"What are you all dreamy eyed about?" asked Bra, suspiciously. Pan blinked and flushed. "Nothing," she mumbled. "Riiiight," Bra drawled, disbelieving. "You really don't wanna know," said Pan. "Oh, but I do." Bra leaned close and Pan shrugged. "Okay, you asked for it. I slipped into Trunks' room last night and-" "Stop! No! Don't say another word!" Bra cried, covering her ears. "You were right, I don't wanna know!" Pan grinned. "'K. I'll shut up." Bra breathed a sigh of relief and lowered her hands from her ears as the elevator dinged and the door slid open. They prepared to step inside when someone stepped out and bumped into them. It was Trunks. He stopped and looked at them, then his eyes settled on Pan for a moment, before he abruptly turned away, mumbling something unintelligible and practically ran down the hall. As the two girls stepped into the elevator, Bra looked at Pan with wide eyes. "Maybe you'd better tell me after all!"

"I don't like it when Pan keeps secrets from me," said Goten. Trunks' head shot up, his eyes wide with alarm. What did Goten know!? "She and Bra are planning something, I know it," Goten continued and Trunks released a breath he hadn't realized he'd been holding. "Like what?" he asked. Goten shrugged. "I dunno, but I have a bad feeling about this. With those two together, nothing good can come of it," Goten said, ominously. "Why do I get the feeling that whatever they do, we're gonna get blamed for it?" Trunks grumbled, crossing his arms over his chest as he and Goten took their seats in the pit to watch the only really interesting thing going on: the Ladies' Division.

"Have you seen Bra and Pan?" asked Chi-Chi, as she and Bulma came up to Goku, Vegeta, Videl and Gohan. Vegeta scowled. "Woman, I told you to stay out of the pit." "Get over it! Your daughter is missing!" Bulma snapped and Vegeta visibly paled. He looked at Goku and Gohan. Gohan looked concerned, glancing at Videl. She bit her lower lip, worriedly. "Don't panic, guys. Those two kids can probably take better care of themselves than most of the fighters here," said Goku. "They're just little girls," said Gohan, slowly. "They're Saiyans," Goku said. "She's my little girl!" Vegeta growled. "Find her Vegeta! Now!" Bulma ordered. "Help him, Goku! You and Gohan have to find Pan!" Chi-Chi yelled. As a unit the three Saiyans' faces changed to solemn, blank masks as they started to focus their Ki's and search for the two young She-Saiyans. Before they could complete the process, Krillin and 18 appeared beside them, looking worried. "Hey, guys, you'd better get over to the arena!" said Krillin. "Why? It's just the Ladies' Division," said Vegeta, dismissively. "Because the lady that just stepped onto the platform looks an awful lot like Pan," said 18. Gohan's jaw dropped and Vegeta cursed, violently. Without another word, he took to the air, the other two Saiyans following, leaving Krillin to escort the four women to the arena.

They landed next to the platform, where Pan was in the process of kicking some serious ass. The crowd was on it's feet, screaming and cheering. The moment their feet touched the ground, Vegeta, Gohan and Goku were ambushed by Trunks and Goten. "It's not our fault!" they swore. "We were just sitting down to watch the match and there she was!" Goten told his brother, glancing back to see Pan being declared the winner. "Silence," Vegeta snapped, as Bra stepped onto the platform. She was wearing what everyone recognized as one of Trunks' old uniforms. Her opponent looked her up and down and smirked. Vegeta's eyes narrowed as he watched his daughter. She had perfect form, a smooth, graceful style, almost like a dancer as she used the technique he recognized as his own. He had trained her, sure, to be able to defend herself and because all Saiyans were trained in fighting, but Bra was demonstrating a level of perfection belonging to a seasoned warrior. She had obviously been training on her own, without their knowledge.

Less than five minutes into the fight, Bra's opponent hit the ground with a thud and did not get back up. Vegeta found the corners of his mouth lifting and felt pride swell within him. Bulma and Chi-Chi had reached them by then and Bulma looked at him, quizzically. "Why are you smiling?" she asked. "She won," he said, quietly. Bulma blinked. Her husband actually looked pleased that his daughter was fighting. No, she corrected herself, not that she was fighting. That she had won the fight. Vegeta's pride in his daughter had, for the moment, overshadowed his protective instincts. "Of course she won. She's your daughter." Vegeta nodded. "That she is."

