Disclaimer: I don’t own
While all of my friends were enjoying some down time and splashing in the water I was hiding in the bushes getting some down time of my own. I unzipped my pants and whipped my cock out of constricting confinement. Sleeping next to my girlfriend had given me a raging hard -on that refused to go away. Normally this wasn’t a problem as we would wake up, have our fun and I’d be ok. With all our friends, not to mention Taichi, being here I got no fun and instead got to walk around with tented pants. My only saving grace was that Dai wasn’t around to make fun of me for it.

I grabbed my mast and slowly began pumping it. I had to work as hard as I could not to groan. I needed this so bad, even if it didn’t feel nearly as good as Kari did. It took me almost no time to get off with how bad I needed it and I sprayed my load all over the tree in front of me. I tucked myself away just in time. When I turned around Ken was headed my way. I quickly walked away from the tree, hoping he wouldn’t notice the white splotches on the tree.

“Hey Takeru, using the restroom too?” he asked, smiling warmly.

I put on my best grin and hoped that my track record of decent lying held up. “Yeah, I was trying to wait until we got here to go. I’m going to go catch up with the rest of the team. See you in a few.”

I got out of there as fast as I could, stripping down to my boxers as I went. I dropped my clothes with the rest of my stuff and dove into the cool water. I could feel the sweat and grime from the day washing off of me. I popped up with a hoot. Everyone started laughing at me and I blushed. I had temporarily forgotten that everyone else had been enjoying the water for a good ten minutes.

“Water feeling good there Tk?” Taichi called, laughing hysterically, “Kari, are you sure you want me to let you date him?”

Kari pondered this for a second, then broke into a huge grin. “Yeah, I mean he has his good qualities. He buys me things occasionally, but if he ever stops you’re more than welcome to cut it off.”

“You!” I exclaimed, pouncing. Both of us took a rather noisy splash into the water. I tickled her and she squirmed away, laughing so hard that I thought she might be crying, but it was hard to tell with how soaked we were. After a minute we quieted down and joined in with the fun the rest of the gang was having, dunking and splashing each other. It only lasted for about ten minutes before we were all too cold to continue, but it was a needed break from all the fighting we’d already had since arriving.

As we trekked out of the water I had the time to enjoy a scenic view of the backside of my girlfriend. She was just in her bra and underwear (much to Taichi’s dismay) and it was starting to make my earlier actions void and null. I mentally groaned as my body began to react. I quickly tried to look elsewhere and my eyes landed on something odd. Kari was still wearing her arm band.

“Hey Kari,” I yelled, trying to catch up with her. She stopped and looked at me quizzically. “You forgot to take your arm band off.”

She looked down, confused. “Oh, I guess I did. She then shrugged and turned around and kept walking. I stood there for a second. That was not the reaction I was expecting at all. I began to think about it, but Matt told me to hurry up because they didn’t know where the food was.

I ran up to them and they looked at me expectantly. “There is no more food. We ate it all when we stopped.”

Sora gave me a death glare. “No we didn’t. I personally packaged that food and we only ate half of it. I know that there’s more.”

I gaped at her in shock. I didn’t have anymore of the food. We had eaten everything I had carried at lunch. “I don’t have anymore,” I sputtered out, “We ate all the food that I grabbed. There was only one package and we ate it all.”

Sora sighed, “There was one on the log and then there was one next to it. You didn’t grab the one next to it did you?”

“N…no. I didn’t see it. I thought there was only the one.”

At this I saw Tai and Augumon turn on me. “YOU DIDN’T GRAB THE REST OF THE FOOD!” they screamed, in unison, then began to rant. I hung my head in shame, knowing I let the team down. I took it as best I could.

Behind me I heard Jyou whisper to someone, “What are Tai and Augumon yelling at Tk about?

“He didn’t see both packages of food and so we don’t have the second one.”

“Oh no! Tai! Augumon! I have the food!” the chocolate haired boy and orange dinosaur spun on the poor eighteen year old, eyes boring into him. “I, uh, I saw the food sitting there and I picked it up figuring someone forgot it?” He pulled a package out of his messenger bag. The hungry boy and his digimon attacked, grabbing the food and taking off for the fire to go get it warmed up. Tai had been so concerned about the food that he had completely forgotten about his clothes, leaving us all a view of his blue boxers with cute little pink fish on them, not that I was in much of a mood to enjoy it after letting everyone down. I quietly put on my own clothes and set up my sleeping bag. I was going to bed early without dinner. It was my punishment to myself for not making sure I had all of the food.

