Chapter 20- A Trip to Remember
Disclaimer: If I owned DBZ, I would have millions of dollars and would have more than 1 Pembroke Welsh corgi puppy. Oh, also, I do not own Teletubbies and I thank any benevolent being that there is that I don't.
Author's Note: I'm back again. I just finished my semester of college. I did okay so in celebration I'm updating all of my fics before I go back.

Time seemed to pass through their fingers quickly. Before they knew it the morning had crept up on them. Vegeta, Athena and Goku had a few capsules between them. Chichi had thrown a fit when Goku had gone home to tell her that he would be leaving for a few weeks. As he waited for Athena and Vegeta to ready the ship, he rubbed his head, remembering the well placed blows from Chichi's Frying Pan of Doom.
Arion had called during the night begging to be allowed to go. Vegeta had been proud of his eldest son's sense of adventure but had merely said a firm `no' before hanging up the phone. Even now the smirk didn't want to leave his lips.
Athena and Sora had some definite catching up to do and they had over the night. `Mother misses me…I always thought that Sora was her favorite…' She shook the thoughts from her head and finished up on her repairs. Walking out towards Vegeta, she cleared her throat to catch his attention. "Where is my brother?"
Vegeta snarled in annoyance. "Which one Onna? The moron is watching Teletubbies and the young one is playing with Baka. Now leave me alone so I can finish my job!" He regretted the tone of his voice the minute he saw the look on his mate's face. He frowned as the woman turned on her heel and stormed out of the ship.

Baka watched the young saiyan out of the corner of his eye. The look on the poor dog's face betrayed only pure confusion as the man tried to communicate with him. He let out a small whimper and sat down, staring at him.
"Why…won't…you…speak?" Sora knelt down and sighed. "I thought I knew Japanese. Vegeta, Kakarot and everyone else I've met since I've got here has understood me." The dog made a small whining sound. "Are…you…too…good…to…speak…to…me? " The slowness of his voice was comical. He put extra enunciation on every word. He never noticed that his sister strolled up behind him.
Athena giggled softly at the sight of her brother trying to get the dog to talk. Touching his shoulder softly, she sighed. "Sora, Baka is a dog. Dogs don't speak Japanese, they make barking noises to communicate or if you're really good you can tell what they're thinking by how they move their bodies." Sora looked up at her, his tail swaying in frustration and mystified. Another small chuckle was elicited from the slim girl as she studied the elderly canine. "See, right now he thinks you're insane."
A growl came from Sora's throat as he stood up straight. "You came to annoy me for a reason sister?" Athena shrugged her shoulders slightly as an answer. "Come now, there HAS to be a reason you would leave your precious mate."
Athena shrugged again before kneeling beside her pet and stroked his ears lovingly. "Vegeta's almost done with the ship if you'd like to get ready to go to New Vegeta-sei. I'll round up Kakarot."
Sora nodded and stormed off. Shaking her head, Athena stood from her stooped position and patted her thigh, inviting Baka to follow her into the house. `This should be interesting…Goku loves Teletubbies.'
~*~*~
Goku sat watching the television intently. His eyes seemed to be glazed over as he watched the red and purple creatures interact in a green field. Athena tapped his shoulder lightly. Looking up at her, he grinned and patted the seat next to him. "Hey Athena, watch this with me, it's so cool!"
She stole a glance at the television before shaking her head emphatically. "Um, no, that's okay Goku. I just wanted to tell you we need to go to the ship. By now Vegeta has fixed the few things he was working on and he's ready to go."
Goku's grin left his face. "But…but…Teletubbies is on! You can't make me go!" He crossed his arms over his chest much like a pouting toddler.
Athena groaned in frustration. "Okay Kakarot, you're more than welcome to watch Teletubbies but if we're ready to go and you're still in here, we'll leave without you." She turned on her heel and walked out quickly.
Goku blinked at Athena's reaction. `She's more stressed than I thought she'd be. She didn't even smirk at my real name.' He turned off the television with a sigh and started to get ready to leave.
~*~*~
Everyone but Athena was strapped in. She was pacing the floor, waiting for her brother. Vegeta looked over at her with a scowl. "Onna, sit down before you wear a hole in the steel!" Athena snapped her head around to stare down her mate. Rolling her eyes as he backed down, she continued her pacing. Vegeta's eyes continued to follow her unbeknownst to her. `She knows more than Sora thinks. She has to think that Kiro is a threat.'
Before he could say anything else to her, Goku ran into the ship and stopped in front of the woman. He wore his usual grin and was rubbing the back of his head. "I'm here now. You better know you're special, I don't stop watching Teletubbies for just anyone." He headed towards a seat, avoiding a slap from his younger sister.
Shaking her head she fastened herself into her seat and waited as Vegeta pressed a few buttons. The ship shuddered as it started to lift from the ground. Goku yelped as he rushed to lock his seatbelt. "Guys…wait until we're all buckled in!" Sora took the opportunity to smack his brother.
As Goku rubbed his arm from the whack, he pouted like a child who was punished for stealing a cookie. "Kakarot, show some backbone. Our sister is more of a saiyan warrior than you are."
Athena turned in her seat and growled. "Sora, Goku, you two can both stop! My gods, you two are worse than Luna, Bardock and Arion put together. I don't want to hear another word from you, got it?!"
Vegeta laughed as hard as his body would allow as the two men shrank back from the small female. "That's what I like about you Onna, the ability to strike fear into the hearts of men twice your size." She smirked with pride but said nothing. "Alright everyone, next stop, New Vegeta-sei."
