Herro got up and carfully held Pan in his arms. Herro started to fly away when he heard a voice.
"Hello? Is anyone there? Are you okay?" It called. Herro turned around to where the voice came from, and saw a man.
The man was looking around. Herro landed in front of the man, surprising him.
"Who are you?" Herro asked.
"I'm Gyan. I heard yelling and thought somone was hurt, I'm a doctor you know." Gyan said proudly.
He was short (shorter than Pan), very tan, and had a long grey beard. He was wearing a turban, a white cloak, and glass's.
"You're a doctor?! Like, a doctor doctor?!" Herro asked quickly.
"Y-yes..." He stuttered sheepishly.
"Please! You have to help Pan!" Herro pleaded.
Gyan straightend his glass's and looked at Pan in Herro's arms. He felt her forhead, then his eyes widened.
"Come with me. We might not have enough time." Gyan said seriously.
Gyan leaded Herro to his house. The house had the Capsule Corp title on the front, and was alot like Herros and Pans, exept this one had more beds.
Gyan motioned Herro to put Pan on one of the many beds. When Pan was lieing on the bed, Gyan brought out some medicine, and a shot. He filled the shot with a blue ligiud stuck the needle into Pans arm, injecting the medicine into her blood.
Gyan sat on a chair, and looked like a storm had passed.
"Do you know what was wrong with her? Will she be okay?" Herro asked.
Gyan sighed. "She'll be okay for the moment, but ... she will die."
Herros eyes widened. "What...?" Herro asked in disbelife.
"Allow me to explain. The sickness she got was a effect from a curse... So I ask you, did you do somthing to a god named Zohar?" Gyan asked.
"Never heard of it. But Pan became like that after we fought a demon named Nyoka." Herro claimed. Gyan crossed his legs and looked like he was in deep thought.
Gyan got up and walked over to a desk, and brought out a very old (and very big) book. Gyan opened it, and flipped through many pages.
Suddenly Gyan stopped, then pointed to a page.
"Nyoka the serpent god, or better known as Nyoka the demon snake." Gyan said frowning. "I thought that name sounded familier."
"What's that book?" Herro asked.
"This is my book on legeneds and myths. Nyoka, was at one point worshiped as a god by the civilization of Teigra."
"Teigra acually had a civilization?" Herro asked wide eyed.
"Yes, But this was hundreds of years ago. You see, Nyoka was one of the few animal demons that could speak human tounge, so the people of Teigra thought he was a god for that. But you see the god Zohar, who's a *real* god, saw that Nyoka was a fake."
"Nyoka was a fake?"
"Yes. Nyoka tricked the people of Teigra into thinking he was a god. When Zohar found this out, he placed a curse on Nyoka, and made him blind."
"So what does that have to do with Pan?! Nyoka didn't say anything about a curse, he said he would give us new powers!" Herro yelled angerily.
"Powers? What powers?"
"He told me that he'd give me the abillity of strengh, and Pan would be able to sense body heat and attacks."
Gyan nodded. "He lied. Those abillitys are only useable to snake demons. He probolly told you and Pan to kill him right?"
Herro nodded.
"You see, the curse can be passed on. When the cursed one dies, he or she bursts into white fire. When somone touchs the fire they take in the curse."
Herro looked at his hands, then at Pan.
"But I touched the fire too, how come Pan was the only one suffering?"
"The curse works in differnt ways, with differnt people. And its effects are stronger with other people and weaker with others. And the meicine I gave Pan won't last forever."
"So how long will it last?"
"I don't know. The effects seemed stronger with her than it did with you, so the medicine might not last long for her."
"Is there any way to get rid of the curse?!"
"Only one. To ask Zohar to lift the curse. But that's impossible."
"How?!"
"Because Zohar is gone."
Herro was silent. He didn't understand what he ment by 'Gone' but things for him and Pan looked very bleak.
Pan awoke, the desert sun coming through the window. Pan sat up and rubbed her eye, then relized she had no idea where she was.
Pan got out of bed, and tried to remember what happened.
"Well... first me and Herro fought that snake demon... then I became ill... and Herro was taking care of me..." Pan stopped her thinking, when flash's of Herro taking care of her came to her mind. Pan blushed a little, then shook her head quickly getting rid of the thoughts.
"Sowhatifhewastakingcareofmeit'sbetterthanhavinghimleavemetodie!&qu ot; Pan spatted in one breath.
Then the door opened revealing Herro. Herro walked up to Pan.
"Pan, are feeling okay?" Herro asked, in a monotone voice.
Pan blushed when the memorys of him sitting by her side when she was sick came back into her head.
"Ifeelokay!" She said quickly.
Herro raised an eyebrow at her too quick anser, but shrugged it off.
"So... where are we?" Pan asked not looking at Herro in the eyes.
Herro sat on a chair, and crossed his legs.
"We're at Gyan's place. I found him in the desert and he help you with your sickness." Herro told her. Pan blinked, Herro seemed a little out of charater. He looked a little depressed.
Gyan walked in and saw Pan, and smiled.
"I'm Gyan. You're Pan, yes?" He asked.
"Yeah, thanks for helping me." Pan thanked smiling.
"No problem... really." He said trying his best to smile.
Pan looked at Gyan then at Herro. She knew they were keeping somthing from her.
Pan walked up to Herro, and glared at him.
Herro sweat dropped.
"What...?" He asked.
"You're keeping somthing from me."
"A-am not." Herro said looking to the side.
"You stuttered! You are keeping somthing from me!"
"I am not!" Herro argued
"Are too!"
"Am not!"
"Are too!"
"Am not!"
"Are too!"
"Am not!!"
"Are too!!"
"AM! NOT!"
"ARE! TOO!"
"Fine I'll tell you!"
"Thank you!" Pan thanked angerily.
Herro told Pan about the curse, about how Nyoka lied to them, and about how Nyoka was cursed by Zohar.
Pan sat on her bed aparently in deep thought, then she stood up.
"That little basterd! Never trust a snake!" She yelled shaking her fist.
Herro slapped his face, and Gyan raised his eyebrows.
"Pan! Don't you relize, that you and me are going to die?!" Herro asked in anger.
"Yes, but you told me..." Pan looked at Herro in the face, then at her feet. "You said I was too... strong for a little sickness to kill me." She said blushing a little.
Herro blushed, when he remembered what he said. Then looked away.
"I also called you a fool." He reminded her.
Pans face became angery again, and glared at him.
"Anyway, this isn't a sickness, this is a curse. As in *magic*" Herro informed, waving his hands at the word magic.
"Well, arn't there reverse curses?" Pan asked Gyan.
"Well, yes. But this curse is complicated."
"How so?" Herro and pan asked at the time.
"Well, this curse can only be lifted by the person who casted it, Zohar."
"Okay. So all we have to do is make Zohar to take this curse off of us." Pan said grinning.
Gyan shook his head.
"That's impossible." he said simply.
Pan pouted her lips. "How?" She asked.
"Because. Zohar was worshiped by the people of Teigra. But Zohar, had a brother, Indivar. Indivar was jealos of his elder brother, and imprisened him in his crown. When the people of Teigra saw this they put Indivar in a mirror.
They built a temple around the mirror, and filled it with many traps and demons." Gyan said darkly. "The only way to realese Zohar is free Indivar as well. You have to take his crown and break it."
"Okay no problem!" Pan said happily.
"There is a problem! The temple is in Teigras Jungle, and you have to fight Indivar to take his crown! And he is VERY powerfull." He warned.
Pan grinned at the idea of going into a dangerous temple, and Herro smirked at the idea of fighting a god.
"Let's go!" Herro and Pan said happily to eachother.
