (much to the Digimon’s surprise) and left.

*Frontier’s World*

“Wait, hold up, back up. Let me get this straight, you’re bringing in other kids like us here from other Digital Worlds?” asked Takuya, still not able to believe what he and the others were hearing. The Celestial Digimon known as Ophanimon nodded her head to the young Warrior of Fire.

“That is correct. The Digimon Sovereigns of the East and South had come to the agreement on bringing their Chosens here. Not only because of the evil presence, but because of other two Chosens, not to mention one of our own, that are missing, and is believed to be somewhere among this realm of the Digital World.”

The others just let this sink to their heads. If the other realms had Chosens that were missing, then their problems are the same as theirs. At least now they had more help, and defeating Cherubimon will become easier; especially when they also have to deal with his minions. A thought then struck the others and Takuya.

“Wait, how come you never told us that this realm had a Digimon God? He would have done something to prevent the destruction here.” asked JP.

“That is because, our Sovereign, Lord Baihumon had gone to the Southern quadrant to help out in battle against a great destruction, that threaten to destroy both the Digital World and Human World. Everything started to crumble as soon as he left. Since time between Digital Worlds are different, it’s already been a few years since he left, and our Lord has still not returned.”

“Okay, then should the threat in the Southern be over? Or do you think something bad happened?” questioned Takuya.

 “Nothing bad happened. With the help of both humans and Digimon working together, they were able to destroy the threat. I’m afraid he hasn’t been able to return because of what’s been happening over at the other realms.”

“What’s that Ophanimon?” asked Tommy.

“The evil that Lord Azulongmon felt in his quadrant had left, and has found refuge here. To prevent the evil from coming to their worlds again, the Sovereigns had an agreement to seal the gateway between the worlds after their Chosens arrive to this realm. He’ll have a bit of trouble getting here. But we must do all we can without him.”

“Alright we will. It’s settled, we’ll let the other Chosens in our little group. If it means bringing Izumi back with us again and defeating Cherubimon,” said Takuya. Ophanimon nodded. Suddenly, two huge spinning rings appeared in front of them.

“Ah, they have finally arrived,” she replied. Just then, people started to appear. The ring on the right revealed 12 of them, and on the left, 7. All of them in their teens. Not to mention that each one of them had a Digimon by their side. The two groups looked around, and soon their sights landed on the Celestial Digimon herself.

“Who are you?” asked the boy that Takuya noticed had goggles much like his own on top of his head. He had wild untamed brown hair, and seems to be around his 15 or 16 year. Ophanimon smiled at the teen and replied…

“I welcome all you Digidestineds and Tamers to the Western quadrant of the Digital World. My name is Ophanimon, and I am one of the three Celestial Digimon that hold this worlds order and peace. But as you can see, I am the only one present.”

“Why’s that?” the boy asked again.

“I’m afraid that the other two are both unavailable to be here right now…”

While Ophanimon was telling them about the conditions of the other Celestial Angels, the Tamers, mainly Kazu and Kenta, where whispering to each other about the Destineds. “I can’t believe this, it’s the Digidestineds from the show,” murmured Kazu. “I know there’s Tai, Matt, Sora, Izzy, Joe, TK, Kari, Davis, Yolie, Ken, Cody, and even Willis… Wait where’s Mimi?” asked Kenta as he looked around the room.

“She must be the Destined that went missing. Just like Jeri,” stated Henry.

“Sure looks like it. At least Palmon’s with them,” whispered Ryo.

“Hey do you think we might be able to get their autographs?”

“Yeah, I get first dibs on getting Tai’s and Matt’s!” Kazu silently exclaimed.

“Oh shut up you two, they’re just about to get to the important stuff.

“So you want us to not only help defeat the evil and bring back the ones who were kidnapped, but to also help your Chosens be ready to fight this Cherubimon character?” Tai asked.

