Chapter 7
Gogeta's decision and plans
Gogeta laid in his bed deep in thought. 'Why does he want to kill us?' Gogeta thought as he sat up. 'We never did anything to him so why would he want us dead?'
Gogeta got out of bed and started walking to the training room. Gogeta then realized he was being watched and turned around. "OK who's awake?" Gogeta said as he looked at the bunks.
"Bro it's just me," Vegeto said as he jumped down from his bunk. "Let me guess you've been awake for the past 5 hours just like me right?"
"Yea I have," Gogeta said as he turned back towards the training room. "I don't know why Serene wants to kill us but, there has to be a reason why."
"Cirus said he'll find out why he's that way," Vegeto said wondering if he should go back to bed or get a midnight snack.
"Anyway I'm going to train," Gogeta said as he started walking out of the room. "I need to find a way to get to sleep and wearing myself out might do it."
As Vegeto saw Gogeta's shadow go out of sight, he turned towards Gogeta's bunk bed. "Let me guess you can't sleep either," Vegeto said as he looked up a little.
"How did you know I was awake?" Takira asked as she got up.
"You're not the only one," Vegeto said as he looked at Carina and Cirus' bunk beds. "Carina, Cirus I know you're awake."
Cirus got up and so did Carina. "Vegeto you can't really blame us after all we were the first attacked," Cirus said as he rested on his pillow.
Takira then hoped down from her bed and started walking towards the training room.
"Where are you going Takira? You know Serene can be around here right now," Vegeto said while blocking her off from the exit.
"Yea I know but, isn't being around Gogeta considered safe since he's the strongest?" Takira asked, waiting for Vegeto to move.
"OK you can go but, I want you to keep an eye out for him," Vegeto said as he got out of the way and whispered in her ear. "As long as you make sure no one sees Gogeta in SSJ."
"I will," Takira said as she passed by Vegeto.
"Now you guys try and get some sleep," Vegeto said as he starred at Cirus and Carina. "I'll be protecting the entrance and if Serene comes hopefully Seripa, Vegeta, and I can stop him."
* * * * * *
As Takira got to the training room, she felt the strong force of Gogeta's power. "He must be training hard it SSJ," she thought as she entered the room. Once she entered the room, she saw Gogeta training without SSJ.
"Oh it's you Takira," Gogeta said as he turned into a SSJ. "If I knew it was you I wouldn't have drop out of SSJ."
"I see. I thought I felt your SSJ power and when you sensed my power you thought I was some one else," Takira said as she sat down.
"So let me guess you couldn't sleep either right?" Gogeta said as he continued training.
"I'm not the only one," Takira said while looking down at the ground. "The only ones sleeping are Seripa and Vegeta."
"So they were able to get to sleep huh?" Gogeta said as he moved fast enough to fight himself.
"Yea I don't know how even though they know he's strong," Takira said, curling up into a ball.
"Well I think Serene did that to challenge us," Gogeta said as he stopped. "Listen I want you to tell everyone to leave Serene to me when we fight his clan and that they should all start training hard."
"Your going to fight Serene?!" Takira asked, both shocked and terrified. "That's crazy even thought you're the strongest I don't think you can beat him without SSJ!"
Gogeta dropped out of SSJ and sat down on the floor next to Takira. "I'm strong enough and after tonight that formula can help us," Gogeta said as he wiped sweat from his forehead. "They're made to look like little cubes and I add a little bit of sugar for some flavor."
"Right now I'm just worried about you since Serene is extremely strong," Takira said as she started to yawn.
"Hey you should try and get some sleep," Gogeta said as he put his arm around Takira.
Takira started to rest her head on Gogeta's shoulder and yawned again. "I wish I could but, the only time I can get some sleep right now is when I feel totally safe and when I'm with you I feel that way but, how are you going to stay awake?" Takira asked Gogeta as she looked up at him.
"Well I can always sleep right next to you so if he does attack I'm right there for you," Gogeta said.
Takira closed her eyes. "Thank you Gogeta, I love you," Takira said as she fell asleep on Gogeta.
"I love you too, Takira," Gogeta whispered as he picked her up and carried her to their quarters. When he got there, he saw a light.
