Weeks had past with intensive training with Goku. He seemed to love the thrill of fighting. It actually turned him on don't ask me how I know... I just know okay. And the thrill of a fighting female was even more stronger. I could see why he was with Chi-chi suddenly she had that fighter's spirit in her and he loved that. He told me once that I had a fighting spirit in me. How he saw it I don't know.

I stood there looking at my reflection trying to see it too. I felt Goku's hand touch my shoulder and I looked over at him. His lips meet mine gently. One minute he could be the galaxy's strongest fighter and the next he was as gentle as a mouse.

I felt his arms wrap round me as he picked me up pinning me against the wall. There was always this attraction the one where no words were said, just actions and lots of them. This time was no different. From the wall to the floor to the bed. It was a form of training I had been told by Chhaya that was plenty of exercise or training.

The whole being devoured by Goku in these emotions was one beyond my grasp. Alot of the time it was pure attraction and it was like he read my mind.

But this time it was like there was something else I could feel within him stirring and within myself as his hand brushed over my tail as it hung loosely over the side of the bed. I felt strength phase in and out in my entire being.

The movement between us moved from rhythmic urges to some sort of passion. A feeling I hadn't felt before. A feeling that I had held for Andy but he hadn't returned it. A feeling of... dare I say it? For the fear that it was happening to me again was too soon. But it was like my heart finally opened up suddenly like a flower on a spring day. I felt warm and glowy and I held on to those shoulders as I felt the sudden power up of Goku from Saiyan to Super. Something he had never done before.

"Obviously there are other ways to become a super Saiyan." He whispered in my ear.

I blinked and looked at him confused and I gasped as I felt the final thrust sending the warm feeling inside of me. I fell back tired and Goku touched my face.

"You did it Lee I don't know what triggered you. But you did it." He said softly.

I tried to sit up suddenly and Goku placed his hand on my chest and he pushed me down ever so lightly. I looked at him.

"I... did it? But..." I stopped as I felt Goku's lips touched mine.

"I have a confession to make Lee." He sounded serious and he looked it in his Super Saiyan mode golden hair and teal eyes.

I swallowed, here it was my reason for becoming super saiyan my heart feeling love and he was just about to break it. "Go ahead." I whispered.

Goku held me down. "I'm married Lee." He said softly.

I blinked I knew it and I just flopped my head back. "Married." I breathed.

"I'm sorry Lee." he said softly.

"Why did you wait? All this time why did you wait?" I asked.

Goku looked at me. "Because I never felt anything like this before in my marriage. Yet I have a son and a wonderful wife. The marriage was more of a-" He stopped.

"Connivance?" I asked.

Goku looked at me. "No I care for Chi-chi I really do. Infact I'm sure I love her. But this it's- it's what I can't describe."

"I bet you now you wish Vegeta was here so he could explain." I remarked.

Goku looked at me. "You know something I don't?"

I thumped Goku on the chest angrily. "All I know is the first time I go Super Saiyan it's because I've fallen in love with you and I never fall in love never! love and me do not go together and you tell me you're married of all things!" I cried out upset.

Goku looked at me he looked shocked. "How do you know if you've never felt it?"

"Because a friend described it to me. Chhaya she said that 'love is like this feeling that goes throughout your entire body you get nervous when they're around and you have visions of a life with them, butterflies in the stomach kind of thing' now I felt that... I'm still feeling that. And now I know it can't be. This is exactly the same with what happened with Chhaya. She fell in love with a married man too! He broke her heart in the end. That's why she's so bitter and twisted like I am."

I looked away from Goku, I couldn't move so I couldn't run, the best I could do was just not look at him. I felt Goku's lips touch the side of my neck.

"I feel it too Lee I honestly do. But I can't. Nothing can come of this."

I blinked and looked at Goku feeling his lips trail kisses down my throat I let out a gasp as I felt his teeth nick marks in my neck.

"Stop it then Goku. This isn't right. I have to... go... please." I begged.

I felt Goku's grip release me and he moved over to the side and I stood up pulling the Yardratian shirt up and over my head then I pulled on the trousers I had altered with.

