Chapter 1: They Meet

(A year and a half after the defeat of Malomyotismon)

(Knock Knock)

(Daisuke Motomiya heard a loud knock at his door at 8:00 am in the mouring on a Saturday)

Davis: "Who the hell could this be this early in the mouring." (Knock Knock) "I'm coming damn hold on a minute."(he dragged homself out of bed and opened the door)

???: "Hello, are you Daisuke Motomiya"

Davis: "Who are you?"

???: "I'm a scout from the World Soccer Camp Foundation, my name is Jason Zumi. Are

you parents home."

Davis: "No their on a business trip."

Zumi: "Well I wanted to know if you wanted to join us in this years summer camp in America. We have seen you play and we believe you have alot of potential." (Davis was suprised and exceited to hear, he couldn't turn this oppurtunity down.)

Davis: "I would love to."

Zumi: "Geat. Here."(he handed Davis his card) "Tell your parents to give me a call" (Davis took the card)

Davis: "I sure will."

(Davis put the card on the kitchen counter and went back to sleep when he got back up around 12:00 pm with only one thing on his mind 'gotta tell Kari' he got out of bed again and took a shower, got dressed, and left for her house leaving a note to tell Jun were he went.)

(Davis knocked on the Kamiya's door and Tai answered)

Tai: "Hey Davis come in."

Davis: "Hey Tai. Is Kari home."

Tai: "Yeah she's in her room with......"(He didn't get to finish cuz' Davis darted off to Kari's room.)

(Davis was so exceited that he forgot to tell Tai about the camp and to exceited that he forgot to knock on Kari's door and busted right in.)

Davis: "Hey Kari guess wha.......(Davis stood in shock at what he had seen. Kari and T.K. Kissing they stopped when they heard Davis and looked at him. He almost had tears in his eyes.)

Kari: Davis I was gonna......(She was cut off)

Davis: "Save it"(And he left without saying another word.)

Kari: "Davis wait!" (She yelled)

T.K.: "Let him go."

Kari: "But T.K. I should have told him we were dating."

T.K.: "For what. It's really none of his business."

Kari: "T.K. how could say that. You know Davis likes me and it would hurt him to see me with someone else."

T.K.: "Then why did you want to keep it secret"

Kari: "Because I wanted to find the right way to tell him."

T.K.: "Well its to late for that, he already knows so lets forget about it"

Kari: "No T.K. I have to apologize to him."

T.K.: "Fine then I out of here."

Kari: "Then go!" (She yelled, and with that he left)

Davis: 'How could she do that to me.' (Davis thought running home) 'She was suppose to mine, well I guess I might as well forget about her now, shes with T.K., I have to move on.' (Davis walked the rest of the way home when he got there he called Ken but the answering machine picked up so he decide to leave a message.)

Davis: "Hey Ken its Davis, look I got accepted to a summer soccer camp in America which starts at the end of the week when school lets out for summer break. Don't tell anyone I just thought I'd let you know cuz I half to let my best friend know were I'm at so see ya when I see ya." (Davis hung up the phone and went to his room)

(The rest of the week Davis avoided Kari and T.K. Every time he saw her he would just turn the other way no matter how loud she yelled his name. Davis was about to get on the bus that took the soccer camp players to the airport, he had already said his goodbye's to his family, then Ken came.)

Ken: "Davis!"

Davis: "Hey Ken Wassup"

Ken: "Hi Davis. Why don't you want me to tell anyone were you are at? This is not because of Kari and T.K. is it?

Davis: "Not really, as long as she is happy with T.K. then I'm happy for her. And I'm happy that she is happy"

Ken: "Okay.........So when you coming back"

Davis: "At the beging of next sumester. I'm going to Odaiba High"

Ken: "Really, me too."

Davis: "Well see ya there" (Davis got on the bus waving to Ken when he got on the bus he notice that there was only one seat left next to a...girl? In fact there were many girls on that bus. Clearly it was a camp for boys and girls. He went and sat next to the girl. She was very beautiful with black hair just past her shoulders, she had nice skin complextion about the same as his, and even though she was sitting down he could tell she was about Kari's height.)

???: "Hi my name is Destiny, whtas yours?"(She extended her hand to him and he took it.)

Davis: "Daisuke, but you can call me Davis"

Destiny: "Okay." (There was a short silence then the bus started.) So what school are you from"

Davis: "Odaiba Elementry West and you."

Destiny: "Odaiba Elementry East."

Davis: "Hey did you know someone named Ken."

Destiny: "The boy genius who wouldn't"

(They talked the whole way to the airport, even on the plane, about school and movies and it turns out Destiny was going to Odaiba High next semester also. It was a over night trip and Destiny fell asleep with her head on Davis sholder. Davis was still up and he couldn't help but notice how cute she look when she was sleep and that the whole time he was with her he never even once thought about Kari. He also started to develope fellings for Destiny and then Davis thought.....)

Davis: 'This is going to be the greatest summer ever'