To the amazement of everyone, Vegeta and Gohan decided to let Pan and Bra have their shot at the Ladies' Championship. As the Tournament continued, it became obvious that the two girls would end up facing each other in the end. The Z Fighters began to get impatient for the final round, as the two girls defeated each opponent with ease. Though this portion of the tournament was scheduled to last until dark, the final round came at just a little after noon.

The crowd grew quiet as the two girls stepped onto the platform and faced each other. The fighters in the pit gathered close to the edge of the platform, and to the Z Fighters. Scowling, Vegeta pulled Bulma in front of him, pressing against the back of her, one hand around her waist, to keep any of the other men in the crowd from touching her. One of the other fighters, beside him, let out a soft groan and glanced at him with a lecherous grin. "I'm gonna have wet dreams for the rest of my life watching those two together!" Vegeta and Gohan both turned cold black stares on the man. "That's my baby girl!" both men roared, Gohan matching Vegeta's rough, growling tone perfectly. The man's face paled and he disappeared into the crowd. Still seething, the Saiyans turned back to the fight. "Ah, shit," Trunks muttered as he saw Pan and Bra flash grins at each other. Goten glanced at him. "What?" "They're gonna put on a show," Trunks groaned, as the two girls bowed to each other, took three steps back each and promptly powered up to Super She-Saiyans. The crowd gave a collective gasp and stared in stunned silence at the vision before them.

The two girls looked like some kind of warrior angels, their bodies giving off the unnatural golden glow, their hair suddenly turning from black and blue to matching shades of white-gold and floating around them, their eyes flashing like jewels. They were a sight to behold, even to those who knew them. To the knowledge of the Z Fighters, the two girls had never powered up at the same time before and the resulting surge of power was like a sonic boom in the Ki of the Saiyans, causing them to flinch slightly in surprise. Even the women, who had no real way of sensing Kis could feel the power coming off the girls. Vegeta smirked, his head high as he appraised his daughter's power. She was only at level one and she was almost as powerful as Trunks, even without the extra years of training.

As if purposely giving the audience time to look their fill, the two girls took their time rising into the air, still in fighters' stances, facing each other. They prepared to attack simultaneously, holding out their hands in two different ways. Pan prepared to perform her father and grandfather's attack, the Kamehameha, while Bra held out her hand to do Vegeta's move, the Biku Bang attack. Balls of brilliant light began to form in their small, deceptively delicate palms. The crowd held its breath, wondering what would happen. The Z Fighters were waiting anxiously too, but they were just wondering how powerful the Ki blasts of these two were going to be. Before the blasts could be fired, however, a shadow fell over the stadium. Everyone, even the two fighters, looked up, to see a huge airship hovering over the platform. As they watched, a figure descended slowly from the ship, into the air between the two She-Saiyans.

"What is it?" Goku demanded, of no one and everyone. "She has a familiar Ki," said Gohan, frowning. "She feels like Frieza," Vegeta said, suddenly cold with the thought. "But, Frieza and all of his head guys are dead," said Goten. "I know that energy. It's Frieza's Ki that I feel, only slightly different," Vegeta said, his feet rising off the ground, preparing to go and get his little girl away from whatever it was. Anything connected with Frieza had no business being that close to his baby. Goku and Gohan followed him into the air. From somewhere to the east, Piccolo appeared, apparently drawn by this strange, powerful new Ki as well. "It's Frieza, or something like him," he said, as he joined them. "The power level is impossible." Vegeta nodded. They moved toward the girls, barely registering the fact that Trunks and Goten were already above them and moving even faster.

"What is she?" Bra asked Pan, as they moved together, facing the newcomer. "I don't know, but I don't think it's anything good," Pan said, her eyes narrowed. She looked like a Saiyan, minus the tail, only her skin was porcelain white and the area around her eyes was purple, with a thin line down each cheek, to the corners of her mouth. A mouth that looked cruel as she gave a slow smirk. "Daughter of Prince Vegeta. We meet at last." Bra blinked. "How do you know my dad?" she asked, slowly. "Oh, I know more about your father than you or anyone else on this planet does." The creature's voice was cold, full of something like hatred, but also inhuman. There was a slight hiss to it, as if the creature were part reptile, they realized. "Who are you and what are you doing here?" asked a powerful male voice. The girls glanced back and realized that the Z Fighters were hovering in the air behind them, their fathers inching closer. Piccolo had spoken, his face solemn and his eyes unreadable. "I am Ice and I'm here to take from the Saiyan Prince that which he took from me."
