Ashley saw her first Digimon is when Myotismon was just destroyed and she, Rain, and their babysitter, Michael witnessed the Digital World in New York, where Ashley's family just moved. Few years later, Ashley was strangely offered by her parents to move to her Uncle Morty Katrinka's apartment. She took up the offer. During one of the days, Ashley and Rain gets their Digivices, but both of them did not know that either of them got their own Digivices. A few days later, Ashley moved to Japan and lives where T.K., Cody, Yolei is and later, Crystal and joined by Rain. Ashley secretly likes Davis and hates it when Kari was forced to get his attention and when Davis acts like a jerk.