“Yes that is what I want you and the Chosens of the Southern realm to do. Do you accept?” Tai turned to his friends and they started talking for a bit. Finally, a few minutes later, he turned around and said…

“We accept to the terms, but do they accept?” He motioned to the Tamers. Just a split second after he asked the question, Takato immediately answered.

“Yes we accept as well, if it helps destroying this evil and finding our friend.” The others with Takato also agreed. Tai could tell by his determination and by the goggles on his head, that this kid was the leader of the bunch. The Celestial Digimon nodded.

“But can I ask how they’ll be able to fight, without them having Digimon partners?” Tai questioned. The Angel just smiled.

“You’ll be surprised on what they can do. Now I guess it’s time for introductions. You need to know each others name if all of you are going to travel together. Why don’t my Chosens start first?” she suggested, motioning to Takuya’s group.

“With pleasure Ophanimon. The names Takuya Kanbara, and I’m the leader of this group as you can tell. It’s a pleasure to meet you.”

“Since when were you leader Taky?” asked JP.

“Since I always led the group; besides, I’m the one with the goggles.” JP just rolled his eyes.

“Well anyway, I’m Junpei Shibayama. But you can all just call me JP. It’s also a pleasure to meet you. You can call me ‘brains’ of the group.”

“Yeah right,” Takuya coughed out. JP turned to the ‘goggle head’. “You say something Taky?”

“Nope, nothing at all.” Some of the others chuckled. Then it was Tommy who was up next.

“Nice to meetcha, my names Tomoki Himi, but just call me Tommy. Everybody does, and as you can tell, I’m the youngest.” Finally everyone turned to Kouji, who seemed like he refused to say anything. Giving a sigh, Takuya spoke for him. “And this person’s Kouji Minamoto. You can say he’s the lone wolf of the group.” At the mention of ‘lone wolf’, Kouji glared at him and then turned away.

“Boy, he acts like Rika when we first met her,” whispered Terriermon to Henry. “Terriermon!” he silently responded back. “Well it’s true.”

“Just shut up rabbit, before I sic Renamon at you!” Rika silently warned the little Digimon, while glaring. Terriermon quickly became quiet.

“You’ll have to excuse Kouji. He’s a bit upset on what’s been going on lately. Anyways, there’s another person in our group and she’s the only girl, but she’s been kidnapped as you can see. Her name’s Izumi Orimoto, but we just like to call her Zoë.”

“Hey, are we invisible or what?” asked Bokomon. Takuya said a ‘oops’ and introduced him and Neemon.

“This is our guide Bokomon and the other one is Neemon. The egg in his waistband is the egg of Seraphimon, another of the Celestial Digimon. We’ve managed to save it after one of Cherubimon’s henchmen defeated him. Now all we’re waiting for it to hatch.” The others nodded. Then Tai cleared his throat.

“All right, we’ll go next. I’m the leader of the Digidestined in our world. My name’s Taichi Yagami, but you can just call me Tai. It’s nice to meet all of you. This Digimon besides me is my partner, Agumon.” “Hello,” Agumon said.

“This here is Sora Takenouchi, my girlfriend, and her partner Biyomon,” he said as he motioned to a girl with short orange hair. She waved a little. Her partner waved too.

“This person right next to her is our ‘braniac’ and computer genius, Koushiro Izumi, or what he prefers, Izzy. His partner is Tentamon here.”

“Pleased to make your acquaintance,” Izzy replied

“Right next to him is Joe Kido, the oldest of the group and also a doctor in training. So if you need a band aid, he’s your guy to ask for one. He always has a first aid kit with him so it’s no trouble at all.” Joe gave a small smile. “And his partner’s Gomamon, the most ‘talkative’ one of our Digimon.” Gomamon frowned at that.

“Am not!” Tai just ignored him.

“This squirt right here is my little sister Hikari, or just Kari.” He grinned when she pouted at him. Tai then gave a serious face, which likely looks more like a glare then a serious expression. “If anyone here messes with her, they’ll be dead meat,” he warned. The others nodded, with the exception of some like Rika, who just rolled her eyes. “And her Digimon partner here is Gatomon.” The cat Digimon purred in response as Tai rubbed her ears.

