Amma and Sousan, a powerful and sarcastic duo, land their spaceship at Capsule Corp to arrest Vegeta "The Saiyin Prince" and take him to the mysterious "Council" to stand trial for war crimes committed during the Freiza saga (a guaranteed death sentence). This seemingly routine stop becomes more complex when the empathic Amma senses there is more to the Saiyin Prince than meets the eye. Amma and Sousan find themselves bombarded with an odd assortment of beings including an innocent child, a lovable goof, a smelly wise man, a screeching harpy and a midget coming to plead Vegeta's case. Amma is even more confused by the fact that Vegeta is actually willing to return with them to meet his fate.
