Chapter 1: Battle of the Dog

Inuyasha struggled to get up as he was in terrible pain before Gohan showed up. He was still dumbfounded by what that young man did however but he saw that his brother was paying too much attention to the new arrival. As he tried to stand up he was planning inside his head how he could sneak up on his brother. But as he tried to gather the strength to charge Sesshoumaru regained his composure and looked at his brother.

"Inuyasha, it seems I have found an opponent more worth my time than you, you piece of half human filth," stated Sesshoumaru calmly and coldly. He took his stolen Tetsuiga and pointed it at Gohan.

"And you human have made a grave mistake," he told the young Saiyan in the same frigid personality, although his ribs were still tender from the punch. Gohan just smirked and disappeared from view.

'Hmm maybe he decided to flee after all,' thought the arrogant full demon as he turned around only to discover his opponent right in his face.

"Not quite, Fluffy boy," Gohan cooly said. The dog demon tried to strike him down with his sword but it was not to be as he was blocked by the two finger technique again and threw the sword near Inuyasha. Then he broke a few more ribs with another punch.

The dog demon winced slightly and fell to one knee clutching his ribs in pain again. He wasn't screaming, but the pain was there on his ribs.

'It hurts to breathe,' Sesshoumaru thought in his mind as he clutched his abdomen. Gohan was not done however as he kicked Sesshoumaru in the head and sent him through a few trees in the forest. He then went behind a speeding Sesshoumaru and grabbed his arm. Gohan powered up his chi slightly and with a mighty push of that energy took his opponent into the air. The feel of the speed of flight was hitting there skin as he took an injured Sesshoumaru higher and higher. He stopped in midair and spun him around diagonally. Faster and faster they went as the centrifugal force of the spin went higher and higher making the dog demon at least a little dizzy. As Gohan went faster and faster the arm he was holding, the human arm used for Tetsuiga, was weakning it's hold on his body as he was feeling the effects of himself being spun around. In the next second or two the dog demon's hand was just torn away from him as he began to spiral straight to the ground with immense force. The sound could be heard for miles as he was smashed onto the earth creating a huge crater.

The demi-saiyan descended downward looking at Sesshoumaru's contorted body. His robe was tattered and had tears all over it not to mention dust and smoke as he layed there in incredible hurt all over his body.

"F-finish me now, human," he calmly asked under the extreme pain he was in, "it was destiny that I was to die here."

But as he asked this a small girl tried to climb down the crater.

"Don't kill Sesshoumaru-sama!!," screamed the little blacked haired girl trying to climb down. She looked like she was going to fall and the considering that the crater was about 100 feet down....it wouldn't have been a good idea.

Gohan immediately flew up and picked up the small girl. He went down into the crater and considering Sesshoumaru's unfamiliar position....he wouldn't attack. After he touched down and put down the little girl she ran to Sesshoumaru with tears.

"Why did that monster hurt you Lord Sesshoumaru-sama," she cried as she looked at him.

The non demon of the combatants couldn't help but be taken aback. She called him a monster. That was a fear from childhood, that he would be called that name because of his abilities.

"R-Rin.....I-I told you to stay in the village," he shakingly reprimanded to her.

"I know Jaken-chan....but I couldn't stay I had to know how you were and," she said before Gohan tapped her on the shoulder.

"Here give this to him," he said to the little girl as he dropped a bean on her hand.

"What is it?," she asked.

"Rin.....just give it to him," he replied with a serious look. Rin just walked over to Sesshoumaru's head and dropped the senzu bean in his mouth. The full demon instinctively chewed the bean and swallowed.After a few minutes...

He sprang up to his feet.

"Gohan you have proven to be a worthy adversary....we will meet again," Sesshoumaru coldly said as he took Rin on his back and jumps out of the hole.

'Hmm....that's gratitude for ya...oh well,' thought Gohan as he floated out of the hole.

Inuyasha just stood in disbelief as he watched the two get out of the hole and go there separate ways. Then all of the sudden two adult full blooded saiyans appeared behind him.

"You two....how did you get there," he snarled as he brought up Tetsuiga to the ready.

"Don't be alarmed I just wanted to know how my son was doing," Goku replied in a non angry voice.

"So that guy that just floated out of the hole is your son I take it?" Inuyasha asked to Goku.

Just then Gohan appeared in front of the three of them.

"Hey are you alright?," he asked as he reached out to the half demon. The demon however just jerked his arm back and looked at him angrily..as if to say that his pride was hurt when he was able to handle his brother so easily.