As soon as I hit the sleeping bag I miraculously fell into a deep, dreamless sleep.
---

“Tk! Tk, wake up!” Patamon was trying to nudge me awake.

“Give me a little longer. I’m not in danger of getting detention…” I mumbled, not wanting to wake up.

“Tk, a digimon is attacking and I can’t do anything without you to help me digivolve! Wake up! Boom bubble!” I got hit with a burst of air and shot out of my sleeping bag with amazing speed.

“What the hell was that for?” I asked, rubbing my cheek.

“You wouldn’t wake up and I can’t digivolve to MagnaAngemon to fight Calmaramon.”

“Calamaramon? Oh shit.” I took off at a full sprint towards the water, digivice activating as I went. By the time I got there the battle was already raging full force and we were taking a pretty good beating. I took a moment looking at Calmaramon. She was a large lavender squid that was part humanoid and part squid. All I could see of her was her top portion, where her tentacles and human portions were. She was wearing a yellow necklace and oddly pope-like hat with long purple hair that was flowing out from underneath it.

As I watched Zudomon took a hard hit from Calamaramon and devolved back into Gomamon. Jyou ran up to him and held him in his arms. I watched him pour something into his mouth and the digimon perked up. “Gomamon, warp digivolve to Vikemon!”

When we could finally see him Vikemon was a hulking mass of a digimon. He was a lot like Ikkakumon with Zudomon’s frame. He had cream colored skin around his shoulders and a long belted loin cloth around his waist. Two Mjolnir were on his back and he had what looked like giant shields belted to his arms. On all of his fingers were a single silver ring. He took the two Mjolnar off his back and let out a howl, slashing the weapon’s in front of him.

“Viking Flail!” he roared, smashing the two Mjolnar into Calamaramon. She screamed out as the other digimon got their second wind, especially Curseweregarurumon, who ran up Vikemon’s back and catapulted onto Calamaramon. He bit into one of the squids tentacles and preformed his Curse Blaster attack, further destroying the gear. While these two did this, all of the flying digimon took a position above Calamaramon, MagnaAngemon barely making it over there. Curseweregarurumon took a flying leap off of the other digimon and did a one-eighty back flip to land facing her just in case he needed to attack again. As soon as he was clear the remaining seven digimon took aim and blasted the gear for all they were worth, instantly destroying it.

Calamaramon sank down into the water. We waited a few minutes for her to resurface, but eventually it became apparent that she wasn’t going to resurface we all headed back to camp. She had probably come to in the water and just swam away.

When we got there I headed straight back to my sleeping bag, even if it was only dusk and I was wide awake. I had failed the team yet again by not being there. Before I got there though Taichi stopped me with a light hand on my shoulder. “Hey Takeru, I’m sorry about earlier. I was a hungry, tired and annoyed with everything and I just snapped. I didn’t mean to yell at you like I did and you don’t need to punish yourself for making an honest mistake. Come sit with us and have some dinner.”

“I’m not punishing myself, I’m just tired,” I mumbled, not wanting to admit that I had taken what had happened to heart. Tai just burst into the loudest peal of laughter I had ever heard. He was laughing so hard he fell over and started crying. I glared at him. I didn’t understand what was so hilarious about me being tired. After five or so minutes he managed to compose himself and, once he wiped the tears out of his eyes, he told me why, “Sorry, sorry about that. That was just such a Matt thing to do, and trying to pull it over on the person that know him best is hilarious. Now, you’re going to come and eat some dinner. We’re going to need everyone at his or her peak right now and you not eating definitely doesn’t put you at your peak.”

I went to protest, but thought better of it. Taichi definitely had a point. I sighed and started walking and he whooped and grabbed me, dragging me to the happiness that was the campfire.

A/n: Sorry this took so long to get up, but this chapter has been reaming me (which is also why its so short) I’m not really a big fan of it, but what do you think?
