Chapter 2- rise and shine!

As the two sayans were arguing at the tops of their voices they were both oblivious to the two girls until Bulma yawned tiredly and weakly. Both sayans immediately stopped fighting and turned to face her and chi chi. Chi Chi was still sound asleep and Goku walked up to her slowly and started poking her. She stirred and muttered something like

"Just another 2 minutes Goku!!!!..." then she was back asleep.

Bulma had realised her surroundings were different by this time, but she didn't seem to care that much!

"Wow! Who are you? She asked vegeta, her eyes big and round.

"Vegeta, and your Bulma?" he said although he already knew the answer

"yeah, did goku tell you?" Bulma said blushing

"Yup" he replied smiling.

"Hey what happened to our ship?" Chi Chi said getting up eventually and resting her head on Goku's shoulder.

"It got blown up Chi, can't you remember? Goku said looking uneasy about Bulma and Vegeta's flirting, with each other.

"Blown up!!!" both girls said at the same time.

"Can't you remember?" Goku repeated the question again to both girls and still didn't get an answer.

"All the maps and equipment was on that ship…" Chi Chi said sadly

"my makeup and clothes worse still it had about 5 of my platinum cards on! And my cell phones! What do we do?" bulma screamed getting major frantic.

"Well for starters your on a ship now! And once we get to Freeza I'm just going to have to hide you somewhere probably my room and we're going to have to have a plan ." Vegeta said taking control.

"Excuse me m.r cute guy but why should I take orders from you!" Bulma said angrily pointing a finger at Vegeta, her seriousness didn't last long though and she started cracking up laughing.

"What's she doing?" Vegeta said confused.

"She's trying to impress you in her own little way, but she's not really one to take orders from anyone" Goku warned his fellow sayan.

"We'll see about that!" Vegeta said smiling a little. Bulma's plan had worked, it had impressed him that she stood up to him she was one of the only people that had in his life with the exceptions of Freeza, Zarbon, Goku, Nappa, and Radditz.

*About 10 minutes later…*

"So this is it then? Freeza's base! Pretty big isn't it?" Bulma said impressively.

"Yeah and look at al those windows and doors" Goku said awed. Vegeta didn't see what they saw in it there was nothing that he hadn't seen before as he was forced to be Freeza's slave for his past life well a slave but not exactly an obedient one!

"Well we better ditch this piece of shit here now and walk the rest of the way because I have a feeling that Freeza's noticed it's gone." Vegeta said grabbing his transmitter as he exited the now taped up door.

"Wow! That's one hell of a dent..." he muttered as he passed the dent the other ship made when he made contact with it.

"Geez vegeta I hope that they've got a decent insurance for this thing!" Bulma said running up to Vegeta. Goku was helping Chi Chi out of the door as she couldn't walk very well on one of her legs because as she was running around she some how twisted it. Then he decided that it would be much quicker if he just flew with her so he picked her up and powered up after Vegeta and Bulma.

"Gokkkuuuu!" chi chi screamed she still had not gotten used to her boyfriends quick outbursts of power when he was flying.

"That's the really funny thing!" vegeta said peeing himself with laughter.

"What is?" Bulma said confused.

"Because Zarbon only got it yesterday he never got the chance to actually get insurance for it!" Vegeta couldn't even breath he was laughing so much.

"Hey you guys don't run so fast!" Chi Chi said as Goku put her down.

Bulma was laughing now at this point as well and Vegeta told them what he had just told Bulma.

"What's insurance?" Goku said confused as Chi Chi had to explain to him what insurance was, by the time he guessed it Bulma and Vegeta had both stopped laughing anyway.

"We'd better keep real quiet because Freeza isn't going to be in a good mood as it is!" Vegeta said quietly, but before he could finish his sentence a strong hand got him from behind and pinned him to the wall.

"Nappa!!!" Vegeta said unbelievingly as Nappa put him down

"Prince Vegeta what have you done now! Is it true that you took master zarbon's ship?" Nappa asked worriedly.

"Yes it's true! And what does that have to do with you" he asked brushing himself down.

Then Bulma, Goku and Chi Chi appeared from behind one of the nearby walls.

"Leave Vegeta alone or I'll blast your head off!" Bulma said deafeningly.

