Dragon Ball/Z/GT Fan Fiction ❯ Drabbles ❯ Drabbles 4 ( Chapter 4 )
[ P - Pre-Teen ]
There really wasn’t any help for it. Sighing irritably-after all, who’d believe her that it was all an accident?-Marron gazed out toward the sea. It wasn’t as if she had friends. Everyone she knew was some kind of friend, acquaintance, ally or relative of her parents.
And they didn’t want to be around her. Marron knew she couldn’t do anything right.
Pulling her legs to her, Marron tried to rebel at this disparaging thought. It doesn’t do much good to rebel against what you know you can’t change. Her mother’s voice drifted through her thoughts, causing Marron to hide a cringe. Even when Eighteen left her alone, she was still criticizing! Still, her mother was right. Hah. I’ll never try to warn the mainland of a hurricane again.
Thinking back to her actions, a warm blush spread over her cheeks. She’d embarrassed herself! Worse-she embarrassed her mother! And she was so happy to see me come off the island. I’ll never, ever, live down the fact that I knocked down three buildings, spilled salt in the drinking water, let pigs eat all the food, and caused an avalanche in the summer! The hurricane was a mere breeze compared to me!
