Part 2: "Comin' To The Rescue!"

Matt walked through the darkness. He had nowhere to go. He looked around the endless terrain of darkness. As Matt continued to walk, he heard screaming coming from the direction of his walking. He dashed off to where the sound was coming from. When he heard the scream becoming louder, the darkness soon came to be a fiery dungeon. A huge fire was in the middle of the room, as what looked like a huge opague tubes along the side of the dungeon. As he looked around, the screaming became louder as cries of help echoed throuout the dungeon. He ran out of the dungeon and into the next corridor. The room was what looked like a huge torture room. The walls, however, didn't have any torture equipment. In the middle of the room, it had a huge glass tube connected to the roof. It had what looked like a blue gel-like liquid in it. Matt walked closer to the tube, and spotted a figure inside of it.
"Tai!" Matt called out.
The figure inside the tube was Tai. He looked at the blonde with a painful, grimaced face.
"M-Matt. Hel-Help me. He's hurting me." Tai mummbled out as he floated weakly at the side of the tube, and put his hands on the tube.
Matt looked at the boy. He was completely shocked. Even from the transparent look of Tai's soul, he looked extremely weak.
"Is this just a dream? It can't be real...." Matt whispered.
Tai looked at him sadly. "No. this isn't a dream Matt. I'm, I'm giving you this vision." He groaned out. "P-Please help me."
"Is the liquid hurting you Tai?"
Tai nodded in agreement. "T-The liquid is absorbing my 'Master of Courage' power. Soon, I will be no more. You...You must hurry." Tai pleaded.
Matt ran to the tube, banging on it. "How? I don't know how to help you!"
"Revive-Crest Of Courage." And with those words, the scene slowly plunged into darkness. "I'm counting on you guys. And promise you won't tell the others about this......"
"Tai! No! Please tell me how to revive the Crest Of Courage! Tai!"
No reply was given as his vision plunged into complete darkness and back to reality.

"Matt. Matt! C'mon wake up." a voice echoed through Matt's mind.
Matt groaned out as he opened his eyes slowly. He shot up and looked around the forest. The sun wasn't up and the sound of the wind was heard.
"What is it, Joe?" he yawned out as his eyes came to focus.
"We are leaving. C'mon." Joe replied as he helped his sleepy friend to his feet.
"Ok. We have forty hours left. Let's hurry. The sooner we get there, the more time we have to save Tai." Izzy suggested.
"Well if we need to hurry, Biyomon digivolve." Sora told her digimon.
Biyomon looked up at the girl. "Why Sora?"
"Since we don't have alot of time, we some transportation."
"Oh I see."
Izzy looked at Tentomon. "You better digivolve too, Tento."
"Biyomon digivolve to....Birdramon!"
"Tentomon digivolve to....Kabutarimon!"
Matt closed his eyes remembering of the vision that Tai gave him. His eyes opened to look down at Gabumon. "You better digivolve too."
"Ok, Matt. Gabumon digivolve to....Garurumon!"
Izzy, Mimi, and Palmon went on Kabutarimon, Sora, Kari, Gatomon, and Agumon were on Birdramon, and Matt, T.K., Joe, and Gomamon with Patamon in Joe's backpack went on Garurumon.
"Alright! Off to Myotismon's castle!" Sora hollered.
With no hesitation, the three digimon were off at top speed to the castle.
"Hey, Matt? Do you think that Tai will be ok?" T.K. asked as he held on to his brother.
Matt looked down. He couldn't tell his brother about Tai. Tai told him not to tell the others about it, and also, he was a little kid and he didn't want him to worry.
"He will be ok T.K. Don't worry. We will save Tai and bring him back to life. I promise you." Matt yelled over the wind to his brother.
Matt didn't see his brother's face, but he knew that T.K.'s face had a smile on it.
"Faster Garurumon! Faster!" T.K. cheered. He wasn't worried anymore, since Matt gave him a promise. He just now wanted to enjoy the ride while it lasted, before they had to battle Myotismon and to save Tai.
Matt looked up in the sky. 'Tai, just hang on. We're coming to save you. Nothing will stop us in saving you. I promised T.K."

Tai was feeling the intense pain. Even though he was just a soul, the absorbtion was painful. He closed his eyes as he suffered. He then heard tapping on the glass tube. As he opened his eyes to see who it was, he saw the vampire digimon, licking his lips.
"Let me go...Myotismon.." Tai groaned out. He could barely talk now without getting himself into more pain.
"As soon as the absorbtion is complete. But then, you will be in me. What a pity. When I look at you sufferng, it makes want to keep you like this just to watch you suffer the pain and torture that you are recieving. HA!" he laughed out as he put his hand to the tube.
His hand was in a black glow as he closed his eyes. Tai looked at this and knew what was coming. Soon, Myotismon heard screaming coming from the inside of the tube.
Tai was screaming in pain by Myotismon's attack on him. After the digimon's hand was retreated from the tube, Tai went unconcious, unable to stand the attack.
"Ha! Your screaming makes my mouth water. It's sooo delicious to watch as I make you no more and to get the power I was destined to have! HAAHAAHAA!" he laughed out evily as he gave one last look at the soul of the leader of the digidestined and left the torture room in a pleased manner.
