Madame President and the Alien General

Caution this is sort of a Mary Sue! I know, so not original, but bear with me.

Also I hope no one is offended by this. I know how some get offended by the smallest stuff, if you're one of those people, don't worry I'm not trying to make a political statement, this is just a fic, breathe!

I will start this fic, but I won't continue unless I get some reviews. A lot of my other fics either really suck or no one bothers to review! I hope to remedy that! So if you like where this fic is going review, comment, suggest, flame, whatever and I may add something to it or take it off depending on what kind of rep it gets.

It's a lot like a ton of B/V get togethers I've read, but it has its own special twists and its lead saiyan is the drop dead gorgeous Kakarott! Nothing against B/V, but Kakarott!! *Drools on keyboard for five minutes dreaming about him.*......................

Sorry! I got so distracted I almost forgot the disclaimer! Disclaimer: DBZ and all its characters belong to Akira Toriyama who is a complete genius!

Prologue

A thick cloud of dark dust swirled around revealing a devastated city. A once great capitol reduced to dust and rubble. Amidst the dust one could see what looked to be a camp, a detention camp. Hundreds, no millions, of people were being lead towards ominous space ships. There was pain everywhere. The scene was the same the world over, civilizations destroyed, so many dead.

Earth knew nothing of alien invaders and when they came it was too late. No military, no weapon, no leader could stop them. They wreaked havoc where ever they went, Earth's cities, economies, and governments crumbled. The surplus population had dropped from 8 billion to a mere 4 billion in one fateful day.

In this one city a woman was being taken to the detention camp. She had several of the large aliens escorting her. As she trudged through the dirty camp she held her head high to survey the damage done. The sight of so much destruction would bring normal beings to their knees in sheer horror, but she was no normal person. She was the President of the free world. She held more power than any one, until now. Now as she walked, her people would see her and they called out for her assistance, she wanted to help them, but if she tried she was shoved forward forcefully by the aliens who held her captive. A once great leader reduced to a prisoner who could do nothing for her people.

She was lead to a dark warehouse like cell and shoved in. When the door closed and her eyes adjusted to the darkness she saw several familiar faces. Her fellow world leaders were all housed in this room. Those who had survived anyway. "Madame President!" They cried in shock and relief. "You're alive! Thank the gods!"

"I am glad to see you all made it. What's the status?" She said immediately taking the lead.

"The whole world is in chaos. So many lost it's impossible to count. We don't know who we're up against, why their here, or what they want!" One of the Asian leaders exclaimed.

"Alright, any idea why we are here?" She asked.

"None. Somehow they discovered we were the leaders and brought us here." An African leader said.

Madame President looked around and frowned sadly. "Is this all who survived?"

"Sadly yes." Said the timid Indonesian rep.

"What will happen to us now?" One of the European leaders asked.

"I don't know, but when they come back I will talk to them. Are we in agreement?" There were several nods as all in the room were too nervous to argue now. If it had been a regular day in the UN they would be arguing about who would represent them and why, but this was the direst of circumstances.

A few moments later one of the large aliens appeared in the door way. "Which one of you wants to speak with the General?"

"I will." The President said confidently stepping forward.

The alien looked in at all the men behind her and frowned. "Cowards, sending a woman!" The President became angry at his tone and piped in. "Hey! I may be a woman, but I am the most powerful leader on this planet! That's why they're sending me."

The alien looked down at her skeptically and let out a snort. "Who are you?"

"The President of the United States of America." She replied. He snorted again and motioned her out of the room.

He lead her to the General's Temporary Headquarters. They walked for a while until they reached the top of a hill overlooking what was once the city. Behind the hill was the biggest of the space ships that had landed. She assumed it belonged to the 'General' she was going to meet. On the hill was what looked to be a command center. Rather intricate for a temporary head quarters. When they reached the sliding door there were two more guards. The big one went in before her and told her to wait. He stepped inside and their were three men looking over a chart on the table in front of them. "Sir!" The soldier shouted snapping to attention. The three men came out of their revere to look at him. The one in the middle answered. "Yes, Captain?"

"They have sent a representative to....speak....with you." The man said smirking knowing full well negotiation was pointless, that this meeting was a formality.

"Send him in." The General motioned the other two men back against the wall as he waited for the rep's entrance.

"Presenting, her excellency Madame President..." On cue the doors opened and the President walked in proudly as if she still held her high ranking position.

"The single most powerful person on Earth." As the soldier finished the General had to keep from letting his jaw drop, it wasn't everyday that a female leader waltzed into his presence. To him she was gorgeous and she wasn't afraid. She showed no sign of fear whatsoever. Her face was stern and the only scent her could catch off her was anger and determination. She was medium height with a slightly bigger body set then the other weak human females, but at the same time she was perfectly built. Her golden hair swirled in a mess around her head obviously disheveled as of late from being captured. Her alluring blue gray eyes stared at him coldly giving him their full attention yet at the same time ignoring him completely.

