The Love That Bind

Chapter 4

Next morning….

Saria got her backpack on "Hold on Saria where are you going?" Tai asked her. She looked at her dad, then to her mom who rolled her eyes. "To school dad why?" she asked. "I want you to stay home today and help your mother with the twins. I'm going over to the school." He replied.

"But…" she was about to say something when Tai interrupted her. "No buts…miss." He replied. "Tai…are you serious thinking of going?" Sora asked him. "Yes, I don't give up easy on this Sora….. So I'm going to sit in class I called the principle he said it was fine." Tai replied.

"Dad don't your going to embarrass me." Saria said sighing. "Your Dad isn't going to sit in class he's going to talk to the principal right Tai?" Sora said strongly to him.

"Okay I'm going to go…so Saria remember help your mother." Tai told her She nodded and Tai left.

"Thank you so much Mrs. Kamiya." Matt told Tai's mom. "Yeh I really appreciate this." Mimi smiled and gave Anna a hug. "Oh it was no problem Tai doesn't live here anymore and Kari is going to move out soon and this house is going to be so empty." She replied.

"Mom…you know me and Tai both love you." Kari replied as she came down the stairs. "Of course you two do." She replied… "Come breakfast is getting cold." She ushered all three to the table. "You didn't have too Mrs. Kamiya." Mimi replied. "It's all right I haven't cooked for anyone in a long time. Oh and call me Anna please."

They ate quietly at the table when Saria suddenly came into the house. "GRANDMA!" she cried…. she was crying herself. Anna, Kari, Matt and Mimi jumped up suddenly. "Saria what wrong what are you doing home?" she asked but Saria ignored the question. "Maiko's crying a lot and mommy doesn't know what wrong! She wants you to come over." She cried.

They all rushed over to Sora's and Tai's home…. when they got there Sora was patting Maiko on the back softly. There wasn't any more crying. "Sora…what wrong?" Anna asked. "She was crying so loud…it scared me." Sora replied. Anna took Maiko out of Sora arms and repeated what Sora had been doing…Sora hugged Kari, she Kari patted her back, softly. "Shhh…" she whispered. Sora looked from Kari's shoulder and saw Mimi and Matt watching smypathicly.

"Sora where's Tai?" Matt asked confused. "He's settling a point with the school." She replied. "What for? He should be here for you not going to Saria's school."

Sora let go of Kari she sighed. "It's a long story…" she told them. Saria picked it up from there. "Dad said that he was going to sue the school. If my teacher thinks she can treat me like the way she has been treating me. And Dad is at school talking to the principal." She replied.

Tai walked into the classroom casually took a sit at the back of the class. Mrs. Hilory walked in and saw him. "Tai what are you doing here!" she yelled at him. "I have came to observe the class. Oh and you'll introduce me to the class as Mr. Kamiya not Tai and I want you to call me that also" Tai told her.

The bell rung and the class came into the room, each of the kids eyed Tai weirdly…Davis waved at him, as did Mina. "Good Morning class…we got a visitor, this is Mr. Kamiya, some of the kids gasped. "Hi Mr. Kamiya." They all replied.

"He is just going to observe us for the day." She replied. "Okay today's agenda is..."

Mia leaned over to Mina.. "Is that Saria's dad?" she asked Mina nodded. "Yeah…that's him." She said.

'Uh oh…not good' Mia thought.

After a while of listening to the lesson, Tai got up. "OH wait, Mr. Kamiya Where you going?" one of the girls asked him. "I'm leaving, so thank you for having me." Tai said he exited through the door only to come face to face with a poster.

"Saria Kamiya's parents have had sex since grade 8." He whispered to himself.

There was a photocopied picture of him and Sora. His face paled…

Then he slammed the door shut, ripping off the poster from the wall. There were tons of them lining the hall. "I can't believe it! This trash…." He trailed off and marched down to the principal's office.

"Okay where the hell is he!" Tai shouted at the secretary. "Sir clam down!" she told him sternly. "You know what tell me when he comes, I'm phone my wife." He told her he walked out of the school and took his cell phone.

Sora sighed she, Mimi, Kari and Saria were sitting down on the couch talking quietly as to not to wake the twins up. "That's because… Dad is to paranoid." She replied. Sora smiled at her daughter. "Oh…well this is a big deal…that teacher shouldn't treat you like that Saria." Kari said to her.

"I know." She replied. "But he probably embarrassed me at school."

"He would…" Mimi was interrupted by the phone, as it soft ring echoed in the house. "Excuse me." Sora got up and went to get the phone she looked on the callers Id.