“This other squirt here is Takeru Takashi, or just TK, and his partner Patamon.” TK gave a ‘hey’ when Tai mentioned him the other squirt. “This guys also my little sister’s boyfriend, so if any of you guys here are having ideas about asking her out, you’re out of luck.” The two young teens blushed.

“Tai!!!” cried Kari in embarrassment. Others couldn’t help but chuckle a bit. Needless to say, Sora wasn’t happy or amused. She wacked Tai behind the head, causing him to fall down. The others watched in amusement, as well as Ophanimon who smiled.

“What was that for?” he whined, rubbing his head.

“Your suppose to introduce us, not embarrass your sister!” she exclaimed.

“Fine, I’m sorry okay? Now let me finish.” He then again cleared his throat. “And finally, this guy here is Yamato Ishida, my best friend and TK’s older half brother. You could say that he’s the lone wolf of the group, although he used to be, but is still one a bit. His partner’s Gabumon.” Matt just gave a nod, an expressionless face placed on. “Okay, I’m done. Davis your turn,” he told the younger teen with his old goggles, while still rubbing his head.

“Fine. Hey everybody the names Daisuke Motomiya, or just Davis, and I’m the second leader. My buddy here is Veemon, my partner.”

“Hello, nice to met’cha,” Veemon said with a salute.

“Okay, moving on, this person right next to me is Ken Ichijoji, the ‘Teen Genius Prodigy’ back home, and his partner Wormon.”

Ryo tensed up at the mention of Ken’s name, but then gave a grin. ~So Kenny’s here huh?~

“You didn’t have to mention that Davis,” Ken said to his friend.

“I know, but I wanted too. Anyways, the girl right next to him is Ken’s girlfriend, Miyako Inoue, or just plain Yolie. Although I do like calling her Yodels.” Yolie blushed with embarrassment, and glared at the ‘goggle head’. “Davis!”

“What? Oh, and her partners Hawkmon,” he motioned to the little hawk like bird that was next to Yolie.

“Very pleased, I’m sure.”

“This kid here is the youngest of the two groups, Iori Hida, or just Cody, with his partner Armadillomon. But don’t let his age fool you, he’s as smart as Izzy and Ken.” Cody just bowed and done nothing more.

“And finally, this dude here is Willis, who lives in America, while the rest of us live in Odaiba Japan. As you can see, he has two Digimon partners, Terriermon and Lopmon.” Willis gave a friendly hello and smile.

“Look Henry, he has both our Digimon,” interrupted Suzy. Sure enough, he noticed it too. Terriermon gave a grin, while Henry sighed. Willis noticed too and did the same thing, his own Terriermon giving a grin as well. The two Lopmon just looked at each other interested, and turned back to the scene before them.

“Great, what’s worse then having to deal with one loud mouth rabbit,” Rika sarcastically stated.

“Uh, two loud mouth rabbits?” Suzy innocently answered.

“Exactly!” she exclaimed. The two Terriermon didn’t hear her, because they were too interested in checking each other out. (a/n: No people, not like that okay!?)

“Well I’ve just got one thing to say…” started Willis.

“So do I…” replied Henry.

“Well I’ve got one thing to say too…” Rika said.

“We’re all gonna die,” all three of them stated in unison. The others silently agreed with them. Who knows exactly what TWO Terriermon are capable of.

“Think about all the destruction,” Kazu said, forming a picture in his mind.

“Yeah,” replied Kenta, also forming a picture in his mind.

“O-kay, well I’m done,” declared Davis.

“What about Mimi?” asked Palmon.

“Oh yeah Mimi. She’s another Destined of the group, Mimi Tachikawa if you want her full name. And her partner is Palmon here, but as you can see, she’s not with us. She’s one of the girls that the enemy kidnapped. That’s why we didn’t mention here earlier. Plus, it would a great deal upset a friend of mine here.” Tai exclaimed, motioning to Matt who just held an unemotional face, just like Kouji. The other two groups nodded.