The President couldn't believe her eyes. All the invaders she had seen were big and bulky frightening large, ruthless, and disdainful beings, this man was completely different for some reason. He was tall and muscular, but not overly so. He was perfectly toned and tanned. He had wild black hair that spiked out in every direction. His eyes were dark and mysterious, yet at the same time open and honest. His face held a noble and honorable air and she could tell by the way he moved that he was a warrior, if the uniform hadn't given it away first. She had to remember to breath and to remember her purpose for talking to this man before she lost it.

"You are the most powerful person on this planet?" The General asked.

"Yes, I am. Does this surprise you, General?" She replied calmly, not allowing any emotion to escape her.

"Yes." The General came out from behind the desk and circled around her. "It's not everyday I meet a female leader."

"I have come to speak with you about the fate of my planet." She said changing the subject.

"Well, once we have rounded up all the capable members of your race they will be transported back to our home world and sold into slavery throught out the Universe. Your planet will then have to be 'cleaned' and will be sold to the highest bidder." The General put forth honestly and plainly.

"Slavery?!" She said some disgust coming out with her words.

"Yes any person who can work will be sold into the slave trade and the rest will be killed."

Inside the President wanted to cry, to scream, anything, but nothing would come. "So this meeting is pointless and there is no hope of getting you to let us go."

All the aliens laughed and the General circled behind her and whispered in her ear. "You don't know who we are do you?"
She said nothing she just stood tall and listened carefully to the General's words. "We are Saiyans. We have purged hundreds of planets your's is no different."

He walked back towards his desk dismissing all the others in the room with a wave of the hand, fully expecting the President's strong exterior to break and for her to beg for her life, but he was surprised when her soft strong voice spoke again. "What about the children?"

"What?" He asked turning around surprised at her comment.

"I ask that you spare the children." He was silent for a moment and then looked straight into her eyes. There was no fear, no wavering, in her mystical blue stare. "Leave them here, don't send them into slavery."

"You do understand that leaving them here will do nothing. They will either die or be enslaved by the new residents." The General observed.

"Point taken. Then I suggest also saving one adult for ever five children and giving them a ship to escape in."

The General smiled at her. "Let me get this straight. You know your planet is no longer yours and that soon you will be a slave, but instead of begging for your life you ask me to set the children free?""Yes. Why would I beg for my life? My life means nothing in the scheme of things, all I want it too perserve my race. No child deserves to be a slave. Wouldn't you do the same for your children?" She asked with more force in her voice.

" I'm sorry it's just that normally leaders beg for their own lives...."

"I'm not like those other cowardly leaders! I have a responsibility to do whatever can be done for my people!" She ground out.

"I respect that, but you expect me too let all of Earth's remaining 1 and a half billion children and 1 adult for ever five of them free and give them a ship? What do I get for all that?" He asked with a devilish smirk.

"I...I.. have nothing to give you." The President said starting to feel like she was losing ground.

"Oh I think you do." The General said stalking towards her eyeing her like a piece of meat. He stood two inches from her and breathed slowly watching her face as she realized what he meant. He could tell she was a virgin and it made his body tighten at the thought of taking such a strong witted virgin beauty.

"Why would you want me? I'm not anywhere near the standards of Earth's beautiful women. I have wide shoulders, big bones, and have more muscle mass than the average female. I'm not exactly a delicate feminine flower."

The General continued to gaze lustfully at her as he ran a hand over her shoulder and down her arm. "Maybe to human men you are not desirable, but you are perfect by saiyan standards. You have a wonderful shape and your strength is one trait saiyan men covet in their bed mates. And golden hair is a precious rarity to the saiyans. And you interest me." He reached a hand up to touch her cheek and she did not shiver in disgust or pull away.

"What do you propose?" She asked her face never changing.

"I will let all the children go with one adult for every ten children and a ship with two months supply of food, if you agree to be my personal concubine."

"Two more conditions....I pick the adults who will go and....that you don't share me." The President stood tall and stared straight up into the tall General's eyes.

"Don't share you?" He asked confusedly. "If I am to be a concubine I will be yours and yours alone I do not wish to be passed around like a common whore. I would like to maintain at least a shred of dignity."

The General nodded and smirked as his tail weaved around her unseen. "I won't share you. I don't intend to let anyone else have you, not for what you'll cost me." He whispered huskily.

"So is it a deal?"

"Deal Madame President, but I must also approve the adults you choose for the children."

"Agreed."

Without warning the General's tail snapped around her waist and he pulled her against him. She could feel his erection against her through their clothes, but she just grunted from the force with which he had pulled them together. "You're mine!" With that he grabbed her and forced a passionate kiss on her she fought back, but soon the force was too much and she was reduced to kissing him back. He let her go and stepped back. "Go choose your people then I will have you escorted to my ship to ready you for our departure."

The President turned and left the room the same way she had entered. No emotions shown on her complexion and there was no regret in her step. She knew what she had done and she was fully prepared to face it for the good of the children.