"It's Tai." She told the girls. She picked it up. "Hi, honey." She answered. "Sora! This is disgusting!" he yelled, everyone in the quite room could her him yelling. Sora held the receiver from her ear. "Tai what wrong now…" she trailed off. "I'm so pissed off right now, and when I find the kids who did this stupid poster…. oh…boy…there's parents are going to graval at my door begging for forgiveness." He was really angry and Sora could tell, but she didn't know what it was about.

"Tai…. clam down and tell me what happened. Okay." She said. He sighed and in a more normal tone said, "The class went well, no problems to report…but it's when I decided to leave. Opened the door of the class room then right in front of me was the most sickest…. trick if it was one." He said.

"Tai? What was it?" she asked. "A poster…. it says and I quote: Saria Kamiya's parents have had sex since grade 8. There's also the stupid picture of us …….kissing and from the looks of it we were heading in the direction of making love too…You know I'll fine who ever is responsible for this." He replied, Sora's eyes widened as he told this to her. "That's disgusting Tai…do something about it…I want the parents of who ever kid did that and I want them charged with invasion of privacy." She told him.

"I like the way you think." He told her. Tai watched as Mr. Fiugyama came into the school building. "I'll talk to you later okay. Love you." He said.

"Love you too." She replied and closed the phone.

Sora looked at Saria then to Kari. "Um…Kari can you take Saria to the mall and you can buy her anything she wants. In fact make it day out with TK." She replied. "Okay well sure." Kari replied confused. Saria stood up. "Okay I so I'll see you both later then." Sora said.

"Okay sure Mom but Dad's going to get mad that I didn't stay here." Saria asked. "He won't your mommy will handle him well." Kari replied, Sora ushered them to the door. "See you both later, Bye." She waved at them.

Closing the door she turned to Mimi. "You know what happened?" Sora asked Mimi she shook her head. "Some kids some how found a picture of me and Tai…kissing." She replied. "And the posted them all over the school." She looked stressed.

"What harm can it do? It's just a picture." Mimi told her. "It's not just a picture…Tai said that it was really heated, picture." She replied she walked around and paced.

There was a knocked. Sora still paced back and forth angrily. "I'll get it okay Sora." Mimi opened the door Matt was standing the ushered him in. "Kari told me something was wrong." He whispered to her, she only took a deep breath in raising her eyebrows at him. "Oh…I take it something did go wrong." He said. She shook her head. "Sora what happened?" he asked.

"Oh my god Matt, Tai phoned he told me about a picture that was posted on a poster in the school that had us on it kissing and said that we were having sex since we were in grade 8! Which is not true!" she cried angrily. "I'm so glad that Tai didn't let Saria go school today, we haven't told her about this yet." She whispered.

Matt and Mimi just watched her.

Tai put the pile of posters on the principal's desk. "Now tell me this….do you care that some like this happened?" he asked. "Of course I do Mr. Kamiya but this is not the time I have to go place and papers to fill out." He told him.

"Fine if you play it that way yeah…I'm sick of this school…and I won't send Saria to school this year." He replied. "You can't deprive her like that. She's part of a class Mr. Kamiya and we want her to succeed." The principal told him.

Tai laughed. "Oh bull…don't you give me that….I want you to find those kids and give me the phone numbers of there houses now!" He demanded.

"I will do that Mr. Kamiya." He said… "But you can't go and phone the and say you're going to sue them for their child's actions." The principal said.

"Okay that's just fine…I will probably take you to court instead." Tai replied he turned around and walked out of the office.

Brittany parked her car just she looked out the window…. She saw the nameplate of the house which read "The Kamiya's 3601".

"This must be it…" Brittany said out loud she noticed the gate to the house was closed…and there was security guards standing next to the gate. "And I won't be able to get through like this…time for next plan." She replied, she started the car and left.

TK pulled up into the driveway security stopped him he opened his window up. "Can we see Id Sir." The officer said.

TK took out his wallet and showed them his id. "Takeru Takaishi…. you can go through." He said the officers opened the gates for him.

TK parked his vehicle and got out… 'Odd what's going on' he thought as he walked up to the door knocking. Kari answered it. "Oh hi. TK." She kissed him he walked in looking confused Kari closed the door. "Is something wrong?" she asked. "Yeah…what's with the security all the sudden? Is there something that happened that someone forgot to mention to me. " he questioned.

"Then Matt didn't tell you did he." She asked him. "No I haven't talked to him in a while." He said to her. "Well they moved out of their house and are living here for a while. Because Brittany escaped and that's the reason for all the security at the gate." She told him. "But anyways are you ready to go shopping?" she asked.