'Hmm.....that one is kinda like me....too bad he's so weak,' Vegeta thought as he watched the prideful display from Inuyasha.

Miroku walked over to Kagome's side and tapped her on the shoulder. He love the smell of her fragrance as he admired it in his little hentai heart.

"So why did you blush when the stranger ask you how you were doing?," Miroku teasingly asked.

"Now you know I don't fall for strange men out of the blue!!!" she screamed at the monk.

"Nah....you just admired his physique, are you becoming a little female perv Kagome, you can tell me," he smiled as he looked at her," but you could just be with me and have my child."

"Miroku I wouldn't have your child if you were the last man on Earth," she snubbed with her nose in the air as she walked away.

'You'd rather have Inuyasha's pup then....hmm I'm not surprised,' thought Miroku along with when he will have a woman in the next town they go into.

Kagome walked away from Miroku and started towards Inuyasha while Gohan walked away from the scene. Gohan smelled Kagomes fragrance as he walked away from the scene then...

Both of them bump into each other.

"I'm sorry sir..." she said as she stood there not looking at him.

"It was my fault really," reasoned Gohan to her. Kagome looked at him a little then...

"My names Higuarshi Kagome," she introuduced to him.

"And I'm Son Gohan," he introduced to her.

Kagome had a spark in her brain when she heard that name. You see well....both Gohan and Kagome were pen pals when they were a few years younger.

"Gohan....I still have every letter you wrote me in those two years," Kagome said to him.

'Letter....wait she was my pen pal that gave me letters many times.....the whole thing was mom's idea but I thought I would never meet her,' thought Gohan as he pondered the situation.

Inuyasha looked at the scene between those two and snarled.

'So she's not your girlfriend, just let her talk to Mr.Porcupine/Bastard over there,' thought the half demon as he looked at the scene.

Goku couldn't help but feel bad for him. His pride was hurt and now the girl he was protecting was talking to another guy.

Meanwhile Shippo and the two childern were talking to each other.

"So you lost your parents...that's sad," frowned Goten as he walked with the other two.

"Oh Goten it's ok.....I kinda have a new family now," smiled Shippo, "but I would like to get those that killed them."\

"Well Shippo......wanna play a prank?" asked Trunks to him.

Shippo and the two demi-saiyans talked to each other on the mischief they might cause.

Gohan and Kagome continued there conversation.

"Hey Kagome, how did it feel at first to be trapped in another time?" he asked her.

"It's not too bad...there are no pizza parlors or anything here...but I have friends that help me cope," smiled Kagome.

Just then a girl appeared in front of them. She had her black hair in a ponytail and mostly black form fitting armor with a giant boomerang.

"Why do you have her with you demon!!" demanded Sango, thinking that the male talking to her was a demon. Kagome stood inbetween the two.

" He's not a demon, he's the pen pal I told you about," she politely said to Sango.

"Thank you Kagome-san, but he beat Sesshoumaru like he was nothing but a novice, he must be a demon!!!" she shouted at the two of them.

'Great, a feudal version of Videl,' thought Gohan as he looked at Sango drawing her boomerang back.

"Sango....do you feel any demon energy on him?" the young girl asked.

The demon hunter thought to herself as she looked at the two. She concentrated on him and searched over all of his body trying to find any signs of demon power.

" I can't find any demon energy on you," she simply stated as she walked toward him, "but he does have some handsome qualities to him."

Kagome didn't know what to think. Sango at first was wanting to attack her and now she says how handsome he is. She just couldn't figure her demon hunter friend out.

'He is no demon....but there is something different about this one....what it is I don't know...but there just is' thought Sango to herself, curious about the newly introduced male she talked to.

Meanwhile Inuyasha watched as the two female and one male tandem walk toward them.

"Hey Inuyasha, I would like for you to meet my old pen pal I told you about.....Gohan," she smiled as she showed the demi demon the young saiyan.

"Nice to meet you Inuyasha," he genuinely said as he bowed politely.

"I don't need to talk to you!!," he yelled in his face.

Kagome didn't like it that her new friend was so rudely. So....

"Sit!!" she shouted causing Inuyasha to slam herself onto the ground. Goku and the others laughed as he looked like an ass with his face in the dirt.

"I'm sorry Gohan, he isn't the best with people....but he won't be so rude once you get to know him," she said as she glared at him.

The people walk out with the Z fighters on there travels.

'I will be a great demon...then tell me about these 'fighters' Inuyasha ambitiously thought.