“All right, our turn,” piped up Kazu. “Since my bud here is just as emotionless as those two right now, I’ll be the one talking.”

“Great,” mumbled Rika sarcastically. Kazu just ignored her.

“My names Hirokazu Shioda, or just Kazu, and this is my partner Gaurdromon. Say hello bud,” he told his Digimon. “Hello,” responded Gaurdromon.

“Chumley here his my best bud, Takato Mitsuki. And as you can tell by the goggles, he’s the leader of us Tamers. He doesn’t normally act like this though. You just need to let him cool down first. This red dino here is Takato’s partner, Guilmon. Don’t let his innocent look fool you, he’s really though when he fights.

“Nice to meet you,” replied the Digimon in his usual childish voice.

“Right here is our ‘brainiac’ of the group, Jenrya Wong, or just Henry. And the little kid besides him is his younger sister Shuichon, but she prefers being called Suzy.”

“Hey I’m not little!”

“On the contrary Suzy, you’re the youngest of the Tamers here,” Kazu stated.

“Well so are Ai and Mako,” she countered back.

“Yeah, but they’re not here,” he replied. Suzy just pouted.

“Hey, aren’t ya gonna introduce me and Lopmon? Or am I just gonna hafta do it myself,” asked Henry’s Terriermon.

“Fine, this loud mouth rabbit here is Terriermon, and the other one is the more respective rabbit, Lopmon.”

“It’s nice to meet all of you,” was Lopmon’s response. Although, it was different for Terriermon’s case.

“Yup, that’s me, and I’m proud of it too baby!”

“Oh boy,” Henry said, slightly exasperated.

“Glad that’s over,” Kazu mumbled. “Now moving on, this punk girl here is Rika, also known as the Digimon Queen in our world. Say hello Rika,” he said to the annoyed teen. Rika just glared at him.

“You’re not my mother you know,” she responded.

“Would it kill you to be nice just this once?” he asked.

“Just what do you mean by once?”

“Wait, you’re admitting to mean that you’ve been nice before? You, the ‘Ice Queen’?” he sarcastically asked, emphasizing the words ‘Ice Queen’. If looks could kill, that definitely would describe Rika right now. Just as she was about to pummel him, Henry and Ryo managed to stop her and calm her down. The other groups could tell right away that she’s one not to mess with. Otherwise, you get your butt whooped.

“Just at least say hi Wild Cat,” Ryo said.

“Don’t you start, but fine I will. Pleased to make your acquaintance,” she said while giving a bow. “There happy?” Ryo grinned. ~She really is getting soft on me~

“Very.” Rika just rolled her eyes.

“All righty then lets continue, and Rika’s partner here is Renamon,” he said, motioning to the yellow vixen who just said hi. “This cool looking dude here is the great Ryo Akiyama, also known as the Digimon King in our world, and his partner here is Monodramon.” Ryo sheepishly grinned and said a hello to the others. As did his Digimon. When his name was said, Ken gave a surprised look at him. Ryo noticed this and gave a small wave towards his direction. Ken, getting out of his surprise gave a wave back. No one noticed this though.

“And finally this dude is another best bud of my. Meet Kenta Kitagawa, and his partner Marineangemon.” Kenta said hi, while his partner did the same thing. “Of course it’s best not to scare him, or he’d embarrass himself by wetting his pants.” Kenta gave a ‘hey’ to Kazu as he flushed. Kazu just smirked. Just then, he felt a tug on his jeans. It was Calamon.

“Hey, what about me and Jeri?” he whined.

“Oh yeah. Sorry bud.” He lifted Calamon on top of his head and introduced him. “The little guy here is Calamon, the Digimon that helps our own Digimon to Digivolve to their next stage.” Calamon gave a hi, and smiled when all the girls in the Destined group said that he was ‘cute’ and ‘adorable’. The guys just rolled their eyes.

