It had been a couple of weeks since the heart concert, Davis and Sora had gone to, and since then they have been inseperatable. This came as quite a shock to everyone except Ken, Kari, and Mimi, who knew the whole time. The one who was taking it the hardest was Matt who was really starting to regret what he had done, and had decided to get back with Sora by making Davis look like a fool at the upcoming dance.

 

 

Meanwhile, Davis and Sora were out on their usual Friday night date, and Sora was thinking, why hasn't he asked me to the dance yet?! And she was starting to get very frustrated, when her train of thought was interrupted by Davis saying, "Sora, my angel."

 

 

"Yes, Dai-kun", she replies.

 

 

"Would you do me the honor of taking you to the dance tomorrow night?" He asks.

 

 

"Of course I will Dai-kun", she says then proceeds to kiss him.

 

 

After he left her house he went home and called Ken up.

 

 

"Hey Ken", he says.

 

 

"Hey Davis, what's up?" Ken asks his old friend.

 

 

"Not a lot, but Sora said yes", Davis says to Ken and he responds, "and that's not a lot, huh?"

 

 

"Anyway, are you taking Kari?" Davis asks.

 

 

Ken responds, "no I'm taking Cody... of course I'm taking Kari, listen I got to go, see you tomorrow at the dance, okay."

 

 

"Okay." Davis responds and hangs up the phone and proceeds to pick out his outfit for the dance.

 

 

When Davis picked Sora up in his company limo, they kept the talk light, for either was too excited to talk all that much, they arrived at the Hilton, where the dance was being held, shortly. The dance was like a scene out of Casablanca. All of the digidestined were there, even Mimi, who had moved back from New York a couple of years ago, and then started dating T.K., Tai and Jun were already on the dance floor with them. Ken and Kari were ordering a drink at the bar, being the fact that classes were out for a month, they were going to live it up. Matt and Yolei were nowhere to be found, no one knew about their breakup. So Davis proceeds to say, "Lets PAR-TAY!!!"

 

 

Davis and Ken proceeded to pull out dance moves that incredibly impressed the whole bunch. After about three whole hours of dancing Davis looks at Sora and says, "Hey angel, I'm thirsty, I'm going to get something to drink you want something?"

 

 

"Sure, Dai-kun", she replies. He then walks over to the bar and proceeds to order their drinks, and while he's waiting someone comes up and hits him from behind. He turns around to find out that it is Matt, He then looks at Matt with more fury in his eyes than he's ever shown before and says, "You can hit me from behind, you can spit in my face, but, Yamato Ishida, I have waited a long time to beat your ass for what you did to Sora!"

 

 

For a moment Matt actually looks afraid and questions “was this such a good idea?”, he soon found out when he was caught by the uppercut from hell knocking him into a couple of tables, he proceeds to get up and shake it off, and then begins to throw a fury of punches at Davis, not landing even one. Davis then looks him in the eyes and says, "Its time to end this, goodnight sweet prince." Matt soon found out what “good night” meant, when he received a kick to the chin knocking him out cold. And in the style of Chris tucker, from the movie Friday, Ken stood over matt and says, "You got knocked the fuck out bitch!"

 

 

Everyone including Yolei who had just showed up proceeded to laugh at this comment. Davis walks over to her and says, "Why are you laughing, he's your boyfriend?"

 

 

"Not anymore, he dumped me." she says. Before anything else can be said, Sora walks over to him kisses him and says, "The desk clerk says he has a package for you Dai-kun."

 

 

"Okay." he says. He then proceeds to walk to the front desk where the desk clerk asks him, "Are you Mr.motomiya?"

 

 

"Yes, I am." He responds. I have a room key and a letter for you. Davis looks at the letter and all it says is,

 

 

Meet me in room 301 love, Sora.

 

A/N: well, everyone, one more chapter to go. And I'm sure you're all wondering, how can I call this a lemon fanfic, with no lemon scene in it? Well the wait is over next chapter will be the long-awaited lemon scene. I hope you'll enjoy it. And as always, please review. - Gabriel769
