Pan looked ahead of her. Oceon streached farther than she could see, and seagulls circled over her and the saiyans that followed her. Vegeta, Gohan, Goten and Trunks slowly flew behind Pan, each with a face of either curiousity or determination.
Underneath them in the water, somthing stirred. They looked down just in time to see the large body of a fish. It had a long neck, its spear shapped head held many small sharp teeth. It's body was as big as any whale, and it had small flippers on each side. "What is that?" Trunks asked.
"I don't know, but I think we're getting closer to Teigra." Pan said seriously. Just after she said that the sea's waves started to get bigger in hight, nearly touching them in sky. The strange fish jumped from the water and snapped at the fighters. They dodged, and watched as it fell to the oceon again.
"What it do that for?" Goten asked. Before anyone could anser the water started to get higher again. The monster jumped from the sea and tried to bite at them again. They moved out of the way, when they felt another presence behind them. They turned and saw an even larger fish creater staring at them. It had red scales and its body resembled a very big lizard's. The sea monster jumped again after the saiyans, but the lizard grabbed hold of its neck. It held it in place as it bit down upon its long neck. The sea creture stopped moving, black blood dripping from its neck and mouth. The lizard dived back into the oceon, disapearing from the saiyans veiw and taking its giant prey with it.
With nothing else to do, the warriors continued on there way. "Are there any other animals like that in Teigra?" Gohan asked.
"Well... not just like it." Pan said after thinking for her answer.

The oceon dissapeared from their gaze and everything was taken over in desert. Pan reconized the giant sand dunes but didn't know what was lying in front of her miles away. The saiyans stared at a giant white castle standing in the mist of mountainess trees in the jungle, miles away from them. They felt a strange power coming from the fort and decieded that Hiro must be there. Too tired to fly they took out a capsule and drove forward. (it did have airconditioning after all.)
Tall mountains stood to their sides as they drove, and a giant platou was placed in front of them blocking their route. They put away their capsule and flew upward, the orange rock turning red as they flew higher. When they got to the top they had a better view of the castle, still far from where they stood. The shape and structure was not like any Pan had ever seen, and the sky around it seemed to be darkened. Pan squinted and saw strange statues placed next to the gate. "Teigra is the strangest land you'll ever wander." said an old womans voice. The saiyans turned around and saw Tala lying on top of the platous rock. They got deffensive, but Pan told them she wasn't an enemy. ("Right?" Pan asked when she remembered what Tala had said to her and Hiro when they left Teigra.)
"I am not here to hurt you. On the contrairy, I'm here to fight the demon that took Hiro."
"So... you're going to help free Hiro?" Pan asked.
"No. I have my own reasons for doing this, and none of it really concerns Hiro."
"Then what are they?" Goten asked.
"The're none of your business." Tala spat. She walked in front of them and stared into the building in front of her. "Teigra and Hiro are inside that castle, and it's not far away from here. We must leave."
"Wait!" Pan said suddenly. Tala looked at her, her paitience wearing thin.
"What is it?" she said unkindly.
"Uh. I thought the demons name was Red. Why did you call her Teigra?" Tala was silent for a whole minute before speaking.
"Her real name is Teigra, she was the one who first created this land, she was once a god."
"God?"
"Yes. Many years ago Teigra was a spirit. She was nothing but energy, but she somehow used her power to construct herself a body. She was one of the first beings that truly lived in the universe, along with Zohar and Indivar... and myself. I was a god once too.
