APOCALYPSE KNIGHTS

CHAPTURE 3

While walking out of the building Zach and Zarduk are given a city wide applause. Zach introduces Zarduk to Lance and invites him to their house for a victory dinner. Before getting out of the city, an old man stands right in front of their car making them stop. The old man has an oak cane and a long white beard with no other hair on his body and sunglasses.

Lance: hey old man get off the road!

Roshi: my name is Roshi, Master Roshi

Zach: I don't care who you are get off the road.

Roshi: you fight well.

Lance: thanks now will you please get off the road.

Roshi: not until you fight me.

Lance flips out of the car onto the ground already in his fighting stance. The old man kicks his cane at Lance, Lance moves out of the way of the cane but gets kicked in the chest by Roshi sending him into the ground. Lance gets back to his feet now angry. Lance runs at the old man and tries to kicks him in the head but he stops the attack with one hand and throws Lance across the street into a light pole. Zach now gets out of the car with relative calmness. He tosses his jacket back into the car so he is just in a tank top and his fighting pants. Zach runs at the man and tries to upper cut him but before the move is finished Roshi knocks him back into his car with a strike with his palm. Now Lance, Zach, and Zarduk all stand before Roshi and begin to attack him as fast as they can but all their attacks are misses. Roshi jumps into the air and hits them all with a powerful spin kick.

Roshi: I believe I just won.

Lance: how is this strong, none of the people I fought before.

Zach: he can't be human.

Roshi: actually I am all human not saiyan or namekain.

Zarduk: humans aren't supposed to be born strong like saiyans or nameks.

Roshi: who said anything about being born strong?

Lance: no way.

Roshi: my reason for stopping you is because we might be in trouble and I need people stronger than me to fight.

Zarduk: what kind of trouble.

Roshi: worldly.

Lance: so we get to train as your students and we'll become as strong as you?

Roshi: no I want you to be stronger than me.

Zach: we have a gravity chamber we don't need your help.

Roshi fires a light blue beam into the sky. The others all look completely astonished.

Roshi: I would also teach you to do that and much more.

Lance: count me in then that would be an automatic win at a tournament.

Roshi: you could incinerate some one with enough power.

Zach: I'm in too.

Zarduk: yeah me too!

Roshi jumps into Zach's car and so do the others and drive in the direction of Lance and Zach's houses. Upon reaching their homes they both just put a note on their door that said they were training with a new master and would be gone for a long while. Zarduk simply called his mother. Training would begin as soon as they reached the Kame House.
