Chapter Eleven : Super Charged Battle

"This is crazy...I know we aren't as strong as them, but we still shouldn't be sitting around here waiting." Hazell whined.
Popo was busy repairing the Lookout, while everyone else was waiting or watching the battle by feeling the energy signals. Bobulla was frustrated. She had realized that Nion would be present during the battle, and she was ready to go get her out. Linni and Hazell had to hold her back.
"She'll be fine" Linni reassured her.
Hazell and Linni had to keep maintaining their grip on Bobulla's arms. Dende watched happily. He knew everything would be okay. He looked to his right to see G standing at the edge of the Lookout, away from everyone. Dende walked over to him.
"What's the matter G?"
"It's nothing."
"Nothing usually means something."
"Well," G started, "If I was able to fight, then maybe what Semi did to us wouldn't have occurred. I feel so useless. Of course fighting is bad, but I never saw it Vegeta's way. If you use it properly, it wouldn't be. It can save your life."
G turned to everyone else.
"Look" he pointed, "Even those girls and Linni could fight. They did more than me. They somewhat saved me from Semi."
Dende felt G's sadness and placed a hand on his shoulder.
"Fighting is bad, but don't beat yourself up about it young one."
G smiled at Dende and returned to look into the sky, thinking.
"Vegeta...Gokou....Gokun...Piccolo...you can do it."

The boys watched in horror as Semi began to transform. His body grew bigger upwards and side wards. He looked more like a monster than before. After the grand transformation, Semi laughed with a bigger voice, sending shivers down all of their spines.
"Now lets begin again!" he yelled.
Semi tried punching the boys, but they maneuvered his attacks. Piccolo told Nion to stay put, and then he joined the battle. They were getting beaten now, even if they all joined together.
"I can't believe his strength! He's so much stronger!" Gokou exclaimed.
Piccolo and Vegeta were hit aside, and Gokou and Gokun had to fight alone.
"This is no use." Vegeta said.
"I think our luck has run out." Piccolo told him.
Semi delivered a blow into Gokou, and Gokun who saw this, stopped for a minute, was knocked also. Vegeta and Piccolo then leapt back into the battle and tried again. It was no easy fight. Semi hit Piccolo away and grabbed onto Vegeta, running to smash him into a wall. He pushed him hard into the ice wall, and really injured the boy. Semi laughed and was about to fire a blast to kill him when Piccolo blasted him from behind. Semi dropped Vegeta onto the ground, and he fell unconscious. Semi then charged Piccolo, as Nion ran to aid her brother.
"Vegeta...you okay?"

Piccolo was fighting okay, but was finally hit in the stomach before being knocked hard onto the ground. As Semi moved in, Piccolo sweeped him, and Semi fell over. Gokou and Gokun appeared above him and shot numerous energy attacks at him, and it phased him a little, but then he jumped up at the two. Gokun got out of the way, but Gokou didn't and was hurled to the ground. He was injured in his arm, and it hurt very much. Gokun and Piccolo continued the assault. They were trying their hardest, and as Gokou watched, he knew they couldn't last much longer. He then saw Nion with her fallen brother. Effortlessly, he limped over to them and called his name.
"Vegeta...what are we going to do? Semi...he's too.."
"I refuse to believe that Gokou. I don't know about you, but I thought we had Saiya blood."
Vegeta stood up and told Nion to hide once again.
"We're not finished yet!" Vegeta yelled.
"Yeah, but he's whipping us!" Gokou argued.
"If we turn into Super Saiya-jin's, I still don't think we can stop him with big energy attacks. Not if he keeps moving the way he does. Maybe if we pool that energy if he's still, we can give Semi a big blow in one direct area?"
"That sounds good!" called out Piccolo. He was just hit out before, and Gokun was now fighting alone.
"If Gokun can stall him for a while, we have an unguarded moment. That'll be the time we fire huge energy blasts at him." Vegeta schemed.

Vegeta, Gokou and Piccolo began charging up energy, as Gokun fought on. Semi was beginning to grow tired of him, and began to hit him around. Gokun lied on the ground and opened his eyes gently to see three energies in a distant charging. He understood what was happening, and he knew what he had to do. Semi saw Gokun's expression, and hit him again. Gokun got up and fought feriously again, but he felt his power leaving him. He kept being knocked over, as the other three watched. Gokou couldn't take it no more, and was about to give up on Vegeta's plan, but Piccolo and Vegeta told him to stop. Remembering the words uttered to him before, Piccolo told him,
"The choice you have to make might not be the choice you want to make!"

"Hey guys...I've had it. I'm going now okay? If you want to come, go ahead." Hazell said.
She began to fly off towards the battle field where Gokou, Vegeta, Piccolo and Gokun were fighting.
"Hold on Hazell, I'm going too!" called Linni.
"Wait up for me!" Pastri cried.
"I wouldn't mind going too.." added Bobulla.
"Lets all go then." Dende said, "Might as well. We might be able to help them."

