Chapter 4: Sayain showdown: Goku V.S. Brolly

 

 

 

 

Brolly had made his way over to the Tornado 2 and was choking the life out of Tails. “Let him go!” Cream cried, but no avail. The giant villain continued to strangle Tails. “Cheese, attack!” Cream commanded.

 

 

The small blue chao salutes before charging into Brolly dead on. Everyone was shocked that Cheese was able to cause Brolly to lose his balance. Tails had finally gotten lose and struck a kick to Brolly's skull.

 

“Is that the best you can do?!” Brolly asked, in his evil in-human voice.

 

 

The hulking giant raised, his fist high, preparing to squash the little kit into nothing that is, before he received a swift kick to the gut, doubling him over in pain and causing everyone to look into the direction of Brolly's attacker.

 

 

“Long time no see, Brolly!”

 

Brolly looked over at his attacker, “KAKARROT!!” he yelled. The savior frowned, “I told you, my name is Goku!” Tails looks in the direction of the one called Goku and sees a young, muscular, purple haired boy beside him, with a sword on his back.

 

 

“Trunks get the little animal people to capsule corp.” Goku commanded, Trunks nods while safely guiding the plane to capsule corp.

 

 

After they're out of sight Goku turns his head back to Brolly. “How about we even the odds a little, huh?”

 

Goku fists his hands, causing a golden-like chi to surround him. His hair turns from black to golden-blonde and sticks up. His eyes transform from black to blue, and his muscles increase in size, completing his transformation. Then that weird rock music starts to play. (Ya know, like they have the music in all the DBZ movies, played by bands that no one's ever heard of.)

 

 

Goku and Brolly charge, fist raised. Goku swings, but Brolly counters by dodging the fist and head butting Goku in his head. Goku quickly recovers and sends a swift kick to his opponent's chest, flinging him back a bit.

 

Goku and Brolly start assaulting each other at mach speed, matching one another, blow for blow.

 

 

The two jump apart and charge again, Goku stops in the middle of his dash and back flip kicks Brolly in the chin, which the giant takes to problem, Brolly uppercuts Goku in the chin, flinging him upwards. The behemoth disappears and reappears behind Goku and slams both of his fists into Goku's back, Knocking him downwards.

 

 

Goku retaliates by grabbing his knees and somersaulting through the air and regaining his balance before touching the water.

 

 

Thinking quickly, Goku cups his hands down to his side and creating a small blue orb of energy within them. “Ka….” The small orb starts to grow and gain more power. “Me…” Goku's energy level begins to rise as he forces more power into his orb of energy. “Haaa….” A red aura begins to surround Goku and pour more energy into it, causing it to grow. “Mee….” Brolly throws one of his death orbs at Goku. Goku teleports out of the way just before the green orb connected and reappears right in front of Brolly. “HAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!” He releases all of the energy right into Brolly's face and temporarily blinding him so Goku could make a quick escape.

Shadow finally dug himself out from under all the rubble he was under. Rubbing his neck, he pulled out a chaos emerald from his quills. The emerald glows as Shadow's wounds start to heal.

 

“That's better.”

 

 

Shadow looks up in the sky and sees the Tornado 2 being escorted by a boy. Without another word, Shadow follows them.

Vegeta had just awoken from his nap he had taken, and was fully refreshed. “Nice dream…” he mumbled.

 

(Vegeta's dream)

 

 

Vegeta is seen pirouetting in space with two stars in the background, and some weird music playing.

 

Music: Peanut butter jelly time! Peanut butter jelly time! Peanut butter jel-ly! Peanut butter jel-ly!

 

(Back to reality)

 

“Wait a minute, that dream was terrible!”

 

 

Outside, Rouge was just parking the Tornado 2 in the hangar, just as Trunks instructed. “Who are you?” Sonic asked, “Name's Trunks, nice to meet you! C'mon, it's time to go meet my mom, and tell everyone that Brolly's back!” Trunks said, leading them all outside and into the front door.

 

 

“Mom, I'm home! I've got BAD news!”

 

 

A couple minutes later, a blue haired woman, which looked like she was in her 30's walked into the room.

 

“What is it honey?” she asked.

 

 

The woman got a good glance at the furries and smiles. “Oh, another one of those animal people just came here just a few minutes ago.”

 

Bulma points over to the far side of the room. Everyone looks and notices Shadow leaning against the wall, with his arms folded and his eyes closed.

 

“Shadow?! How'd you get here?!” Sonic asked.

 

Shadow doesn't respond, instead he shows everyone the chaos emerald he has.

 

“So, Brolly's back, eh?” Bulma asked.

 

“Yeah, he and Goku are fighting out in the ocean right now.” Trunks replied. Bulma takes a look at the furries, who all look uncomfortable, well, except Shadow.

 

“Oh I'm sorry. Why don't you tell us all your names.” Bulma said, smiling.

 

“Okay, I'm Sonic, Sonic the hedgehog.”

 

“Hi! I'm Amy Rose, nice to meet you!”

 

“Hey, name's Knuckles the echidna.”

 

“Hi, I'm Miles “Tails” Prower, but you can call me Tails!”

 

“Hello, I'm Cream the rabbit, pleased to meet you!”

 

“Hey. I'm Rouge the bat, the greatest jewel thief alive.”

 

All eyes in the room turn to Shadow. “My name's Shadow the hedgehog: The ultimate lifeform. And don't you forget it!”

 

Tails gets a good look at Bulma. “Hey, I know you, you're Bulma briefs: the scientific genius!” he said “I've seen you on TV a couple of times.” Tails said, Bulma smiles. “Yeah, thanks!”

 

“Oh, Bulma?”

 

“Yes, Tails?”

 

“Do you mind if I show you my plane?”

 

“Of course not Tails!”

 

The two of them leave the living room to go into the hangar, while Trunks turns on the TV. “In other news, The Earth's hero, Goku is just returning from the ocean, apparently exhausted.” The reporter said, watching Goku land right in front of him.

 

“You've got to get out of here!”