Nappa simply laughed at this and vegeta shook his head in shame.

"Your powerlevel miss its 2! Ha ha ha ha you expect you to beat me! That's the funniest thing I've heard all day!" Nappa laughed out loud to all the others.

"Don't laugh at me you great big muscle head" Bulma said as she lunged forward and kicked Nappa right between the legs (ouch for all you guys out there) he screamed in pain and collapsed on the floor crying and holding himself. Bulma simply laughed and stepped on him.

"Never judge a girl by her looks!" she said flirting with vegeta yet again.

"Quickly before he gets up runnnn!" Vegeta said running madly and picking Bulma up on the way.

"Wow this is soooo cool!" Bulma said flinging her arms around his neck and cuddling up to him, Vegeta was blushing like mad but still running as fast as he could through the small space from where Nappa was still screaming in pain, and the entrance door.

Goku followed Vegeta and picked Chi Chi up again whilst giving her knowing glances she whispered in his ear.

"Goku, if Bulma wants to be with Vegeta then let her, she's old enough to know what she wants and I mean look at vegeta he's just as in love with her as she is him." She said firmly.

"Yeah your right it's just why do they have to rush everything I mean they've only just met each other about an hour ago the most and their flying with each other in their arms for goodness sake that's took us about a year to gain enough confidence to do that and we've only just started snogging each other. I bet they'll be doing that tonight if this keeps up!" he said sounding upset.

"Goku Son are you complaining!" Chi Chi said getting angry.

"No!!" goku said quickly not wanting to anger Chi Chi anymore than she already was.

"so this is it then?" Bulma said after being put down by Vegeta, but Vegeta had disappeared into the corner and was going to a vending machine so Bulma followed curiously as Vegeta slid his card into the slot on the front and pressed a variety of buttons.

"Do you want anything he offered?"

"I don't mind!" she said politely.

"You know you don't have to be polite. I mean I'm not and I don't exactly pay for it because it's on Freeza's tab so you might as well ring up a nice big bill for him" vegeta laughed evilly as he picked up all the food he made the vending machine gave him from the slot bit at the bottom.

"Well why not!" she gave in as she pressed lots of buttons at the same time. She then picked up all her candy and potato chips as she chucked them all into the pile that Vegeta had already formed. He had moved onto the soda machine.

"Did you get the card out" Bulma then slid the card into the soda machine.

He did the same and out came loads of bottles of soda and cans of root beer and all the other drinks you can imagine (non alcoholic though)

"Hey I think I've got a bag!" Bulma said as she pulled out a capsule and threw it down. Vegeta looked on in awe as a bag had formed.

"That is so cool!" he said as they both loaded all the junk food and drinks into the backpack until they could fit no more in. vegeta put the backpack on his back it weighed quite a bit at this point and then he moved onto the last machine.

"What is this one?" Bulma asked confused as it didn't have any labels on it.

Oh this it just tells you how much of a bill you ringed up today let me see Vegeta said as he put in a code."

"Why do you have to put in that code then? Or is it because you're hacking into something?" Bulma said looking on to Vegeta's fast moving hands he obviously had done this a lot.

"You guessed it! And Freeza doesn't have the slightest clue that it's me!" he said laughing as a total popped up and spoke in a robot voice.

"You have totalled $987.76 cents. (We know it should be in zeni but we don't know that currency so bear with us please)

"Where the hecks have the other two got to?" Vegeta asked Bulma as he took the card out and put it in the pocket of his suit.

"Probably got lost knowing them two" she said laughing a little mini vegeta laugh.

"Or not…" he said turning around as he saw the couple leaning against the wall and kissing passionately.

"Whoops I think we've interrupted a bit of a bad moment" Bulma said as she saw them. That was until Nappa came running after them. Goku and Chi Chi parted really quickly but then noticed vegeta and Bulma staring at them. They both blushed as they started running again.

"Go girl" Bulma winked to Chi Chi who just blushed as they followed Vegeta.

He darted through several halls and down each hall turned a different way until he reached a room with gold platters on the door and posters of some fizzy drinks and girls. The numbers read room 127.

"Sorry about the mess" Vegeta said as he opened up the door and revealed a very untidy room. Clothes were littered about everywhere along with discarded c.d's and potato chip bags, candy wrappers, mc Donald's, burger king, pizza hut every type of fast food restaurant wrapper probably known.