“There’s another Tamer in our group named Jeri Katou, but she’s not here with us. She’s the one this ‘evil’ kidnapped. Her partner’s Leomon, or it used to be. He died during a battle.” When that was mentioned, the Destineds and Frontiers noticed the Tamers give off a sorrowful look. Of course Ryo wasn’t there, but he was told of it.

Losing a partner was a sad thing. Of course no one knew how it felt as much as TK. When Patamon first digivolved to Angemon, and used all of his powers to defeat Devimon, he thought that he had lost him forever. Thankfully he did return to him, but that moment was one of the most painful times in his life.

“Couldn’t he have been reborn in Primary Village?” asked Kari to the Tamers. Renamon was the one who answered.

“I’m afraid he can’t. You see in our Digital World, there isn’t a place called Primary Village where Digimon can be reborn. When a Digimon defeats and destroys another Digimon, they absorb their data to grown even stronger. Since they absorb it, the data cannot be used to reconfigure the Digimon again, therefore is lost eternally. Survival of the fittest is what our World is like.” She noticed all the shock looks on the Destineds’ and Frontiers’ faces, and also the gasps from few of them while she was talking.

“That’s awful!” Yolie exclaimed.

“It is, but just as Renamon said, only the strongest and fittest can survive the Southern Realm. And that’s also why our Digimon are the most feared in all of the Digital World. They are afraid of being deleted and absorb, so they try and not to mess with them.” replied Rika.

“Do you mean to tell us that you absorb their data once you delete them?” asked Yolie, a bit mad. She seemed to calm her anger when Rika shook her head.

“We used to, that I admit. We still destroy the Digimon when they come to our world and wreck it, but we don’t need the data anymore, that I learned from the others years ago.” Yolie was about to ask what she meant by that when the room started to shake.

“So this is the place huh? Pretty small if you ask me,” said a voice.

“It is after all a temple, and their usually small,” stated another voice.

“That’s enough you two, it’s time to do what we came here to do,” the last voice calmly replied. “Why don’t you do the honors little sis?” she asked the youngest in the group.

“Okie dokie!” she exclaimed, while saluting. The figure flew to the top of the temple and concentrated. A blue aura surrounded her and ice crystals appeared all around her, a slight chill flowing in. She gave a smile as she raised her right hand, and then it became a smirk once she called out her attack, her eyes glowing icy blue.

“BLIZZARD STORM!!!

She dropped her arm down, and the ice crystals came colliding down the temple. It shook as the crystals hit the building, throwing dust in the air. She repeated this until the occupants from inside came running out to investigate. The oldest in the group gave a smirk.

“Now the fun begins.”

“WHAT’S GOING ON HERE!?” Yolie yelled out. That’s something the others were wondering about too. Suddenly the Tamer’s Digimon started to either growl, or had their eyes dilated. For Guilmon’s case, it was both. “Takatomon, some Digimon are outside,” he managed to growl out. Takato took this iformation in and grabbed his Digivice.

“Okay, let’s go!”

“No wait!” Was what Ophanimon called out.

“What is it now? Can’t you see that we’ve got work to do?” Takato snapped. (3)

“I know that, but I want my Chosens to try and handle this. They need this to get ready for their fight against Cherubimon. When they will need help, then they will ask for it. For the time being, just set to the sidelines.” Takato growled, but nonetheless nodded.

“Fine. Listen guys, no interfering unless they asks us for help, got it!?” He commanded them, a glare on his face. The others gulped and nodded, even Rika.

“You heard the guy, no interfering unless they ask us for help. Is that clear?” Tai asked his group. They also nodded.

“Alright, now let’s go!” shouted Takato, as his group and the others started to run out of the building. Once outside, the temple stopped shaking, and the others looked in the sky. There, three female Digimon floated. The one who attacked the building flew towards the other two and gave out a grin.

“Well it’s about time. I was afraid I’d die in boredom,” the eldest of the Digimon said sarcastically. Takuya growled in annoyance.

