Morning Mess

A gentle Saturday morning breeze flew through the curtains, allowing sunlight to peak through and illuminate the room. In the bed laid both Chi-Chi and Goku. Their eyes were closed shut as they remained asleep. Chi-Chi was snuggled against Goku's chest with her right hand lightly around his waist. Her eyes fluttered softly before finally opening up. She immediately looked up at Goku's sleeping form and smiled.

*Damn is he hot! I have slept with a lot of men but he beats them all. I've never felt this way before after just having sex. He didn't take control like most men do, I mean he was a tad forceful but also gentle at the same time. What is it about him that's making me think like this?* Chi-Chi asked herself as she gently stroked his stomach. A smirk appeared on Goku's face just before his eyes opened up. Looking down, Goku smiled at the woman by his side.

"Morning" he said. Chi-Chi smiled back as she reached up and caressed his face.

"Good morning, did you sleep well?" she asked. Goku only smiled as he looked at her.

"Does this answer you question?" he asked as he leaned down and kissed her. Chi-Chi ran her hand down his face as she moved herself on top of him. Goku slid down in the bed as Chi-Chi straddled him. With one last kiss, Chi-Chi lifted up and smiled at him.

"I guess that was a yes" she said. Goku managed a small laugh as he stroked her bare back. The two just stared at one another before Chi-Chi broke the silence.

"I don't want this to end" she said.

"Neither do I but who says it has to end here?" Goku asked. Chi-Chi raised her eyebrows as she looked at him.

"Last night was the end of the deal, remember?" she asked. A smirk crossed Goku's face as he looked at her.

"Yes last night did end our week but WE never ended the week. Here we are together a day after the last day. The deal may be over but I don't want my relationship with you to be over as well" he said. Chi-Chi's mouth flew open a bit as she looked at the smirk on his face.

"What are you saying?" she asked. Goku only smiled as he removed one of his hands from her back and placed it behind her head. Running his fingers through her hair, he just smiled.

*Please be saying what I think you're going to say! Please ask me to be your girlfriend* Chi-Chi said to herself as she smiled at him.

"I'm saying I want what we have to continue and not end. I want you to be apart of my life and allow me to be apart of your life" Goku said. Chi-Chi smiled as she looked at him. Bending down, she planted a heavy kiss upon his lips. Goku ran his hand down her hair and back as he embraced her. Pulling up, Chi-Chi rubbed her hand across Goku's chest.

*Ok so he didn't say the exact words but I know he wants to. He want me to be his girlfriend. Maybe he'll ask me later. I hope he asks me later* Chi-Chi said to herself as she reached up and placed her hand on his cheek.

"So what do you say?" Goku asked.

"I say I want the same thing" Chi-Chi said with a huge smile on her face. Goku smiled back as he removed his hand from her back and brushed a few strands of her hair lightly out of her face.

"How `bout we go freshen up then I'll cook breakfast?" Chi-Chi asked. Goku's eyes went wide as his mouth opened up allowing a drop of drool to fall out.

"Can you fix eggs, bacon, toast with butter with orange juice?" he asked. Chi-Chi just giggled as she looked at his face.

"Sure, what ever you want" she said. Goku only grinned as he thought of eating breakfast. Chi-Chi smiled as she climbed off of him. She was about to reach for her robe when Goku stopped her.

"Why don't we just go to the shower the way we are?" he asked. Chi-Chi just looked at him with a smirk on her face.

"I would love to but I don't want 18 to see us or even Marron for that matter" she said. Goku nodded his head as he climbed out of bed and grabbed his boxers. A blush crept onto Chi-Chi's face as she watched him. Goku looked at her and smiled.

"Ready?" he asked. Chi-Chi jumped a bit as she grabbed her robe and wrapped it around herself. The two crept towards the door and Chi-Chi opened it up slowly. Looking out, she saw that no one was around. Quietly, the two quickly ran into the bathroom and jumped in the shower.