"The four of us veiwed earth with love for many years, untill we decided to make our own land. Zohar, Indivar, and I gave some of our powers to Teigra so she could construct our land. With her firey arms she carved the land, making mountians and desert from nothingness. Her love for life gave birth to the jungles and animals. And her tears of happiness gave her creation to rivers, and lakes. When she had finished we were overjoyed. But after she had created it, Zohar and Indivar started to fight eachother for rule. They began to destroy the very land they loved in their battle, and when I saw Teigra shocked to see her child being hurt, she cried. I could never see her cry, and in my rage I attacked both Indivar and Zohar. I couldn't hurt Zohar, but I did do a lot of damage to Indivar. Even though Zohar couldn't stand Indivars greed, he was still his twin brother. So he gathered his energy in his palm, and attempted to kill me. There was a bright green light and a scream, and the next thing I knew I saw Teigras body lying on the ground, dead. Teigra loved each of us and didn't want us to hurt eachother, so when Zohar struck at me she got in front of the blast and sacrificed herself for me. Zohar couldn't stand killing her so he dedicated himself to helping the humans of the land Teigra crated, and even named the land after her. Indivar wasn't the same after that day, the people were afriad of him, and the woman he was in love with had died by his brothers hand. Myself... I could not be a god anymore after the loss of my best friend. So I banned myself into the jungle and changed myself into a demon, and I protected the people who lived there from other demons.
"Years past, then I witniced Indivar fighting Zohar in the sky. Indivar was losing of course, but he then performed a strange magic and Zohar was gone. Indivar had changed, his power was dark, and he had developed a condition of megalomainia. I teached the people how to trap him, and they did. Teigra was now without its gods, and its inhabitants changed into demons. More and more people died everyday... and then a blond Hiro showed up. He walked into Teigra and in front of him was Teigra herself. I didn't believe my eyes. Teigra brought forth a ball of light into her hand and threw it into the sky, it exploded and created a moon. Hiro was in pain, and he changed into a giant gold ape. Teigra placed herself on his shoulder, and made him destroy her land. I was not strong enough to fight them, I could only watch as the demons Teigra summoned from darkness slew the people as they begged for mercy. In three days Teigra entire population was gone. Teigra laughed as the artificial moon dissapeard, Hiro went back into his humanoid form once more, but his eyes were still of a monster. He grabbed Teigras skull and crushed it in his palm. Teigra was dead agin, and Hiro was all alone. Hiros anger fuelled him as he walked aimlessly in Teigra, desroying everything in his wake. For days Hiro did nothing but kill, eating what Teigra had to offer, but after those days Hiro fell asleep, and when he woke Hiro was differnt. His sainity had come back, his hair a differnt color, his power signifigently lower, and his memory of death scattered. Hiro was alone, no one was there to be with him, and that only made his personallity as cold as steel. People came wandering into the dead land of Teigra, Hiro would do nothing but watch them from afar as they were attacked by demons, starved, or died of thirst. Then one day a strange rabbit came to him, claiming to be his cauntis, but I knew that that animal was Teigra. I didn't know how she did it, but Teigra was back again. Years past, the animal that followed Hiro kept reminding him of his sins that haunted him in his dreams, saying he had no right to live happily. Then you showed up Pan. Hiro changed compleatly after he met you. I don't know how it happened but he did."
"So... Pookey was Teigra?"
"Uh... Yes. Now we must go to the castle of Teigra, I'm sure she's waiting for us." Tala said jumping off the edge of the platau, landing safly on the sand below.
The saiyans followed Tala in their capsule car. The mountains streached high and the sand began to dissapear, revealing hard rock beneath them. The castle was getting closer and the power of Teigra was becoming more aware in their minds.
Rock turned to dark grass, mountains were replaced by trees, and the castle was getting closer and higher as they continued forward. The giant rock the castle was standing on was getting taller everytime they got closer, and the white stone the fort was made of streatched into the sky. "What's happening to the castle?" Gohan asked.
"Teigra is expecting us. She's making the castle taller... she doesn't want us to interfier with her plan." Tala said slowly. Tala walked away from the castle, heading straight into the haunted jungle.
"And whe're you going?" Vegeta asked curtly.
"I'm going into the jungle. There's a cave that leads to the top of the tallest mountain in Teigra, and no- demons and ghosts won't attack you, Pan." she said at the look of Pans scared face.
"But can't we just fly to the top of the castle?" Goten asked.