I looked at Goku. "It's people like you that stop people like me ever falling in love." I said keeping my voice calm and collected and with that I grabbed my tools and I ran out of the my room, or as it had become over the months our room.

I kept running till I reached the Ginyu pod and I fell over on to my knees at the base of it and I let out the most heart wretched sob ever. Sure I had been expecting it. I had but just hearing it. When you hear something like that. You feel lied to. Cheated on.

I wiped my face with the back of my sleeve, twice within a year I had my heart broken. I sat there staring at the pod and in my mind I decided that I would make a separate pod then and there. There was no way I was going to travel to earth in the same pod as Goku and going to the Yardratian junk yard I grabbed scrap space metal and I began creating the copy pod of the Ginyu pod.

For days I worked on the two pods repairing one and comparing the other to the first. The Yardratian's stood back and watched me work in anger. It was the only thing keeping me sane in this solitude of space anger at the world for not letting me feel loved. Anger at Goku for letting me feel love and anger at myself for being stupid enough to believe in it. After a while I dragged and copy pod to the workshop and put it out of site. Nearly a week had passed according to my ck watch and I knew Goku would get Goku on me and come and see if I was alright. I didn't want him to know what I was up to. So I went back to work on the main pod.

It was then I heard behind me the landing of a space craft and I stopped six months in space and I hadn't heard or seen another space craft land on Yardrat. I kept on working on the space pod and I didn't turn round. Why? Because part of me didn't want to see who it was. And part of me already knew.

"Well well if it isn't a grease monkey." I heard Frieza's voice remark.

I didn't turn round I didn't even give him the pleasure of acknowledgment.

I heard the robotic sound of his movements. I stopped for a small moment.

"Yes I know you're curious monkey girl. Look at me." He ordered.

"I'm busy." I remarked and went back to work.

I felt Frieza's robotic hand grab me by the shoulder and pull me away from the pod and spin me round to look at him.

I had felt the fear of seeing an alien, before of seeing Frieza before. But to see him in his robotic form. I stepped back even though I had the power of Super Saiyan on my side I was just so shocked. Frieza was standing right in front of me and he was only my guess three inches shorter than me, but still intimidating.

"Well you know why I'm here?" He asked.

I shook my head. "No actually I don't."

Despite what Goku said I felt there was another reason Frieza was here.

"I want the Saiyan called Goku." He replied.

I shrugged. "Whatever he's not here." I remarked.

Part of me wanted to point Frieza in the direction and go 'take him and kill him' but part of me went 'you're still in love with him and people in love don't do that'.

"I don't believe you." Frieza growled and he squeezed my shoulder tightly.

I let out a low string of curses under my breath at the strength Frieza had in that robotic hand. I went to grab Frieza's hand back to squeeze it back with the same force. But I knew that it wouldn't work it was a robot hand no feeling no point in trying. So I gritted my teeth and I took the pain of it. I'd get him back eventually. But not now patience was a virtue as some old lady told me, though I already knew that saying.

I felt Frieza's hand side up to the back of my neck causing goosebumps to rise up over my skin. Frieza's eye's flashing a darker red almost blood like and I grabbed his wrists to pry it away from the back of my neck.

"You monkey are coming with me." He said.

"I'm going nowhere with you. Now get your hand off me or I swear I'll-" I began.

"You'll do what? Call for help? That's exactly what I want in fact I want you to call Goku." Frieza said.

"What? I said he's not here." I exclaimed.

Frieza's cold metallic and robotic fingers dug in to the flesh at the back of my neck. I knew instantly I had to do something before he pulled that 'knock the girl unconscious and drag her body to somewhere that would be a perfect place for a trap for the hero' cliché move.

"I can see you're lying to me girl. Now scream for him."

"I'll give you no such pleasure." I growled.

"Fine then. But you're still coming with me." Frieza replied.

I felt that pinch at the back of my neck causing everything to spin and fade to black so quickly that I didn't even hear the Yardratian spanner hit the ground before I fell in to the world of unconsciousness.