Once they were washed and dressed, the two proceeded to the kitchen for breakfast. Goku sat at the table and watched Chi-Chi fix the morning meal. Suddenly a small hand grabbed his pants leg causing him to look down.

"Hi Mister" Marron said as she held onto her Winnie the Pooh doll and smiled at him. Goku smiled back as he bent down and picked her up. Sitting her on his lap, he looked at her doll.

"That's a cute toy" he said.

"It's not a toy, it's my best friend. I tell him everything. He sleeps in my bed just like you slept in Aunt Chi-Chi's bed" Marron said with a smile on her face. Goku's head turned towards Chi-Chi who already was looking at him and Marron. Stepping away from the food, Chi-Chi spoke.

"How do you know he slept in my bed?" Chi-Chi asked. Marron looked at her just smiling.

"I saw you and him asleep. Mommy told me you were both tired and he needed a place to sleep" Marron said. Chi-Chi exhaled as she looked at Goku who was looking at her.

*At least she didn't see anything else or I'd have a lot of explaining to do* Chi-Chi said to herself. Just then 18 came into the dining area but stopped once she saw Goku sitting at the table with Marron on his lap.

"Morning mommy" Marron said. Goku turned and looked at 18. He looked at her face which had too many emotions to describe all at once.

"Good morning 18, it's good to see you again" Goku said. 18 remained silent as she walked towards him. Reaching down, she picked Marron up then walked towards the door.

"We'll eat with Mrs. Marks this morning" she said out loud as she opened the door.

"But I want to eat with Aunt Chi-Chi and the man, mommy" Marron said as 18 carried her outside and closed the door behind her. Goku looked at the door then over at Chi-Chi.

"What was that all about?" he asked. Chi-Chi only shrugged her shoulders as she placed the food on two plates. Walking over, she placed one plate in front of one chair and the other in front of Goku. Going to the fridge, he pulled out a carton of orange juice. Finding a pitcher, she poured the juice in then threw the carton away. Grabbing two glasses she looked at Goku. He was already finished with his breakfast.

"That was good Chi-Chi, can I have some more?" he asked. Chi-Chi glared at him but soon smiled as he saw the eggs around his face. Placing the pitcher and the glasses on the table, she took his plate.

"Did any of it enter your mouth?" she asked jokingly as she walked back to the stove to fix another plate of food. Goku smiled as she walked back with a full plate once again. Handing him a few napkins, she watched as he wiped his mouth then dived right into his breakfast once again.

"I'm glad you like it" she said as she began to eat.

After a few minutes, both were completely full and happy with it. Chi-Chi washed the dishes while Goku sat in the living room and watched television. Hearing him laugh, Chi-Chi only smirked.

*I bet he's in there watching Saturday Morning Cartoons or something like that. He seems like the type who loves to laugh. I wonder what was up with 18? She seemed out of it this morning. She probley just had a bad night* Chi-Chi said to herself as she cut the water off and dried her hands. Standing up, Goku looked at his watch and smiled.

"I better get going. I still have to go home and change clothes" he said. Chi-Chi smiled as she walked over to him. Wrapping her arms around his neck, she pulled him into her and planted a soft kiss on his lips.

"What are you doing later tonight?" she asked once she moved back.

"I have to work. Vegeta said I can't miss any more days or he'll fire me" Goku said with a smirk on his face. Chi-Chi wasn't smiling as she looked at him. Her face was filled with guilt.

"I'm sorry I got you in trouble with Vegeta" she said. Goku looked at her as he ran his hand through her hair.

"It wasn't your fault besides he would never fire me. Anyway, I'd rather be with you then serving drinks to a bunch of drunks" Goku said with a smile. Chi-Chi only smiled as she leaned in and gave him a passionate kiss. Goku embraced her just as the door opened and in walked 18. 18 looked at them then slammed the door shut. Goku and Chi-Chi both jumped as they looked back at the door to see 18 glaring at them.