"Who's there?" Vegeto said, as he was ready to throw the blast.
"It's just Takira and I Vegeto and please try to be quiet she just fell asleep," Gogeta said as he walked towards Takira's bed.
"Good I can sleep now since you've come back," Vegeto said as he got into bed.
"Oh yea Vegeto tomorrow morning tell everyone that when we fight Serene's clan that I'll fight him myself," Gogeta said as he laid Takira down in her bed and put the blanket over her.
"You're kidding, right?" Vegeto asked as he pulled his blanket over him.
"No I'm not. I'm going to take him on myself," Gogeta said as he got his blanket.
"OK it's your funeral," Vegeto said as he closed his eyes and went to sleep.
Gogeta got into Takira's bed, gave her a kiss on her fore head, and fell asleep.

As Takira woke up the next morning, she noticed a noise right next to her. She quickly sat up and noticed it was Gogeta snoring. "I guess he did what he said he would do," Takira said thinking out load. She then noticed everyone was gone. "I wonder where everyone could be."
Gogeta then started stirring in his sleep and fell off the bunk. Takira tried to catch him but he fell to quickly. When Gogeta hit the ground, his head put a few cracks in it. Gogeta then opened his eyes. "I must be dreaming because now the room's upside down," Gogeta said as he started to slightly feel the blood rushing to his head.
"Are you OK?" Takira asked as she helped Gogeta up.
"I will be as soon as the blood rushes out of my head," Gogeta said. "Where is everyone?"
"I don't know," Takira said while looking around the room. "When I woke up no one was here."
"Maybe they're trying to find out more about Serene," Gogeta said as he walked over to his bunk bed and sat down.
"Why would they do that?" Takira asked as she sat down next to Gogeta.
"Because the more you know about your opponent the easier it will be to take him down." Gogeta said.
"Well I hope they don't have any trouble," Takira said while looking down.
"I'm sure they're OK," Gogeta said as he put his arm over her shoulder. "They know what they're doing."
"I hope so," Takira said as she rested her head on Gogeta's chest. "Right now I think everyone's afraid except you."
"I wouldn't be so sure about that," Gogeta said.
"What do you mean?" Takira asked.
"I mean that I'm afraid he'll try and get one of you guys," Gogeta said as he looked down. "If he does that he knows I can't do anything but watch as he uses that as an advantage."
"Even if he grabs Vegeta?" Takira asked.
"I'm afraid so," Gogeta said as he laid down and closed his eyes. "I wish there was a way to avoid that too."
"Something tells me you'll think of something," Takira said as she gave Gogeta a passionate kiss that lasted for hours.

As he looked for information Cirus was starting to get annoyed. Vegeto, Carina, Seripa, and him had been looking for information about Serene for over an hour and they found nothing so far.
"Hey Vegeto did you find anything," Cirus asked as he turned around to where Vegeto was. Vegeto just starred at the screen with fascination. Then Cirus saw that Vegeto was looking for information on the Legendary Super Sayain. "Vegeto how long you been looking at that?"
"A hour I'm trying to find out where he lost control of his power," Vegeto said as he clicked a few buttons.
"We're supposed to be looking for information on Serene," Cirus said as he turned back to his screen.
"I did find out one thing," Vegeto said as he got up.
"What is it and don't tell me it has something to do with Brolli," Cirus said as he turned around.
"It's about Serene and Brolli," Vegeto said with a serious face.
"Both of them?" Cirus said confused.
"Yea and it isn't good news either," Vegeto said as he took a deep breath. "He's a direct descendant of Brolli."
"You've got to be kidding me!" Cirus said getting Carina and Seripa's attentions.
"What going on?" Carina asked.
"Vegeto says Serene is a direct descendant of Brolli!" Cirus said.
"He is just look right here!" Vegeto said while pointing to where it said the information.
When everyone saw, they just looked in shock. "Listen he might be a direct descendant of Brolli but, that doesn't mean he can go SSJ and if he can he would have to get by me," Vegeto said as he shut down the computer.
"What makes you think you can take on a SSJ?" Seripa asked thinking that Vegeto couldn't.