***

When my mind finally registered back in to the world of consciousness I felt chains round my wrists and I looked up. I frowned I was upright and I was chained to a wall somewhere and I looked out the window of the strange room and then saw that I was in fact in a bridge of a ship. Frieza's ship and it was in space, panic hit me but I kept myself from showing it. This was not the way I wanted to arrive on earth yes I wanted to go separately from Goku but not like this. I tugged at the chains and they rattled.

Frieza turned round from where he was seated and he looked at me and swirling the liquid round in the champagne like glass he held between two finger. He smiled.

"Aaah I see you've finally decided to join us." He remarked with a calm voice.

I looked up at the chains and I begged silently in my mind for them to read 'Acme product' because everyone knows in a cartoon world Acme is like defect. I found no such title or writing on the manacles and I realised unless Goku had finally figured out the instant transmission I was in deep trouble. Super Saiyan or not I had only just managed to turn Super Saiyan I didn't have the degree of skill behind me to fight this new and final form of Frieza.

"Wow for once the grease monkey is silent." Frieza remarked and he jumped up from his seat, he downed the rest of the contents of the glass and walked up to me.

"So tell me girl how is it that I missed you of all saiyans? Female saiyans are such a rare species in themselves." He asked me.

I shrugged. "Um how about I tell you when we get to earth that way I know you'll keep me alive." I replied.

Frieza chuckled. "Ooh I like you. You have obviously realised your lack of use to me when you didn't tell me where Goku was. And now thinking up excuses so I'll keep you alive." His robotic tail swished back and forward.

This was not the way I wanted to travel to earth. I had only just completed Goku's space pod. I hadn't even got a chance to work on my own. Though I guess I didn't need it anymore. Goku would obviously come to earth now. Man I hate this cliché 'rescue the girl' thing. In truth I wasn't a girl anymore. I was twenty-one I would always be twenty-one until I got back home and realised how much time had passed or lack of before I added ages on.

"Well give me another good reason to keep you alive girl?" He asked.

I thought for a moment. "You will keep me alive because you want to make Goku suffer. And you know you can do this by killing his friends before he arrives on earth then killing me in front of him like you did with Krillen." I replied.

Frieza looked at me. "Ooooh so he told you then. I must say. You know more than you let on." He smiled.

"I know you will die on this arrival to earth by the hands of a Super Saiyan you don't expect." I remarked challengingly.

"Super Saiyan..." Frieza growled in annoyance and I felt the sharp painful sting of a slap. "You are nothing but a cheap circus monkey." He walked off.

"Cheap?" I exclaimed. "I AM NOT CHEAP!!! LOOK WHO'S TALKING AT LEAST I HAVE THE DECENCY NOT TO WALK ROUND NAKED!!!!" I shouted at him.

Frieza spun round and I froze instantly realising once again my temper had gotten me in to trouble. "Whoops." I breathed in. Frieza smirked at me and he walked out.

I let out a relieved sigh and I tugged at the chains.

I looked at the planet coming in to view and I saw the ship coming out to greet this ship and I frowned. "What's going on? This isn't earth?" I tugged at the chains.

"What do I think I'm doing just go Super Saiyan and finish them off." I mumbled. "But then I'm stuck drifting in space in this hunk of junk." I added as a reminder.

"Goku..." I whispered softly, I felt like everyone else did in the anime series except Vegeta of course. I felt the sudden realisation on why they relied on Goku. Now I too was stuck in that situation. "Where are you?" I asked.

Frieza walked back in to the bridge and I looked over. I swallowed there was King Cold with Frieza and he looked at me and smiled.

"I see you've got another Saiyan play toy Frieza. When will you stop playing with these monkey's?" he asked.

"When they're all dead." he replied and looked at me. "But her I'm keeping her. A female Saiyan is very rare indeed. Infact I think she's the last female Saiyan unless she wants to tell me otherwise." Frieza smirked.

I shrugged. "That I know of I am." I replied.

"Which means that your Super Saiyan friend must be your mate."

"Well cha whatever you call it, buddy, compadre, friend..."