"I better get going. Are you coming to the club tonight?" Goku asked.

"Sure, I mean I have nothing else to do on a Saturday night" she said with a smile. Goku smiled back as he gave her a quick kiss on the lips. Chi-Chi watched as Goku walked by her and towards 18.

"See you later, 18. Are you coming to the club as well tonight?" he said. 18 rolled her eyes as she opened the door up. Goku just looked at her as did Chi-Chi. Turning towards Chi-Chi, Goku waved goodbye before walking out the door and down the stairs. 18 watched him go before slamming the door shut.

"About time!" she said as she walked into the living room. Chi-Chi folded her arms across her chest as she glared at 18.

"What the hell is your problem?" she snapped at 18. 18 narrowed her eyes but said nothing. She just walked past Chi-Chi and sat on the couch.

"I said what is your problem?" Chi-Chi asked again.

"I don't have a problem" 18 snapped as she grabbed the remote and turned the t.v.

"Yes you do, I mean how dare you treat Goku like that. He was trying to be nice and you practically toss him out" Chi-Chi yelled.

"He did not belong here. If you want to ask me questions then let me ask you one. How dare you sleep with him here? Did you loose your mind?" 18 yelled as she looked up at Chi-Chi.

"What's the big deal on where we slept? This is my place just as much as it is yours. I can bring whoever I want here and do whatever I want to do here" Chi-Chi said. Anger was all over 18's face as she cut the television off. Getting up, she stood in front of Chi-Chi.

"When we agreed on the living arrangements and on you doing what I do, I told you I did not want you to bring your customers here. If you were to sleep with them you would have to take them to a hotel or car or something" 18 yelled. Chi-Chi's eyes narrowed as she looked at 18.

"He is not a customer, he never was" she yelled back. A smirk crossed 18's face as she looked at Chi-Chi.

"If he wasn't a customer then what was he? I mean he gave you money to spend time with him. Sure sounds like a customer to me" 18 spat. Chi-Chi clenched her fists as she looked at her.

"He was not a customer, he's my friend" Chi-Chi said.

"A friend? So now you sleep with your friends?" 18 said. Chi-Chi shook a bit as she looked at 18. Turning away she prepared to walk off but 18 grabbed her arm.

"I mean even if you were going to sleep with him here you could of locked the door. I brought Marron in and she wanted to tell you goodnight. We come in to see the two of you wrapped up together. I had to tell Marron something or she'd wonder. Do you know how hard it was to lie to her?" 18 asked. Chi-Chi turned around and looked at her.

"It couldn't of been that hard because Marron told me what you told her last night. Anyway, wasn't it you in the first place who told me to go for it?" Chi-Chi asked. 18 glared at her as she let go of her arm.

"True, I did say that but I did not tell you to screw him here. If Marron and I would of come in earlier……." 18 started.

"But you didn't, did you? No! Listen, Goku and I may be more then friends. I'm not sure right about now because we are starting out. If him sleeping over is the problem then I guess the next time we will go to his place" Chi-Chi said.

"So, there is going to be a next time" 18 said.

"Why are you acting like this? I mean why are you having such a huge problem with Goku. I would think you of all people would be happy that I found someone who doesn't treat me like crap" Chi-Chi said. 18 looked at her and sighed.

"I'm looking out for you. Chi, you are like my little sister and Marron….…she adores you like family as well. I don't want to see you give him your heart only to have him hurt you in the end. He's going to do it sooner or later. He's going to come to you and say he only wants to be friends and hope that you are stupid enough to still sleep with him. I'm only watching out for you so you won't get hurt" 18 said. Water formed in Chi-Chi's eyes as she looked at her.

"How dare you say that about him? You don't know him, you know nothing about him" Chi-Chi yelled as she fought back her tears.

"And you do? You've only been with him for what, a week? You can actually stand there and say you know everything about him" 18 asked.