"And I thought my room was untidy!" Goku said.

As soon as Chi Chi saw the mess she had the strong urge to pick up all the litter and clean. Bulma was used to living amongst all the rubbish as her bedroom back on earth wasn't much better and as her parents were never home she was never forced to clean it so it stayed that way and she guessed that was the same with Vegeta only him being a sayan couldn't possibly have helped.

Vegeta flopped down on a couch and turned on a very large widescreen TV that was built into the wall. Then he removed the bag and chucked it on the floor.

"Have you seen a portable phone anywhere it's blue and got loads of stickers on it you cant miss it" Vegeta asked.

"What this one?" said Bulma picking it up off the top of the TV that now showed about seven men flying after a hovering ball and beating the crap out of each other.

"Yeah! Cheers, I'd better quickly give Radditz a call and tell him what happened and who you guys are, we don't really want a replay of Nappa do we? He said laughing.

Chi Chi sighed deeply and ran her hand over her injured ankle. Goku was to absorbed into the TV to notice the pain she was in,

"Hey Vegeta what is this it's a great sport!?" he said enthusiastically.

"Air-ball" Vegeta replied quickly as he returned to his conversation with Radditz.

"hey Vegeta, is that my bro on the phone???" Goku quizzed Vegeta with curiosity.

"No I'm just talking to another sayan called radditz! What do you think idiot!" he said getting annoyed at Goku's stupid questions.

"So I'll be over in a little while then" Vegeta said as he pressed the end call button and prayed that Freeza did not overhear his conversation.

"When can I go see Radditz?" Goku said over eagerly to Vegeta

"we'll be going to his room in a about five minutes" vegeta replied quickly as he brushed past Bulma into the kitchen.

"Anyone hungry?" he offered to the girls and Goku.

"Wow you bet I forgot how starving I was" said Goku getting up quickly.

"Yeah I guess I'm a little peckish" said Bulma sliding off the arm of the couch.

"no thanks, I think I'll pass unless you've got a paracetamol or anything to stop this leg it's killing me!" Chi Chi said trying to squeeze a grin out.

"Does your leg still hurt?" Goku said peering out from behind the door of the extra large refrigerator.

"Mmmm" Chi chi mumbled massaging it.

Goku walked past Vegeta and Bulma and plopped down on the sofa next to Chi Chi.

"Do you think you need to go to a Dr's?" Goku asked looking a little worried.

Then Vegeta and Bulma entered with about 200 sub sized sandwiches. Goku immediately forgot about Chi Chi's foot when he saw the sandwiches then the cans of soda next to them and after that the peanuts and the potato chips.

"It's like some sort of nice dream…" he mumbled eying up the food.

"Well don't just sit their lets eat!" said Vegeta picking up an extra large sandwich and biting into it.

Within about three minutes all the sandwiches had gone completely not any crumbs left so had all the potato chips and peanuts.

"I'm stuffed!" Goku said rolling onto his belly and over all the clothes that were lying on Vegeta's still untidy floor.

"hey we'd better be getting a move on we're supposed to be at Radditz' in two minutes" Vegeta said getting up and brushing the crumbs off him.

"Man that was one nice sandwich!" Bulma said licking her lips and finishing off her soda.

"Where does the rubbish go?" she asked Vegeta. Vegeta then replied by taking the can off her and chucking it out of the half open window.

"Hey isn't that classed as littering?" she said smiling to him.

"Only if I get caught" he said smugly as he walked past her and turned off the TV.

Goku was already eagerly waiting at the door.

"Come on Chi" Bulma urged, pulling Chi Chi up as she went.

"Bulma don't! My foot remember!" she said screaming at the confused look on Bulma's face.

"Damn does that still hurt?" Bulma said in an apologetic voice.

"Yeah I think I might have to go to a Dr or something I can hardly move it now!" Chi Chi said wincing at the pain when she tried to move her foot demonstrating to Bulma how it felt.

"Vegeta... do you think maybe we can see someone about Chi's leg pleassseee…" Bulma pleaded to Vegeta who was trying to ignore her eyes as he knew if he looked into them he wouldn't be able to give in. It failed as he looked into her beautiful eyes.