Frieza looked at me. "Mate is a Saiyan term for bonded."

I blinked and I nodded. "Oh yeah... mate well about that actually..."

"You're not a full Saiyan are you girl otherwise you would of known what I meant."

"I knew what you meant it's just where I grew up mate has a different meaning."

Frieza looked out the window. "Now we go to the super saiyan's home. Then after I kill his friends he can watch you die before I kill him too."

"I'm not his mate. As in like that thing. You have to believe me. Killing me won't get him mad." I remarked.

Frieza pulled down the side of my Yardratian shirt and I felt his cold metallic finger run down a part of my neck between my shoulder and my neck. I shuddered.

"He seems to think otherwise tell me that little Saiyan brat was that your son?"

I blinked. "Gohan?! My son?! Are you kidding me that's like gross he's to old to be!!" I exclaimed.

"Well you and the Super Saiyan seem to be mated it would only make sense that if you're only half the little brat is only part-"

"No I like Goku! honest but I would of been only been thirteen when he was born that is like adultery or somethin'! At least where I come from." I remarked.

"Goku? What's a Goku?" Kind Cold asked.

I blinked and looked at him. That line he was suppose to use that line again Trunks instantly I felt suddenly worried if he used it now then did I just alter time lines?

"Father please I know you're bored, but just let me do this."

"I don't see why you just don't let my team on her. We can convert her, if you want to keep her." King Cold remarked.

"Oh hella no!! NOBODY'S CONVERTING ME!!!" I exploded. "I'm a happy witch honestly I am. But you try and convert me and you'll regret it!"

King Cold looked at me. "I was talking about my medical team. What did you think I was referring to?" He asked me. Truthfully I thought it was a Christian thing.

I blinked and sweatdropped. "Hehe.... sorry my bad."

"Witch huh? Captain see if we can find any witch related planets within the galaxy." Frieza ordered and he smirked at me.

"Yes sir." The strange humanoid man at the door saluted and he rushed up to the control panel and started typing away.

"Lets see what planet you grew up on then. You're a half witch half Saiyan. This could prove to be a powerful conversion if you're from the planet I think you are."

I blinked again. In this world witches had their own planets. Any bet they were probably old hags with large warts and flew round on broomsticks too.

The captain spoke up. "We have three planets in the galaxies you've conquered."

"What about that one that the saiyans went to take over on their own accord, to get an alliance to help destroy me." Frieza then looked at me. "That was the last command King Vegeta made against me you know." he grinned at me eerily.

I looked back at him and I watched at a blue greenish planet appeared on screen and I looked at it. It could of been earth it seriously could of been. But there was something wrong inside my stomach. Already I didn't like this.

"I've found it sir. The record shows that five saiyans went in and only one came out... seven years ago." The captain replied.

"What?" I looked at the screen. The sudden similarities were thrown in to prospective as it zoomed in on the planet. I saw the sudden familiar news report.

"... and the search for-" *click*

"no wait turn it back!" I shouted worried. Could it be that everything I thought was just a television show was actually another planets true life.

Frieza smirked at me seeing my reaction. He flicked the channel back. "...is still continuing within Afghanistan... with the Tala ban successfully driven out of-" *click*

I slumped suddenly it was impossible the world I had know to be real also existed in an animated form within this reality. But what was the planet called.

"I think we've just found you're home planet girl. What do you have to say about that?" Frieza asked.

"I. I. I don't know." I managed to stammer.

"Your name." Frieza ordered at me and he grabbed me by my shirt.

"Leona Anthanasius." I whispered softly.

Frieza looked at the captain. "Look her up in their data bases."

The captain nodded. "Yes sir."

"Looks like we're going to have fun destroying you're home planet." Frieza said.

My entire body shook. Goku had said for me to picture it but if I had known it would of taken on a reality of it's own I would of skipped that part.

"Located sir. She is the eldest child of two a younger brother called Neil. This kid has a police record on him, but not her she's as clean as a whistle. Her mother is Johanna a taxi driver what ever that is and her father is Darren he currently resides in Melbourne with trips 'overseas' on regular basis for over the past seven years."

