Daisuke: But he likes it when I tease him.
PM: Heh-heh again.
" Daisuke… " Ken purred before catching the boy's lips with his own, ensnaring the boy deeper into a harmless spell of love and passion.
" What? " He answered and felt himself arching into the other's soft teasing touch. Nervous chocolate eyes darted over to his closed door as he bit back a moan that almost escaped as Ken's exploring hands found their way under his shirt and brushed gently up his chest.
" I want you to come with me, " Ken replied, undoing each button of the boy's shirt and dropped the garnet aside. Daisuke felt the same warmth pool in his insides as Ken ran his eyes over the boy's half nude form. Violet eyes darkened with emotions the boy never thought would be directed towards him. To say he wasn't nervous about some fey arriving out of nowhere with the intentions of seducing him and Daisuke starting to like it would be lying. But perhaps he was getting ahead of himself. Jumping into the arms of any creature showing him emotions of love and need and desire he had longed for without giving any thoughts of what would happen tomorrow? Or if this was real?
Ken saw the storm of conflicting emotions in the boy's eyes and smiled dearly at him.
" Daisuke, my ruby, you are doubting yourself too much again. Were you that starved of love that you doubt any giving to you at last? " Ken asked.
Daisuke nodded and lowered his head. He drew closer into Ken's warm arms, who was happy that the boy was growing to trust him even if he didn't know it, " I'm afraid this'll vanish at any moment. "
" Then I'll just have to love you until you no longer need to question, " Ken smiled warmly before lowering his head to kiss a path along the boy's neck.
" What did you say before? " Daisuke asked, a gasp catching in Ken's ear at the feelings the fey was inducing from his body. He shuddered a little as Ken traced two determined fingertips down the spin of his back and along his waist to his front where they found the button of his fly.
" I want you to come with me to my world where you'll be much happier, darling, " Ken whispered, tugging gently at the binding. He glanced up at Daisuke, his eyes asking silent permission to continue.
" I don't know. I don't know if I could give up my life here. It may suck, but this is where I was born, " Daisuke replied. True, his life may suck now, but there was always a chance for it to get better, right? If he went with Ken, wouldn't that be taking the easy way out? If he went with Ken, he would never know.
" Please think about it, Daisuke. I want to give you so much, everything you deserve. I know you'll be happy with me. All I ask is for you to think about it, " Ken said.
" Alright, " Daisuke replied and pulled Ken into a kiss. If he decided that he wouldn't go, at least he would have tonight.
Sway leaped off of her master's bed and into the open closet to curl up for her nightly rest and leave her boy to make up his mind. Whatever he chose, she knew that the unearthly being known as Ken would honor it.
" Mmm… Daisuke… " Ken again purred as he lowered the boy onto his bed. His lovely, untouched, needing boy.
' How does he do it? ' Daisuke thought, arching into his lover's touch, particular liking how Ken raked his teeth and lips down his neck and across a nipple, ' Make my name sound like it's the most important word he knows? '
' Because you are so very important to me, Daisuke, ' Ken answered, reading the boy's thoughts, ' Tonight I'm going to tap into that hidden part of your, that suppressed song in your soul of emotions and passion, and make you sing. '
And sing Daisuke did. All nightlong.

" Daisuke! Daisuke? Daisuke!! "
" Wha-? "
The burgundy haired boy blinked from his thoughts and looked up to see Kari peering at him, as if he was a bug in a bell jar who should be grateful he was given even a second of her time. Daisuke felt a scowl spread across his face at the girl who had once damaged his heart without any knowledge or care that she had done so. What did she want with him now? Why couldn't she leave him alone? Didn't she already have TK to satisfy her needs as it was or did she need another to string along to assure her of her value as a woman?
' I really don't understand her at all, ' Daisuke thought, ' Never trust someone who looks like an angel, but acts like a devil. '
The brown sugar haired girl sat besides the boy on the stonewall on the school grounds as others around them ate lunch in groups or ran about in athletic activities of the youth. Daisuke himself had hardly eating any of his lunch and had sat alone on the playground thinking over what Ken had said to him last night. Offered more or less.
" I was wondering what you were apparently thinking so deeply about. It's not like you at all, " Kari smiled.
' Like you, of all people, would know what I think, ' Daisuke thought bitterly, ' You have no idea of what it's like to have everyone shun you, your family hate you, for only a cat to care about you, to want to run away so you don't have to deal with your problems, to want to die, to kill yourself, to reach out to anyone…. Just anyone who would care. Would you care, then, Kari? Or would you only pretend to care? You're good at pretending. Is there any part of you that's real? Are you as nice as you seem to be, as caring, sweet, and pure and any guy who would be lucky enough to be in your good graces, as you seem to be? Or are you just a dream? An idea romanced by boys who don't know any better the first time they meet you? Is there more to you, Kari, then just the surface? Does TK know? Does anyone know? Would you let me know? '
" Daisuke! "
Again, the red head's name was called out to draw the boy's attention for the caller's very own. Daisuke knew that beautiful, wondrous voice that when its owner spoke his name; it made his own name sound like something great poets and romancers should demand to give notice to. The indigo haired fey beauty known as Ken appeared out of what seemed like nowhere wearing mortal clothing of a plain and unnoticeable gray school uniform. But even the uniform couldn't bring harm to the magical beings' beauty. At least that's what Daisuke thought.