"WHAT! How come I'm the last to know this?" he questioned a little angry… "Ask you're brother after... Saria! Uncle TK is here were going now. So hurry." She called. Saria came running over to them.. "All ready." Saria told them. "Okay come on lets go." Kari said and she ushered everyone out the door.

As they did TK had to jump out of the way cause Tai came tearing up the drive pretty fast, he parked it to where his house was. "Was that Tai?" TK asked. "Yeah that's my dad." Saria said. "Oh come on we don't want to be here at the moment." Kari replied as she hurried Saria into the car and pushed TK to the driver's side. "Let's go to the mall." Kari said sounding a bit nervous. TK turned on the car and started to backing up. Out of the driveway.

Tai opened the door and saw Sora, Mimi and Matt. "What are you two doing here?" he questioned. "We were taking care of Sora for a while if that was okay to do." Mimi told him. Tai sighed he dropped the papers he had in his hands onto the coffee table; he sat next to his wife and ran a hand through his hair. Mimi and Matt each picked up the poster and read it Sora looked at one also.

"My god…10 year olds are doing this?" Mimi asked. "I don't know…but it's really disgusting." Tai said with hint of anger in his voice. "Where did they get these?" Matt asked.

"I don't know Matt…That's what I want to know!" Tai shouted. Sora put her index finger to her lips. "Tai quite remember we got twins…that are sleeping a the moment." She told him.

"I'm sorry." He whispered. "That's all right…. just clam down honey." She told him, rubbing his back. "This is too stressful…can you put those posters expect for one in the fireplace." Tai asked Matt, "Yeah man." He did as Tai asked him to do.

"There you are Miss…your name is Madison Lakefield now…" the lady at the desk said to her. Brittany smiled. "Thank you." She replied then left the place.

She left to her hide out.

Brittany dried her hair with a towel she took the towel off of her head placed it down on the sink. She laughed as she looked at her new hair colour.

"Red suits me fine I think." She stared at her reflection in the mirror. "Time for the finishing touches." She looked in her bag she had that was on the floor and pulled out a small box. Which read: Coloured Contacts. Then took them out of the box she read the instructions carefully before she put them on.

After she finished she again looked at herself in the mirror… she smiled she cleared her throat before… "Good Bye Brittany Coners…hello Madison Lakefield." She said in a different voice. Then laughed.

Late afternoon….

"I have enough Anna I quit!" the maid exclaimed angry she threw her apron down and marched out of the house. "Oh wait! Elena!" Anna stopped in her tracks… "Oh great there goes another maid." Anna said.

Kari, TK and Saria came through the front door. "Aunt Kari you didn't have to buy me this." Saria replied. "Oh course I followed your mothers advice besides she told me to do so." Kari replied. "Yeah Kari." TK replied. Saria ran into the living room of her Grand mothers home.

"Oh hi you two…how was the day out?" Anna asked. "Fine Anna…but I have to talk to my brother do you know where he is?" TK asked her. "Oh yeah he's at Tai's place right now." She replied. "Okay thanks you." TK said as he exited through the back room.

"Grandma looks what Aunt Kari bought me." Saria showed her grand mother the Harry Potter book. "That's great dear…are you going to stay here?" she asked her. Saria nodded. "Okay that's fine." Anna said. Kari looked at her mother-troubled expression. "What wrong mom?" she asked. "Oh…Elena quit." She replied.

"She did? Why?" Kari asked. "I don't know but I got to call the agency again." She said.

TK knocked on the door Tai opened it. "Oh TK hi…sorry about earlier today." He said. "Yeah no problem…just next time be careful when you drive up the driveway at 80 m/h. Anyways where's my brother?" he asked. "Oh he's feeding Li a bottle of milk. But don't remind him that it's breast milk cause then he'll chicken out." Tai said. TK came inside he saw his brother holding the small boy in his arms.

"Ah…isn't that cute…it kind of makes you think you want a kid right Matt?" TK questioned his brother…who wasn't really paying attention to him and nodded and smiled. "Yeah I guess." He replied.

Sora smiled at Mimi and pulled her aside. "See he like enjoying holding Li…he'd want kids." Sora whispered to Mimi. "You thing so?" she questioned. "Yeah…what are you girls taking about?" Tai asked as he sneaked into there conversation. Mimi got annoyed at him and pushed Tai away.

"Hey Mimi that was rude." Tai said to her. "I don't care Tai you shouldn't try to listen in on our conversations." She replied. "Right okay I'll go over here." He said going to sit at the Island in the kitchen.