“Who are you and what do you Digimon want?!” he asked/exclaimed.

“We came here by order of our ‘Master’ to eliminate you all, although we want to have fun with you and your Digimon first,” the Digimon replied. The others glared. Guilmon and a few of the others started to growl.

“Your ‘Master’? Are you some of Cherubimon’s henchman?” asked JP. The Digimon shook her head.

“Cherubimon is nothing more than a mere puppet controlled by our ‘Master’. (4) He is much stronger then that pathetic Celestial Digimon. Now enough talk, it’s time to fight!” She exclaimed as she lifted one of her clawed hand, (5) it glowing a deep red with a mixture of green.

“Tell us who you are first!” Takuya demanded.

“Want to know who we are first before you die? Well I’ll be happy to tell you. I’m Hichomon, the Maiden of Fire and Earth,” the Digimon with red and green butterfly wings answered.

“I’m the Maiden of Water and Ice. My name’s Umimon,” responded the Digimon with sea green dragonfly wings.

“And I’m Zephyrmon, the Maiden of Wind and Light,” replied the Digimon with brown and cream bird wings. (6)

“And we are…” started Hichomon.

“The Digital Maidens!” all three in unison stated.

“What? It can’t be!” yelled Bokomon. The others looked at him.

“What do you mean by ‘It can’t be’ Bokomon?” demanded Takuya. The little white Digimon took out his ‘Book Of Knowledge’, and turned to the page he was looking for.

“The Digital Maidens are supposed to be pure of heart and practically ‘good’. They help keep the balance of the Digital World. Without them, the balance is destroyed!”

“So they’re supposed to be good? Then how come they’re on the side of evil?” asked Tai.

“They’re either doing this on their own will for personal reasons, or are corrupted,” Bokomon replied.

“Stupid little Digimon, the Digital Maidens can’t be corrupted because of our so called ‘Pure Hearts’. We’re doing this for a reason that you possibly wouldn’t understand,” stated Hichomon as she quickly flew down towards Bokomon, her right claw hand, bursting into flames. Bokomon and the others near him immediately ran out of the way, and she ended up bursting clouds of dust that went flying everywhere. Once it cleared, the Maidens noticed the Frontier Chosens grab their Digivices.

“That’s it, no one harms our friends and gets away with it. It’s time to fight!” yelled Takuya. The Maidens smirked, and then said in unison…

“Bring it on!”

Wow this is the longest I’ve ever typed. Read and Review. Sorry about the long wait again.

(1) Just a nickname I picked up while reading a Kenyako fic. I hope the author doesn’t mind me using it.

(2) I’m deciding on whether or not I should make a one shot fic, featuring Jun in it, and telling it in her POV when she visits the cemetery to visit a certain past friend. Yes, I’m a pro Jun fan, but I truly don’t really like Junato, even though I read one.

(3) Yup, Takato won’t be his cheerful self, but that’ll only be for a short while. Matt and Kouji will act the same way.

(4) This time, Cherubimon is controlled by the ‘evil’, and not by Lucemon. But it’ll end just like in the show; the Frontiers will confront him and also the Royal Knights.

(5) Hichomon has a similar outfit to Zephyrmon’s, and Umimon’s is similar to Kazemon’s. I’ll explain more about their looks in future chapters.

(6) Remember that Zoë hasn’t gotten her Beast Spirit yet, so Takuya and the others don’t know who she is. Bokomon does act suspicious though later on.

Oh, and one more thing, should I add some Digimon romance as well? If you think I should, tell me which ones you want to pair with each other. Sorry though, for Renamon and Veemon are both unvotable.

Next Chapter: While everyone is resting up, the Digidestined Tamers, Card Game Tamers, and Frontier Scanners are told about the legend of The Digital Maidens and about the new ‘evil’. Meanwhile, the Maidens themselves are having their hands full doing ‘chores’ for their ‘Master’. And one of them wanders off and finds herself starting to like a certain ‘goggle head’.