I shook my head. Was it true were they making it up? How could they when they didn't know me. I watched as Frieza opened up the top of the spaceship and he levitated upwards and out of the ship I saw the familiar sphere form at the end of his finger and he pointed it at the planet. The sphere shot towards the planet and a few seconds later it impacted and the entire planet exploded in a bright erray of lights.

Moments later Frieza arrived back inside the ship and hatch was closed he looked at me.

"Now you're the last female Saiyan." With that he left with the captain and King Cold following.

I looked at the large screen as it flashed out the words:

Planet Chikyu Destroyed...

I slumped even further in the chains and sighed.

"Please let it just be an alternative planet please, please, please" I begged quietly.

I gasped as a shadow loomed over me and I jumped and looked up. I saw Goku look down at me. His expression was sympathetic. His hand reached round the top of the chains and he just squeezed them and they snapped.

Goku wrapped an arm round my waist and he placed two fingers to his forehead and with that we vanished from Frieza's ship arriving back on Yardrat. Goku let me go and I fell to the ground in a heap.

"Lee." He said softly.

"How could I be wrong? I was sure this was an alternative reality from my world it has to be." I remarked.

Goku knelt down in front of me and he tilted my head up. "That planet Lee."

I grabbed on to Goku and he wrapped both arms round me as I cried. "My home."

Goku looked at me surprised. "How did Frieza-?" He began.

I looked up at Goku. "I wish I knew. But there must be some sort of gateway a crossover of some sorts somewhere out there."

"Until we figure this out Lee I want you to come to earth. I've finally done it I've learnt the instant transmission but what I need to do is to teach you the ability to control going Super Saiyan before we leave." Goku said.

I nodded slowly the explosion set firmly in my mind it would now be my basis on which to draw my emotion from. I no longer felt the need for taking it from love.

"All those people... they didn't even have a chance... we were just getting somewhere to. Getting ourselves back together-" I remarked.

Goku looked at me and he nodded. "Lee concentrate here this has to be done if Frieza is to be stopped." he said.

I looked at Goku. Looked him in the eyes and I nodded. "I'm just in shock I guess. My family was on that planet. My entire life. Everything I know gone just like that. My mother, my brother, my cat."

Goku looked at me at the last one but I guess he understood.

"Lee you told me you believe to be from another reality I have a feeling somewhere in side of me I believe you and I believe that this could be my realities version of your world. Which means-"

"I could still go home one day?" I asked.

Goku nodded. "Yeah you could."

"But that means in my world another version of your planet could exist which could also mean Frieza does, and the androids." I remarked.

"So once we get you used to the power of a super saiyan and arrive back on earth, I can get Bulma and her father to work on something to help get you home and you can save your own reality." Goku finished.

I pushed myself up off the ground slowly and Goku got up and I looked at him.

"Well then in this case lets get this over and done with. I have a bone to pick with Frieza now." I remarked. Everything that had upset me about Goku being married was behind me now. It was trivial compared to the billions of lives lost on that planet.

Goku smiled at me. "That's the spirit Lee now focus on that emotion coming from what you saw Frieza do. Don't try and 'power up' try and draw on that emotion. We've got alot to get through and little time to get through it all before Frieza arrives on earth." He said.

I nodded and I stepped back a little and began drawing on the raw emotional energy from deep down inside of me. With a cry my power rose and I flashed in to the golden warrior glow Goku nodded and he too powered up...

***

We spent the rest of the time on Yardrat with controlling my Super Saiyan abilities. I knew there was something wrong with me learning it. It meant I beat Vegeta I beat Gohan and... if I wasn't careful and arrive early I'd possibly beat Trunks.

While I wasn't training I was working on the pod. A whole year had nearly passed before I finished my pod. I had tried to avoid the strange attraction to Goku that always seemed to happen when two people are stranded together.

Goku this time was standing behind me as I worked on my pod and he was eating a piece of Yardratian fruit and he watched me work. On occasion the crunching noise would be off putting but I did my best to ignore it.