"Wow your eyes are the same colour as mine coincidence or what?" he said dreamily.

"Ohhhh sweet!" Bulma cooed. "Well can we if not chi might not even be able to walk at all on it tomorrow please…."

"Yeah sure I'll just give Radditz a ring and tell we'll be late." Vegeta said still looking at Bulma's eyes as he picked up the phone and pressed recall.

*10 minutes later*

"Thanks Vegeta!" chi chi thanked him for the hundredth time as she was called up on the speaker.

"Do you want me to come with you?" goku asked.

Chi chi looked at Bulma and Vegeta then to Goku; I think you ought to don't you it looks like these two want some time on their own… catch the drift" she said cheekily grabbing Goku and limping into the room she was called into.

"Thanks for being so cool Vegeta" Bulma said her glistening blue eyes looking into his. He couldn't tear his eyes away from hers.

`She's so beautiful like some angel or something? What do I do? Should I kiss her I think that's what she's expecting but even if she's not I want to anyway! Boy she's one hot chick! The fittest I've ever seen before!' vegeta thought licking his lips lightly as he moved closer and closer to Bulma.

`is this it is he finally going to kiss me? Is my breath ok? What if he's only doing it because he can tell that's what I want? What if I do it wrong? What the hell! I'm just a beginner, Yamcha was always sneaking off with other girls and I'd never want to kiss something that ugly! I want to do it and that's it! Wow he's the fittest strongest guy I've ever seen! I love him!' Bulma thought getting closer and closer to him. Then their lips met in a long passionate kiss, both were excited and getting what they wanted. The kiss lasted for about ten minutes until Chi Chi and Goku emerged from the door. Goku looked at Chi Chi and muttered.

"See I told you!"

"They are so in love with each other" Chi Chi said dreamily thinking about her and Goku's first kiss.

The whole kiss stopped once Vegeta and Bulma noticed there two friends had arrived back, they parted and Vegeta kept looking at her eyes. He wanted more her lips had been so soft and delicate. Bulma felt exactly the same way both knowing that it was not going to be the first and last time they were going to kiss.

"So what did they say?" Bulma said managing to take her eyes off Vegeta and his body. Vegeta directed his attention to Goku who was smirking at him and trying to imitate him and Bulma kissing. Vegeta just kept on blushing, and looked down at the ground.

"hey don't worry I was just teasing! Me and Chi Chi do it all the time, now you know what I felt like earlier!" Goku laughed hitting Vegeta playfully on the shoulder.

"Yeah I guess your right! I'm not the only one who got caught making out". Vegeta said feeling better and a lot less shamed.

"So you've just sprained it" Bulma said as Chi Chi put her plastered ankle away.

"Yeah that's one worry out the window, at least it's not broken" Chi Chi said sighing with relief.

"So are you two now officially going out?" Goku said smiling but he said it a little to loudly as he was only supposed to say it to Vegeta.

Vegeta looked over to Bulma who smiled to him and was awaiting his answer

`Please be yes…' she thought earnestly.

"Yeah you bet! She's mine and nobodies taking her away!" he said smiling and grabbing Bulma by the waist she screamed with glee and kissed him once more on the lips.

"My prince!" Bulma said whispering into his ear and laying on his hard muscely chest.

"We'd better be getting to radditz' can you fly?" Vegeta asked hugging Bulma close to him and rubbing her back comfortably.

"Yeah but you'll have to lead the way," said Goku picking Chi Chi up gently and carrying her the same way Vegeta was carrying Bulma.

*4 minutes later*

"Hey Vegeta who you got there!?" Radditz said grinning madly at Vegeta in a teasing way.

"What does it look like idiot? A girl, her names Bulma and"

"She's your girlfriend" Radditz said finishing off Vegeta's sentence for him.

"Yeah!" vegeta said laughing as he laid the sleeping Bulma onto radditz' couch.

"You must be… Kakorot!, hey little bro! don't tell me you've got someone to is everybody hooked up but me at the moment?" said radditz grinning sheepishly.

"yup!" Goku said.

"oh yeah and Radditz you can call me Goku its easier for me to remember" goku said stupidly.

"Riiiggggghhht!" said radditz taking a long time for it to sink in.