Gokun was lying on the ground, and looked up at the three once again. They were going to pull this off after all. Semi saw Gokun's gaze and turned around to see the three boys.
"What are they doing? They should be dead by now!"
Semi began to run their way, as the three boys watched on.
"We're not going to make this!" Gokou cried.
"I think he's right!" Vegeta said.
A blast then came from behind Semi and hit him in the back. It was Gokun. He was dragging himself. He had to buy time. Gokun fought Semi again, and the boys were relieved. Nion was still watching nervously.
"That's it! That should be enough power." Vegeta said.
The boys were about to deliver the great energy, when Semi saw this and threw his own energy blast. Gokun didn't have time to stop it and watched helplessly. The boys saw his and they tried to jump out of the way. Vegeta jumped out, but in the process lost some concentration and half of his power was lost. Piccolo was lucky. He got out fine, and didn't lose any power. Gokou was just nicked by the power and he lost all his power.
"Gokou!" they cried.
"Forget about him for now. We haven't finished yet!" Gokun yelled. He didn't want his fighting to be for nothing. Especially when he was now lying on the ground, tired as anything. Semi laughed. Even though he was evil, he did admire the children's determination.
"Give up!" he demanded.
He was about to fire another intensive attack, when Nion, out of no where leapt onto Semi's back and covered his eyes.
"Nion!" Vegeta yelled, "Get off him!"
"What is going on?!" Semi cried. Nion was laughing, as Semi tried to get Nion off his head, but since she was a little girl, the job was harder than it sounded.
"What are you waiting for? Fire!" yelled Vegeta.
"But Nion?" Piccolo inquired.
"Make sure you aim below his head of course."
Piccolo's face turned sour at Vegeta's response, but he did agree to this. This was their only chance! Piccolo and Vegeta let loose their power and it hit Semi straight into his side. He screamed in pain. Vegeta then powered up to Super Saiya-jin and his power grew stronger, yet it wasn't enough. Gokun put his arms over his head, and Gokou struggled to stand up. Just as he thought Semi's attack didn't hurt him, he was wrong. Semi's attack was so concentrated that when it hit him, it had make his arm all bloodily. The loss of blood was really killing him. He knew what he had to do, yet he couldn't. He felt like he was going to faint. Pooling all his strength together, going beyond his stamina, Gokou began to power up and turned Super Saiya-jin. He drew his hands back and yelled, "Kame Hame HA!!!"
The attack was sent forward, and Vegeta and Piccolo saw this. All of a sudden, Gokou slipped out of his Super Saiya-jin form and then he fainted on the ground. Because of this, his attack still surged forward but now it was not straight forward...it was facing upwards...straight at Nion!
"No!" yelled Vegeta. But it was too late for him to do anything about it. It was way out of his reach now. Nion watched in horror, but at the last minute, Gokun who saw what was happening, pushed himself to turn Super Saiya-jin, even though he was out of power, and he jumped up. He grabbed Nion off Semi's shoulder and he fell. The attack finally converged with Vegeta and Piccolo's and Semi was finally destroyed in a great wash of power. The rubble surrounding them blew backwards and they all had to cover themselves.

When the smog disappeared, Vegeta and Piccolo got up and they walked over to Gokou. Together they helped him up, but he was still hurting from the loss of blood.
"Wait here Gokou. Piccolo, don't move him yet."
Vegeta walked over to Gokun who was still lying on the ground in his normal form. He stood over him. Gokun began to stir and he rolled over onto his back. Nion was under him, being protected from the blast. She was fine. Vegeta smiled, as Nion got up and ran over to Gokou. Gokun stood up slowly, shaking in loss of power.
"Thanks." Vegeta said.
"No problem." Gokun answered.
"But there is one last thing..." said Vegeta.
"What?"
Vegeta grabbed this shirt and tore off some of the material. He smiled and ran back to where Gokou, Nion and Piccolo were. Gokun didn't understand at all. It was when he got closer, he saw that Vegeta was wrapping Gokou's arm with the material.
"Got to put pressure onto it to stop the flow."
Gokun couldn't believe this kid. Suddenly, out of the sky, they heard all their friends call them. They had finally arrived from the Lookout.
"Good job!" they called to them.
"We're proud of you all!"

Family reunited and friends were happy to see everyone okay. It was a great battle, and it had all worked out at the end. Although injured, the fighters were happy. Semi's reign of Earth was over, and the Earth returned to normal and so did the frozen human beings. It was too bad that they didn't know what had happened, but this didn't pain anyone at all. As long the Earth was safe, and life was peaceful again, it was good.