TK came over to the girls. "Um can I have some explanation as to why I wasn't informed about Brittany's escape from the asylum?" TK asked annoyed. "Oh TK…I'm sorry we left you out." Mimi said to him. He shrugged "Yeah it's okay I'm only a brother in-law right." He said. "TK that was rude don't talk to her like that." Sora scolded him. "I'm sorry but what ever happened to letting family know?" he questioned. "Matt found out yesterday…that's all." Mimi told him.

"Who cares I'm supposed to know this stuff too." TK cried out. "TK would be quite already…. I'm sorry I didn't tell but stop ragging on about it." Matt told him. "I'll show you who's the on ragging on!" TK started to raise his voice. "TK!" Sora cried. "What's the matter both of you…I don't want any fights in here."

"Sorry Sora." Matt apologized. "Yeah I'm sorry Sora." TK apologized as well.

"Hello this is Mrs. Anna Kamiya I'm calling cause I need another maid is there one available?" she asked. "Could you hold on one movement Mrs. Kamiya." The receptionist asked. "Yes." She replied.

"Put you on hold?" Kari asked. She nodded "Okay Mrs. Kamiya we've been on a recent shortage and your just in luck cause there is a new maid." She said. "Oh really okay what's her name?" she questioned. "Her name is Madison Lakefield."

Sora and Tai came in to the house with the twins followed by Mimi, Matt and TK. "Hi Mom, Dad." Sari said to her parents. "Hi sweetie." They both replied.

"Okay that's great can you have her here by tonight?…………Okay…thank you bye." Anna said to her. They hung up the phone. "Mom who was that?" Tai asked as he helped Sora take the kids out of their carrier. "Elena quit." She said. "Really she's been her since Tai and I got married hasn't she?" Sora asked surprised. "Yeah…she just comes up to me and tells me she's had enough and throws her apron on the ground." She said.

"Talk about being rude." Tai said. "Tai…man she quit what did you expect her to do nicely fold it and give back the apron to your mother." Matt asked sarcastically. "Don't say anything more that would want me to pound you at the moment." Tai said. "Hey, hey…lets not be hasty." Sora replied she went into the living room, holding Maiko she sat down. "Here Sora." Anna took Maiko from her and she sat down.

"Thank you Anna." She said to her. "No problem I want to hold my grand daughter for a while." She said. Sora got up and walked to where Saria is. "Hi honey what are you reading?" Sora asked. "Harry Potter…Aunt Kari bought it for me." She said, Sora smiled and patted her on her head. Tai came up to his wife, and they hugged. "Hey Saria…good book?" Tai asked his daughter was totally engrossed in the book she only nodded at him.

"I guess it's true kids really like that. Book." Matt said, they laughed. "I heard that." Saria said.

Tai whispered something to Sora she smiled at him. "Bad boy. You know that I have not been given the go ahead to be able to have sex yet." She whispered in his ear. "How about a make out session see how long we can kiss for?" Tai asked her…"Fair enough you know the rules Tai, no skin to skin contact. But there is groping and grabbing allowed and no trying to take clothing off." She told him. He nodded. "Yes I remember the rules. I'm not that dumb." He said. The two slipped away silently.

Mimi held Li. "What a darling look…doesn't he looked like Sora?" she asked. "I can't tell." Matt said to her. "What do you mean he dose look like Sora see her hair…." TK asked him he looked around but no sign of Sora and Tai. "Okay but his hair is the colour of Sora's hair." He said.

"Right TK…." Matt said trailing off.

"What room?" Sora asked Tai picked one room. "This one." He opened it and locked the door behind him and Sora. "Okay bring it on Tai." She said to him, "Right Mrs. Kamiya come here." He said he pushed his wife on to the bed she gasped. "Oh aggressive are we." She questioned. The pushed his lips against hers Sora pulled him closer to her body. Sora wrapped her arms around his neck. She moaned as Tai began to lick her neck.

"Okay......wait.." she said she pulled away from him. Tai had her straddled on the bed looked down at her. "What?" he asked. "Now I remember why I don't like this." she told him, Tai got off of her and helped her up. "Oh...yeah...I remember why you don't like it." he replied.

"I can wait for....the clearance." Tai told her. "Okay honey I trust you too wait." she said, they smiled and kissed softly.

*ding-dong……ding-dong*

"Kari get the door for me honey." Anna said she got up with the baby in her arms. "Okay mom." Kari replied she went to the door TK followed her.

She opened the door a lady stood there. "Oh are you the new maid?" Kari asked, TK watched the woman and waited for an answer from her. "Yeah I am…Madison Lakefield at your services." She said smiling.