"I may not know everything about him but I know enough. I know more then you will ever know. I care about him and he cares about me" Chi-Chi said.

"He cares about you? So how is he going to react to you going back to work? I heard you tell him you were going to the club tonight but did you tell him that you also work on Saturday nights? What's he going to do, pay for your company every single week?" 18 asked. Chi-Chi could not fight back her tears anymore as she let them fall down her face.

"With all your yelling did you forget that he gave me $1000 dollars last week?" Chi-Chi asked.

"No, I did not forget but you know that even with the thousand, it is still not enough. I mean your bill for college takes up all of that as it is. You need more money so you have to work" 18 said. Chi-Chi just looked at her as her tears continued to fall.

"Look, I'm only telling you the truth. You know as well as I do that your deal with him ended yesterday. Now I'm not saying that you two can't see each other because you can but what are you going to do about work? The month's rent needs to be paid, food needs to be purchased, your bills for school are beginning to pile up, I mean how are you going to pay for it all? I know you Chi-Chi and I know you are not one to stick out your hand for charity" 18 said.

"You're right I'm not one to ask for other people's money and I will discuss this with Goku when I feel the time is right" Chi-Chi said as she wiped her eyes.

"When is the time going to be right? You already slept with him and I know how you feel about him. You're going to end up getting yourself hurt if you don't watch out" 18 said. Chi-Chi just glared at 18 as she continued to talk.

"You are smart Chi-Chi so I know you know that you are heading for serious problems. I know you want to have a relationship with someone but how can you when you do what you do? It's impossible! You know Goku is not going to put up with the fact that you sleep around with other men to get money even though you're with him. It's just logic! What man would put up with that?" 18 asked. Chi-Chi dropped her head as she heard what 18 was saying.

"Do you understand now why it would never work out between you two?" 18 asked as she placed her hand on Chi-Chi's shoulder. Chi-Chi looked at her before shaking her hand off of her shoulder.

"Look, what goes on between me and Goku is between us, not you. I understand that you are trying to look out for me and I adore you for it but I'm not a little kid. I can take care of myself. You say that I'm smart, well don't you think I'm smart enough to work out my problems by myself. What ever I decide to do will be because that's what I feel is right, not because of you and not because of Goku" Chi-Chi said,

"Are you saying your going to quit prostituting and go work at the club so you can make chump-change?" 18 asked.

"I never said that! Look, I'm tired of talking about this so I'm going out. By the way, it's so funny that you have you nose prying all into my business and into my life but you don't even have yours straight. Maybe you should look in the mirror first before you start shooting off at the mouth" Chi-Chi said as she walked towards the hall closet.

"And what is that suppose to mean?" 18 snapped as she followed her. Chi-Chi grabbed her coat and put it on. Zipping it half-way up, she looked at 18.

"It means why don't you go and fix your own life and stay the hell out of mine. If you weren't so into what was gong on between Goku and me you would of noticed that Krillin really likes you" Chi-Chi said as she closed the closet.

"Krillin? The bouncer Krillin? What would I want him for?" 18 asked. Chi-Chi shook her head as she walked towards the front door and opened it.

"I never said you wanted him or he wanted you. All I said was that he liked you. Maybe you should leave me alone and go see what he is about. That should give you something more interesting you do besides butt into my life. I'm going for a walk and I'll be back later" Chi-Chi said as she walked out the door and closed it behind her. 18 was left standing by the door as she let the words that Chi-Chi said sink in.

"Maybe she's right! I might as well have some fun tonight. I'll head to the club tonight as well and see what this Krillin is all about. I'll tell him what I do for a living and about Marron and then Chi-Chi will see just what is in store for her once he runs away vowing never to see me again" 18 said as a sly smirk appeared on her face.

AN: Next chapter: 18 and Chi-Chi are back at the club. Will 18 tell Krillin everything and if she does will he run away like she says he will or is she in for a big surprise? Find out on the next chapter.
