She's Who?

Second installment

Last I checked I still do not own DBZ.

Shortly after the barrel of a man started his ranting at his daughter, he had the attention of the entire establishment. The barkeep dared not call police because then the angered father would refuse credit to him for his bar. There was one individual that dared to make him stop, though.

And he did.

With one uppercut the man stopped beating his daughter. Once the man stood up again the interloper screamed, "What kind of monster are you!" "Fine!" answered the father, "If you feel you can do better. You'll marry at noon tomorrow!" "What! But I'm already married!" Can you afford to keep her?" "Well, yes." "Then that doesn't matter! You'll marry her tomorrow or I'll have her killed, she's no good to me now, all the men are afraid of her!" "Fine!" concedes the hero and walks back to his table.

"What was that about?" asks Bulma. "Well, it seems that I must marry that young lady over there or she'll be killed because I interfered with her beating" "Oh my! That's terrible honey!" exclaims his wife. "What are you going to do?" "I honestly don't know," says the hero. "But, I wanted to talk to you first." "Oh." Says ChiChi.

"Well, what are the options?" she asks.

"OK, #1) I don't marry her and she gets killed tomorrow. Or, 2) I marry her and have 2 wives and hopefully everything will be fine." "Two Wives!" yells ChiChi. "Two Wives!" echoes Bulma. "Is there an echo in here?" ponders Goku. "Kakarott, you dog," says Vegeta. "Nope, no echo," thinks Goku. "Is that allowed? Is that legal?" questions Bulma. "Oh, leave him alone," says Vegeta. "Thanks Vegeta, but 1) yes and 2) here, yes as long as you can afford to have however many wives you decide to have. But, what I want to know is, what do you think ChiChi?"

"Well, I don't know. When does he need an answer?" says ChiChi. "Uh, if I don't show up to marry her tomorrow at noon, her father will have her killed," answers Goku. The whole group exclaims "What!" "I said…"began Goku. "We heard what you said it just sounds so barbaric! That's all," says Bulma. "I concur, although I don't like the idea of sharing my husband. I would not like it if my selfishness was the cause of her death." Says ChiChi, as everyone including Goku stare at her in astonishment.