"Teigra would be expecting that. And besides... I can't fly."

Darkness took them, and the strange sense that made Pan feel like she was being watched returned to her. The darkness prevented anyone (save for Tala) from seeing anything, but in the dephs of the ebyss Pan could see darker shadows linger, stare at them, then leave. Skeletons flocked the earth and when Pan would step on one by accident she would freeze, expecting to be pulled underground like her last experience. When nothing would happen Vegeta would push her forward saying she was "Holding up the line.". Truely the dark void of the jungle was the most uncomfterble place Pan had ever been to, and she had the delightful courtsy of visiting it once more. They travelled in bleak darkness for too long of a time (in Pans opinion). The trees started to break apart and sunlight was leaking through the leaves. The light was grayed by clouds threating rain, and in front of the crowd was an entrance to a cave. The caves mouth looked wet, and to Pan the stone resembled a mouth of a demon she had seen only days ago. Trunks asked if they all were really going into the cave and Tala ansered with an impaitiant tone, "How else are we supposed to get into the castle?"
They walked into the cave and Pan learned that her observations of the cave was right; it was wet. Ice cold water dripped on top of their heads, and small puddles covered their tracks. Small six-legged lizard-like creatures were crawling on the walls and were making many squeking and croaking sounds which filled the cave with many echos. The noises sounded like strange music to Pans ears, and she listened eagerly. As she listened, Pan started to feel slightly closterfobic, the walls of the cave started to melt and croaks and squeks of the lizards became louder. Pans eyes rolled in the back of her head, and her face soon felt the cold wet floor of the cave. The yells of her friends were echoed in her mind and started to fade as her mind became blank.
Pans eyes awoke, instead of seeing the black ceiling of the cae she saw a wide white sky. She got up. The cave, and her friends were gone. She was standing in a feild of Red Teigra Flowers, and everything except for the flowers heads were in black white. The sound of seagulls and the crashing of waves were in the air, and as Pan suspected the oceon was only a few feet away from her. "One more step..." said a voice. Pan turned around and she saw the back of Hiros head. He was sitting cross legged and looking at the sea. "One more step, and I'll leave Teigra for the first time in seven years." Hiro picked a Teigra flower and turned to look at Pan, his brown eyes was one of the few colors in Pans sight. "I don't think I can do it Pan." Hiro let go of the flower and let the wind carry it away. He got up and walked to Pan, pulling her into a hug that lifted her off the ground. Pan blushed when she felt him whisper her name in her ear. Hiro looked in Pans face and said sadly; "All of my sins lie in Teigra. I've done bad things Pan, the memorys are fuzzy and broken up, but I remember them. And they are the ones that kept me from leaving Teigra. I've done horrible things, what gives me the right to have a good life? I should be punished." Pans eyes were filling with tears, and she gripped Hiros neck in her arms.
"You're so stupid." she said, struggling not to wail in her tears. She rubbed her cheek against his neck and then looked into his brown eyes. "You need to have a better life, Hiro. I'll save you... I'll give you the life you derserve."
"Why?" he asked queitly. "Why do you..." To Pans surprise Hiros eyes dropped little tears down his cheek. "Why do you do these things?" Pan smiled and carressed her lips softly against Hiros.
"Because I love you." she said gently. Hiros face looked shocked, and more tears started to travel down his face. Hiro placed Pan sitting on the grass still holding her, and began to let go. But Pan grabbed hold of his face and gently pulled him to her lap. "It's okay to cry, Hiro. I'll be here." she said smiling softly. Hiro stared at the sky, the black sun hanging over their heads. Hiros face scruntched up, and he cried. Pan held him close and stroked his hair, all the while whispering that it will be okay.
The strange world was fading, but Hiro and Pan remained lying on the ground. Untill Hiro eventualy faded as well, and Pan was left alone. Pan looked upward, where the sky used to stand. Her eyes with tears, she was more determined to save Hiro than before.