"Wow Radditz your rooms a tip like Vegeta's!" Goku said plopping Chi Chi down on the other couch next to the one Bulma was sleeping on, she was asleep to you see.

"Wow they must be space lacked or something" Goku said watching the two girls sleep peacefully. (Space lacked is supposed to be like jet lacked in this story alright)

"Vegeta! Did you know that Freeza's looking for you, he demands to know why there's a ship stuck outside his office in the way of a spacecraft launch spot with your finger prints on" radditz said warning vegeta.

"SHIT!" vegeta said trying to keep his voice down.

"And he wants an explanation now, I'd go see him if you just want to get beaten the shit out of instead of getting executed!" Radditz said quickly and quietly.

Bulma stirred and rolled over she awoke when she felt a thud and found she was lying on a very untidy floor, and then the kiss came back into her mind, and how real it had been.

"Vegeta where are you going?" she said as she got up to her feet, and faced her boyfriend.

"Listen bulma ok. I knew this would happen. I've got to go see Freeza he wants to speak to me about taking the ship and everything I promise I'll be back within an hour stay in here please.." he pleaded looking into her eyes.

"He's going to beat you isn't he?" she said looking down tears rolling into her eyes and down her face.

"Probably, yeah… but that's nothing new, even if he doesn't I'm sure Nappa will try…" he said trying to hide the fear in his voice.

"I'm coming to!" she said suddenly stubbornly.

"No I think it's best if you stay here..." he said still not looking up

"Well I don't care if that's what's best I'm coming whether you like it or not!" she said stubbornly. Vegeta then looked up into her tear stricken eyes and gave in a smile forming on his face.

"we are so alike" he said taking her arm and wrapping his arms around her hips. Then Bulma felt a slight tickling down the spine of her back and she started to laugh.

"What are you doing?" she said laughing madly as they walked through a hall.

"What do you think..? Do you like it?" he said tickling her some more.

"Ohhh it's your tail!" Bulma said in between her laughs. Vegeta then stopped and pulled her closer and they once again kissed long and passionately.

After about ten more minutes they stopped and pulled away.

"Wow Vegeta has anybody ever told you how much of a good kisser you are?" she asked as he started to stroke her hair as they carried on walking own the hall after there little disruption. Then they reached Freeza's main office.

"Ahhhh Vegeta! I've been expecting you and it looks like you've bought a little friend along as well… and a female at that tell me she's not your girlfriend is she?" the malicious tyrant said in its perverted voice.

"Could you leave her out of this lord Freeza sir, it is none of her business she knows nothing she just wanted to escort me here to ensure of my safety" Vegeta said making eye contact with Bulma. She could tell from the sarcasm in Vegeta's voice that he didn't mean a word of what he just said but she couldn't help but grin.

"Tell me vegeta…" freeza said licking his lips "Is she a good kisser?"

"It's none of your business Freeza" Vegeta said with his hands on his hips. Freeza just laughed off this comment.

"Anyway back to the reason why I summoned you here… what do you know about this ship? That appeared in front of my office a few hours ago… Zarbon's stolen ship actually…" The lizard said smiling smugly as he chucked a tabloid to Vegeta that read on the front page: MISSING HAVE YOU SEEN IT? And on the inside SIGHTINGS HAVE BEEN SEEN OF THE YOUNG PRINCE WITH TWO YOUNG WOMEN AND A MYSTERIOUS TEENAGE BOY HAVE YOU SEEN THEM? Then there were pictures of Vegeta mooning a security camera before he took the ship and the ship returning and Bulma, Chi Chi, Goku and vegeta exiting the ship.

"I've been caught haven't I?" Vegeta said smirking

"It's not funny!!!!" freeza said powering up quickly and effortlessly punching Vegeta into the wall and into space.

"Vegggeeetttta!" are you all right Bulma said screaming as she ran through the hole and into space, she ran up to Vegeta's weak body and quickly picked it up and cuddled him.

"Thanks for coming" he said weakly as he managed to stand up then Freeza's shadow cast over them

"Please leave him alone!" Bulma said protectively standing in front of Vegeta.

"oh how sweet, well that weak monkey is lucky I'm in a good mood today," Freeza said as he gave Vegeta a final kick which winded him and made him fall weakly to the ground again.