"So what's that button do?" Goku asked pointing.

I looked over at him and I smiled. "Well It controls the thrusters, for extra boost."

"Since I came through you've been working on that, this, these pods... are you a mechanic of sorts?" He asked.

I stopped and I stood up and I looked at the two pods. "No. I wasn't. But since arriving here I seem to of been able to. the men of my family were... at least on my mother's side. I took an interest when I was little. But I just didn't have the math to do it." I explained and looked at Goku.

He nodded. "Well which one will I take?" He asked.

I pointed to the Ginyu pod. "This one because the earth needs you. This pod if something goes wrong I know I can fix it. Plus if it crashes and burns from my lack of mechanic knowledge I know you'll get to earth okay and help your friends."

Goku frowned at that comment. "Lee. That's really depressing." He remarked.

"Everybody dies Goku." I said. "It's no biggie." I added.

Goku put a hand on my shoulder. "You're still upset about Frieza blowing up your home aren't you?" He asked.

I looked at Goku. "Of course I'm pissed. In fact everytime I even think of Frieza the word 'gay' has left my mind and are replaced by the words 'he will die'." I replied.

Goku blinked. "I wish I could of done something Lee." he said.

I shrugged. "Can't change the past. Besides I don't know for sure it was my world."

I knelt back down and tightened a few bolts on the outside of a panel and I looked at the pod. Goku looked at the pod. 'But it was a simular world.' I thought to myself.

"Anything wrong?" He asked.

"Nope in fact I think I'm done." I replied. "best to travel separately can't have you're friends getting the wrong image." I added.

Goku nodded. "So we're ready to go then?" He asked.

"Yup just gotta grab my bag and I'm all set." I replied.

After the good-byes and the tracking of Frieza's ship. I gave Goku a hug.

"Hopefully I'll see you on Earth." I said.

"You will. I know it." He said with such trusting confidence.

"Race you there." I smiled. Goku gave me one last kiss on the lips before we ended this relationship. "And for once I'll win." I added.

"We'll just see." Goku smiled at the challenge. With that jumped in to our pods. It was like I heard Goku in my head as I started the pod up. 'just between us.'

Then we took off the planet.

***

Sitting in the pod I looked down at the scouter and I played with the scouter and I put it on and I tested it out in space. I'd been sleeping on and off for a handful of days.

I heard Goku's voice through the radio communicator.

"Lee you awake?" He asked.

I smiled and pushed the button to reply. "Yeah, wassup?" I asked.

"I've been tracking Frieza's ship we passed him about an hour ago but he seems to be turning round I think he's realised we're heading to earth." Goku remarked.

"So we'll just pick up the pace." I replied.

"Look Lee you can adjust your ship. So you are to adjust your pod so it goes faster. I want you to go on ahead and on earth hold Frieza off. Just til I get there."

"Goku I don't know. I don't think I'm ready to fight Frieza."

"Are you kidding you're more than ready in fact Lee, remember you have what I taught you up your sleeve to use against him if need be." Goku instructed.

I frowned unsure. I knew I'd let my emotions probably get in the way and that was not a way to fight so many mistakes were had when emotions were involved.

"Goku I don't think-" I began.

"For once Lee I'm asking you to just do and not think. You're a great technical person but this is just simple. You don't have to kill him just hold him off for two hours. I'm sure Piccolo or Tien one of the others will help you if need be. Vegeta perhaps."

I laughed. "The day Vegeta helps anybody is the day I become a monkey's uncle."

I was sure with the silence that Goku was thinking that comment over.

"How can that be?" Goku asked.

"It can't Goku that's the point." I sweatdropped he was still the same simple minded Goku. At least that thought comforted me.

It had been a few hours since we last had radio contact at both of us sensing Vegeta heading back to earth. "Look Lee please?" He asked.

I sighed. "I'll see what I can do but you gotta remember your the one with the pod which wasn't made from scrap metal."

"If I arrive before you I'll wait for you." Goku's voice said.

I smiled and nodded. "I know you will and I promise that what happened on Yardrat will stay there."

"Thanks."
