Chapter 12
Takira's ordeal
As Gogeta meditated in the training room, he had a premonition. "What in the world does this mean?" Gogeta thought as he saw himself on the ground in a bloody mess. He then saw a golden light building up in front of him then nothingness. When Gogeta's eyes shot open, he began breathing hard. "What does this mean?" Gogeta thought out load. "That couldn't have been Vegeto. Does it have something to do with one of the others? I know everyone has the ability to go SSJ but, which one of them is it?"
"Everyone can go SSJ?" Vegeto asked as he floated down in SSJ.
"Yea brother," Gogeta said as he stood up. "But if a person is very emotional the first time they can't control the power. They might do damage that they don't want to do but not even know they did it."
"How come we never had that problem then?" Vegeto asked as he dropped out of SSJ.
"Because we were born as SSJ's," Gogeta said. "We had full control to start with so we never caused any destruction."
"I see," Vegeto said with a smile. "I'm getting closer to that other form bro watch!" Vegeto then went SSJ. He then gripped his fists and started concentrating. When his aura started growing his energy started going up as well. After a while he started yelling as his hair started growing a little. As his muscles bulged he lost concentration and fell back to SSJ.
"You were close brother but you could use some more practice," Gogeta said as he started walking out. "Come on brother. Let's go relax for a while since we've been here for 3 hours."
"OK bro, you have a point," Vegeto said as they both walked out of the training room. As Gogeta and Vegeto reached their room, Cirus and Carina were walking towards them.
"Hey guys what's up?" Gogeta asked.
"Nothing really," Carina asked.
"We were about to get some lunch. Want to join us?" Cirus asked.
"No thanks Cirus," Gogeta said. "I plan on relaxing."
"I will Cirus," Vegeto said as he switched directions and headed for the lunchroom. "I worked up an appetite training!"
As Cirus, Carina, and Vegeto walked to go have lunch, Gogeta entered their room. When he saw no one was there he just climbed up to his bed and fell asleep.

When Gogeta woke up, he heard crying. As he looked over the edge of the bed, he saw Takira on her knees as tears poured out her eyes. "Takira what's the matter?" Gogeta asked as he jumped down from his bed and walked to her. As he was about to put his hand on her shoulder though he was sent back into a wall by a powerful force. "What in the world!?" When Gogeta looked up his eyes widened at the sight, he saw. 'It can't be!' he thought as he tried to go against the force. 'Takira was the one that went SSJ! This isn't good since she can't control that kind of power and if I go SSJ, I might hurt her!' Gogeta then started taking steps towards Takira as the power of her aura pushed against him. "Takira! Listen to me! You need to gain control! If you don't you could…." Gogeta then felt like he was being torn apart. He then looked down to see the hole in his stomach as his energy was dropping quickly. Before he knew it, he passed out.

"Come on guys!" Vegeto yelled. "Bro needs our help! I can't sense him anymore!"
"How could that be Vegeto?" Seripa said as Carina and Cirus struggled to keep up.
"Bro had a vision earlier about this happening!" Vegeto said. "He said that one of you went SSJ! It's either Vegeta or Takira and I bet its Takira!"
"Then we better hurry!" Carina said as she caught up. "Takira might finish Gogeta off!" When they reached, they saw Takira as her aura filled the room.
"Stay here!" Vegeto said as he went SSJ and appeared in front of Takira. "Takira listen to me! You need to take control! If you don't Gogeta might die!" After hearing the last part of Vegeto's sentence, Takira's eyes shot open as a few tears came out of them.
"Gogeta might die?" Takira said in a shaky voice while she was still in SSJ.
"Yes Takira he might die," Vegeto said as he picked up Gogeta's body and dropped out of SSJ. "Listen you stay here. Before you go out you need to master this form or else Freeza might destroy the whole Sayain race." Vegeto then ran out of the room.
"I….did…..tha..that…..to….Gogeta?" Takira said in confusion. She then started crying again hoping that Gogeta would live.

