Chapter 3: Why?

 

“Why are you doing this?” Vegeta asked, Goku picked Vegeta up by his throat.

“Because you are weak.” Goku punched Vegeta in the stomach again.

“Because you are pitiful.” He then elbowed him in the face.

“And because you are a poor excuse of a saiyin.” He then drop kicked Vegeta to the ground. Goku hovered above his body Vegeta struggled to get up.

“I've decided to start again.”

“Start what?” Vegeta wheezed

“The saiyin race, no mistakes this time, we'll be the most powerful force in this universes existence.” Goku smiled “But the first step is to exterminate the competition.” Goku laughed at the horrified look on Vegeta's face. Gohan intervened by placing himself between Goku and Vegeta.

“I can't let you do this to Vegeta.” He said.

“Move, or I'll hurt you.” Goku stated, “One blast will go through you and into Vegeta.” He laughed “ Two birds with one stone”

“You won't hurt me dad, I'm your blood. You want me to carry on your gene.” Gohan said.

“ That's true, very clever.” Goku smirked Gohan returned it.

“But what about your mother?”

“What?” Gohan started getting worried

“Well it's obvious you care for her.” Goku said

“So do you”

“Ah but do I? I can easily rid of her and find myself a new mate.”

“Don't you dare hurt her.” Gohan shouted, Goku came close to Gohans face.

“Your not in a position to make threats.”

“Mom was right, you're not the same person anymore.”

“No, I'm a much better person, you're lucky you carry my blood boy.” Goku snarled

“What the hell is going on here?” Bulma shouted as she poked her head out of the hole in the wall. She saw the crator and looked at Vegeta hurt in the middle of it, she then noticed the huge white figure. She couldn't believe it,

“No….Goku is that you?” she asked then became cross. “What do you think you are doing to my home?” Goku turned and stared at her Vegeta turned to look at what Goku was staring at. `Oh God no' Vegeta thought. Goku, with lightning speed, appeared before Bulma and put his hand inches before her face. She felt it go burning hot then a light appeared, she closed her eyes and screamed.

“BULMA!” Vegeta shouted. The white light shrouded the dark damp sky then a huge explosion was heard. The blast had took out most of the west side of Capsule Corp.

Bulma opened her eyes to see herself high above the building floating.

“Am I dead?” she asked

“No” a male voice replied she then screamed again.

“Mum relax, your safe.” She looked up towards Trunks face.

“Oh Trunks.' She flung her arms around him. Trunks hugged her back then descended to put Bulma down to the Earth. She then burst into tears at the sight of Vegeta limping towards her. She ran and caught him as he collapsed to the floor.

“Are you o.k. Vegeta?” Bulma asked as she smiled down to him.

“Yes, are you alright?” He asked holding her hand. Gohan landed next to the couple.

“Here Vegeta take this, it's a senzu bean.” He handed Vegeta the bean.

“Is everyone alright?” Gohan asked

“Wait where's Bra?” Trunks asked.

“I'm over here” came a reply. Bra easily picked up part of the building that had fallen onto her.

“What on earth happened to Goku, Gohan?” Trunks asked. “I felt evil energy and I thought Goku was in trouble. But it appears that Goku was the one causing the trouble.”

“By the looks of it he's some how attained a new level and his saiyin blood has taken control of him.” Gohan stated.

“Hey wheres Goku gone?” Bulma said looking into the sky.

“He's gone.” Vegeta said.
