Trunks pulled his arms out and put his wrists together as he started to gather his energy within. His palms then grouped millions of atoms once again. His thumbs were pointing at the androids below. The electricity blasted out into an enormous white ball still exploding with bolts. The white sphere kept growing with bolts dancing across it and out onto the air.

18 screamed, "What is he doing? 17? What is he doing, he's surely not going to fire at Earth is he? Answer me 17!"

17 looked at 18 with a look of great fear. He answered, "I don't know, but if he does fire, give it all you have!"

18 gulped again.

Luminous lighting bolts shattered around Trunks as his ball grew. This Final Flash move is surely going to finish these guys. I wish you were here dad, to see how powerful I really am… I just miss you so much. With your blast father, the suffering will end and we will have won.

Trunks was now finished. He then viciously screamed out the words that would kill the androids. "FINAL FLASH!" The piercing sound of the cry flooded throughout the androids as they both saw his enormous power. The whiteness of the ball reflected off the shining sun as it hit Trunks's eye. He crinkled it in rage. The ball dissipated into a blast as it launched off Trunks's hands. A scream exploded out of Trunks's mouth as the blast became faster and larger.

The androids stared in disbelief. They both were in complete awe. 17 snapped out of it and cried, "Now 18!"

Shiny balls of energy grasped into their hands as both of them challenged the giant blast. The energy balls screamed upward but only sunk into the blast. The overpowering shimmering white blast hovered toward them.

17 screamed, "NO! We can't let Trunks win! He's a weakling, remember!"

18 shook her head and replied, "No 17. It's not Trunks! He's been training in something unbelievable. Something incredible, Trunks has… surpassed us" She bellowed her head.

17 stared to the ground, his face crinkling with rage. He cried, "No one can be stronger than the ultimate android!"

Android 17 blasted all that he had. The energy balls and blasts sunk into the blast. It can't be! It just can't be! The boy android stared once again into the whiteness.

Trunks laughed and shouted proudly, "Finally, the day has come! The death of the androids is seconds away!"

The blast came inches away from the destruction of the androids. 18 covered her face, 17 followed. The blast engulfed the two, the white power tearing through each artificial body. First ripping the skin with its incredible force, then it went into the beings fake insides completely shredding everything in it's way. It but only took a mere second for the energy to disintegrate the evil androids, ridding the Earth of the destructive duo.

Up in the sky Trunks breathed deeply, then he grinned greatly. He flew all over the sky in excitement. Wow, how many years of torture and pain? How many years of sorrow? How many minutes did it take to destroy them! Amazing! Now to go tell mom and then destroy Cell… He took one last glance at the gigantic crater and blasted off.

Wind beat against him as a soft silver aura surrounded him as he flew in the direction of his home. The journey though proved to be long. Thanks to the unknown area where he first landed, he knew nothing about where he was, only that his house lay toward the ocean which was always resting in the direction of the falling sun. Mountains and long forests flew under him as a small city up ahead became larger.

Trunks studied the city well. It was a fairly large one mixed with hundreds of medium sized buildings and a well-sized forest to the north. But something inside told him that he'd been there before… Then it hit him. It was Ginger Town, the town where in the past they had first spotted the monster known as Cell. He quickly scanned the city beneath. He sighed deeply. The town was completely empty as he feared.

He flew softly to an empty road. The powerful energy within came to a cease as he exhaled deeply, letting go of his power. His spiky golden hair flopped down to his original blue hair. His eyes quickly flashed blue also as the golden aura stopped as well.

Trunks quickly scanned the scene. He shook his head. He knew there were no survivors; it was the way Cell hunted. He also knew by the way the air moved. It was like an attachment he couldn't get away. He knew where and when Cell was and the only way to stop that feeling was to kill him.

He slowly looked down at the streets and the stores. His eyes focused on tons of clothes lying about. He angrily grasped his fists in rage. Cell! Damned monster! It's already too late! I'm going to get you for this Cell!

Adrenaline pumped through his veins as the whole town shook with energy as Trunks's hair flew up in an electrical shock. His blue hair flashed golden. He looked around carefully searching for a tall green monster named Cell…

Trunks jumped up into the air as he pulled his energy into his feet. He arose into the windy passage known as the jet stream. He could see the whole city on a wide range. His golden head went back and forth looking at every corner on every street. After seconds that seemed like hours, his eyes concentrated on a very familiar shadow, a shadow which had tall horns, a tail, and a body.

Trunks flew down to the street cautiously. Sweat ran down his face as a green monster dragging a motionless body faced the golden haired man.

Better ease up!

"So Cell, already draining innocent lives for your worthless thrill, but today Cell, you are going to DIE!" The man pointed his glowing finger at the green and black blob of a monster.

The monster's armor-like skin heaved in and out slowly as he asked gently, "How do you know my name?"

Trunks mouth widened as he gave out a grin.