" Ken, what are you doing here?! " The burgundy haired boy asked.
" You gave me permission to be here, Daisuke. "
" But I never said… "
" Ah, but you don't need to say anything, love, " Ken smiled with an impish smile, " Your soul did the speaking. Besides, I'm here to protect what's mine. I couldn't allow you to open up to anyone, but me and certainly not her. I'm the only one who can truly understand you. "
" You say that like you're so sure, Ken, but… " Daisuke was cut off as Ken placed a gentle, loving kiss to the boy's lips.
" Hmmm… Still so sweet, my Daisuke, " Ken purred, delighted in the boy's blush of unspoken passion. Quiet he was now, but soon Ken would have Daisuke not only speak of passion, but sing great concerts of passion and release his pent up self that he kept hidden away from the world, say a small cat.
" Excuse me!? " Kari gapped, " But do you have any idea of just what and where you are?! "
" Pfff! Do you think I need or desire what beings like you think? " Ken replied. He looked back at the boy whom he loved very much, " Have you given any thought to what I offered last night? "
" I was thinking about that before she came along, " Daisuke admitted with a nod of his head towards Kari direction. After his heartbreak, the burgundy haired boy hated to say her name. It left a bitter taste in his mouth.
" Never did have much use for females. Say my mother and she's a gem. By the way, she's dying to meet you, Daisuke, " Ken smiled.
"Excuse me, but could you not talk like I'm not here? " Kari demanded. The light haired girl didn't like this Ken. He didn't feel like he belonged here. And certainly not groping a boy, least of all her Daisuke, in public. She had gotten very tired of TK shortly. He was so straight forward and to the point. She knew pretty much everything about him. But Daisuke, ah, Daisuke was a mystery. At one point you could be so sure of who he was and he'd turn around and surprise you with something new. His mood swings, the mysteriousness of his eyes, the way he held himself as if for protection, and his good looks. All were very alluring to Kari who was always looking for something new in someone to surprise her.
And Ken knew this. At one time she might have been the one for Daisuke to open up to, but now she would only suck him dry, taking what she needed and leave an empty shell. If she got her hooks into Daisuke now in an effort to make the boy revile his true self, he would only get worse.
Daisuke smiled up at Ken and the fey boy knew any chances of Kari snatching up the boy had shattered like tainted glass as he replied, " Sure, I'd love to meet her. "
" Wonderful, my love, my ruby, mine, " Ken said, kissing the tops of the boy's bronzed hands. By now more of Daisuke's schoolmates had noticed the on goings between the two boys and were pointing it out. Soon, it really wouldn't matter.
" But can I bring Sway? " Daisuke asked. He wouldn't go without her. She may be just a cat, but Sway was one of the few most important to Daisuke.
Ken smiled and picked up the red head's backpack. With a bit of fey magic, Ken reached through dimensions and brought her out. Sway blinked her eyes, a little confused at the sudden trip as she was placed into her boy's arms.
" Of course, " the indigo haired being replied, " I'm sure she'll find this journey rather amusing. "
" But how can we get to your home without a portal? " Daisuke asked. Kari stood there, forgotten and stupefied by all.
Ken winked, still ever a trickster and pulled Daisuke over to a tree. He placed a hand on the trunk; it sunk in and pulled it out again. " With my mother's help. She's a tree fey. "
" So you must be a water fey then, " Daisuke stated. Ken nodded and pushed Daisuke ahead of him into the tree, but held onto his hand. The boy looked back, " What about you? "
" I'll be right behind you. I just have to erase everyone's memories of our departure, "Ken replied.
" Daisuke, don't go! " Kari cried, " You can't! "
" Oh? Why can't I? Because you don't want me to? What do I have to stay here for? " Daisuke replied coldly and stepped determinedly into the portal. Ken chuckled at his lover, cold to the last at those who had spit him.
The last thing Kari saw before the blinding light that washed away her memory was the dark leering look of victory spread over Ken's fair face.

When Daisuke woke up, he was laying on a field of grass with a clear blue-sky overhead. Sway's tail tickled his nose and the boy brushed her away. Ken's smiling face peered down at him before planting a kiss on the boy's lips. " Welcome home. "
"I feel home, " Daisuke smiled back. Sway yawned and curled up by her boy's side to take a nap.
End.