"Oh yes and Vegeta one more thing I will allow for these friends of yours to stay under one condition. The boy will serve with you and the females will be there to clean up yours and Radditz' rooms. Don't push your luck little one..." he warned Bulma as he walked away back to the ship.

"Hey lets get you back to your room. I hope you know the way because I don't!" Bulma said trying to laugh.

"Thanks again Bulma" vegeta said weakly as he leaned on Bulma back to his room.

*An hour later*

"Just lay down in bed Vegeta" Bulma said pulling the covers up over him.

"Would you be able to give Radditz a ring and tell him I'm alive" Vegeta said smiling.

"Sure babes" Bulma said as she kissed him on the cheek and returned back with the phone she dialled recall and waited for Radditz to answer. After about 4 rings he picked up.

"Hello" Radditz' voice sounded slightly annoyed

"Oh hi its Bulma here!, I'm, just calling to say that I've got Vegeta here and he is alive so don't worry!" said Bulma looking down at her already sleeping boyfriend she stroked his hair gently as she talked to Radditz.

"So are Goku and Chi Chi sleeping at yours or Vegeta's? She asked."

"Here I think would be best anyway because I've got a spare room and a bed but I know that Vegeta's only got one room so where your going to sleep I don't know". His voice answered.

"I'll just snuggle up to Vegeta probably" she said grinning "he took quite a hit… the moment we got in I couldn't even attend to his cuts he had already practically fallen asleep the moment he hit the bed so I'll just have to do them tomorrow" she said eying up the small cut on Vegeta's cheek. She gently wiped it so the blood had all gone and then gently kissed it as if to make it better.

"I'd better be going and making the sleeping arrangements" Radditz said quickly.

"Ok cya later" Bulma replied.

"See you tomorrow I'll give you a ring about 10 to see how he is" Radditz said just before he hanged up the phone, and left the two alone.

"I don't ever want to go back home to Earth, I want to stay here with you forever my sweet prince." Bulma said giving him one more kiss goodnight as she pulled the covers up over herself and him and snuggled up closer.

Meanwhile….

Goku was lying on a blow-up mattress on the floor whilst Chi Chi was in bed.

"Hey Chi,"

"Yeah Goku! I'm trying to sleep here can't you see!" she said getting slightly annoyed at Goku's constant questions.

"Do you think that your cousin is still alive?" he said suddenly.

"I I don't know…" she said sounding unsure.

"Hey don't cry!" Goku said getting up and cuddling her.

"Thanks, Goku"

"No problem, at least we're not on Earth I'd be just finishing my training about now…" Goku said quickly changing the subject.

"Yeah and I'd be finishing all the cleaning" she said angrily.

"I'm glad that we left that stupid planet behind!" goku said dreamily.

"I was sick of my dad beating me up for stuff I didn't do," Chi Chi said.

"I think Bulma's happy out here anyway are you?" she asked Goku

"Yup! I finally got to meet my long lost bro and there's another sayan for me to fight with, then we can both get strong and beat that bastard Freeza.

"That's nice Goku" said Chi Chi drifting off to sleep.

Goku then slipped back into his bed and went to sleep as well.

Radditz was then going to bed at the same time he had just turned off the TV when his transmitter started bleeping it was Nappa.

"Hey what's up Nappa," he said sleepily.

"Where is the prince, I heard that Freeza beat him again, when will that little shit learn?" nappa said angrily.

"He's asleep! At his place, along with his little girlfriend" Radditz said in a high pitched voice laughing.

"WHATTT!" Napppa said getting angry again.

"He's 16!" he kept on repeating to Radditz.

"Yeah but you can tell they both actually have feelings for each other which is more than my ex girlfriends go." Radditz said grimacing at his own past.

"It isn't that blue haired bitch that kicked me in the balls is it!?"

"Yeah that would be the one! Tell me all about it!" Radditz teased.

"Shut up! Well it's the prince's choice… if that's what he wants there is nothing I can do" Nappa said just suddenly giving in.

"I'll speak to you tomorrow anyway!" radditz said to Nappa.

"Yeah goodbye" Nappa called.

"Hey Nappa!"

"WHAT!!!"

Radditz then turned off his and made his way into his bed and fell asleep as soon as his head hit the pillow.