"You could kind of say I'm from the future, but not really. I was born in this time, the time when the androids walked the Earth. All of the Earth's Special Forces perished at the hands of those mechanical monsters. I was just a baby back then, but now I have surpassed the level of the Super Sayan. And I have destroyed the androids so you would not have a chance to reach your perfect form. I have seen your perfect state, but you let the Z fighters get stronger for ten days and hold a tournament. You, being the fool you are, didn't suspect that Gohan had reached the pinnacle of the Sayan race and destroyed you with the most massive Kame Maya Wave ever created. So you Cell, you are going to die today. Good thing you just had supper!"

Cell stared with disbelief. He quickly changed his expression with a grin and shouted, "No one could ever destroy me in my perfect form. NO ONE! That's how I know your bluffing!" He folded his arms in acceptance dropping the half drunken human.

Stupid beast, I'll show him! Trunks extended his arms outward as he made his fingers into fists. I'll show him! Damn it, I'LL KILL HIM! With one swift motion of his elbows to his hips, he enormously powered up, called the energy within once more. He then began a slow scream to the heavens, increasing his power even more.

His power unleashed into a couple buildings causing them to explode in a mass of debris. Stop that! He shouted to himself. Control your anger! Control it! He nodded his head in agreement. As the energy built inside him his muscles tensed out even more. Exploding with power, he screamed a cry upwards filling the air.

Bolts of energy and electricity shot upward as the day sky flashed blackness. Electrical patterns danced around Trunks as the golden energy violently flared over to Cell.

Cell cried with rage, "What are you?!" The golden air lifted the green giant off his feet and threw him miles away.

Trunks relaxed and built more power inside. Now, to kill him Goku style! He put his hands by his side and shouted, "Ka…" He relaxed his inner thoughts ceasing any disturbances. He thought back to all things well, to all things that lived in peace and harmony. He knew he had to do this, had to do it to save that peace and harmony. He continued, "Me…" His anger boiled inside him. He knew if he understood the true potential of the Kame hame ha Wave, he could destroy Cell with one hand blindfolded, but he had more to learn with Master Roshi. But he did know that you had to be at peace with all living things surrounding and of course angry at something. So he was ready. He went on, "Ha… Me…" Trunks focused on his opponent and called forth the attack, a ball of light and energy generated into his hands, lighting the dark night. He breathed in with hope that he could bring enough power into the attack. In an instant he screamed as loud as he could possibly think he could.

"HAAAA!" His elbows left the surface of his right hip and extended as far as he could reach. The bright bluish white ball left off his palms with great force. The tiny ball evolved into a blast as it ran across stubby mountains heading its way to the vicious monster known as Cell.

Cell slowly got up. His body shook with pain. How did that man do that! I'm the most powerful being in the universe! And what was all that talk about the androids being destroyed! That's not possible! Or is it? This man was strong enough to throw me miles away with only his energy! If it's true, I'm in for some deep--- A sense flashed into his mind, a sense of power heading towards him. He slowly tilted his head upward and saw a blurry white ray coming at him, his eyes widened with fear. Not possible! It's just not possible! Cell's mind paced in every direction, he frantically searched in his mind to find a counter attack. His mind proved to be of no help. He sighed as he lowered his head. No! Don't give up! He's not stronger than… me! Cell stared at the enormous blast coming at him at hundreds of miles per hour, the blast that would destroy him, the colorful blast coming closer every second. The monster kept his head low and didn't even look at his demise.

The wave engulfed the combined cells of the greatest fighters of Earth, cell by cell, inch by inch. The wave tore through and out of the monster leaving no trace of any surviving organisms, creating once again another crater.

All Cells were now completely destroyed…

Trunks bent down in exhaustion. Man, I'm wiped! It's probably because that was the first time I used it! His eyes rolled back and he fell hard to the ground… -

When Trunks woke up he angrily punched the air. A lady with fainting blue hair ordered, "Trunks! You stop that! You need your rest!"

Trunks lightly questioned, "What? Where am I?" Nausea hit his head hard as he fell back into his chair.

The woman answered, "You're home Trunks, it's your mother, Bulma! I heard a big blast in Gingertown and I knew it was you getting beat up!" Bulma whacked Trunks's head hard and cried, "What would I have done if I had lost you?!"

The woman then remembered why her son was gone for so long. She screamed, "Trunks! What happened in the other time! Did you save Goku and the Earth?!"

Trunks tried to say something but passed out. Bulma ran her hand across her boy's blue hair and confirmed, "Don't worry Trunks, sooner or later we'll get those androids!" Bulma's eyes swelled up with tears as they came down on Trunks. She laid her head on her arms as she rested on Trunks. Trunks, our attempt to save the ones we most dearly love, have failed. But don't you worry my son, if we just stick together we might defeat these monsters.