"I'll tell you but, you all have to keep it a secret," Vegeto said making sure he made his point. After everyone nodded, Vegeto motioned them to follow him to the training room.
"Vegeto I hope you're not going to say that you can train to become as strong as a SSJ because that's impossible," Carina said as they walked into the room.
"I don't need to train," Vegeto said in a calm voice as he closed the door.
"What are you saying Vegeto?" Cirus said as he started to slowly get annoyed.
"I'm saying I'm a SSJ," Vegeto said plainly as if it were no big deal. Everyone started laughing.
"You've got to be kidding us Vegeto!" Seripa yelled out load. "A SSJ is a lot stronger, has gold hair, sea green eyes, and they're a lot older than you!"
"Never go by what you read," Vegeto said as he powered up. Everyone stopped laughing because they thought Vegeto was going to kill them. Then their faces took on a look of shock as Vegeto's hair had not only spiked up but had also turned gold. Then his eyes turned sea green as his muscles bulged. No one could believe it.
"So now do you believe that I'm a SSJ or do you need more proof?" Vegeto asked as he smirked.
Everyone shook their heads no. "Vegeto how long have you been a SSJ?" Cirus asked as he shivered.
"Ever since birth," Vegeto said with a smile. "The best part is I'm not the only SSJ."
"You mean Gogeta's a SSJ too!?" Seripa asked in total shock.
"Yea he is," Vegeto said. "Now remember don't tell anyone about this got it?" Everyone nodded their heads and Vegeto dropped out of SSJ. "Now try and find out when there's going to be a battle that Serene's clans going to be in and I'll get Gogeta to watch since he's stronger."
Vegeto then left the room and went to his quarters to find Gogeta and Takira in the passionate kiss. The second he saw, he just walked away.

A few hours later Vegeto went back and told Gogeta there was about to be a battle with clan 1 and Serene's clan. They ran to the window where they could watch the fight without being seen by the combatants.
As the match began everyone except Vegeto, Gogeta, and Takira turned their heads away from the gruesome sight. Takira grabbed onto Gogeta's uniform as Serene tore apart his victims. After there was one Sayain left he blasted off the Sayains head, instantly killing him. Takira then took her face and shoved it into Gogeta's uniform as she cried from fear. Then, just before Serene left the room, he pointed at Gogeta with an evil smile on his face and then left.
"Gogeta he's after you," Vegeto said as he tried to comfort Seripa who was also scared from the sight of blood going everywhere.
"I know he is," Gogeta said. "I knew he wanted to fight me ever since day one."
"Gogeta how do you inspect to beat that monster?" Takira asked as her tears slowly started to stop.
Gogeta picked up Takira and started walking towards their quarters. "Gogeta where are you going?" Cirus asked.
"Follow me," Gogeta said as he entered the room. Gogeta then opened a small container with 100 tiny turquoise colored cubes in it. He then walked to the training room and laid Takira down on the wall. "Remember these Takira?" Gogeta asked as he brushed one of her tears away. Takira nodded her head. "I'm going to use these so I can stop Serene once and for all."
"How are you going to do that bro?" Vegeto asked.
"I know you told everyone about us being SSJ's," Gogeta said as he got up and transformed. "These cubes have that formula I told you about earlier."
"Then lets test your formula," Vegeto said as he went SSJ.

After a few hours, Gogeta and Vegeto had beaten each other up badly. Gogeta brought out the cubes "Should I try the first one or should you?" Gogeta asked Vegeto.
"You try it," Vegeto said. "I'm not sure if there are any side affects or not."
Gogeta shrugged and popped one into his mouth. The second he swallowed it he got up with a huge smile on his face. "There is a side affect," Gogeta said. "It makes you a little stronger too Not by much but every little bit helps."
Vegeto popped on into his mouth and got up. "Yea bro your right but, lets keep on training," Vegeto said as he got in a fighting stance.
"OK lets keep on doing this and we should also train the others too," Gogeta said as he got ready for another round. "Of course I think the weaker of use will need to weaken Serene, he was strong before hazing and he's most likely stronger judging by what he had done to Cirus and Carina."
Takira had a smile on her face. 'After this Gogeta can win I just know it,' Takira thought as she closed her eyes and fell asleep.