As Vegeto looked at Gogeta in the Regeneration Tank, he talked to the doctor. "Is he going to be OK doc?" Vegeto asked.
"I'm not sure," the doctor said. "He's in pretty bad shape. You did some good thinking bringing him here to the advanced Regeneration Tanks. These are only used for the most serious situations. I'm not sure if he's going to be OK though. Only time can tell." After that the doctor left.
"Bro you have to survive," Vegeto said. "I can't fight Frieza alone. I need your help to do it. Remember that we made a promise to kill him. I just hope you'll be OK bro." Vegeto then left with only his hopes keeping his head high.

As Takira stirred in bed, she thought about what happened. 'Why did I do that to him?' she thought. 'I didn't mean to hurt him. I love Gogeta! I wouldn't do that on purpose!' Takira then sat up in bad with sweat on her fore head. "I'm going to see him," she said thinking out load. She then jumped down from her bed and slowly made her way for the door. Before she could open the door though she heard a voice.
"Where do you think you're going Takira?" Vegeto asked from the ceiling.
"I'm going to see Gogeta and you can't stop me Vegeto," Takira said as she glared up at him.
"I wasn't planning on stopping you," Vegeto said as he came down. "Go if you want. If he wakes up though can you come back and tell me?"
"Sure Vegeto," Takira said as she opened the door and walked out.

As Takira got into the Regeneration Tank room where Gogeta was, she made sure none of the guards heard her. When she knew they didn't hear her she walked up to Gogeta's Regeneration Tank and looked in. "Gogeta how could this have happened?" Takira said as a tear rolled down her cheek. "I just wish I knew if you were OK." Takira then heard some noise from inside the Regeneration Tank.
"Don't worry Takira," Gogeta said in a weak voice. "I'll be OK. I've survived worse."
"Gogeta," Takira said in relief. "I'm sorry that I did this to you. If it wasn't for me you wouldn't be here."
"It isn't your fault," Gogeta said. "I know that if some one goes SSJ for the first time they might not have control over it and do things that they don't want to do. Was there anything that you were upset about when it happened?"
"Yes there was," Takira said as she pulled out a piece of paper. "This came. It said my parents were killed."
"I'm sorry to hear that Takira," Gogeta said. "I know that you've been receiving letters from them saying that they'll visit you and how proud they are of you. I'm sure they loved you as much as I do."
"Thank you Gogeta," Takira said as she sat on the ground. "It feels like Frieza took my parents from me for some reason."
"He probably had an order to take out your parents," Gogeta said. "Any Sayains that become to strong are killed by Frieza's men because he doesn't want to go against us. He knows that some day, were all going to be stronger than him and he will be killed."
"I want to kill him now," Takira said. "Gogeta, if I learn how to control the transformation like you and Vegeto can, can I help you fight Frieza?"
"It depends if you're willing to go through the severe training me and Vegeto go through every day," Gogeta said. "If you can make it so you don't have to really concentrate on the transformation you can join us. Try to make it so you barley have to concentrate so that all you have to do is think and you'll transform."
"OK Gogeta," Takira said with a smile. "I'll start training tomorrow to control how to transform at will. I'll tell Vegeto that you're OK." Takira then left as a tear of relief fell from her check to the floor.
"I know I'm going to see Vegeto tomorrow when I first wake up," Gogeta said thinking out load. "But she can help and it isn't right to stop her from having revenge." Gogeta then fell asleep to concentrate on healing.

"Bro you have got to be kidding me!" Vegeto said after Gogeta told him about the night before. "There is no way she can help! She could go crazy again!"
"She won't Vegeto," Gogeta said. "After the first time she won't go crazy unless she reaches the next level the way she reached SSJ. We can count on her. Besides, she deserves to have revenge on Frieza. There have been rumors that Frieza has been killing the strongest Sayains and her parents were pretty strong."
"I guess you're right," Vegeto said. "But if she loses control I'm blaming you bro remember that."
"I will," Gogeta said. "But she won't lose control. I know she won't."