Bulma paused and reassured her self while standing up with pride. "Yeah that's it; all we need is my brain and his muscles!" But then again, didn't we just try that? Oh Goku… I wish you were here to exterminate these roaches. I wish…

After getting hours of resting, Trunks finally woke up. He walked down the white corridors of Capsule Corp. until he reached the main living room. Her mother was watching the news as always trying to find the androids.

Trunks acted quickly. He exclaimed, "Mother, turn off the T.V. There's no reason to search for the androids if they are already destroyed…"

Bulma's eyes enlarged widely. She cried, "You defeated the androids?! Hurray! Trunks defeated the androids! We have to call everyone! Wait a minute! That's why you were so beat up! It all makes sense now!"

Trunks shook his head and explained, "No mother, I beat Androids 17 and 18 with ease. Androids 21 was why I was so beat up"

Bulma's eyebrow went up. She asked with wonder, "whose Android 21?"

Trunks sat down and explained, "Mother, when I went to the other timeline, I warned Goku of the androids and gave him his medicine. As you know, I went back three years later. When the androids appeared it was two different androids, androids 19 and 20. We soon found out that Android 20 was Dr. Gero him self. My father, Vegeta, destroyed 19 with complete ease with his new transformation as a Super Sayan.

"Dr. Gero fled to his laboratory to free the androids we know: 17 and 18. And one other android: 16. We weren't ready for this because Goku forgot his medicine when fighting android 19 and fell sick with the disease. The Z fighters and I fought the androids but these ones were twice as strong! We couldn't defeat them, but when you found a rusty replica of my time machine, it was yet a prelude to terror.

"We went there and found a shell of something. Then we found a case of a giant beetle. We soon found out that it was a green monster named Cell. Cell sucks the life out of people to gain more energy. Cell was made up of Earth's greatest fighters. He was indeed an android. Android 21… His main objective was to become perfect. This was met by eating up the androids! But little did Cell know that Vegeta and I were training in the hyperbolic time chamber; a dimension where one day is a year. We quickly reached a new level of the Super Sayan. We went out and faced Cell at a new stage. He had sucked 17 up causing him to have tremendous power. Meanwhile Goku and Gohan went in the chamber.

"Vegeta fought Cell but soon found out that Cell could reach a new level, a perfect stage. Thanks to Vegeta's heritage and curiosity, he needed to see this power. So he let Cell get Android 18, thus transforming into Perfect Cell… I transformed into my new level but was too slow to beat him. Cell announced that he would be holding a tournament in ten days so he could see our true powers. Ten days passed and Goku was up. We would finally find out why Goku wasn't training during the waiting period. He fought a colossal fight until he gave up and asked Gohan to fight Cell. "Gohan too fought a great battle but proved to be a little weaker than his father, which was when Cell popped out seven little critters known as Cell juniors. Each one fought the Z fighters. Gohan couldn't let all of his friends and family die. He then blasted into a new and approved Super Sayan. It was kind of like my transformation, but was extremely fast. Gohan then destroyed all of the Cell juniors and challenged Cell in an awesome Kame Hame Ha contest. Gohan revealed the biggest wave ever made. He destroyed Cell once and for all. I then came here"

Bulma nodded her head in disbelief and cried out, "Wow! I guess you had one heck of an adventure there Trunks! So if I heard right, you just destroyed androids 17, 18, and 21 correct?" Trunks nodded. Bulma went on, "That still leaves 19 and 16 not counting 20 because Gero is long dead"

Trunks looked into space and finally answered, "Yes, and I know where Gero's laboratory is too! The only problem is that 16 was on our side during the Cell Games. I wonder if he's good now. The only way to find out is to release him! That goes the same with 19, that's if Gero even created 19 or 16! Or just called them failures like so many others…"

Bulma blushed and asked, "Well, what did you think of Vegeta? You did spend quite a lot of time with him!"

Trunks quickly answered with an angry look, "Vegeta is a stubborn and arrogant man, but so powerful and smart at the same time. It was him that endangered Earth by letting Cell get to his perfect form just to see how powerful he really was. I was kind of mad to see that Gohan defeated Cell; because of Vegeta's pride he was ashamed of himself. "His pride," Trunks grabbed his fist, "so much of it, if he could just let go of it!" He sighed. "I guess that would be hard, forgetting everything your own father told you, your whole race depending on you reaching the pinnacle of the Sayan race! Then realizing that the one you served all of you life destroying your whole planet! Then try forgetting all of your pride! I see now why you fell in love with him mom. His determination and will"

Her lips curled into an old and withered smile.

Trunks then grinned with joy. He then pleaded, "Mother, there has to be a way to bring back all of the people that were killed by the androids, there just has to be! After I met everyone from the past I just can't let them all go!" He grabbed his fist ferociously.

Bulma calmed her son, "Don't worry Trunks, I feel the same way every single day! If only there was a way…"

Trunks let his head drop as he let a tear fall to the ground. NO! I won't believe it! There just has to be… He knew there was no way. But he didn't let that stop him.
